Jon is a full time student studying Chemistry at QUT. Thienna is completing Travel and Tourism studies at TAFE and will be working part time in the industry. We are friendly, tidy and reliable! We love to cook, watch strange movies and listen to all-the-music. We spend most of our time studying so you probably won't hear from us much but we're always up for friendly banter or some DNMs. We're very relaxed and all we really want is to live with people who clean up after themselves and won't eat our food! Ideally we would like a big room with our own bathroom and somewhere not too far from the city. Our budget combined is $250 max a week. Thanks for your interest :)
I'm tidy, respectful, hygienic, honest and self reliant. I'm a qualified sparkie with a reliable job, I like 4x4ing and riding moto, Iv always lived in tarragindi but don't mind living elsewhere. I like socialising but can also respect boundarys and can analyse situations quite well, i have no dept meaning I can pay rent on time every time, I don't smoke and am out most weekends. I'm a team player and can get along with pretty well anyone. I hope too find a genuine group of people with the same attitude as myself, keen too move out sooner then said date if need be, feel free too msg me, I'm pretty easy going cheers.
Hey :) My names Vanessa, I'm 20 years old and currently working in hospitality. I am also a dancer and just finished my studies in the city. Dance is my passion and the arts really. I love going to the beach and listening to music, gym, traveling, reading books, eating food... I am a vegan and would love to live with people that don't mind✌🏼️🌿😋 I also love to go out with friends and have a couple of drinks. I'm easy going and always keen to hangout with my housemates, but I completely respect everyone's privacy and independence :) I'm happy to help clean up around the house and do my part. That's no problem at all. I'm keen to move out by December in share accom or a new apartment.
Hey there, I'm an easy going girl. Work full time in the city so looking for somewhere not too far away. I'm looking to move into a house that's pet friendly and with someone who is ok with dogs as I'll have my labrador puppy (Maisey) with me. It would be awesome if my potential housemates had a dog too as I'd love for Maisey to have a friend whilst i"m at work. I'm sociable but I also enjoy my own space. Send me a msg if you think we could team up!
hi! I'm currently a pre-med student at UQ so I mostly would spend my time studying (LOL or trying to) and so I'm pretty quiet as a roommate. However I do like to socialise and am friendly. I'm very clean and tidy but that being said I really do not care if there are a few dirty dishes in the sink (so don't worry if you're a little lazy). I'm interested in 1-2 other students to team up with for share accommodation (especially near greenslopes). Hit me up if you're interested
I currently work at Myer and study a dual degree at Griffith, I plan on finding a place to stay for longer than 6 months. Plan to move early January. Really clean and easy to get along with, I'm always doing something so frequently go in and out the door. I am a bit out there but only in a good way I promise!
Neat and tidy, value mine and others privacy, love to cook, social but like to do my own thing from time to time, work six days a week in CBD, active in outdoors sports, don't mind a social drink every now and then, would be great to have housemates that could become friends. Love animals so if you have a social dog or cat i don't mind at all :) Just got myself a new car so undercover parking would be great!
My friends say I'm kind, naturally gorgeous, a good sense of humour, generous, energetic, hard-working and the most important thing is without a boyfriend.
I'm in my final stages of my Engineering degree, looking for a place to move out to. I've lived in Brisbane most of my life, so know my way around, and I seem to enjoy reading and gaming (the non-gambling variety). I am a bit of an introvert, but generally get along with most people.
Hey guys! My partner, dog and I are planning to move out and we would love someone to move in with us. About us: G'day, my name is Penny Higginbotham, I am a 23 year old female and am studying a bachelor of international tourism and hotel management. I play a lot of volleyball (indoor and beach) and I also reff and coach indoor volleyball. I also work part time as a kids swimming instructor. I have a beautiful 3 year old malamute cross german shepard called Mishka, she is absolutely amazing and she was originally acquired as an emotional support animal. I am in a long term relationship with Lachlan who is a 19 year old male. Lachlan is currently undertaking math components at university in order to study an engineering course. Lachy is currently seeking employment, he loves a good gaming session and he may be 19 but he has a soul of a 60 year old. We promise to never make you feel like a third wheel, we behave a lot more like mates than a couple. We are currently looking at places in the suburbs listed. Some of our prerequisits are: House related: Must be less than 20 minute drive to Griffith's Nathan campus Must have 3 bedrooms (of course) Must have 2 bathrooms (can be 1 bathroom + ensuite) Penny requires the master bedroom in order to fit her king size bed and Mishka Must be fully fenced People related: We're not able to live with anyone who smokes (cigarettes and other) We're not able to live with anyone who partakes in any other form of drugs Must be ok with Penny not wearing pants around the house (I promise to always wear undies though) Some of our preferences are: Built in wardrobes in rooms Males to move in with us (it's fine if you're a female, as long as you're ok with me not wearing pants 95% of the time - I always wear briefs though!) No other pets (Mishka does get along with other animals but it is preferable that she is the only animal) Basically we want to live in a house that isn't gross, that's fair right? I've got a number of house inspections booked during this week, if you are interested, please message me and you're more than welcome to come along. Also message me if you would like to meet either myself or myself and lachlan or even myself, lachlan and mishka. Looking forward to hearing from you! Penny
Hello! I'm looking for a room to rent while I continue my study at Griffith Uni. I'm someone who enjoys having a chat in the kitchen, perhaps with a glass of wine so I want to move in with people I will get along with. I also enjoy my time alone so I am big on respecting each others spaces so don't worry about that :) I'm a tidy and relatively quiet person and I enjoy to bake occasionally. I do spend some time out of the house usually on weekends at my boyfriends place so I won't be home all the time. Mostly just looking for a household I can live comfortably in while I continue my university career :)
I'm 31, doing a PhD at Griffith and work as a photographer. Looking for somewhere quiet and green but sociable with just 1 or 2 people (or the perfect granny flat) to live long term while I study. My relaxation is outdoor fun, circus, reading, art and watching things. I like a good chat over wine or tea but otherwise pretty quiet at home.
