I'm very friendly and love people, love a good cook-up and chilling out too! Can talk about almost anything, but leave you alone when you need quiet too ;) I'll be needing plenty of alone time as a fast-track nursing student anyway. I am a disabilty support worker, non-smoker, neat and tidy around the home. I have a gorgeous 6yr old labrador I either can bring with me or leave with my folks if you can't have her, but trust me, you'd be missing out ;)
Engineering student from Sydney, moving to Hobart for the summer to work full time. Looking forward to meeting new people, exploring a new place and a whole bunch of new experiences. I'm outgoing and friendly and would like to live with someone similar. I like to live in a relatively clean house and enjoy cooking also. I also love the outdoors, so am looking forward to exploring all the beautiful Tasmanian natural landscapes.
Hey! I am currently living in Kingston and working part time, I'm only new to Hobart and have been staying with friends, I am looking at staying somewhere for around 6 weeks while I organise getting a place of my own! I'm a very tidy person and keep to myself most of the time, I love to have a laugh and always find the positives in situations!
Hi all, I've recently moved back to Tassie from the Sunshine Coast and am looking to either find existing share accommodation or team up with someone and find an area that suits us both. Im clean and tidy, like to eat healthy and keep reasonably fit. I have full time work. Enjoy a few beers on the weekend.
I am a man of positive attitude and i want to keep good relationship with anyone, I work as a full time. Presently, I am alone but my wife and a child will join me about after a month, i am not party people, however, i have light drink occasionally, i am non-smoker, at the moment I can afford from $150 to 245$ per week. I will highly appreciate who wants to provide me room for me and my family, we prefer to live in a good environment and We feel happy to keep our house always neat and clean.
I don't have much experience living in a shared experience but I am quiet, neat and tidy, love a good meal and relaxing. I enjoy meeting and getting to know new people. I'm adventurous and will try anything once. I'm Tasmanian through and through, working full time in Heritage Tourism. I am looking to move closer to the two locations I manage. In my spare time I like to play video games, listen to music, cook/bake and relax with a movie or two. My rental history is unfortunately very brief as I have spent the last 6 years assisting with the care of my mother but I have always been proud of the spaces that I live in and enjoy keeping them clean and tidy.
I have got a job Hobart as a geotechnical engineer, so I am relocating from Melbourne. I have been sharing places for a while and I am really easy going and relaxed. Also I am doing my masters so I will probably be studying here and there, always happy to socialize over dinner or a drink. Finally I got a kitten (ragdoll) 6 months old, he is well trained and super placid so that would not be an issue. Happy to have a chat and see how it goes.
Work for myself as a plumber, also studying for my pilots license. Sports usually take up my remaining free time. Pretty out going, I don't really spend much time at home... Which I guess is a good thing for you? Tidy and independent... I am an amateur chef, but I do make this pretty bad ass taco/burger/burrito thing.
Peaceful, friendly with a good sense of humour. I am living in Hobart to complete my Masters in Psychology at UTAS so I am looking for somewhere relaxed and conducive to study. I am enrolled full time so at this stage I am not looking to gain employment while in Hobart though may consider it in time. I have been living in Kingston since I moved here in February but now need to move on from my current residence as the home owner is moving overseas.
I'm an easy going, kind professional woman with a lovely dog! We are looking for a lovely, calm environment to live in with like minded people. I am honest, hardworking and reliable. I pay my bills on time and would like to live in a neat home with nice flatmates. I work full time and enjoy exercising, reading, cooking and seeing my friends. I am looking for a nice place to call home, not too far from Hobart area. Thankyou
Hi, I'm from Hong Kong and I have been running a household for my family over the past 4 years in Sydney, I have recently relocated to Tas for studies. Keeping everything neat, tidy and well-organised is my second nature. I like running and doing reading during my downtime. As I will be spending quite a decent amount of time on my studies and work to support myself, I really would like to find a quite place to rest and stay peaceably. I am no party animal and take a lot of care into my surrounding. Message me if you have a nice place there! Thanks.
