Easy going, hard working & I like the quiet life - I'm looking forward to coming to Geelong for a new contract with my building company for the next 15 months or so. I work 10-12 hours a day in the week and on the weekends I head home to the Macedon Ranges, so I won't be there very much and only require the room for 5 nights a week, very occasionally 6. Cheers All! Paul.
Hey folks, so I'm Neat & Clean (testimonials from current housemates available) with plenty of shared house experience. Up for the usual household banter & friendly chats. Value the home as a space to unwind and chill. Living a very independent life well travelled, filled with activities mostly spent outdoors (surfing, bouldering, longboarding) or related to everything creative photography/filming, editing, drawing, music, etc.). Officially on a work & travel visa until March 2019 but currently applying for jobs to settle down here. Budget of 190/week includes bills. Ideally the room comes furnished, however I do chose moving in with the right people over moving in with the right furniture, so could be willing to buy a bed if you're cool :p
I'm easy going, love animals, introverted. Work daily. Quiet. Happy to watch Netflix with you. I have a very sweet dog who sleeps a lot. He is very clean and never barks and is friendly with other animals. I like to go on adventures every now and then, whether it's out to the countryside for the day or to get ice cream at 11pm. I clean up after myself and am happy to put the bins out.
I’m a Primary School teacher who works hard during the week. I’m easy going and own a beautiful 1 year old cocker spaniel named Rafa. I’m looking to move in the near future with the right people/ person. Please get in touch!
easy-going, keen on social life and house activities (i.e. eating, card night, movie night), tidy. I'm studying psychology at deakin whilst working on the weekends at chemist warehouse. I like to drink, eat, netflix and attempt to be a functioning adult in society.
Hi! I'm Mel, I'm going to be studying my creative writing Honours in 2019 and I'm looking for a quiet, easy-going place where I can knuckle down for my final year of university. I keep to myself most of the time, but I'm good for a chat and a movie night if you ever need one. I spend a lot of time studying, I don't smoke, and I don't drink. Mostly I've been in sharehouses for the past two years with 4+ people and I'm looking to downsize to one or two housemates.
Hello potential flatmate. I'm Fahad and I'm in my mid 20's. A typical weekday starts at 6:30 am and ends usually around 6 pm. I work full time in the morning and evenings are kept free for gym and other hobbies. I'm looking for a place with a big backyard to be engaged with my RC hobby. My work hours are all over the place including weekends. I'm the complete opposite of 'live in the room'. I'd like to live with a flatmates that enjoy a badass medium rare steak once in a while or we could cook veggies too, if you're vegan. I'm a model aeronautics hobbyist so I build planes and drones in my free time. That does mean seeing tiny flying things around the house. Please note that this ad is for a team up to start a new share accommodation rather than renting a room. So ideally someone working full time and who can go on the lease as well. Looking for a place preferably near CBD. Feel free to buzz me if this you've read through this huge ass description and think we can get along as housemates :). Cheers
Hi there! I am 24 and work full time as a Skydive Pilot down in Torquay. I'm originally from the Netherlands but moved to NZ with my family. I made the move down here a few months ago for this job opportunity. I work weekends so my days off are generally during the week. I do keep to myself here and there so I understand the need for privacy but I also enjoy socialising over a few drinks. I am a very clean person and enjoy a clean house. I will always clean up after myself so you don't have to worry about doing my dishes ;) I have bedroom furniture but not much else. My budget will be around $170 a week. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I'm Dom and I've recently moved from Tassie to Geelong in order to study Law and International Studies! :) I am hoping to find a fun, social sharehouse, where we can go on adventures and stuff together, but also, where I'm able to have some time to myself to study and relax! I'm an outgoing, social person, and would love to live with similarly minded people! I really hope you consider me when looking for someone to fill your spare room! :) Hope to hear from you!
My name is Catey (25yo) and my partners name is Stephen (30yo) We will arrive in Australia on the 14th of November. I'm Australian and orginally from Ballarat but I have been currently living in the Highlands in Scotland. Stephen is from the Scottish Highlands. We are both very active people so would not always be home in the evenings after work if we had sports or training. I currently play Shinty and hike Munros in Scotland. However, in Australia I want to get back into competitive cheerleading, running and maybe a bit more surfing or cycling. Stephen is a mountain biker but wants to get into surfing more. I will be working as a disability support worker when I get to Australia and have already secured employment. Stephen currently works in screen printing and manufacturing. When we get to Geelong, he has a job lined up in Landscaping. We really hope you'll consider a couple as we feel we are respectable and fun housemates. Thanks for reading, hope to chat soon! Catey & Stephen
My partner Josh and I are looking for a place to call home! We are easy going, clean, happy people! I work part time in retail and am studying full time at Deakin and Josh is working anywhere from casual to full time hours in Disability support, he is also a full time uni student at Fed Uni in Ballarat. We have a dog named Rubie (Beaglier) and cat named Fatty (fur ball) they are both outside pets, although rubie doesn’t mind coming inside and will sneak in at every opportunity she has hahah however if she has to stay outside she will. They are both well trained! Our lease in our current share house ends on Monday (22/10) and for now we are staying at my parents house, but being 25yrs old, we would prefer not to. We have a fridge, that if possible we would like to use, and we also have a washing machine, but if you already have one of those we can store the washing machine elsewhere. We would like to pay a total price per room, not per person, however we don’t mind splitting the bills by individual people. Price per week is negotiable, just not sure what is out there at the moment! Please don’t hesitate to contact us, we would love to meet you! :)
Looking for someone to team up with joining a mate and myself in finding a place. We’re pretty easy going about location as long as everyone’s happy. Will be living with a 24 year old Massage Therpaist who will be going back to study Occupational Therapy and a 27 year old Electrician. Will be a chilled out household.
Hi all, my name is Ellie and I am 20 years old. I’m a very passionate and busy childcare educator, working and studying full time. I am very tidy and self sufficient. I enjoy cooking, working, binge watching tv, doing makeup and swimming/adventures. I can be quiet and tend to keep to myself, however I also love an occasional glass of wine and specialise in homemade pizzas, platters and cob loaf! Very willing to make friendships with the right housemates. Outside of work I volunteer with children and the elderly. If you have any more questions about me feel free to ask!
I'm studying Medicine at Deakin so we're looking for a place to stay close to Uni! I generally keep to myself, like to stay fit and active, go to the gym often and eat healthy. I'm a clean and conscientious person, and pretty handy around the home with work or maintenance. I love cooking and occasionally I play the guitar and sing some tunes. Tea and scintillating discussion are also pretty great, if you're into it Miki is from Osaka, Japan. She loves cooking and often brings delicious sushi home from work.
Two girls looking for another two people to join them moving into a house! We're flexible on move dates around mid November-mid december We are both fun, social, tidy people who enjoy each other’s company but also respect privacy. Looking for like minded people. We enjoy going out and having a drink but also enjoy quiet nights at home binging Netflix and cooking together or heading down the beach! We both have years of experience in share housing situations so understand the importance of shared responsibilities and always pay on time! Claire is currently studying psychology at Deakin and working part-time and Hannah works full time in allied health. If we sound like a match for you please swing us a message 🤗 Males, females and couples welcome! Would prefer to live with people in their 20’s.
I work full-time, so i'm looking to move to Grovedale as it is closer to my work. Im really easy to get a long with. Both my Boyfriend and i enjoy the company of others but at times like to have some alone to, so finding a house with less than 7 people in it is definetly better than how we are living now. I have a bird, hes so cute and wolf whistles you whenever someone walks past. Hes definitely a confidence booster.
