I am a 22 med student studying at QEII Medical Center. I am a chatty and open-minded person who enjoy hanging out and outdoor activities, although I will spend more time studying quietly in my room before exams/deadlines :) I am tiny, organized and I also respect different lifestyles. Would like to find a house that feels like a home :)
Hello, I am currently looking for a room to rent with a move out date as of the 1st of June onwards. A few things I am looking for are listed below: - room big enough to fit queen bed, 2 bed side tables and a chest of draws - room must be unfurnished - wifi - must be okay with friends, family and partner visiting/staying over - not a party house - easy going house mates Now for a bit about me... I am a laid back, easy going and respectful woman. I don't often go out clubbing drinking ect I spend my spare time with family, friends or at the gym, beach, dinners and movies. I am looking for a long term room to rent of 12 months plus if you feel I could be the perfect fit for your rental please feel free to message me :)
I am super clean and tidy and respectful. usually quiet and busy doing my own stuff and study but don't mind to share a drink or meal with housemate on the weekend a postgraduate student in UWA, originally from Taiwan, been a backpacker in east coast and stayed in Sydney for 3 years, can speak a bit Japanese and of course fluent Mandarin and English love similar age mature people :)
Student of English, Sports and French at UWA. I'm an open-minded, creative, friendly, respectful, person who loves the outdoors, fun events/ activities/ trips, music, coffee and good food. (My mother tongue is German.) Generally open for any kind of accommodation type.
My name is Marine and I am a French archaeologist moving to Perth in aim to do my PhD at UWA. I am a chatty and funny person who likes to meet new people and socialise, thus I am not the type of roomy who stays locked into her room (even if it could happen sometimes when I will have deadlines with the PhD ;p) I am quite organised and tidy and I like to let the place clean. I also like to do things all together like cooking and "prendre un apéro" ( French expression for an after work beer plus snacks) at home or outside. I like to go climbing, swimming and hiking and love to listen to music (but not too loud, don't be scared). I thing that sharing a house is the best way to socialise and discover a place and enjoy at your best your time in a foreign country (moreover when you are so far away from friends and family). I look forward to meet you future house/flatmate(s) ! Caution: I will arrive in Perth the 17th of May but I will stay there only for 1 month before going up North for few months. I am in search for a ONE MONTH accommodation from the half of May to mid June (and it is starting to be an emergency). I will look for a steady, long term accommodation around August.
I'm a 23 year old male that is looking to move in with people around the same age as soon as possible. I'm currently not working atm due to I have a recovering broken foot for the next couple of weeks but I can pay the first months rent up front. I'm a sorta social person I like a few drinks during the week but nothing crazy and I love keeping fit If you have any questions feel free to message me
Hi, I work full-time and also dance 6 nights a week, most weekends are spent down south so I wont be around much. Perfect if you want to share a place but also want time to yourself. My budget is up to $200 a week including bills, I don't need internet and I also have my own room furniture. I'm quite easy going and friendly and respect other peoples space. I keep clean and tidy. I have a healthy lifestyle, looking for a quiet place. Close to a train station.
Hello, I'm Selina, 19 yrs old and studying English and Communications and Media at UWA. I've had to move out of my old home and am looking for somewhere cheap to stay. As i have to get to uni, close public transport is pretty essential. I have recently bought a van, so the ideal situation for me would be if someone has some spare space in their backyard, so i can park my van up (which essentially serves as my room). I'd come into the house for utilities, chats and just because sometimes it's nice to sit in a house. We can negotiate prices that's fair for both of us. However if you see my listing, dont want to have a van on your property but still have a nice room, feel free to message me still! I choose these suburbs to live in, as I've always lived around the city and wanted to move somewhere a bit further from the stress and rush! also to leave near the beach is of course the dream. About me, well I'm a super creative and expressive person. In my free time if i'm not with friends or at gigs (i love love live music and try to go see it as often as i can/afford) I love to laze around in the sun, and am always up to some new form or art or craft! So a roommate who also loves this would be great! I'm always down for a little jam or art sesh :) Im an aspiring vegan and care very strongly about being eco friendly, so roommates with a similar care would be ideal, and a great environment for me to get more involved/conscious of these issues. (although I wont be snobby and hate you if you arent haha). It goes without saying I'm an extreme animal and nature lover haha, so maybe you'll get as excited as i do by the idea of climbing rocks at beaches or watching and listening to birds for ages and maybe there will be a lot of exciting adventures to come! On a roommate level, i'm super easy to live with, very easy going, respectable, Of course though I'll speak my mind if i think there's an issue (which is very rare). But yes I am young, so I'm social, but i can also understand the need for space, quiet and alone time. So if i sound like someone you'd like to be roomies with, please send me a message! Thanks :)
That no one wants me to leave 😀😝 because Easy going, enjoy laughing and do my bit to help My personality shines better than my Grammar I am 43 years of age so no I probably won't be coming home with strangers or a whole hoard of friends or get into your Business or have an excuse for late rent. Hi all, I viewed a property yesterday that I am interested in doing a teamup for. It is a fifth floor apartment in a boutique block of just 12 apartments, with two per floor. The people that own the other apartment on the fifth floor use it as a holiday house, so it is usually vacant. The apartment is 300m from Cottesloe beach, with great views from every window of either the ocean or the Civic gardens. It is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom. You would have your own bathroom. The apartment is quite spacious, with a living area, study, medium sized balcony and separate kitchen area. If this doesn't suit you, and you have a room available in an existing place, please let me know. I prefer the coastal locations listed. North Coogee (Breaksea Drive) is as far south as I would like to go. My preference is for a 4-6 month minimum lease. I am a 32 yr old female. I work full time, and travel for work, so am over east around 3 nights per week. I have my schedule a month in advance so I would be happy to share it with you so that you know when you could expect to have the place to yourself. My interests lie around the arts and healthy lifestyles. I ride horses, meet friends for coastal walks, and practice yoga most days. I creatively direct fashion photoshoots and catch up with my family about once a fortnight for dinner. If you'd like to know more, please email or message me as I'm often away from my phone. I'd be happy to meet for a coffee at a time that suits you. Thanks, Belinda.

I currently do FIFO contract work whilst studying full time which keeps me very busy. When I get free time I'm either at the beach (ocean lover!) or catching up with friends. Just looking for somewhere stable where I can rest up. My routine is some what all over the place. Sometimes home for a few weeks, then away for a couple. Just depends on work. I'm helpful, considerate and easy to get on with. Never been one for drama. Hands on around the house and always happy to contribute to the greater cause. I've grown up in Perth and am happy living anywhere as long as it's not to far from the coast. My partying days are mostly over but still always keen for a casual beer and chat :-)
I am currently working 5-6 days a week. I work within the Media Industry and love my job. I am into my fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I am trustworthy, respectful and friendly. I am currently looking for a room to rent preferably with an ensuite.
