My name is Terry. I work nightshift as an Operations Manager for a company named Downer Infrastructure Services, and work from 6pm - 6am. My role also requires me to do emergency response work so I'm always really busy. I currently live in Wollongong and travel to Sydney for work Monday to Friday, sometimes weekends which has made me decide I need a place close by. I am a very family orientated person and enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends in my free time. I am very sociable, Respectful and easy to get along with. In my free time I enjoy going for coffee and eating out , going to the gym and just relaxing in the sun.
Hello. Nice to meet you. Me and my best friend are currently looking for a place to call 'home away from home'. I'm 26 originally from Bangkok and my friend is 27 from Japan. I'm working full-time and my friend is currently studying English in CBD. Both of us girls love traveling, meeting new people and learning new culture!
I'm easygoing, young at heart, clean and neat (in common areas), considerate. I'm working and studying my masters and looking to share with one other person in a 2 bed, 2 bath place (own bathroom required) with parking available (street parking is fine), gas cooking, floor boards preferred (unless it's brand new - I'm allergic to dust!), dishwasher, and close to the water. On the weekends, I'm probably outside enjoying the sunshine and enjoy watching movies, cooking or reading a book.
My name is Jane, I am 31 working full-time as an accountant in public practice in North Sydney. I'm relocating to Syd from Bri for work and looking for a place to stay. I am clean and tidy. On weekends I like to spend time with my friends, go out for dinners, cinemas and gym. Cheers Jane
Hi, I am Farid. I am 29, single and a civil engineer working full time. I am looking for either a private or shared room but not quads. Should be close to public transport. No dramas and easy going considerate person. Feel free to contact me.
ABOUT ME I'm a hardworking professional, about to embark on part time study. I work in the food industry and although I'm not the greatest cook, I like to eat so a nice kitchen is an essential. I'm clean and tidy and like my home to be a haven or somewhere that I look forward to coming to every night to relax and rejuvenate. I am reasonably environmentally conscious so I like to turn off lights and appliances when not in use and I recycle and use environmentally friendly cleaning products. I'm not into bringing parties home but I do have a good social group of friends that I go out and spend time with, they rarely come over but if they do, I'll be sure to warn you and make sure it's okay with you. I have a house full of furniture although I would like a larger fridge so if you have one, great, if not, might have to put that on the wish list. WHO I'M LOOKING FOR Someone who wants to take on a new lease together. I'm looking to share with a female. I value housemates who clean up after themselves and don't need to be told to vacuum, mop or clean the fridge out. Also like people who top up the dishwashing liquid or paper towels when they are low without having to be asked. Not interested in living with a couple, or a semi/part time/2-3 nights a week couple. A person who is able to sit down and have a catch up at the end of the day over a glass of wine while cooking dinner. Someone that pays bills and rent on time. You won't get offended if I hang out in my bedroom sometimes. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR I'm looking for a unit in Rhodes with 2 beds and 2 baths, potentially a carspace for you as I don't drive or have a car and a storage cage would be great. A modern place with air con, gas cooking, gym, pool, spa, sauna, close to transport and shops. Near the water and views would be a nice to have. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and supermarket and train.
I'm a friendly, clean and respectful roommate looking for a well maintained flat in the Sydney area. I work full time and enjoy travel, food and being generally social, but also enjoy nights in, usually with movies and wine! I'm Australian, but just spent two years living and working in Scotland. I also have a car so parking would be ideal! Looking for a like minded young professional to share or team up.
Hello there, I'm Tina, 33 and currently looking for room in a friendly and comfortable environment. I am easy going, mostly keep to my own, clean, quiet and responsible. I am not much of a party animal but I do enjoy hanging out with friends when I get the chance. I usually work in retail but I have taken 2 months off to re energize myself after a year of total burn out. I am now actively looking for a new job (though I assure you I have enough savings to pay rent) and will be studying at Macquarie Uni as of February, so I need a new place that will be more centralized. I am a bit of a geek, I enjoy gaming on my PS4 and am quiet the movie buff. I also enjoy creating special effects makeup, reading and learning new skills. I am of Greek background so I could probably cook up a delicious Greek dish if you wish, too! I am looking for a private room, as long as there is a desk, a bed and a wardrobe I'll be happy. No preference in a specific gender household, as long as you are cool with having a laugh once in a while. I prefer a place close to transport also as I do not drive. If I sound like someone you'd like to have around, then message me! :) T.
Hey! I'm Will, I am a easy going & clean 30 year Eurasian guy. I work in a mid tier law firm in the city, I'm responsible for looking after 170 employees and have reliable stable employment. I have lived in the busy CBD for 10 years (Darlinghurst) but wish to move to a quieter suburb and live with others who are likeminded (friendly and relaxed.) I'm looking forward to moving and wish to find flatmates with courteous and interesting qualities. I have a accepting personality and generous qualities, I like to make friends with flatmates too! I like Netflix, games, my $6000 computer, reading, Korean food and animals, even though I don't have any.
