Hey! I’m looking for a room in a share house located within 15 minutes drive to the Chermside area. I currently work full-time on the Northside of Brisbane. I will be studying full time at ACU and working in 2019. I'm friendly, respectful, clean, love a chat and also enjoy my downtime. When I'm not working I like to exercise, read, travel, socialise, visit cafes and churches, and volunteer. I have a sweet 3-year-old dog who is very loving and offers many cuddles. It would be great for her to move in with us but I understand if it's not possible! I'm flexible with move-in dates and care more about joining or starting a house with the right people and a great house dynamic :) Also open to team-up with others to find a new place so don't hesitate to contact me if you'd like to chat further! Thanks :)
Hi Joe here , currently looking for a room to rent on the northside of Brisbane , I'm quiet and clean. I have a casual labour job and a six month old puppy so would be looking for a place that suits with her as well .
Key points: - I have two wonderful fur-babies, Molly and Finn my two kitty cats! So potential housemates need to at least be able to tolerate cats! - I’d preferably like to share with one other only, but happy to go up to a maximum of 2 other housemates - I’d love a place with a dishwasher (see below!), a bath, and an outdoor area for the cats - Bedroom needs to be unfurnished. I can bring just bedroom/bathroom items OR up to a 1-bedroom worth of furniture (lounges, TV, display cupboards, desk, spare single bed, kitchenware, etc.) Although I’m quite the introvert, so require quite a bit of time to myself to recharge, I can actually hold a conversation with anyone about pretty much anything! Some like to call us extroverted introverts - I really don’t like labels to be honest - basically I’m pretty quiet, like to chill on my own or with my fur-babies, but equally like to chat with housemates, or share a wine or a meal from time to time. I am very tidy! I wouldn’t say I’m a clean freak at all - e.g. rental property MUST have a dishwasher! - but I do like a tidy, quite minimalist living arrangement. I’m the opposite of a hoarder. Speaking of that, I can move into an existing share-house with as little or as much furniture as needed. I’m actually thinking of selling the majority of my stuff, and just moving what I need for a bedroom/bathroom and to cook and look after my cats. My goal for approx. 6 years time (significant birthday!) is to be living in a ‘tiny home on wheels’ preferably somewhere on the Sunny Coast or Northern NSW - think Kingscliff. I usually work full-time for Queensland Health - in the past far too many hours - however, right now, I am on some extended paid leave. Therefore I am at ‘home’ more often than I normally would be. I love my fur-babies, chocolate, coffee, food, reading, movies, cryptic crosswords, yoga, sunshine, sunshine, sunshine, a comfy bed and a nice lie-in, discovering a great new cafe (with fingers crossed amazing coffee - few and far between lately), and just generally aiming to travel through life as relaxed as possible*. *Note: this is a work in progress! If you’ve read this far, you may not have a lot of questions, but please contact me if you do, or if you think you might have a suitable living situation for me! Cheers. :-)
Single, working fulltime looking for a room in nundah or close to the area i do shift work changes ever week day, arvo and night mon-friday sometimes weekend work depending how busy we are so you wont see me at home much. I'm looking to team up with a female flatmate to rent a 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car house - and essentially split the house between the two of us. I have a couple places i'm looking at currently. I'm 23 years old and work full-time in Newstead. When I'm not working, I'm normally doing chores at home, relaxing and watching tv, travelling or doing one of many of my hobbies. I have 2 sweet little puppies - Cavalier King Charles Spaniels as well as a few guinea pigs in a custom built cage. I am fairly quiet at home, happy to have a chat or do my own thing. I'd like to find a housemate that I could be comfortable with and we could create a nice home. I would like to start with a 6 month lease with potential to extend if we're both happy. I have all furnishings required for a house, and would prefer to set up my stuff rather than it going into storage.
I am a Full-Time Retail Manager. I work long hours so I am rarely at home and when I am I like to have a wine or two and just relax. I am seeking a friendly, welcoming and comfortable place to come home to at the end of a long day where I can just wind down. I'm an active and adventurous person who likes to go out exploring the City and the beaches. When i'm not working I am either out with friends, working on my Art or relaxing with a juicy T.V series or book at home. I am a clean and respectful housemate who is always up for a chat but I also understand the importance of personal space and having some alone time. Preferably seeking a Female only flat.
