Hi everyone. I am hoping to move to Brisbane from Newcastle mid November some time for Uni. I am currently studying teaching here in Newcastle but will be transferring. I went to boarding school for 6 years and have lived out of home since finishing (5 years ago) so am very respectful of peoples personal space and belongings and keeping common areas neat and tidy. I am friendly and enjoy living with people who can be friends as well as house mates :) Looking to move in with people of similar age as I am going to be new to Brisbane and would love to make some friends. I am not a huge drinker anymore but don't mind a couple on days off work or study. Please let me know if you have a room available
23yo work full-time within the Architecture space whilst also studying. Work long hours so I tend to be out of the house during the weekends catching up on living life. Lived with females all my life so I am clean, quite and respectful. Friendly, outgoing, always up for a laugh and wont say no to a drink or two.
Hey, I’m James. I’m 25 and my full-time job in marketing keeps me busy Monday to Friday. In my spare time I do normal things like keep active, watch Netflix or catch up with friends for dinner/drinks. I’m newish to Brisbane, I recently moved back to QLD after five years in Melbourne and I’m from the Gold Coast originally. So I’m hoping to move in with friendly, social housemates as I don’t know many people here (yet!). I’m a naturally considerate, respectful and tidy person that’s used to living in share houses, looking for the same.
I am 26 and working I’m sales and marketing. I work long days so out of the house a lot. In my free time I like to socialise with friends and just enjoy life really. I have come here from the UK and looking to settle in a nice place in or near the city so I commute to work. I am also looking for somewhere that has a gym/swimming pool as I don’t get lot of free time after work so to have a gym on my doorstep would be ideal.
Hi, I'm French, 28, currently doing a PhD in biology between UQ and Griffith uni for the next three years. I am looking for a studio/self contained unit or a room with ensuite for 230$ max per week all bills included. I want to feel home in an independent nice and quiet cosy place, with an outdoor living area to not feel enclosed. Pet friendly would be a great bonus, I miss animals so much ! The room has to be big enough to fit my king size bed if unfurnished. Cheers :)
I’m in brisbane for 3-4 months of work in the city. Looking for a fully furnished bedroom in south Brisbane or west end area. I am new to Brisbane so would enjoy making friends with people and exploring what the city has to offer whilst I’m here.
My name is Jake and I'm interested in finding a spare room sharehouse. A little bit about myself. I'm 29, I work F/T in the city in superannuation and I'm a causal Uber driver. I also like to get outside and be active (gym, running, indoor soccer, etc). I also like going out (or staying in!) for a couple of drinks too. I'm also clean and can cook. Looking to move out from 6th of October. Let me know if you're interested or if you need to know anything else! Cheers
I come with a NutriBullet, 2 Apple TVs and a Boston Shaker! I am 25, from the Sunshine Coast originally, have lived in Brisbane full time since February. I am looking for a place somewhere in The Valley, New Farm, Teneriffe, Newstead, Bowen Hills, or West End. Would like to live with either 1 or 2 other people. I am a bit of a clean freak when it comes to the kitchen and other common area's, so I would like to live with someone who understands this. I work in hotels, so I am a shift worker. I have shifts were I start at 630am, finish at 11pm, or someone I have to do the dreaded overnight shift, so I need to live with someone who understands this and is respectful of this. I do keep to myself 90% of the time, some have called me a hermit, however I am happy to sit down and have a glass of wine every now and then.
On a 1 year visa, im a working professional from London. Easy going and just enjoy being out and about. I have friends from university over here so mostly spend time with them- love sports, outdoor activities, cooking and socialising.
Do you want a housemate who love cooking, cleaning and score an adorable doggo?! I'm the flatmate for you then! I have been nannying for the same family in Woolloongabba for the past two and a half years and am a dedicated full-time social work student. I like to generally keep to myself during with week but enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine with my roomies. My furbaby is a small Cockalier named Seb, he is extremely well behaved and will soon be an accredited therapy dog so he is fully house trained and loves people and other dogs (he likes to be in the garden during the day so backyard is essential). I am happy to live with people who like to do their own thing or come along to markets, do yoga etc, I am easy going. If you want an adorable pup and clean and tidy housemate - I look forward to meeting you!

I am looking to move in somewhere pretty sweet are our lease is up here and my housemates are moving to the Gold Coast thanks max
Easy going, respectful and always up for a chat. Work full time in advertising and also study part time. I am pretty social, but quiet during the week. I am super tidy, can cook, and happy to have a casual drink with housemates.
