Easy-going, bubbly, loves to have a chat but also respects one another's privacy. Clean & tidy. Love the outdoors, fitness and healthy lifestyle. Always up for a conversation over wine with a fellow flatmate :)
I am a Brazilian Architecture and Urban Design student and I will be in Sydney for an exchange semester at UTS. I am a very curious person and I am constantly looking for new experiences, I am always up for the craziest things just for the sake of having lived them. I am very open minded, easy-going and talkative. I am a clean person, but I am not a clean freak. I'm not a chef but I like to cook sometimes and I like to share meals with other people. I would never treat anyone badly just because I am having a bad day and it is extremely important to me that my flatmates act the same. About the things I do for fun... first and foremost I love traveling and meeting new people! :) I intend to travel a lot when I'm in Australia. I also love parties, concerts and bars. I go out pretty much every evening. Besides that I like swimming, running and I'm a beginner at circus practices such as silks and trapeze. I love camping and going to the beach.
I'm a fun-loving, but reasonably quiet young professional (female) that's moved to Sydney from New Zealand. I work in consulting. Of Indian origin, I've grown up/lived in NZ for the past 16 years (for those who like to know this sort of info!!). I love to explore, learn (proud geek!), love food - eating and cooking, keen to know about different cultures. Honest, fun, outgoing, easy to get along with, clean & tidy and I know that rent and bills need to be paid on time! :) While I am not a party animal, I love to get out. Certainly not the 'always in my room' kind of person, but I do enjoy quiet time as I will be working from home on occasion! I have a mature outlook on life, can get a bit philosophical (!!), can chat about most topics, enjoy healthy discussion, but definitely respect others' views and privacy. Happy to kickback with TV or a book or just music and a chat! I intend to make Sydney my home for the foreseeable future. Keen to find like-minded people who are welcoming, friendly and keen to meet someone new!
New Yorkers moving to Sydney looking for a lifestyle change. We like to be active and outdoors. We like to do Crossfit. We like to adventure and explore and can crush a good night in watching movies/Netflix. Looking to be near the beach and/or national parks and local transport to North Sydney. Both of us are extremely friendly and excited to be moving across the world! Ideally looking for a living situation that is already furnished, as we will be moving with only our suitcases! Length of stay is flexible. I will be working at a media agency in North Sydney starting 8/12 and we're looking for somewhere to call home for the summer.
Hi! I'm looking for a room & my own bathroom, preferably not in a "party house". I'm a reasonably private person and respect others privacy. I'm also a very tidy person! I like to cook quite a bit so expect some awesome meals! And no, I won't leave the kitchen a mess afterwards! I also have a cat who is an inside and outside cat. He's a old boy and keeps to himself. He spends his days either outside in the garden or sleeping on my bed so he won't be any trouble! I work full time and also have a partner so I'm not really around much but would also like a place when my partner is welcome to stay every now and then. (He owns his own business so he's a late arriver and an early leaver, so you probably won't even notice when he comes over occasionally). We are both really easy going people! I do not have any furniture or appliances besides what is in my bedroom..
I'm a nice easy-going kind of guy easy to get along with and clean neat and tidy
I am a professional that works most days of the week, I work fairly long hours and I try to keep up something of a healthy active lifestyle. Nothing better that a good BBQ and a few cold beers every now and then which I would be happy to enjoy with the house mates. I am reasonably tidy person and I keep my own spaces well maintained and I am happy to help around the household. Hoping I am a good fit to your home and keen to meet up and view the household.
I am a friendly, independent young man looking for a place to stay, i am easy and outgoing and great to talk too. I love sports and love doing recreational activities such as swimming and gym in my free time. I am a mostly stay at home person otherwise except on the rare occasion i go to movies, parties e.t.c
I work full time im quiet and very clean im house broken im always up for a chat and also considerate of others in the house i would never take without asking and im so easy to get along with
I'm new to Sydney after spending the last two years living in Edinburgh. I work full time at a cafe in the CBD so I'm looking for somewhere inner-city-ish to live long term. I think I'm pretty easy-going, friendly and tidy. I like to hang out and have a few reds with housemates but can be respectful of people's space when they need it.
I am mature professional looking to share in nice accommodation with own bathroom. I am National Manager for large Company and work in Campbelltown. I know my way around a vacuum cleaner and mop. I lead a quiet life as travel a lot for work and play golf on weekends. looking for long term. I have been in current share accommodation for 12 months.
I'm very friendly and tidy! Only looking for a Female house mate. I work full time and looking to find a room mate to get a house together. I also have a beautiful 3 year old Labrador who will be moving with me! I have a very nice partner and I'd like it to be a place he could come and stay sometimes. I love to have a good chat and cook, but also appreciate my own space. I am not someone who drinks or parties, so would prefer someone who is much the same 😊
Chilled and easy going. Working full time and studying part time. I am respectful, clean and drama free and I'm seeking to share accommodation with someone similar. Bonus points if we share interests but otherwise I can have quite a minimal footprint in the house with my already busy life :)
I am self sufficient, reliable and fairly neat and tidy. I cook my own food and live a fairly healthy lifestyle, I enjoy the gym but I also enjoy food and alcohol... So I'm not a square hahaha... I spend a lot of time with my brother, and his job. Horse racing! So I'm fairly busy most days so not really a heavy party animal these days...
