I am a 21 year old female, I moved to brisbane in November 2018 so I’m still adjusting in some ways, I would love to make some new friends. I work at the Mater Childcare as a part time casual. I have a license and my own car. My hours at work are flexible, Monday through Friday. I have a 6 yr old cat, his name is Ollie. He is friendly and beautiful.
Hey! I’m 24, single, (soon to be) a nursing student at ACU, an artist and a social creature. I live out of Brisbane temporarily and I am looking to find somewhere close to Uni prior to the 20th of Feb. I’ve lived in share houses since I was 17, so I’m pretty used to the environment. I’m always down for a sneaky drink(s) and a shared dinner, but I’m fully respectful of personal space/boundaries (and am looking for the same respect back 😊). I do spend a lot of time out and about, but when I’m home in generally locked away binge watching TV or doing art things.
Im a 25 yr old female working 2 part time jobs. I have a 2.5 yr old Australian Bulldog called Sully. He is super lazy and sleeps most of the day, very well behaved, and doesnt bark. I am a really laidback person to live with, I like to keep my space tidy and am very respectful of others. I am not a party person but I do enjoy a drink occasionally. I love to cook so I dont mind sharing cooking from time to time. In my spare time I like to bake, read books or do something outdoors.
I have two ginger outdoor cats, I love going to gigs and going out with friends. I'm respectful, honest and conscientious. Hope to meet like minded people.
Hey! I'm Hussain, 28, currently a full-time student and also work at the airport. I enjoy new experiences, keeping fit at the gym, hiking and just being in nature. I love the occasional socializing and a drink or two every now and then. Clean, tidy and respectful. I'm also a pretty good cook ;) Ideally, I would love to be great friends with my future housemate(s) in that we get along, do things such as cook, eat, chill and hang out every now and then (no pressure haha) as opposed to being mere tenants with shared living spaces - it's not a prerequisite as i do understand we all have busy lives and varying schedules. The idea of a home rather than a house is appealing:) Preference for residences next to or at walking distances from bus/train stations and supermarkets etc.
Hello! My name is Rebecca and I am a 21 year old currently looking for a new place to rent. My move date is very flexible so I am open to any date from early Feb onwards. Ideally looking for a place that will accommodate pets as I own a very friendly, well-behaved cat (pictured) who would be moving with me. As for me, I work full time as a Travel Agent in North/Inner Brisbane so I am only really home nights and a couple of days every other week. I mostly keep to myself - you will likely find me reading, or in the kitchen baking - but I am also quite social so will always be down for a chat or movie/tv marathon. You'll always be able to count on my paying bills on time, and keeping the place clean!
Hi I'm Megs, I'm 30yrs young, career, family, friends and healthy lifestyle focused. This is the first time since I was 18 looking for a share house as I have rented my own properties since. My goal is to save for my own home which is why I am looking to reduce my outgoing costs in rent. My lease ends in March so I have plenty of time to decide to continue the lease I have, whilst it's ideal financially to move, I want to make sure I'm moving into the right home. (flexible on dates to move) I also have a house of furniture that can either be used or sold :) I like to keep busy and very much an outdoors person. When I am not working or sleeping I am at gym, visiting friends / family, climbing a mountain ect. Very easy going, love kids, cooking, cleaning (weirdly). Im pretty set in my routine mon-fri, keep tidy, washing day, meal prep day ect. - Insert closing sales pitch - lol
Hey, I'm Takura who is a bubbly and sociable person who is always up to have a friendly chat. I am fully capable to cook and clean for myself. I really enjoy my own time but are also looking for roommates who would like to be friends and occasionally be keen to have drinks and chill. I recently moved to Brisbane for uni from a small beachy town, so I’m still relatively adjusting to the city life. I am looking to move around end of mid/end of Feb, if you are looking around those dates as well then don't be afraid to hmu if interested. Only looking to share a house with female roommates also if you have any pets they will definitely be welcomed :)
Originally from Wales, UK. Moved to Oz over 5 years ago. Moving interstate from Dubbo NSW to the Brisbane area. I will have little furniture so would be nice to find something furnished, however i can organise my own bed and furnishings if needs be. Unfortunately i won't be walking in to a job when i move HOWEVER please do not let this put you off as I will be able to support myself and to pay the rent until i do get employment once i have moved to the area. I have 1 female desexed Husky called Xena. She is very friendly with people but takes a while to warm to other dogs. I rescued her from a shelter so i am not sure of her history. She is house trained. I can have a good time when the mood suits, but i also respect everyone's privacy and hope you would do the same. I am social and enjoy hanging out with other like minded people. I can be spontaneous! Would be great to have a good group in a house where we can grow to be mates instead of just sharing a home. The odd adventure away together or night out etc.
