I'm 24 years old, and just finished a gap year after working full-time last year. I used to be a research assistant in Neuroscience at Monash Biomedical Institute. I am back to uni this year as I am doing some science courses to help me study for GAMSAT/Med school. I also currently work with an NGO part time as well 🙂 I love to have a drink (or two) and a chat, and making a sharehouse a home. Super keen on painting and other artsy things in my spare time, and love going to gigs/listening to music in general. I've lived in sharehouses before so I'm broken in and know how to take care of myself/a house, and I am looking for a place to call home.
I'm 27, work mon-fri (sometimes weekends) as a lawyer in the big ol' cbd. Outside of work im a musician, i'm also a huge foodie, alcohol enthusiast and movie buff. Tidy, respectful, easy going and relatively low footprint. Can assist in bringing bills down - long story.. Anyway, keen to check the place out and see if we get along, i am available to move in asap.
Hey there! I'm a clean and tidy, omnivorous, non-smoking, 28-year-old Geography student. I love surfing, climbing, playing guitar, reading, coffee, and the occasional swing dancing session. I spend most of my week either at University, climbing, or catching up with friends, and I go away camping every other weekend or so. Therefore when I'm home I'm generally just quietly recharging. I am looking for in share house that is clean, tidy, respectful, and relaxing to come home to. I like a chat over coffee or the occasional shared meal, but in general home is my happy place to recharge quietly. I like to have friends over occasionally for dinner/movies times, and I am not fazed by the occasional party or people coming and going. My strengths as a housemate are my ability to do dishes straight away; my positive outlook; and some great mum puns. If I sound like I could be a good fit for your share house feel free to shoot me a message :)
Allo! I am moving to Melbourne at the start of 2019 as I’ll be studying an Advanced Diploma of Music Industry Full-time in Southbank from February onwards. Originally from Adelaide, currently residing in the Gold Coast. I am pretty easy going, sociable and open minded. I enjoy meeting new people, going out, and travelling, but also appreciate my alone time to recharge. I aim to eventually get a part time or casual job on the side of my studies. I love anything to do with music, food, alcohol or exploring new places. I am looking for somewhere clean, simple and interchangeable, with my own room, that has at least a bed to sleep on and somewhere to put my clothes & items. I am flexible with sharing a bathroom, toilet, kitchen and common areas. I don’t mind living with a few people but would prefer not to live in a big share house with 5 or more people as I find this can be quite overwhelming. I also like to cook, listen to a wide range of music, learn to play an instrument, or watch TV. I also have a Car, so some sort of car park is necessary. I am neat, tidy, and respectful of my surroundings and other people’s belongings. I can be quiet and chill, or fun and loud, depending on the occasion and the people I’m with. If I sound like your type of house mate then hit me up! 🤙🏽
I've spent the last 9 years traveling all over the world for both work and for fun. I'm originally from Michigan but left at the ripe old age of 21. A short list of who I am: I've been told by other nationalites that I'm not 'loud' like American's are often known to be, I'm clean, do regular exercise, love to read and write, dance whenever possible (wearing headphones of course), and roller-skate (quads, not blades). I'm a genuine people person, but also really, really cherish my 'me time’ especially at home, and in return have no intention of disrupting yours. I will absolutely be working full-time and always keep busy in other after-work activities. I'm only interested in living with other busy professionals and *non-partiers*. I am a non-drinker and a non-smoker, but a regular dose of dancing keeps me young and quite happy. During my Working Holiday Visa I will be looking to both enhance my professional life (Team Building and Leadership Training) as well as continue with a few odd jobs I do as freelance (writing, coaching, voice-overs). My main goal is to learn to surf, catch some festivals, all the usual things you want to do when you turn 30. Currently I have only requested a 4 month stay in this area as I search for the right [Professional] job across Australia, where ever that may take me. I have a sister that lives in Melbourne, which is why I'm starting my trip there. :) Thank you for your time and interest. My best always, Laura
Hi I'm Ellie, I am 29 years old and I am moving from the UK to Melbourne for work at the end of February 2019. During the week I am fairly quiet after work, I enjoy cooking, napping and yoga.. On a weekend I enjoy getting out and about and exploring, brunching and going for coffee and of course a wine or 10 which is a slippery slope to tequila. I also really like holidays and I am looking forward to exploring Melbourne, Australia and wider woop I would like to live with someone who is clean, tidy and considerate but who also likes clowning around and doesn't take themselves too seriously. I have a small pooch who is moving at the start of May 2019. She is probably the cutest dog in the world with zero bias, she's super friendly and fully house trained.
