Hiya, I'm Meg. I'm 25 and work in the CBD area in IT. During the week I'll be at work either travelling interstate or in Sydney. I've signed on a new apartment in St Leonards which I'm looking to find a flatmate for the second bedroom. This may fall through which means I will still be looking for a plce On the weekdays I like to go for walks/to the gym, watch the bachelorette (yes you read that right), attempt and fail at cooking then order in. On the weekend, I like to go on roadtrips, catch up with friends for dinner and drinks. I also brunch religiously. For ease of access to the CBD, I need to be close to a train station. Ideally looking for a room with ensuite but I'm also open to teamups and finding an apartment for lease if I can find a clean and tidy flatmate. I'm clean and tidy, I like to keep the apartment looking (and smelling) nice at all times. I will know more about the apartment I've applied for in St Leonards in the next couple of days. But basically looking to find a flatmate who I can flat with or find a room for me to move into.
Your dream tenant! A mature, responsible, non-smoking, quiet, tidy professional lady with a full-time job and healthy habits. Things I do for fun: adventure travel, rockabilly dancing and astrophotography. I am looking for shared accommodation in Northern Beaches / Lower North Shore / Chatswood rail line (with good public transport to CBD) for a few months as a transition to a possible move interstate, pending a promotion. I prefer to share with a single person or a couple only, with a bathroom for my exclusive use. A lock-up garage would be ideal, as I have some furniture and boxes that I will need to store (plus my bicycle, which I use regularly). I have a small car and I don't mind keeping it on the street, as long as there is unrestricted parking generally available close by. If you have a room that fits this description, I look forward to hearing from you :)
I am a professional working during office hours (often longer as I work in Education/Entrepreneurship) and when I am home it's usually to chillax or be creative. I dance in a studio twice a week and am a swimmer. During weekends, you'll find me outside as I love outdoors, exhibitions, or any kind of entertainment! I like going out, enjoy trying out new places and getting out and about in Sydney. Also keen on travels, arts and people. I am outgoing and sociable but like some down time or me time too. I am organised, tidy and clean. Am told I'm a good cook and like to share meals and experiences with people! I respect others' well-being, personal space/privacy and interests. I am reliable with rent, bills and netflix :) I am also a dog and cat lover and very friendly with pets! I am french and have been here for 5+ years, and am committed to stay for another good while. Re language, I know a bit of AUSLAN and understand Spanish but too shy/rusty to speak it and I am keen on learning other languages as well. I work in the city and I am currently living in Surry Hills, and looking around this area but have a previous affinity with the North shore... I know there's a big difference with both spots but I am motorised :) Flexible so long as I find good peeps and a great place to live in! Oh, and also... I clearly like to write!
I have recently moved to Sydney. I am an very social, talkative and creative. I like to cook and try new things. I like to speak with my flatmates and know what happened in their day but if my flatmates like to keep to themselves thats cool too. I am pretty easy going and keep to myself if needed. I am also a clean freak.

It is where I started my adventure in this beautiful country. I have lived in many house shares before. 6 people being the biggest share. I like a peaceful, chilled place but somewhere to socialise / hang out at times. No longer a party animal, much prefer a take away and movie night or going out to listen to live music in a nice bar. Looking for: Double or Queen Private Room 10 mins (max) walking distance to train station 10 mins (max) walking distance to a shop All inclusive payment (ideally) 3 - 9 months stay I'm a huge animal lover so if you have any pets I'll be super happy. I'm a 50 year old professional - I live in Regional NSW and have my own consulting practice. Work brings me to Sydney 2 out of 4 weeks, during which I work out of an office, in Neutral Bay. I'm busy during the day and lead a pretty quiet life at night either at home relaxing or out visiting friends and / or at the theatre.
Hi all! I've just graduated high school on the North Shore and am really interested in sharing a place at the beginning of next year until I start uni in 2018 or 2019. I'm really easy to get along with and am very independent. I also love animals so i'm more than happy to look at a place with animals. I love being outside or at the beach and then winding down in the afternoons. I have a part time job at a child care centre on the North Shore and looking for another part time job during the day. I do have a boyfriend/best friend who i'm looking at sharing a place with, so if you're open to sharing a place or teaming up with a couple that's also great! If you'd like to know anything more, simply send me a message! :)
I'm a student who will be working part-time. I'm pretty social and love a drink with friends as well as some down time. I keep my mess contained to my own area and am a pretty easy-going person to live with.