Tidy, clean and independent. I work 5 days a week in the construction industry and home in the evening to relax. I like to keep fit and have a set of weights and 2 bikes I will need room for. I am looking for similar aged flat mates who like a quiet house. I like a non smoking household and all bills included in the weekly rent
Just moved to Brisbane from Sydney for a job opportunity. Working full-time and tend to travel with work monthly. I am single and looking to move to an apartment or sharehouse with likeminded people, hopefully one that is already set up as I only have bedroom furnishings currently. I am rather social and enjoy the great outdoors and going out for drinks but also enjoy quiet nights in and binging on Netflix. I am laid back and easy going and enjoy having a relaxed relationship with housemates where we hang out and have a conversation about our day. Hoping that this also opens me up to meeting new people in Brissy.
Ebony & I are laid back, chilled out little beach bums, looking for a new roomie to join us in our move to Bris! If your described as a fun loving and super easy going girl you'll be our perfect match! We’ve both been living in Gold Coast together for the last 7 months and are moving to Brisbane due to work. Ebony is a flight attendant for Virgin & I work in Retail Leasing in the CBD. With a (flexible) budget of about $180 each in a 3 bedroom house. Looking to move mid Feb to March (but flexible in dates), requiring a fenced back yard for my beautiful little Cocker Spaniel (Daisy) and close(ish) to the city with trains not far away (for easy transport). We would love to hear from you if you're interested! Caiti and Eb xx
Hi I work as a support worker for disabled people so am very compassionate and accepting of others. Have 3 children who live with their mum in Newcastle. Divorced but have a new partner who lives in the area that I am after. Very clean and quiet Ex farmer so good with house/flat chores etc
Hey! I’m Ned, a down to earth, easy going, open minded guy. I work full time from monday to friday, and try to stay fit in the afternoons. Fairly routine orientated during the week but on weekends you can usually find me riding, hiking, enjoying a drink or just straight up relaxing. Slightly introverted but don’t mind partying every now and then. Originally from Coffs Harbour, I’ve been in Brisbane for roughly 1 year now. I’ve been told that I’m pretty cruisy to live with, I always clean up after myself and pull my weight around the place. Currently living with two friends, but they have both just recently acquired love interests who are here a lot and the place is becoming cramped. Just chasing a change and bit more space really. Cheers!
Hi, I am looking for a place to stay while working in Brisbane for commuting to Sydney for at least until March - although could be longer. I own my own business, so am often working away. In my spare time I like to spend time at the beach, gym or just watching Netflix. I have three kids on the Sunshine Coast, so am often visiting them at the weekends. Easy going, tidy and respectful of others.
Hi I'm Nipon and I work full time as a Remedial Massage Therapist in Alderley. I'm originally from Thailand, relocating to Brisbane about 9 years ago. I have been renting my own place in Wilston, however this is a good opportunity to reduce my costs and meet new people! In my spare time I like to keep fit in the gym and enjoy cooking, the outdoors etc. Ideally looking for a room with a private bathroom and potentially a car space. Can team up with someone to find a 2 bedrooms apartment. I got a friendly cat along with me :)
Looking for a place (ideally furnished- just need a bed) to crash during the week as I work North of Brisbane and looking to get closer. I work full time as a Dentist. Likely to stay with my family over the weekends. Love the outdoors, fairly active and social- love a good chat. Enjoy my down time. Clean and tidy individual. Will respect your space. Not a drinker, smoker or into drugs. :)
Studying to be a Vet Nurse, I have an old grumpy (but friendly) cat called Jupiter, I'm clean and keep to myself most of the time, but always up for a chat! I'm either at work, at TAFE, or at gym, or you'll find me potatoing on the couch watching dumb tv shows.
