Hey I'm Kayla! I'm looking for a friendly and comfortable place to move into somewhere in the city. I'm polite, I keep things clean, and I'm respectful of others privacy and personal belongings. I'm pretty chill, quiet most of the time but always up for a conversation. Please don't bother messaging me if the weekly rent is over $180, and please note that I don't drive and I rely on public transport to get to inspections.
Hi, I'm Priscilla! I'm currently studying food science and nutrition at UQ. Looking for a ensuite room to move in by 30th June when the lease for my current place ends. Preferably walking distance to UQ. I'm an outgoing person and I love hangout with new friends. I'm hoping to find not just a roommate but a new Friend as well.
My name is Nikki, and I currently live in Bundaberg with my partner Fraser. I have to re locate to Brisbane for Uni to start in July but would like to get my bearings before I move. My partner Fraser is currently on clinical placement for his degree, but will be joining me in Brisbane after he has finished. We are both super friendly, easy going people who love to have a laugh however, we are also relatively quiet at first. We are also both very clean people and like to keep clean home. We aren't very adventurous people but we are open to new opportunities like travelling to different countries . We also love to eat and go to different places to eat. :)
Hey! We are looking for one or two others to start a share house. We're friendly, clean, tidy and respectful and looking for some likeminded people. We love coffee, music, design, travelling and the beach, and being from the Sunshine Coast we visit a bit! We are pretty chill during the week but like to adventure and be social on the weekends. Steph has just graduated in Business & Graphic Design and is working in administration and freelancing. Maddie is studying Business & Interior Design and works in hospitality. She has a beautiful and tame maremma sheepdog who will provide us with love! We are looking for someone respectful & clean who will be an active part of our household and enjoys a good wine night (:
Happy, easy going, quiet. Enjoy a chat over a drink/dinner. Looking for a nice home environment in a studio or granny flat. I'm originally from Southern California and have been in Australia for over 4 years. Currently working as an administrator in a corporate office. Looking for a minimum 6 month lease where I can also have my house-trained 12 week old kitten.
A French girl coming in Brisbane to study, and looking for a cool place to live :) I'm quite easy to live with. When I don't have to study much, i enjoy watching movies or series, or simply talking. I understand that you might need you alone time, same for me ^^ I only wish to be with people, that I can even be friends with, and spend a good time in this great country that Australia :)
I'm only home at night during the week. Not the worst cook, clean tidy. Can pay my bills, and easy to get along with. I like chilling on weekends, or trips away. Happy to hang out and have a beer or family dinner, though mostly I'll be doing my own thing
22 yo Belgian looking for a colocation of 3-4 students or backpackers (ideally). I'd be on WHV so I just want to find a nice place with laid-back people who like spending time together as friends :) and who knows ? If you as well want to travel all over Australia, then we might become travelmates :)
Hi, I'm Meg; full time health student, full time bartender & full time mum to my fur babies. I'm very easy going, and very clean and responsible. I'll be working most of the time, and if I'm not, I'll be studying or hanging with friends. If you have something that'll suit me, please feel free to message me. Thanks, Meg.
I'm career driven, and work a 7 day roster, so between work and friends, I'm not home a lot. Easy to get along with and enjoy actually getting to know my fellow housemates as opposed to locking myself in my room. My specialty is putting on a casual Sunday BBQ or roast for the crew, if we ever find ourselves all at home together. I've just transferred to Brisbane (from Fremantle) after travelling the world and I'm looking for a place that has easy access (walking or short train/bus ride) to South Bank for work as I haven't replaced my car yet.