Hi I’m Krystle 31 yrs who works FT in the city in insurance. I super friendly enjoy socialising and always willing to lend a helping hand. I wanna make some changes to my life and this opportunity to meet new people and live closer to work will provide me with a new start in life. I do have 2 small tame pet birds who live in a cage however that I would be also moving out with. So it’s probably not suitable if u have cats or a dog who is not tame.
I am a 24-year old female with a passion for music, food, photography, and travelling. Originally from Indonesia, I'm currently based in Sydney. Previously, I have lived in Melbourne whilst completing my undergraduate degree. My boyfriend (28-year old, Australian) and I are looking for a place to stay in Sydney. Both of us are postgraduates students at the University of Sydney and the Australian Catholic University, respectively. We are quite clean, considerate, independent, and responsible people with fairly chilled and easygoing personalities. Our hobbies include cooking, baking, listening to music, watching movies, reading, brunching, and chilling with a glass of wine or beer to enjoy quiet evenings. Neither of us smokes or have a pet. If you need any more information from us, please do not hesitate to contact me!
I'm a bubbly, friendly and social person but also enjoy my own company. I'm very easy going and down to earth. I love travelling, reading, bar hopping from time to time and sometimes binge watching tv series on cold winter days. I enjoy a glass of wine or a beer with a BBQ. I have a miniature schnauzer that is 9 months old. He is a very chilled and loves people and making new friends, he is hypo-allergenic and does not shed hair. Preferably looking for a place with another dog and a doggy door 😁
A very clean, fit, healthy living and domesticated, private, quite and respectful individual. I'm a construction management professional currently contracting on major projects. I own property myself so understand how important it is to keep it nice. I'm not a party animal, and will look after your property. Looking to rent for at least 6 months, hopefully much longer. I need a fully furnished room and my own bathroom. Always pay up front bank transactions and no money worries. I work six days/week. I like a social drink and if flatmates fancy dinner out occasionally I'm OK with that too. Please Note - I am NOT interested in living in Ponds, Schofields, Winston Hills, Quakers Hill, Blacktown, Doonside, Parklea or Kellyville/Ridge. Thanks.
Hi there, Luke here. I'm 31 and work full time in Lending and Marketing for a financial institution. I work Monday-Friday with late starts (enjoy my sleep ins) and finish late as well (normally around 7ish). Single and ready to mingle. Hand full of close friends. Love a good laugh and enjoy spending time with friends and family. Partial to a cheeky drink or four and also enjoy getting out of the house and keeping active. I'd love to find someone to move into a new place with. Ultimately I'm looking for someone who loves being social but also recognises that we all need a little space at times. Prefer and get on best with people who tell it how it is and call a spade a spade. If something I do upsets you I'd prefer you tell me rather than be passive aggressive about things. Communication is key. Don't mind clutter, but can't stand filth. Things need to be kept clean (bathrooms, kitchens, common areas etc). I'm a clean and tidy person and would ultimately prefer the same. Would be great to have a friend to come home to at the end of the day that can sit down and have a chat over a wine or a beer, or even organise activities with...like movie/game nights, trivia night or gym sessions etc I'm a pretty hopeless cook (seriously...i think i could actually burn water) so it's probably best if we organise our own food. I currently only have bedroom furniture, a TV, SoundDock and laptop but am happy to purchase or contribute to certain items if they are needed. Lets chat! :)
I'm Chinese, he's Korean, we met at our university. We're very nice and friendly, both of our major was art and design. After graduated in China we came to Australia and both of us are working in Sydney. I'm in permanent resident visa, he's applying temporary resident visa at the moment. We're trying to find a nice place to move in, hope we can have enough good luck to find one~
I'm from Brazil and I'm living in Sydney since March 2016. Usually I gonna be working everyday and studying bnao at night once per week. I would like to find a place where I can call it home. I like to be at home, watch some movies, to talk about anything, sometimes to drink some beers and to enjoy some pubs playing live music.
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. Looking for a quiet (small street/quiet neighborhood ), dark bedroom. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 45 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) . Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends/go to gym. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
I am a people person who simply gets along with all people from all walks of life. I am a very social person who loves to make jokes and make people laugh. I work 6 days a week for a popular Company called Australian Outdoor Living as a Master Designer so am hardly home and my life pretty much revolves around my work. I am very considerate of other's space and privacy. For fun, I like to watch movies and meet friends at Cafes for a coffee. On Sundays, (I work every Saturday😣) I looove to sleep in, relax, go slow, then call my friends to plan activities for the day before heading out. I am a very organised person and like things around me to also be organised and as such, I like to keep things clean and tidy. I think that most people generally enjoy having me around.... 😊. Would love to meet you and I thank you for your consideration.
