I work as a manager at a cupcake shop in the inner west and will be resuming my degree part time at Western Sydney University at the end of July. I’ve lived in several share houses previously, so I interact well with most people but also understand and respect when people need their own space. I love to laugh and go out, but when I’m home I’m usually in my room or cleaning or cooking/baking. I’m pretty much an open book and will be able to tell if I can get along with someone the first time I meet them. My current situation: I’m in a share house with 4 other people. I have my own room (3.5x6m), walk-in robe and ensuite with bills included at $280 per week. Looking for: a large room (I have a queen size bed, two bedside tables, a desk, a chest of drawers, a tall boy and 2 bookshelves) with an ensuite or own bathroom for roughly the same price or a bit less if possible, including all bills and internet.
Hey guys, we are fun loving young professionals who have moved to Sydney from Canberra for work and have been here for almost a year. We are looking for a place in strathfield and its near by suburbs to stay. if you would like to know more details about us, please drop us a message :)
I am a full-time working professional in the Education industry. My work hours is quite odd, which requires me to work until late evenings. I enjoy I am responsible, outgoing, and sociable. I have shared flats for the past five years so I am accustomed to shared responsibilities between flatmates! My move in date will be mid-July so I'm happy to just chat about some options.
I just ended my studies in France and came in Australia for my first Job in construction. I'm a pretty easy going guy and love sports such as rugby.
Hey there! my name is Nessrine and I will leave my home country Germany very soon to spend a study abroad semester in Sydney. I can be a bit shy at first but I will quickly open up and can't wait to meet some great people! I'm not really a big fan of parties but I enjoy meeting up with friends and travelling.
I'm fun, I keep my surroundings super clean, I love an adventure, and I'm always up for a good housemate dinner. When I'm not working, I love scuba diving and rock climbing (bonus points for housemates who like to do either). When I need my own private time, I usually read books (I'm currently reading a lot of James Clavell and Ken Follett). If anybody wants a Salsa buddy to go to classes with, then I'm your man.
I'm a considerate and friendly person who is clean and tidy and would love to have my own space sometimes. I prefer a living environment which is quite, with no parties nor pets. I respect different point of views when dispute is happened but I don't like to argue as sometimes issues cannot be solved immediately at that instance. As long as we have mutual understanding and empathy, that's enough. I hope to meet people who are gentle and comfortable to be living with.
Hello! I am fairly new to Sydney, and am looking to find a place to stay with someone. I work full-time in the City as a public servant, and would ideally like to live with another working professional. I have preference for the suburbs listed on my profile, but I am flexible. I don't own a car, so proximity to public transport, amenities (eg shops) is very important. I am somewhat of a hygiene freak so would naturally prefer someone like-minded. Definitely no smokers or pets please. I'm also after a home environment that is generally quiet and peaceful. I don't mind the occasional low-key get-together but no regular loud parties or music. I enjoy reading, exploring interesting places around Syd/NSW (hiking/walking), food.
I am a full-time engineer working in the Parramatta region, usually working long hours during the week. The only time you will see me is early in the morning or at night. On the weekends I play football, go outdoors, and catch up with family & and friends. I get along with almost anyone and am generally a very organised and tidy person.
Moved from Hobart on the 15th looking for somewhere close to work in North Ryde. Rent up to $350 I'm looking for an unfurnished room as I will ship stuff up. Neat, tidy, clean and quiet. I work full time in the I.T Industry (Free Tech Support) Loves a quiet drink, enjoys my guitar and I am rarely home. I play games and I love movies. I am handy with a spanner and I am also into exploring the outdoors. I'm a novice cook, non smoker and I eat healthy most of the time. I am looking for somewhere decently priced and fairly quiet. I do enjoy meeting new people and socializing.
Hi, I'm a working professional, quiet, cozy, open minded, good mannered and wants to team up with some one like minded. As such there is no restriction in terms of food and budget. Wants to be independent and can catch up over the week end just for the sake of enjoyment. Some one interested may contact me over phone or message me here... even with a low budget are welcome as I can increase my share in case I feel we can get along in sharing mode. Even private room in sharing accommodation is welcome. Thanks and Regards
Energetic, tidy, well educated, quiet, non smoker, looking for some congenial society. I am interested in cricket, and soccer. I am a dual Australian and British citizen. I am a chemist working in a lab at Lane Cove.
Hello! I'm looking for a clean/nice room with my own bathroom for short term. I'm an ethnic American working for NSW Health. I would ideally like to be friendly with my housemates but I often do my own thing. I'm very clean, responsible (I.e pay bills on time), left leaning (aka not a Trump supporter), laidback and open minded. As far as house rules, I believe in being an adult and being respectful to one another. There are some ads with special requests (ie no cooking, no guests—which I totally get) but I’m not looking for an environment that feels restrictive. I want both of us to feel comfortable living our lives and communicating preferences or talking things out of issues do arise. In reality, I don’t cook like crazy nor do I really entertain at home (and I respect work week hours even if we are not on the same schedule). If I do bring a guest or two, I always give my housemates a heads up out of courtesy. I’m also very tidy and prefer to live in a household that is the same. Also a plus if we can share kitchenware as I don’t own much stuff (ie just clothes). If you think this might be a good match, please let me know.
Hi, I’m Jess. I’ve grown up in Sydney, and am a full time professional working in the digital space. I’m looking for a roommate to share an apartment with. I am easygoing and love to chill out, clean and (mostly) organised. Looking for someone who is also keen to chill, share a meal with here and there, and enjoy each other’s company every now and then. Would prefer to have my own bathroom but am flexible on that.
Hi! We are both students coming to Macquarie University to study from California for a year. Both of us are very clean and respectful of the people we live with and looking for people who can do the same. We are willing to share a room together or if two rooms are available we are open to that. Thank you!
Hi, I'm San! I came to Australia as an international student and graduated last year with a degree in women's political science. I'm a writer so I tend to be buried in books and with my writing but sometimes work part-time at a coffee shop. In my spare time, I like to head to the gym, watch movies (a lot of movies), TV shows and even play video games. I am clean, keep to myself (you will see me disappear when I'm writing) but also enjoy socialising with kind and warm people. Looking forward to meeting you!