I am very easy going and have a personality that most people enjoy being around! I work a lot so especially night work as I am in security! My goals are to be a cop! I enjoy company and a cold beer when I get the chance but lately the chances are sliming as I work most nights haha When I get time off I have a few hobbies, one is scuba diving! Currently completing my dive masters and I also ride a bike, if there is no room to store it then so be it its all good I'll leave it behind, my time I get to go for a ride is thinning anyway haha 😅 So more or less I am clean and tidy and very respectful and deadly honest! Sometimes it doesn't work in my favour being very honest and upfront but I believe it's a good quality! I will need somewhere until at least October then maybe more after that depending on the police force progress! Cheers
Looking for a place close to UQ! Studying full time at UQ during the week but work at the Story Bridge Hotel on weekends. Would love to travel to as many countries as possible, want to experience all things and meet new people! Really relaxed guy, into sport mainly basketball but can get around almost anything. Really understanding and respectful of personal space and privacy, don't mind cleaning and cooking and easy to get along with :)
We are Mitch and Min, and we want to find a cool, relaxed and peaceful place around West End, Norman Park, or New Farm areas with ideally one other person. Mitch (30) is super laid back and easy going. He likes adventure cycling, music, cooking and gardening but you will mostly find him kicking back after work with a beer and a podcast. Min (29) is the matriarch, she's more serious and likes her space. She works long hours, studies, does a lot of community work and spends 3 nights a week away from home. She likes gardening, politics and keeping fit. We spend most weekends on long cycling adventures, hiking, going to the beach or pretty much just getting out of the city. We don't mind a chat or a laugh, sharing a meal and a beer here and there but are mostly comfortable doing our own thing. We want a housemate that we like but we don't need to be involved in every facet of your life. We tend to be social and party outside of the house and treat home as a sanctuary, we are not total killjoys though - we just don't want a 24/7 party house. We will respect your space and schedule and expect the same in return. We are clean (particularly Min) but only have the expectation that the common areas (bathroom, kitchen etc) are clean. We try to use as little electricity and water as possible and we get a bit pedantic about recycling. Overall though, we are pretty chilled and respectful people. Bonus points if you have a garden or full-sun balcony that we can use to grow herbs and veggies. We also both love dogs and cats so pets are not a problem.
19 and I study Justice and Psychology at QUT. I'm laid back, friendly and very clean. I'm always up for a chat, however, I understand privacy/personal space. I work twice a week in administration and the other days I'm at uni, so I'm rarely home during the day. I love listening to music and binge watching Netflix. )
From Melbourne originally. I'm honest, good at communication, easy to get along with, a bit spiritual, have psychology/philosophy quals, like a quiet life, and I'm healthy and fit-ish. I have a sweet 14 yr old labrador/staffy/boxer and a 1 yr old friendly cat. I'd like to move anytime before the start of June. Thank you, xx Moira
I'm a house trained male, I'd even go as far as to call myself a domestic goddess. I enjoy cooking and casual drinks. Don't have any pets, but if a property with a yard opens up I'm down to get a basset hound if you're cool with it. Looking for a 2 bedroom house or apartment. I have all the main household goods and a shit load of kitchen gear
Hey! my names Abhi (pronounced like ah-bee), I'm 28 and I'm generally always looking for a good time or a reason to smile. I work in speciality coffee and have managed to make a career out of it. I'm moving up to Brisbane from Sydney with hopes to start my own cafe. I'm an early riser and enjoy a bit of exercise when I can be bothered. I love meeting new people so I'm looking for a pretty social/respectful house hold to reside in. I have a dog (big-lazy-beautiful lick you to death mutt) and she's amazing. Ideally id move somewhere that has a yard so she can come with me but I understand that may be a bit of a challenge so depending on the situation I may just leave her at home with my parents. :( I don't really know what area to live in to find what i'm looking for but I do know that most of people with corporate jobs would consider me a hipster. I enjoy the company of creative people/hospitality workers. I'm really into film, digital photography, cooking and watching movies. A really close friend of mine lives in Brisbane and has a room I can stay in while I look for a place so my start date is quite flexible. If you want to FaceTime or Skype with me before meeting up I'm fine with that. Ill be up in Brisbane on Thursday May 4th through to Saturday 6th if you would like to meet up with me.
Hey! I'm Matt, I'm 22 and work full time as a travel agent. I'm looking at moving into a 2 bedroom apartment in West End. The apartments I'm looking at are brand new and I'm wanting to furnish it. Love socialising and having a drink but also like my own space. Looking to live with a female around my age. Hit me up.
We are a couple from Latvia - a small Baltic country. We are moving to Brisbane to fulfill our dream of new experiences, knowledge and lots and lots of sun :) We are going to Australia on the Work&Study visa. We are used to living on a rented space so we know how to do it without causing problems, mess or head aches to others. We are friendly and communicable, we like to live our lives actively - we dance, ride bikes, sing. Sitting at home or on a one spot is not our type of living. We appreciate honesty, smile and an opportunity of a good lough together with kind people. We like to call ourselves a decent but adventurous couple :)