Clean, considerate of others belongings and schedules, happy to cook for everyone and I will keep to myself most of the time. Looking for a place for my puppy and I to move into, his name is Jukka and he's shar pei x bordercollie x Labrador and is 11 months old.
I am working full-time IT engineer looking for a place in Brisbane. Fin is a Swim teacher, interest in judo, touch footy and tinker with computers a fair bit. Our current situation is we live in 3 bedroom apartment close to chermside shopping centre and looking to move out, because our lease expires, and our landlord want to move in. We're looking for a 3rd person to join us and share the costs of rental
Need off-street parking (undercover, garage or carport). Not looking a party house, I like my own space, but like to have a chat when others available. Looking for a clean, quiet house. A room with an A/C possibly. Maximum of 3 people or less including me would be ideal. I’m a shift worker, working night shifts in the Brisbane airport, so, sleeps during daytime after work. A house within 30 min from the airport. Happy to pay upto $240 for a good accommodation. Would consider all options, renting two small rooms, so I can use the second room for study, TV and, to store some of my boxes if its ok with you.
26 yo mechanical engineer, non-smoker, no pets. My current lease ends on 21st September. I get up early during the week for gym, and on the weekends to go surfing, so I'm not looking for a party house. I'd like to live somewhere clean where the housemates are friendly and happy to get together for dinner/drinks every so often. I'm independent, easygoing, neat and tidy and respectful of others' space and downtime. My hobbies include surfing, tennis, indoor soccer, snowboarding and calisthenics training. A garage spot and pool would be great.

Hey there potential housemates!!! :) My name is Tegan (22) and my partners name is Josh (24) and we have been in a lovely relationship for 4 years now. We are a friendly and respectful couple that love our fitness, nature and outdoors as well as chilling out and watching some Netflix or a movie. We are both clean and tidy people and we both work and study fulltime in careers we absolutely love!!! We do like to keep to ourselves a lot of the time but also don’t mind to have a chat/socialise with the other housemates. Josh and I are searching for likeminded people to share a place to call home with for over the next 6months-1year. We currently own no pets but are really hoping to adopt a kitten/cat in the near future as that is something I have always wanted, but we can be flexible with that. Thankyou for taking the time and looking at our listing, we look forward to potentially hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Tegan and Josh. 😊
Full time Carpenter. Know how to have a good time but also know how to enjoy a quiet and chilled day. Love to travel. Let’s go for a beer and see for yourself!
Hi I'm Ben, I'm looking for a cool and cozy room in a happy, relaxed living environment. I work full time at the airport. I am very clean, tidy, respectful of space and chilled out about pretty much anything. Please send me a message so we can arrange a meet. Thankyou.
My name is Bree, I am 25 years old and looking for Share Accommodation in Brisbane. I work full time (Monday-Friday) and spend most weeknights at the gym after work, so am out of the house from about 6am-7pm weekdays. Weekends are usually filled with plans, so I don't spend a lot of time at home. I am looking for a share house that has like minded, similar aged roommates - who are chilled out, like to have a chat but also don't mind their personal space. I also have an older female cat, who keeps to herself (outside all day and inside at night time) but is friendly and very clean, and we are a package deal. If it sounds like I would be a good fit for you, please send me a message.
About me I am a French / Vietnamese male in his late 40’s who’s made a recent change in career and is now moving to Btisbane to work. I am clean, quiet and generally keep to myself, but also enjoy a bit of company every now and then, or just a good Netflix session. 😉
I'm very neat and tidy. I'm awesome with money so there will never be problems with bills or rent being paid. I get up at around 345am Tuesday to Thursday + Saturdays. I finish by around 1130 am so generally I'm in bed by 730 - 800 and home early during the day so I'm sort of like the flatmate that isn't there if you work a 830 - 5-- job. I enjoy working out and mountain biking and a little cooking.
Hi, I'm a fairly quiet, non smoking, active single with a lovely small short-haired Border Collie. Responsible but not fussy. Friendly and love a chat but we have our own lives. Mature but fun loving! I have many interests ranging from reading, bush walking, finding the best coffee, wine and beach in Australia, to live music, photography to farm and garden hand, the odd bit of travel, and many more. Not into heavy metal, or rescuing drug addicts. Would love to find a like minded flatmate who would enjoy sharing a friendly space with me and of course my dog. I'm flexible with move in dates. Looking forward to speaking with you.
