I´m Iris, a 28 years old open-minded mexican looking for a room and a place to be shared with people that will hopefully become friends and family. I don't mind a drink but I rather spend my time having a good conversation, reading, painting, watching documentaries and being outdoors ( Love swimming and the beach! =) ). I´m a nature fan, and try to live sustainably. I´m vegetarian (I compost and used to work in a food community garden). I´ll be studying my masters degree: engineering science on sustainable systems in UNSW starting on late february. I´m clean, tidy and easy going. =).
I'm a hard working full time single mum with 2 children aged 7 & 11. Very reliable, clean and tidy. We currently live in Penrith (Western Sydney) and we've always dreamed of living near the beach. Maroubra is by far our favourite place and beach. It's time for us to make this change when my current lease ends in May 2017. We are very multi cultural family being half spanish, half Egyptian but born in Australia. We have quite a few Brazilian friends and we love to entertain and cook together. I'm a great cook myself and my children love to cook too. I do have a pet Labrador and he's very friendly and well behaved. He's always lived outdoors. My children would love to live in a house that has a pool and I do have a table tennis table which could be entertaining for us all. I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom house or even an apartment. I have a Foxtel account so I could offer to share a second Foxtel box. I can also offer to share my furniture and appliances. If you have a backyard and a garage that would be a bonus. I could possibly pre-sign a lease now and leave a deposit. I'm definitely looking for a long term rental. Must be close to a primary and a high school, bus stops, shops would be handy too. We are also into many sports and love to keep active. We are looking to have our own place but we would also love to share accomodation with someone else if they were interested, even if you have children. I really need to start looking now and let my landlord know of our departure so he can find a new tenant for our current house. Plus I have to organise a Removalist plus enrolment in new schools. Please feel free to contact me.
I am looking for a private room in a place that is clean and organised, close to shops and transport. I will be working full time (in research) and will be away most of the weekends. I live in Newcastle with my husband and will be travelling to spend the weekends with him. Eventually (once a month, maybe), he might come to Sydney to be with me for the weekend. I am very easy going! I would like to move any day between 18/03 and 01/04... and I am happy to bring my furniture to the room. No party!
26 year old Consultant with a pretty relaxed vibe. I've been living out of home for 7 years now. As a housemate I'm easy-going, social and friendly. Always respectful of others' space and needs. Very tidy and organised but not too fussed about others leaving some mess in communal areas etc. For fun I'll go out with mates several nights a week, dance and paint.

Hi, I'm a 19 years old girl from Sweden who's been traveling Asia for the past months. I'm looking for a place to stay while working, in Freshwater, Manly, Fairlight, Balgowlah, Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay, Kirribilli or Lavender Bay as soon as possible. I expect to stay for about 9 months. I'm outgoing, positive and tidy, enjoy being social but respect privacy. I'm spontaneous, love working out but don't mind sharing a bottle of wine or beers with great company - I'm looking for a likeminded and easygoing flatmate. I will probably spend a lot of time at my sister's or outdoors, as Sweden don't spoil us with much sun, so there will be privacy time. I don't have a time limit for the room. I've travelled quite a lot in the last 5 years. I'm originally from Argentina, been living in Australia for a year now. I like keeping all common spaces clean and tidy. I'm very considerate with noise too. I've been going camping a lot during the weekends and drawing a lot.

My little dog Romeo and I are currently living in North Bondi. About me - I am originally raised in the country and have lived in Sydney for a number of years. I am a piano teacher and teach my students in their homes - it's ok - I don't teach from home :) I do have a beautiful baby grand piano, and play infrequently due to the amount of time I spend playing during lessons. I leave early to teach, and then I attend uni during the day and teach late afternoon until around 7:30pm most evenings. I enjoy having a nice home with furniture and belongings that are well cared for. I also really enjoy a peaceful home environment and a like minded person to be around. About Romeo - He is a very friendly and affectionate non shedding 3.5 year old golden cocker spaniel. He may want to spend a lot of time with you - cue cuddle time on the couch with him. He will be spending a lot of time with other dogs/people during the day and will not be left at home for extended hours - unless you have a dog and they can keep each other company. He is well trained, non barking, groomed and vaccinated and an inside dog that loves human company. He is pretty adorable. He will be exceptionally happy if you have a well socialised dog that will keep him company whilst we are at work. And ideal housemate will be: Well read Employs a significant level or responsibility at work Enjoys a home environment that is peaceful Lives a healthy lifestyle English speaking at home Dog lover or owner Someone that plans to live in the same location for several years My first preference is to set up a new home with the right person/persons rather than moving into an existing share house arrangement. However, if it's the right match I will consider it. Some of my interests are: Relaxing at home when not working My current obsession with baking sourdough bread Gym Long walks with my dog Cycling Kayaking Aviation The arts Interior architecture I have a very flexible move date which can be anywhere within the next four months.

Hey Everyone, I'm Rob, and I'm moving back to Sydney after a year abroad in Germany. Ideally I'm looking for a friendly share house in the Maroubra/Randwick/Coogee area which I can call home and meet some new people. I have been living in share houses for years, so I enjoy living with others and having a communal area to socialise and have a few cheeky drinks, but I also understand and value what it takes to be a friendly, clean and respectful housemate. If you are looking for a housemate that fits that description, please contact me, as I'm moving back to Sydney on the 21st of Feb, and I would really like to sort out a more long term living situation sooner rather then later! Cheers!
