I’m a kiwi professional and although I’ve only been in Brisbane 6months on this occasion l, I have spent half of my working life in NZ and half here in ozi, so not too fresh off the boat. I’m reliable, tidy, cruisey and fun. Not a huge morning person although I tend to be up around 6 during the week - I do love my weekend sleep ins if not off on adventures. Always up for arvo drinks in the sun, love the outdoors, often get to live gigs, love trying new bars or restaurants & would be great to have a flatty who wants to do this stuff now and again (I find it weird not being mates with those I live with). Although I do my own thing for meals most of the time, happy to discuss sharing half the time and I can cook pretty good meals. I have a sega - sonic the hedgehog and Alex the kid are great fun if feeling a little seedy (as too is Netflix) I enjoy rugby and a bit of league and am a bit of a fan of cricket also... I like to think I’m funny, I’m probably just really inappropriate and awkward though...lol Looking for a tidy place with a good location or view, preferably with aircon n ideally an ensuite or own bathroom...and with cruisey people who keep it Positive...too much to ask? Lol I can adjust move in date if that’s an issue and am looking for 6-12 months, possibly more if it works - ya never know :) If this sounds like you - touch base
We are chill, easy going guys, both of us work Full-time weekdays. We are social and respectful, enjoy a few drinks on weekends. We are looking for some other chill people who are wanting 2 new housemates in the next couple of weeks. We've put down a few locations we like but we are not fussed at all about which suburb! Please feel free to send us a message through Flatmates or on my Mobile and I'll get back to you ASAP!
Hi future housemates! I am moving to Brisbane February the 17th/18th. However, I will be in Brisbane the 3rd and 4th of Feb and would like to be able to come and see the house/apartment and meet my possible future housemates then before moving in. I'm a physiotherapy student studying my 4th and final year! I will be working as a physiotherapist in hospitals around Brisbane finishing my uni clinical placements, as well as a gymnastics coach. I am a friendly, upbeat person, always up for a chat, a Neflix/Friends/Grey's Anatomy sesh, a casual glass or two of wine and maybe a fun night out, but I also like my personal space. I like going to the gym, cooking, shopping, exploring, or going to the beach. I am always respectful, mindful of my fellow housemates, clean and tidy. Nonsmoker, no children or no pets (but I love dogs) I have a great previous rental history and have done the whole house share thing so the do's and don'ts. Looking somewhere to live somewhere $200-250 close to the CBD/North of the River with a nice homely feel. I would prefer a housemate/s to be of similar age, female or co-ed. I will be moving to a new city so and don't know anyone so being able to build a friendship and a home not just somewhere to sleep would be an added bonus! Furniture wise I have a fridge, some bedroom furniture, TV and a heap of kitchen stuff. The ideal place would be a nice apartment/house, with my own room big enough to fit a Queen bed and own bathroom, AC, parking, close to public transport, a balcony perfect for drinking wine on and a supermarket nearby.
Have an adorable desexed boy Shar-Pei named Chester. Very clean and organised. Respectful of people’s privacy but also like have the occasional frothy and chat. Pay rent respectfully. Stable employment in Financial services. I go to gym and do some classes and walk my dog most mornings. Looking for somewhere with a decent back yard and secure fencing. My boy Chester gets along well with cats and dogs and stays outside during the day while I’m at work and sleeps inside on his bed at night in my bedroom. Am preferably looking for somewhere with utilities included in rent.
Hey, I'm Kam, I'm looking for a new sharehouse to call home! I'm most of the way though a Bachelor of Music, but having time off and working in the hospitality industry. In my free time I play in a few classical guitar ensembles, learn Auslan (Australian Sign Language), hang out with friends, go to the gym, go latin dancing, watch movies/tv shows/docos, go to concerts/art exhibitions. Have lived in sharehouses for years, so am well used to chipping in with keeping the house a nice place to live (cleaning etc) and being a good housemate. :) It's important to me to be in a house where we all get along, and hang out sometimes, but also have our own lives. Also important that future housemates are LGBT+ (and specifically trans) friendly as I'm a transgender guy, and will be medically transitioning in the near future. I'm open to places that are in areas I don't have listed on my profile, as long as they are easy to get to on public transport and are fairly central. Looking forward to meeting you, Cheers, Kam.
Natalie - I'm currently working in the Private Healthcare from Monday to Friday. I like to come home after work to a relaxing and comfortable home. I'm an easy going person who is easy to get along with and I'm always up for a chat but like my own space too. On weekends I like to either go out for dinners at new places, go to the beach in Summer or just relax at home and watch Netflix with some friends. My partner T'Keyah and I are looking for our first place to live in together so this is an exciting time for us! T'Keyah - I'm currently work in the Tree Industry working weekdays starting early in the morning. I'm a chilled & outgoing person who's always up for a chat but also like my space. I like to keep myself busy either watching the footy with some mates, going out to the beach or you'll find me in the kitchen eating something. We are looking for somewhere that is inclusive of all bills with our own private bathroom, whether it is an ensuite or not. Thanks!
I am a friendly, responsible full time uni student. I am tidy and will do my fair share of cleaning and chores. I love a good chat but also appreciate some solid down time. I rarely drink and during uni semesters will be studying quite hard. I'm looking for a quiet household with nice like minded people. I have a steady income and will always pay rent and bills on time.
