I’m looking for a place for myself and my dog. He’s a large but placid. I’m a pretty easy going, I like to get out and about and go to the beach and try new food places. I’ve previously owned a house so I know how to be tidy and maintain the yard. Not particularly fussed on the location. So want a decent yard for my dog.
Hello, I am transferring to Brisbane from Townsville for work and am looking for a place close to the airport. As I will be working at the airport, my working hours will vary. I am easy going, respectable and very independent. I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors. I am looking for a housemate/s that are also easy going and clean. I can furnish my own room and would prefer my own bathroom but it isn't a big deal if I have to share. I am not big into partying but do enjoy heading out to socialise and love making new friends :)
I am looking for somewhere modern, tidy and bright. I work full-time Monday to Friday as a teacher. I am pretty easy going and keep communal areas clean. I have everything needed to set up a house, so am open to starting a new share place with someone. Looking to live with a female around my age. I am allergic to cats Let me know if you have somewhere suitable 😊
I'm social ,easy going and very respectful to every people around me and I'm very focused and committed to my studies.I'm also outgoing and would love a glass of wine or two on weekends.(not often). I'm looking for a room that has its own bathroom and comes with unlimited internet 😊
Hi potential roomie, I am in the process of exiting a LT relationship and the house I share with my ex-partner. I am keen to live with someone positive and who will be a good influence on my general headspace and well being. ❤️ About me: Full time shift worker within the government sector. This involves hours all over the show from 3am starts and 2 am finishes on a rotational roster. For this, I am strictly not into the party scene or any real craziness at home, (that was in my 20’s as cabin crew). However, the odd friend for dinner is welcome. 😀 I love getting outdoors and my down time is saddling up a horse and riding, or laying by the beach. Huge animal lover of all shapes and sizes. Mostly a home body now as days off I try and relax as much as I can. Extremely clean, tidy, respectful and I like to be organised daily. I am not a fan of the messy house or people not pulling their weight as I am the more house proud type. I will have the occasional drink and chat/laugh when I can, and happy to mingle and socialise when time permits. I am a big fan of my own time though. This comes from working day in, day out with the public. All bills / rent paid on time and with priority. Looking for potentially a room or house with a good human with a mature and positive outlook. My current lease ends Feb 1st, 2019. Hit me up for a coffee and a chat for more. 🤙🏼 Cheers - Tim
Hey, I'm a 25 year old German born Australian male. In September I decided to quit my corporate business job and leave the business world behind. I sold up my things and have been travelling ever since. I'll be going back to study next year, doing Conservationist and Land Management, which starts at the end of January. While I'm currently not working, I am financially secure for at least another 12 months. I'd be happy to come to a payment arrangement to settle any nerves about this. I intend to start looking for part-time or casual work in the new year anyway though. I'm a kind, easy going, tidy and respectful person. I like to try and live an active and healthy lifestyle - beach trips, hiking, gym, good food. I'd be hoping to move in ASAP. Kind regards, Stefan
I'm moving to Brisbane from Townsville to work at the RBWH. I am very conscientious and clean. I work 10-14 hours a day, so I have no time to party or make a mess! Otherwise I just chill on my computer, study, or nap. Non-smoker, LGBTQI friendly. I have no kids, but I do have a kitty, Waffles. I hope to bring the kitty with me as she is a sweet companion and incredibly neat. I also have 2 Italian greyhound dogs that will be staying with my parents in Townsville unless I find a place that accepts them.
Hey guys! I'm a laid back outdoorsy girl who just moved home from Canada after nearly 3 years. I'm starting a new job in Brisbane and am super stoked for it! I'm very neat and tidy and also love to bake. I"m also an avid Disney and Harry Potter fan but I promise I won't push it. Ask anything you like!
Hi everyone :) I work part time shift work at the brisbane International Airport. I'm very laid back and chill :) I'm definitely an introvert but I'm totally happy to have a chat/spend time with housemates. I just want to find a place that will feel like home :) I'm not a massive fan of moving so if I could find a place to rent for atleast 6months that would be wonderful. I love reading and watching Netflix :) and I've just started teaching myself Japanese haha because why not. I do currently live in Ipswich and yes the commute to work sucks haha but I'm helping my friend out until January :) so that's when I'd like to find a place closer to work.