I enjoy catching up with friends for a coffee, playing trivia nights and chilling out at home. I pay rent/bills on time, quiet but still sociable ***apologies upfront but not looking for any places that have pets...***
I'm an easy going 28 year old professional looking for a female flatmate to co-sign a lease with for at least 6 months, somewhere within the inner suburbs of Brisbane. I currently have a house full of furnishings/appliances so I can bring as much or as little as we would need. Ideally I would like to move into a House, Townhouse or large Apartment with min. 3 bedrooms so that there is a spare room for any possible guests. Also somewhere that is walking distance to cafe's and shops would be ideal! A little more about me: - I was born right here in Brisbane and work in an Operations position within a construction company. - I am a non-smoker and don't do drugs. - I do not have pets or children. - I'm sociable, however I do like my own space as well. - I'm not a big drinker, but do enjoy a nice mojito every now and again :) - I love to cook and enjoy going to fresh food markets. - I'm extremely tidy and like to be in a clean environment. Would be happy to share the cost of a cleaner every fortnight. - On the weekends I enjoy spending time with my family and friends which usually involves meeting up at a cafe for brunch and going to my parents house at the coast. - My closest friends are all married with kids so it would be great to find a flatmate who I could form a new friendship with. If you are a similar fit to the above and are looking for a flatmate like me, feel free to send me a message :)
Fun 20 y/o comin at cha I'm a full time student and work part time in retail so I'm pretty busy during the week but love to let loose over the weekends I'm clean and organised and looking for like-minded housemates Interested in inner west and south suburbs, preferably a team up so I can create a home with some other deadly guys and gals Lemme know if you're interested, lets grab brunch or a bevvie and see if we're a good fit
I’m moving up from Northern NSW to study at QUT. I’m easy going and pretty chill. I am fairly sociable in the sense that I like to get out and do different things, not just sit around all day. Having said that I also appreciate spending time alone to just relax and hang out. I’m clean and tidy and respectful of other people’s space and privacy. I also work part time so paying rent and bills on time won’t be a problem. I’m pretty much open to any living situation but ideally I would like to get a house with some like-minded people. Having room for activities is a major key but not essential.
We are both mature respectful and reasonable people who like to live a quiet lifestyle as we both dont drink . We are outgoing and do our best to keep everyone happy. More than happy to keep our area in the house clean and contribute to keeping the rest of the house clean, more than happy to cook and share a meal and a chat and do what is expected of a good tenant. Currently unemployed and are on government benefits due to our move back from toowoomba so we need to find accomodation as fast as we can but that dosent affect our ability to pay rent and we are actively looking and will take the first opportunity but dont let that change your mind about us as tennants. We are expecting a baby in march and im finding that can be a problem to most people so if you have a room to offer us without that being an issue we will be forever thankful and appreciative dont assume we need ridiculous ammounts of space because of this because we dont we just need a normal sized room pleasw if you can help and offer us something we would love to hear from you thanks for reading this and considering us as tennants.
My name is Elka and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently a casual employee for the Australian Taxation Office, however I work guaranteed full-time/part-time hours. I am a creative, I make art, play music and sing. I write, too. I enjoy a glass of wine or a beer pretty much every evening, love being out and about, love making nice breakfasts at home and I also like to keep fit and active. I love talking to and getting to know people, roadtrips, going to little gigs and I don't mind a house party here and there but am definitely not a clubber. I start uni in February 2017 as well so I really will barely be home. I'm single but looking so might have a few dates over but I definitely maintain and respect privacy. Would love to find some housemates to have a drink with, actually be friends with, go on random drives with - just nice people who can actually contribute to a good lifestyle! I am looking for a reasonably sized bedroom with AIR-CONDITIONING and the rent MUST be bills included (as I can't handle unforeseeable costs.) A pool would be a plus! Curse these Australian summers.