We are all work either full time or part time and are currently studying. We are tidy, respectful, helpful and friendly. Fun and outgoing. We like to socialise, but also like to relax during the weekdays.
Hey, me and another young guy looking for a third or fourth person to move into a sharehouse with. We're friendly, clean and have a good sense of humor. I'm a student and Josef is working after uni. I'd like someone who's young, clean and moderately organized, but I don't have any preferences beyond that. I've had a lot of fun in my current house so hopefully we can have some good times together in this one. The plan is probably to go for a group buy on the house sometime around mid-december, so we'll have to start looking and apply as a group fairly soon. *Budget is $170 each by the way.
I'm an student/part-time worker looking for adventure. I come from a small city/large town on an island called Victoria. Not Victoria, Australia but Victoria, Canada. I clean up after myself, I wash my own dishes, hell I'll even vacuum and clean the washrooms if I have time because I kinda like doing that stuff. I'm looking to room for at least 4 months in Melbourne. I have 6ish years restaurant experience at 3 different places, and all the stupid drunk stories I can't remember until I get drunk and remember said stupid stories. Cheers, heres to good times.
Hi future housemates! I will soon be moving to Hobart from Sydney (arriving 4th/5th November) and looking for a room in a sharehouse. I am in the process of buying land and building a house which will be done late 2019 so looking to stay for a year. I don't know many people in Hobart so hoping to find a place with friendly people in their 20s/30s with similar interests that I can spend time with socially. I love a good movie night or board game night, always keen for a wine, and love road trips and live music. However I am also an occasionally antisocial being and will often disappear to read or listen to music in my room. I currently live in a share house and have for many years. I am very respectful, clean and a giant organisational nerd so will always pay rent and bills on time. I will be working in Cambridge but not super fussy about location. But proximity to work or good cafes etc would be great! I have sold most of my stuff to move down but I can contribute Stan and Netflix logins to the household. I will also most likely buy a Nespresso machine if there is not already one in the house. I absolutely love dogs and cats and most other pets. I'll be down in Hobart 23rd-25th October so would love to come check out some rooms then. I'll be moving down about a week after this.
I have just moved from Melbourne to start work as an orthotist/prosthetist in Hobart. I am an avid lover of nature, hiking, photography and animals - especially dogs! I have experience house-sitting (with 3 dogs and a cat), an awesome rental history with great references, and am very relaxed and easy-going!
I'm a neuroscience PhD student who's approaching the light at the end of the tunnel; thesis submission. I'm looking to move due to my current housemate moving away, with any time in November suiting me. I do a lot of bushwalking and travel with my partner, love books, cooking and exercise-I'm also chained to the lab, so I'm not often home. My biggest must-have for flatmates is cleanliness and respect; it'd be great to live with like-minded people! I can actually be fun too-I love cooking for people, sharing meals, having a cheeky drink and exploring. In the house, I'll either be eating PB out of a jar, doing a crossword, cleaning or just chatting to housemates-I also definitely appreciate the need to chill out on your own too. Em
Hello!, I am international student looking for a good place to live, near UTAS.I am quiet, open mind and clean. Currently, I am in a English course and then will start my PhD project.
I am a current BICT student at UTAS, and an IT Services staff member at the same university. I have been homestaying for the past 3 years in New Norfolk but due to the time spent on the road every day, I have decided to look for accommodation closer to campus . I am a clean, tidy, quiet, organised person. I like to socialise, but I also enjoy private times and I respect others' needs. Hobbies include photography, bushwalking, physical activities, and adventures. I am a hardworking student who also enjoys helping other students out if they are struggling. I would prefer to start a sharehouse with a group of people - preferably uni students. If possible, I would prefer a house in Kingston due to my volunteering with Tas Fire Service. Move in times are highly flexible but certainly before Semester 1 2018. I don't have pets, but I don't mind people having pets (as long as they keep the house reasonably clean).