Dear Fms user, I am looking for a new room in Brissy. I have been at my current place for six months and feel it is time for a change. I would like to live somewhere modern. I prefer to share with one other and think this dynamic works well. I would consider 2 -3 flatmates. I would live with a female I am clean courteous and respectful; I am clean but not ocd. I respect others and their use of the shared space. Normal share hose values apply. I am working full time in the building trades. I have a lot of rich experiences. I am always reliable with rent and bills.
Hello, I’m Madii and I’m looking for one or two new flatmates. My friend Ash and myself are looking for a 3-4 bedroom place and would like to team up with one or two others to start a new sharehouse. I’m a friendly, neat and respectful person who is looking for a fairly quiet place to live with people I get along with. I’m fairly introverted/ can keep to myself/ bit of a homebody but like to have a chat or watch tv/ movies with housemates. I consider myself pretty nerdy and like going to the cinema, seeing live music, stand up comedy, video games, plants, cooking/baking, crafting and relaxing with a cup of tea. I work casually and am on centrelink but I am always on time with rent and bills, and earn enough to support myself comfortably. I am also actively seeking more work and/or full time employment. I like to keep my space and my home very clean and am looking for people similar. I don’t drink but don’t mind if you do, but I’m not looking for a party house or people who have guests/ partners over all the time. Not interested in living with couples, smokers or drug users. I would prefer something in or very close to Chermside, for work and convenience, but can look elsewhere if need be. I have my own car and would require a parking space, preferably off-street. I get along well with pretty much anyone and am respectful of different cultures, religions, lifestyles and only ask the same, but LGBTQI+ friendly is a requirement for me. I have multiple references as being a good housemate and hope you will consider me! I will link to my friend’s profile as soon as they send me the link. I also can bring a lot to a new place! I have a good amount of furniture + appliances for common spaces if need be, and I have a spare king single bed for sale for cheap if you need one.
I'm an easy going girl who likes to keep my home clean and tidy. I have unlimited amounts of bad jokes and I love food, napping, good music and series. I work full time in sales atm, and when I'm not working I'm usually at my boyfriends house so you defintely won't get tired of me haha. I don't smoke or do drugs. I have a car, off-street parking is not essential as long as long as I can park on the street. I'm looking for a room or shared room, I'm not picky. I would love to not only be your flatmate but hopefully your friend as well!
Hello, my name is Dan. I'm a 31 old German guy. (although I feel a bit younger) I'm looking for a new place to stay since my current place in Strathpine is too big for me and I want to live closer to Brisbane. A few things about me: In my private time I enjoy going to the gym, travelling, hiking or going to the beach, having a meal at a nice restaurant, going out or just staying at home and watching a movie - just like most other people do. :) I work 3-5 days a week in Brendale, so the northern suburbs would be preferrable. I'm looking for a nice little place from 15/01/19 - either for myself or with positive people (early 20s to mid 30s) around me - doesn't matter where you are from. A must for me is my own room, a place to park my car, (fast) internet connection and that people don't smoke within the unit/house. If you are not quite the opposite of me and/or have a place to live or suggestions, feel free to send me a message. Cheers!
I am looking for a room with ensuite in a share house (as $200 is around my budget!). I start Masters in Developmental Psychology next year at QUT Kelvin Grove - looking for somewhere comfortable to make home before I start in Feb. I am clean, easy going, friendly but respectful of privacy and reliable!
I study media and communications full-time at QUT Kelvin Grove and sometimes work as a casual AV technician setting up corporate events. Sharing a place is more comfortable when people are prepared to communicate, and actively listen if any issues arise. I've lived in many share houses and I know how to tidy up after myself, the importance of a friendly chat and when to give others some space. I've got my own bedroom furniture and need space for a queen bed, study desk and other bits and pieces. Some storage space would be a bonus. I like to cook at home as often as possible, ideally in a vegetarian household, but this isn't always possible. Practising music at home is important to me and I'm respectful of noise levels. I like watching the news, current affairs, documentaries, and on-line TV series (Love The Handmaid's Tale/ Counterpart / Deep State / The Orville ) which I'm happy to do in my room or with others. I like to attend live music jams, swim, do yoga in the park and meditate at home on a regular basis.
