Hello! My name is Kate. I am 24 years old born and raised in Estonia. I have lived in Australia since October 2012 and planning to stay here until May 2019. My school and work are both located in the CBD, so I would love to have my home as near as possible(Only CBD, Spring Hill, Valley and New Farm area). I am a busy person, I work 45-50h a week and also go to school so I barely spend any time at home. Thanks!
I am a neat and tidy person who like things to be organized. I am not a smoker and prefer a flatmate who won't smoke, although smoking outside is cool. I am not a party person but would love to grab a beer sometimes. I don't mind pets also. I like binge watching series, reading books, and playing badminton or basketball. I would love to try out surfing and it would be awesome if my flatmate has some idea about it (and teach me). I would prefer a single room in a shared house or apartment with other shared amenities. Looking for something within 150-200 $
Hi my names Jessica, i’m a independent single mother of two little girls named Annalee aged 3yrs & Lucy-May aged 4months, I’m easy going, friendly, great to hang out & chat with i’m also a smoker. Jaymee & beau are a couple who are parents of two little boys named Xavier aged 1yrs & Levi aged 9months, they are also easy going, friendly, great to hang out & chat with Jaymee & Beau are also a smoker. We are all currently looking for a granny flat to rent out as a group. (All together will not separate.) We will always pay rent on time without a doubt, have our own furniture, ect. We don’t mind ignoring it’s a 2bedroom granny flat as our kids won’t sle without us, so we don’t mind sharing. We like to keep to ourselves, but will also socialise with the owner & whoever else that lives with the owner. We are currently in desperate need for somewhere to rent out/ live, as my mum is currently in the process of renting her house out, as she is moving to an over 50’s home. Jaymee, Beau & Myself are from Brisbane & currently live in yarrabilba, we don’t have a license, so if need to meet us first & stuff we only have public transport, so please be reasonable & fair on where’s to meet, if needed can try arrange a lift.. Jaymee & Myself both receive Centrelink payments such as, Parenting payment & Family tax. Where neat & tidy, always clean up after ourselves, besides the kids toys, we do that when they are in bed. (As they will just pull them out again.) My daughter Annalee (3yrs) & Jaymee’s son Xavier (1yrs) are both cheeky, funny, little independents, smart with attitude’s, but they will always make you smile & laugh, no matter what. My other daughter Lucy-May (4months) & Jaymee’s other son Levi (9months) are both quiet, happy, smiling, sleepy, talkative baby’s who only ever cry for food, bottle & when in pain. :) We don’t mind what suburb we live in, just as long as it’s in between Brisbane & Beenleigh. Thank you for taking the time out to read this, & hopefully you let us all move in. :)
Hi everyone, I'm from Taiwan. Here for working holiday. I could be quiet and sociable as well. And I like to keep my place clean. Really want to find a lovely place to stay and make some new friends. If there are opportunities of language exchange(English、Japanese、Korean..anything) would be perfect! Please consider me as your new roommate :)
Hello! We are a Spanish couple who live again in Brisbane in October. We are looking to share our house preferably with couples. We know the city, we are an open, friendly and very organized couple. We like to interact with people and make new friends. We return to Brisbane to continue our studies and work part time.
Studying Nutritional science and changing into nursing and paramedic science next year. I work part-time at Queensland rail travel in the catering unit as a catering support coordinator handling all the nutritional needs, food safety and logistics for the catering and food production side of the travel trains. I am social and hardly ever home as my life is stupidly busy, I sometimes travel for work on my uni holidays in Queensland. I love rock climbing and hiking I hardly drink but do love to go out with friends and socialise I am a quiet housemate and find myself studying a lot. I play soccer and netball socially and do love to play basketball (another tall person playing basketball)
Easy going , clean and respectful. I spend most of my time out the of the house either at work (work as a lawyer in the city) or on the coast with friends and family. Looking to share with another likeminded male or female that has similar schedules and habits. I have most of the furnishings for a small apartment and happy to mix and match to kit out a new place.