Two girls moved over from the UK on a working holiday visa. Ciara is from Ireland and Hannah is from Scotland. Planning to live in Brisbane from the 28th of January for 2 months. Happy to share with males or females. Both easy going girls, have lived in house shares before

Hi Future housemate. Thank you for taking the time to check this out. I recently moved back to Brisbane from Melbourne late last year and looking for a apartment to call home! About me, I'm 29 year old gay , i work in the city in the insurance industry Monday to Friday normal business hours. I'm a clean, fun, DTE, sociable professional looking to share a place with someone. I want to live in a place where we can feel comfortable coming home and being ourselves instead of strangers. Mind you i do like my personal time also however i also like a good banter, champagne, cheese and wine occasionally. I am also open to finding an apartment with the right person if it comes to that. Weekends for me are usually with family & friends, eating, shopping , tanning and swimming and doing other adventurous things. Life is to short not to see the world. Anyway- that's about it. Any Questions give me Hoy. Cheers
Hi I'm Andy I'm looking for temporary accommodation, at this stage. I work full time, professional. Clean, respectful, social, considerate. Time frame would be between now and April, I return from a holiday in Europe early April. Have a great day!
Hey! I am a 23 year old UQ student and bartender who is hopeful to create a comfortable and friendly home. I have a massive love for music, film and reading, and I enjoy the odd casual beer! I play guitar and sing in a couple of small bands and practice at home on my own on occasion, but I keep it within reasonable hours and at a respectful volume. If it's ever a problem, tell me to shut up and I'll happily comply. :) despite this, I spend most of my time either at uni, working or studying. I am clean and respectful, and I enjoy taking a bit of time out of daily life to be sociable. Hope to hear from you!
Hi! I am a considerate, clean, respectful housemate. I have spent the last 10 years house-sharing and living with housemates from a diverse background. I look after the house I live in, I cook & share food, happy to hang out or give you space and am generally very easy-going. I am a vegetarian, pretty crafty, well traveled and active, have plenty of cool stories and skills to share. I am looking for a room in the listed suburbs because I will be working at the Lady Cilento hospital starting 5th of Feb, 2018. My job demans are pretty long hours, so I prefer to live close to the hospital so I can minimise commute and spend time enjoying running/ cycling along the river instead. Give me a buzz if you feel like I would be the ideal housemate for you.
Hi there, My name is Ryan and I am looking for a new place to call home. Currently I have been living in a big modern house on the north side of Brisbane for the last 5 years. I have been the head tenant with most of the responsibility, and own most of the furniture. Our lease is coming up shortly, and I would like to move somewhere more central, whilst not paying an incredible amount of rent. Hoping to pay less than $220/week including bills. I am open to teaming up with someone to move into a town house or a granny flat etc too. I am looking to live with either 1, or max 2 other people. I can also provide furniture and appliances (couches, fridge, washing machine, microwave, Balinese furniture, dining table, outdoor table, chairs, desk, plates, bowls, pots and pans, cutlery, other appliances etc), but if not that's ok too as I can simply sell or store them elsewhere. I have a very well trained, friendly 10 year old male maine coon cat who I would love to bring with me. He is mostly a lazy indoor cat, likes his sleep and doesn't mind other furry friends. We are best of buddies and have been through a lot together, and it would be great to live with people who would also enjoy the company of a mini tiger :) I have recently been working as a warehouse assistant, and also study business and IT on the side. I also receive government help as I do have a disability, which would not affect my ability to live with someone else independently. I am hoping to find something relaxed with little to no dramas, judgements or arguments. A place with a decent sized room, air conditioning (just for the hot periods, and not necessarily in the room itself). My cat is used to wandering outside for the odd walk around the yard so I would like to live somewhere that also has a backyard/courtyard. I am the kind of guy who is social with his housemate/s, but can also as easily keep to myself. I would prefer to live with friendly, supportive people who don't take living situations too seriously. I am indeed responsible, respectful, caring, open, very clean and organized (dislike mess), honest, and reliable. What I am not into is drinking copious amounts of alcohol (the odd glass of spirits is ok), smoking (but do not mind if you do smoke), or constant partying. These days I am more into social events, lots of exercise and the gym, self development, watching a good movie, meditation, reading, gardening, nature or heading to the beach. I am also vegan. If you like the sound of me, please send me a message as I am in need of finding my next long-term home to be. I have not provided my mobile number as I would prefer to build rapport over message first, and then chat on the phone :) Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you, Ryan
**TEAM UP** Hey future Roomies, Liam and I met on Flatmates 5 months ago and got a place together for 6 Months, this is coming to an end so we are wanting to find a bigger place and preferably 2 other people to start a new share house 4+ Bedrooms. We are both working professionals, like to keep fit and healthy during the week and love to have a drink on the weekends. Both easy going and would like to find like minded people to create a fun, happy and drama free place where we are all become friends rather than just roommates. Happy to spend around $250 each a week for a room each. Preferably looking for at least 1 female to even the house out! Send me a message if you think you will be suited and we can all meet up for a coffee or a drink! Cheers, Patrick :)
I'm a student at Griffith, looking to live with people that are like-minded in the sense that they are tidy, sociable and courteous to myself and other housemates. I enjoy gym, cooking, watching shows and going out with mates. Interested in making some new connections in Brisbane.