My name is Julian and I'm currently looking for a room to rent for around $160 p/w. I am pretty quiet and keep mostly to myself but always friendly and respectful to fellow housemates, I have been doing the sharehouse thing now for around 8 years so I know the basics of whats expected and how to keep everyone happy. The only thing I would require is a bed and cable access to the modem for internet. I would be looking for long term stay if we all get along and things work and would also be looking for employment in the area. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon

I'm a quiet person, homebody who respects others' privacy, but also happy to share a meal or watch a movie with my housemates. Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm 24, an illustrator, and a fashion-design student to-be. I'm from Australia - looking for somewhere either in the city or near Box Hill institute. I'm friendly, down to earth and respectful. Preferably looking to share with other female(s)!
I’m 22 years old, originally from Queensland and I’ve been in Melbourne for 3 years now. I’m currently working as a waitress/cafe all-rounder in Malvern. I’m super tidy, respectful, work part time, usually out and about. I also have a pet rabbit named Steve 🐰
I'm a 23 year old from the country Victoria studying a Bachelor in Criminal Justice with the hopes of joining the Federal Police. I flip burgers and toss salads to pay the bills, while also feeding myself a lot at work. I enjoy the company of people and pets of any kind (living on a farm does that) but when I am working/studying I'm pretty recluse and like to work as hard as possible. I am an avid video gamer, enjoy playing sport (not so much watching it), reading long novels that never seem to finish and going out for a quite Friday night. I like to keep myself and my room clean and respect that fact that I will be sharing a house with others and will gladly pitch in to keep it clean and running (if there is a nice garden I wouldn't mind planting a few veggies to even try and keep the food flowing fresh). Cheers.
I am 24 yo Indian guy, doing my masters, and figuring out my life. I have lived in shared accomodation facilities. And i love to meet and make friends with new people. So, i look forward to hear from you.
I’m a 30 year old PhD student and uni teacher from Mexico. Also working casual cooking BBQ. I believe I make a good housemate, pretty much just cleaning after myself and respecting other people’s space. I love to have a good conversation, share a beer, play weird board games and play the ukulele. I’m also kinda active, I like riding my bike and skateboarding (cruising only, not tricks :P) I love dogs and I’m sure your dog will love me in case you have one 🙂. I’m pretty good with pets. I’m just looking for a room in a share house with friendly people.
An easy going guy, moved to Sydney in February 2018 and now to Melbourne (December 2018). I was living in Dubai before however I am from Palestine/Jordan, I decided to start a new life here in Australia and I am really excited about all the new things that I am experiencing everyday in here.
Hi guys, we (Isa& Matt) are an easy-going and open-minded couple, hoping to find a comfy place in Melbourne. Isa travelled for two months up the East Coast and spent a lot of time surfing and spending money. I started studying and working part-time in October at the La Trobe Uni and live in the CBD right now, since it was convenient for my way to Uni (Collins Street). Isa will join me in Melbourne to work and have a good time! We´re both into sports, surfing and basically all the cool stuff Melbourne has to offer: electro, arts, flea markets and usually up for some bevies, if it fits in. I am planning to get myself a car in January - so if it´s possible to park close by it´d be great. Looking forward to catching up with you =) Isa& Matt