Im looking to start fresh in Brisbane. I live on the gold cost but ready for a move! I'm always positive and outgoing, I love going out for dinners, traveling, hanging with friends and quite nights in. I work shift work so looking for someone who understands that lifestyle. Would love my own bathroom, close to the airport & stability. Not looking for anything short term. Feel free to message me for anything.
Hi there! My name is Mitch and my dogs name is Dusty. I work at Brisbane Airport, a job I love. Dusty just spends all day, sleeping mostly. I like to get out and do some photography, mainly aviation but also Christmas lights. I'm originally from Alice Springs in the NT and moved to Brisbane in January of this year. Dusty and I are looking for something long term. Dusty doesn't mind being outside but he also loves been inside, near humans :)
Hi my name is Sammy. I love to go to the gym and eat healthy. I’m a fulltime dental nurse. Looking for a non smoker female 24- 30 years of age. I’m neat and tidy and love being organised. I have everything to move into a house except for your bedroom will be unfurnished. I would like a reliable and trustworthy house mate that I can have a chat with. I’m planning on getting a cavoodle down the track so I would like someone that is dog friendly. No couples. Looking to move to chermside area In January.
Hi, I am a 26 year old criminology student at griffith. I am tidy, quiet, and like to keep to myself mostly The house or at least the bedroom needs to be on ground floor.. Look forward to hearing from you Have mobility issues so I can only be on a ground floor room/unit/house is what I need
Hey I'm Aaron, a 25 year old creative designer that's working full time in Brisbane. Currently, I live in the Newmarket area and preferably looking for a place not too far from there. My current living situation (which is only ending because the owners are selling the house) is with three other females - we've lived together for the past 2 years but unfortunately it comes to an end! I'm a pretty relaxed, no stress, clean and tidy kinda guy who understands the need for personal space but also doesn't mind a good chat or quality hang time with friends too. Being a graphic designer I spend most of my weekdays at work making things to look pretty on a computer... but after hours I play both social and competitive Netball. On weekends you'll probably catch me playing netball (again ha), mountain biking, jet-skiing, hanging with friends or even back on the computer catching up on all my favourite TV shows. I've only been in the Brisbane scene for the past two years so it'd be nice living with housemates that occasional embark on odd excursion out of the house here and there. Otherwise the general cleanliness & respect you'd want from anyone else without being a total OCD control freak would be great! Send me a message if you're interested.
We're positive and social people who enjoy a healthy lifestyle, crossfit and cooking. I'm a professional teacher and my husband Ryan works as a field technician. We're looking for similar minded professional singles or couples to accomodation share with who are clean, honest, social and happy.
Hi there! I'm Sarah, I'm from South Australia. I absolutely fell in love with Brisbane when I was there, and I would love to live there. I work full time, not a massive party animal but I can get around a bevvie or two. I am a dancer and a painter and I am hoping to get into stand up comedy, so I am down with the banter. I am looking for some cool people to live with who are clean and classic! Also my move in date is flexible, the thing wouldn't let me proceed unless I put one in there
Hi, I'm Rachel. I work permanent part time (full time hours most weeks) I work for Virgin Australia, ground crew. Currently residing and working in Brisbane Airport. I'm am very neat and tidy. Also I don't go out much ie clubbing but I do hangout with friends. I meal prep most weeks if I don’t give in and buy Youfoodz or Uber so I'll only be the annoying kitchen hog once or twice a week :) I am very active and love being outside. However I also love a good nap and tv binge. Give me a cheese platter any day of the week 😋 I love animals! I do work on a 4/2 roster. Meaning 4 days on then 2 off rotating. So I won’t be home most weekends. I need a place to stay as soon as possible :) before Christmas 2018 Please be aware, at this time I am hoping to eventually move to Melbourne before June. So I am not looking to sign a lease! LGBT friendly 🏳️🌈 Chill and laid back