Starting a new job in Brisbane and need to make the move up from the Gold Coast. I am mostly looking to team up and rent fresh with someone as I own a lot of furniture myself. I'm easy going and always up for a chat. I have a girlfriend although she does not live with me, usually spend the weekend with her at her place or she spends with at mine. Prefer to be looking at places within 20mins of the city and with a garage for my car. Message me if interested :)
My names Kyle I'm a 23 yr old barber, pretty chill, I keep busy with work 6 days a week I like all sport and music, no big dramas, I'm clean tidy and respectful, like having a laugh. Pretty flexible with location and price looking to move asap, cheers
Recently graduated from a Bachelor of Communications at QUT and now work full-time as an Integration Coordinator at a Brisbane radio station. My office is in Teneriffe so I would love a place that is easy to commute to/from. Reason for moving - I've just come back from a Europe trip and am looking to move back out of home in September/October What am I like to live with? I'm respectful, friendly and helpful (will tan your back for you). Always down for a wine night with a Ryan Reynolds movie - I make a mean cheese platter. If you think I'd fit in to your house, lets catch up for coffee :) Prefer an all female household but it's not a must have.
Laid back, tidy, mature, friendly gal looking to share with similar aged people. I work part time in hospitality and spend the rest of my time working on my online business. I am sociable and enjoy a wine and a chat after work but also enjoy my alone time. P.s. as much as it saddens me, i am allergic to cats :(
I am a 20 year old mechanical engineering student studying at UQ St Lucia. I am looking for a house close to UQ or Yeronga/Yeerongpilly, as I am a private tutor and my students live in this area.
I am looking for a clean and tidy place with housemates that are fun, chilled out and easy going. I'm very friendly, neat, clean, and can be sociable at times. Previously, I resided in Townsville for my undergraduate degree. As such, I am expecting to have some friends coming over to visit me for a few days during my 3 month stint. On regular days, I will be at my workplace or be volunteering in labs at the uni. so I won't be home much in the day... If you have more questions, feel free to message me! :)
We are a couple in our mid-twenties working full time and studying. Pete works as a compliance officer for the Qld Gov and Reece is studying graphic design and animation at QUT. We have gorgeous and very affectionate whippet pup named Bolt, who will also be coming along for the ride. We are looking for one or more housemates to team up with and live in either a house, apartment or townhouse. We have couches, a TV, internet and Netflix subscriptions, a fridge and washing machine to bring along. We are both super friendly, easy-going and love a celebration when one is called for. We are equally as hard-working and sensible when we need to be. On weekends, we like to head to the local markets, get outdoors (hikes and kayaking) or head down to the Gold Coast to visit family and friends. We would like to live with someone who shares the same mindset as us; who can contribute to the household and get along with the banter, but also respect down-time. Ideally, we would like to live with other mature students or professionals. Oh, and you must love dogs!
Looking to team up with some people to make an awesome share house! Hoping to find 2 or 3 people to live with. I work full time managing a newsagent but my hours are a little all over the place so sometimes I work weekends. I am extremely respectful and friendly. I enjoy my own space but I'm also keen to socialise with my housemates. Hoping to find some people that want to share a few meals and a chat during the week and make the house feel like a home. A love for reality TV is ideal but not a necessity :) I'm very easy going but I'd prefer my own bathroom (happy to pay more for it). Let me know if you are interested and maybe we could meet for a coffee!
Young professional working in drafting and as a project manager. My hours are usually 7:30 - 4 mon-fri. Australian/Danish. I'm tidy and considerate. Good communication is important to me. I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, camping and going to the beach. I have a 4WD so I'm all set for adventures! I like to try new things. Hoping to get back into yoga soon and do some more indoor rock climbing at some stage. Looking for carpark, mozzie nets on windows, good insulation, fan or aircon, balcony or outside area, quiet location, housemates relatively close to my age. Can contribute a couch, large fridge and some other household items and furniture. I also have some nice potted plants. I am keen to have the opportunity to add a few things to the house so it feels like home. I'm an independent person but would like to find housemate/s who are up for a good chat and sociable every now and then. I like a good balance. I appreciate tidiness in a house but I'm not over the top with cleaning. If everyone does their little bit then we're good. I have no pets. Unfortunately I'm allergic to cats. I would prefer living with a dog.

Two friends who have lived together before, one coming back from exchange in Canada and the other returning from a summer job in Darwin, looking for some new friends to live with! We'll be heading back to Brisbane at the start of February to start our 3rd year studying at UQ, whilst working part time. We're clean people and respect each other's personal space but, that being said, we would be keen to share meals, a Netflix account and a bottle of wine or 3 as well!