I'm Pretty easy going and easy to get along with, been very busy with work and study but I love hanging out and spending time with flatmates. Always up to have some beer and a good chat. In my free time I like watching netflix, going to the gym and riding my beloved bicycle.
Short version/summarized: I speak English, Spanish, German and Catalan. I am half spanish and half german. I am extroverted and funny, yet I would never reject a good philosophical conversation. I am searching for a place in Brisbane for a few months, I am in a Workingholiday Visa. I can also Team Up. Very flexible with the moving date and the location. Long version: (in case you liked the short one) I am half german and half spanish. Got a great love for life but an even greater love for humor. I am very extroverted and loud, I like to get along with everyone and make everyone laugh. Personally that is something that makes my day, making someone laugh or smile. Anyway, I was getting side tracked. I speak for languages at a proficient level: English, Spanish, German and Catalan (yes, catalan is a proper language and I speak it😜). I also kinda sorta speak a tiny amount of french. I like to play football yet i didn't really talk about football(soccer for you americans out there). I like myself a good night of videogames or boardgames with some beers. About that, big time BEER LOVER, although haven't tried as many types of beers as i would like to. I also like to read, and watch series, favorites being the GoT, BrBa, Vikings and House of Cards. All in all, I am just here in a working holiday visa to enjoy life to the fullest, and maybe, along the way, find the meaning of life (philosophy, hell yeah!). Also, I dont really have a preference for where to live, while its close to a train station, since I don't have a driving license. I am also searching for work, so if any of you can hook me up, I'd love it. Thrilled to meet you, my future flatmate.
Hey! Shae (24, my current roommate, and I (Tara, 33) are looking to team up with some like-minded people who are wanting to save money on rent by moving into a larger house (3-5 bedrooms). Our rental searches have shown some beautiful properties in inner city Brisbane for approximately $200-$250 per person. We currently live in a 2-bedroom apartment so we have furniture that is relatively modern and recently purchased that would sufficiently furnish some communal areas of a larger property (lounge, coffee table, TV cabinet, fridge, washing machine etc as well as a fully stocked kitchen!). Obviously, by moving into a larger house additional items can be accommodated. A bit about us: We both usually keep busy during the week with work and gym but enjoy a wine or two on the weekend. We like to have a catch up together but also keep busy with our own things. We are looking for people that would also be keen to hang out and socialise from time to time :)
Hey I'm Nikki, 24, from New Zealand. I am passionate about travel and meeting people from other cultures! I am looking for like minded genuine souls who are clean and tidy yet are always up for chats/movie nights/drinks by the river. I work in a hotel in the Valley so ideally somewhere nearby would be excellent :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
27yo student doctor looking for a place Nov 2018 for one year. Hi! I am easy going, tidy, friendly, independent but I also enjoy spending time with the people I live with. I take great care of the place I live in and like to call it a "proper home". I am fair and respectful, and fun to be around. Anyone with a sense of humour will make my day. I work as a graphic designer and illustrator.
Australian, recently moved back to Queensland from Sydney looking to for decent affordable accommodation close to the city. I work as an engineer in the city and am a friendly, easy going, tidy, quiet and respectful housemate.
I'm a very social person always down for a laugh, chat and a couple of beers. I currently live at home with my parents but am looking to move out so I can become more independent and live in a more convenient area 😊 I currently work at the pig and whistle in the city and am studying a bachelor of games and interactive environments at QUT. In my spare time I like world building for D&D campaigns, playing games or listening to music.
Hi there! I’m a cheery extroverted introvert from singapore that enjoy quality time with small social circles but also appreciate alone time at home. I love to keep the household neat and clean and would definitely enjoy a room/flatmate with the same level of tidiness. I enjoy cooking, binging tv series and of course, eating and I am a huge animal lover so I wouldn't mind if you have pets! Looking to move in December 2018 nearer to QIMR for my honours year and hopefully find amazing people to live with!
I'm a young professional recently got a job back filling a position here in Brisbane until December. I've lived in a share house for the past three years with the same house mates who I got along with very well. I'm very tidy and generally keep to myself, I don't take myself too seriously so I can have a laugh at just about anything. Looking for a place close to the CBD.