I'm currently studying music full time and working part time on evening shifts as an inventory controller (not super exciting, but it pays the bills). I'm not around a great deal during the week, and I'm a pretty chill and easy going guy, more than happy to give people their own space if they want or have a catch up over the weekend. I'm neat about shared spaces, but not over the top with it. Like I said, I study music, but I do all my rehearsals at uni or in dedicated rehearsal spaces, so I'm not going to be making a racket in the house! Would be keen to find a group of chill people to start up a share house either in the Strathfield/Parramatta rough area or southwest Sydney (Camden to Narellan) areas. Also definitely keen to team up with a few people and start a share house.
I'm a bit of an introvert, I love my own little niche where I can spend my time doing my own thing. If I'm not home in my time off I'm out exploring in the bush somewhere or on a beach sipping a margarita. Always happy to lend an ear about your troubles or whatever made you smile during your day and am an incredibly open minded person. I love to always learn from people's different views and experiences. I'm currently working as a waitress/functions gal/barmaid at a local venue, love my job immensely and love working. You won't see me much on weekends. Next year I'm looking to start studying massage therapy. I'd love to move into a furnished room if possible otherwise I can buy my own furniture. Have money to pay bond upfront. Also am flexible with my length of stay. Please contact me if you have anything in the areas I've listed or surrounding. I'd love to meet for coffee or a drink and get to know you! *Please note I am definitely not looking for a party house or a shared room. I enjoy my privacy and my sleep! :)
Hi! I plan on moving down to Wollongong at the beginning of 2017 to study at UoW! I'm looking for a place to stay for a good price with good people. I'm friendly, clean and quiet, but also pretty social and I'm happy to have a chat! I plan on staying for at least 3 months, so long leases' would be great! If you can help me out please hit me with a message or an email Thank you so much!
Very easy going, great cook, reliable, honest, trustworthy, over the party life, still have few beers after work or with a bbq . very clean and tidy as well.
I am a full time student, studying engineering at UOW. I am clean, neat and tidy. I am sociable but still respectful of alone time. I can cook and am happy to share the cooking if that suits, otherwise I always clean up after myself once I have finished. I have my own bed, desk and gym, with access to a washer and fridge if required.
I am friendly and nice. I am outgoing sometimes and like to have the occasional drinks and party. On the other hand I am a busy person so I am too myself a fair bit. I work part-time but I am returning to study in 2017 as well. I am very respectful and trustworthy. I love making new friends. I am very clean person and I can not stand living in a mess so if you are a clean freak like me then I would prefer living with you. If you are interested in grabbing a coffee to discuss getting a house contact me through text or send me a message. Thank you, take care :) .
We are two lovely people who like to live in a nice clean home and will help with chores around the house, we are easy to get along with. Looking for rental to help with future goals.
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need somewhere quiet during the day as I do some work from home. I love peace and quiet so I'm after a quiet location - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by. One major reason I need to move is I have neighbours dogs driving me crazy with constant barking so I need somewhere that doesn't have this problem. Nature/gardens/greenery would be great. For housemates, generation Y would be good I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures My budget of $250/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider places out of Sydney such as Central Coast and rural areas. Cat-friendly would be a huge bonus.
Looking for some where ASAP. I'm kiwi I'm ezyi going . and have a sarcastic random sence of humour . Love a laugh . life don't mind anything really Keen to meet new ppl and see what kind of life style Sydney can offer I don't really know any one . Looking for ppl who are open minded and keen to try new things and live life

Hi, I’m Nathan, 25, I currently live and work (full time) in Melbourne, but I’ll be moving up to South West Sydney for work on Thu 08/09. I have worked for Telstra for around 5 years, and have secured a position in Narellan and plan to stay there for at least 12 months. I’ve been living with a (female) housemate for 18 months, but just moved out as my housemate wanted to move closer to her family. I’m back living with my parents (in the lounge room…) for a few weeks, until I move to NSW. I have always paid my rent on time, and I received my bond back in full. The house was always clean and tidy. I’ve chosen to move to Sydney as my girlfriend, Cassandra, 23, lives in rural NSW (Mudgee), and I’d like to live closer to her. We’ll be alternating staying at each other’s houses most weekends. I tend to be fairly reserved and keep to myself. I’m a bit of a computer nerd, so will have my big computer set-up in my room. I also enjoy camping, cycling, and the occasional run. I rarely drink, and don’t smoke. I enjoy cooking every now and then! I’d like a place that I can stay for 6-12 months. I’m looking for a larger room, with enough space for a queen bed and my mid-sized desk. I’d prefer to bring my own furniture. I have a bit of camping equipment and a bike, so I’d like somewhere I can store it undercover, such as a garage or shed. In order to meet people at my new office and to find a place to live, I’ll be staying in Narellan Fri 19/08 – Mon 22/08, and would love to meet potential housemates on this weekend. Please feel free to contact me either via message here on Flatmates.com.au or via my mobile (call or text is fine). Cheers, Nathan
I work in Campbelltown and am a manager of a software development team. I'm a very considerate person, and that's probably what matters most when living with other people.