Hey! I work full time in the social work/human services industry. I've been share housing for 3 years and am tidy and quiet. I'm easy going and enjoy walking my dog, going to the beach on weekends or going to markets and spending time with family and friends. My dog is a mix breed, well behaved and doesn't bark. :)
I'm a marine biology student into yoga, swimming and diving. I love dogs but am unfortunately allergic to cats =( . I'm not really a party-person, but I enjoy a good feed and some drinks with friends. Clean and respectful and responsible with rent and bill payment.

When I'm not working, I like to catch up on some tv shows, discover new music, cooking, or hang out with friends. I love animals too, so it would be a big plus if you have dogs or cats in your house.

Hey guys, I'm a full-time nurse working at the PA Hospital. It's not shift work, it's a Monday-Friday job. I'll also be studying my Masters in Nursing. I'm clean, pretty quiet and considerate of others. In saying that, I don't mind having a chat over drinks and having a movie night in. It would be cool if you were kind-of social too. However, I'm really just not after a party house! I would love to find an air-conditioned unfurnished room with my own bathroom. The dream is if you've got off street parking! I'm after something long-term and would like to be on the lease. I'm hoping to move somewhere early to mid January. I've got all of my bedroom furniture and a bit of kitchen stuff. You won't have to worry, I always pay all the bills on time and chip in with cleaning around the house. I'm looking to move somewhere which would enable me to walk to the PA. If you live within 2km of the hospital (or intend to), I would love to hear from you!
Hello Everyone, We're two very good friends looking place to live. Very tidy, friendly & busy with our routines... First preference is two or three bedroom apartment or unit or a house to live. (Furnished or Unfurnished) Second can have two bedrooms in a same place to share with other housemates. (Furnished) In any of above cases, bills should be included as our maximum budget is not more than $370/week altogether. We do have our cars so parking is a plus point for us. In our free time, we normally watch Netflix and travel around.. Moving date before 15 December... Please contact with details & keep in mind above requirements before contacting us. Thank you so much.. :)
I'm quite shy but once I get to know someone, I generally become fun and bubbly person to be around. I'm moving because of study and a new environment, I want to start fresh. I've only ever worked in Cafés and McDonalds. I'll be looking for retail jobs or waitressing/bar-work while I live in Brisbane. I'll be doing a bridging course at Mount Gravatt TAFE (Screen and Media) and will hopefully be attending QUT (Bachelor of Creative Industries) in 2018. Ideally looking for a place to stay longer than 6 months. During the days I'll either be studying, working or most likely keeping to myself. I'd love to live with someone I can get along with socially but I'm still rather independent and respect everyones privacy. But overall I'm really excited for the move and hope to find some like minded gal(s) to live with while I'm there. Looking to move in at any point in January as I'll be starting my study on the 30th of Jan. My budget is a maximum of $200 per week. I'm looking for a room or flat that is unfurnished as I have all of my own furniture for my own room and plan on bringing it all with me (Bed, drawers, bookcase, side tables, desk, etc.) Furnished share homes/apartments are cool, so long as the room I'll be shacking up in has space for all my stuff 😅
I'm a clean, tidy and considerate housemate. I enjoy a drink occasionally but not after a "party" house. I'm looking for housemates that like to chill out and chat in the evenings. I'm 33 and looking for housemates of a similar age. :)
I'm currently half way through a Primary teaching degree, and work part time as a swimming instructor, both of which keep me busy. I love to get outdoors, socialise with friends, and enjoy some quiet time with a book or good movie/show. I consider myself a very friendly and considerate person. I'm clean, respectful, and enjoy the occasional shared meal and/or drinks with roommates.
I am a very friendly and outgoing person. On a weekend i most likely will be out and about having diner or a cocktail. But at the same time I can be very geeky attending nerdy festivals dressed up in silly costumes. Im not one to stand on someones toes, i like to give people space so i expect the same in return.
Hi, my name is Tracy, I'm a very youthful, middle aged woman recently relocated from Melbourne. I'm a non-smoker, a social drinker and I work in Capalaba. I'm friendly and outgoing but also appreciate and respect privacy, (I read a lot so I'm pretty quiet). I'm into walking and exercise and I work in the health food industry. I'm also a very clean person and maintain a very clean environment so thats important to me. I'm looking for a spacious room with builtin's and my own bathroom. My budget is $150 to $160 (negotiable) and this must include all utilities, I do not need the internet as I have my own data. I have a car so off street parking would be a bonus. I'm honest and reliable so my bills are always paid on time. My preference is to be in the Woolloongabba/Greenslopes area and I would prefer to share with just one other person.