Chris: I'm a 20 y/o student from Byron Bay studying at Billy Blue college of Design in Ultimo. My interests include football (keen Everton fan), graphic design/drawing and going to the beach. Catherine: I'm a 22 y/o student studying Comm/Law at Macquarie Uni. I grew up on the North Shore (Gordon), but would love to move closer to the city. My interests include spending too much money on food/uber, dogs and netflix. We are both easygoing, clean and not a hassle to live with. We love going out for drinks, but also staying in and playing board-games (preferably also with drinks). Chris also loves to cook, which invariably leaves Catherine to do the washing up. We'd love a place with similar aged like-minded people. Although we would respect other flatmates' privacy when needed, some banter would be ideal! Didnt know how to upload a photo of both of us hahah
Hi housemates! I'm from Barcelona and I am a geologist, currently employed as a postdoc (full-time researcher) at Macquarie Univeristy. I'm very open-minded, friendly and I like meeting people from other cultures. I'm active, I like doing outdoor activities over the weekend (diving, climbing, caving, hiking) and travelling, but during the week I'm pretty relaxed and I enjoy spending the evenings chatting with my housemates, reading, watching movies or playing board games. I have been living in Sydney for more than 3.5 years now, always sharing a house, so I'm very used to it and you'll have no complain about me, since I'm a very clean and easy-going girl. My landlady and housemates will confirm both! To be honest, I'm extremely sad to leave my current place and my friends who have become my Australian family for the last 3 years. Unfortunately my landlady is renovating half of the house and I have no option but to find somewhere else to stay. I'm looking for a room in a clean and tidy house to stay for a full year (or teamup for a new place), with nice and sociable housemates (not really crazy parties in the house though, I have to be able to rest during the week!). Obviously no need to say that I'll definitely respect your privacy (and I hope that you will as well), because I think it's essential. I would like to live with people who are happy to do activities together and share some meals from time to time. In other words, I'm not interested in a place where my housemates spend almost all the evening in their rooms... I would like to have a place that I truly feel like HOME. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
**Not looking for share accommodation unless it is a large private room / area with own bathroom / en-suite. Thank you. I am a marketing professional who has just moved back from London to Sydney. I love Sydney’s parks and beaches and miss them dearly – hence, I am looking for a small home for a 6-9 month period that is open plan and over the north side - all the other suburbs listed are of interest. A modern granny flat or studio would be ideal as I am looking for a private space with lots of light. I am tidy, quiet and am often running or at pilates mid-week after work and like to get out and about on the weekends. Thanks!
Hi! :) Myself and my good pal Luke are looking for a place to live in Sydney at some stage in February 2018, we are preferably looking for somewhere to live in the Inner East, Inner West or on the Northern Beaches and close to a train station if possible. We will be needing two private rooms. We are both young professionals who are moving from Newcastle to Sydney for graduate jobs in the CBD so we will be busy with work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. I will be working as a lawyer and Luke will be working in accounting. We are very chill people who love to hit the beach and exercise in our spare time and will be travelling back home to Newcastle on some weekends. We would ideally like to be living with like-minded housemates who like to keep their living spaces clean and tidy. We are friendly/social people who would love to make home cooked meals with our future housemates, watch some TV, head out for a drink or play board games when we're all free.
Hey everyone, my name's Michelle! I'm searching for a private room in an APARTMENT BUILDING to sublet. I'd prefer to find somewhere close to the CBD and would ideally like to live with others similar in age. The room should be furnished, MODERN, clean, and have access to wi-fi. A bit about me - I'm originally from Melbourne. I just started full-time work in Sydney and will be studying on a part-time basis. I've also lived in flatshare before so know how to respect the space and privacy of others, and I like to keep things clean and tidy. Please let me know if you have a suitable place! :-) N.B. I am planning to travel at the end of January and in February for a couple of weeks so I am primarily searching for a SHORT-TERM place to live between the 2/2/18 to 16/2/18 (2 weeks). I will be looking for long-term accommodation from the 28/2/18 onwards once I'm back.