Hi! We're Bee and Jo, from the UK, been together for many years, and looking to settle for a while in Brisbane. We're a creative, positive and sociable couple who enjoy music, theatre, dancing, meditation, good books, chatting and having a drink sometimes. We have lived in shared accommodation previously, and we are kind, caring and considerate people. We have found ourselves in Brisbane to work and train as English teachers, so we'd like to find somewhere that is friendly, easy going and a place we can call home for a while.
I am relatively new to Brisbane! Have been living in my own apartment since I got here 4 months ago, however I am wanting to 1) save some money and 2) meet some new people! I work in sales and am quite social. I am a music lover and get out to gigs as often as I can. I love the beach and just generally getting out and about. If you have a dog I will love it like family.
I and Chad are couple from Korea. We are looking for a new place and working full time. We would like to get a room with lovely flatmates from diverse nationalities. We love to hang out with people and keep the room tidy. Thanks!
My name is Vyninka I'm moving up to Brisbane from sydney in a couple of weeks. I'm a great room mate, friendly and very easy going. I have always had room mates living in my place in Sydney. Love to have a wine, but also have a very full on job so love my own downtime. I'm a diving coach (springboard and platform diving) so i will be working out at Chandler. I have 2 beautiful cats (outside cats) so need some outdoor space. Thanks Vx
Hiya! I’m Bianca and myself and my partner Ben are seeking accomodation, we’ve been living together for close on 9 months now in my home but are looking to find somewhere of our own. We are both studying Certificate III’s in Hospitality and Retail so we’d be out of the house the majority of Monday thru Thursday. We’re seeking somewhere about $150 a week (max $160) for both of us. That’s preferably including all bills and maybe internet, however if the room is $125 or less we could potentially manage bills separately. We’re looking for somewhere within a 30 minute drive to the city, as our courses take place in South Brisbane. We can’t really afford much more than that as we’re studying and don’t have a huge income, so we would need whatever we have left for food and fuel. A bit about us: We are both tidy and clean up after ourselves, especially me as I have a bit of OCD (this doesn’t extend to nagging housemates about their messes though, you do you). At our worst there might be some dishes left overnight but they’ll always be done by the next day. We both smoke cigarettes, only outside though, and we tend to keep to ourselves but are always up for a chat over coffee and durries. We also both adore animals, if you have a kittus or a doggo don’t be surprised to find us havin a sit down and smothering them with love and pets at least once or twice a day. Ben is into video games & plays guitar, and appreciates every genre of music. He’s got an entrepreneurial attitude and wants to start his own record label in order to change the world with sick tunes. He’ll always be up for an educated debate on a wide array of topics & loves learning through other people and their passions. He’d also like to travel the world, ideally hitchhiking or in a van so he’s pretty adventurous. He’s previously worked as a tradie and briefly fixed computers so he’s always handy to have around. I am creative in every sense of the word, if it can be DIY’d I’ll do it. I love to cook and make up delicious recipes so I’m always in need of confident tasters to sample my latest creation and give constructive criticisms. Other than that, Im a bit of an artist and I sew, knit, draw, paint, scrapbook, refurbish, and all around make stuff. I’ve also had several jobs as a body piercer and have had about 50 piercings all together, my goal is to one day be a tattoo artist. If you’ve got any questions or think that we would suit a place you’re offering please don’t hesitate to shoot me a message!
Hello. I'm from Brazil and moving to Brisbane in October. I will work at the same company that i used to work in Brazil so i have a quiet life on week days but i like to go out, ride bike, go to the beach and travel around on weekends. I'm a friendly, responsable and easy-going person. Always smiling!
I am currently working and studying full-time - looking to move closer to the city so it's not such a commute to UQ. I'm always super super busy but when I have down time I love to relax with some Netflix and a few drinks out or at home. I'm not incredibly fussy on who I live with, I just want people that are respectful of each others things and can keep the place clean without nagging. BONUS: I already own communal things like a super large fridge and TV as well as a small dining set and futon.
Hey! Shae (24, my current roommate, and I (Tara, 33) are looking to team up with some like-minded people who are wanting to save money on rent by moving into a larger house (3-5 bedrooms). Our rental searches have shown some beautiful properties in inner city Brisbane for approximately $200-$250 per person. We currently live in a 2-bedroom apartment so we have furniture that is relatively modern and recently purchased that would sufficiently furnish some communal areas of a larger property (lounge, coffee table, TV cabinet, fridge, washing machine etc as well as a fully stocked kitchen!). Obviously, by moving into a larger house additional items can be accommodated. A bit about us: We both usually keep busy during the week with work and gym but enjoy a wine or two on the weekend. We like to have a catch up together but also keep busy with our own things. We are looking for people that would also be keen to hang out and socialise from time to time :)
Hey, I'm Amber! I'm currently in my 2nd year of my 3 year degree (Fashion), super easy to get along with and tidy. I'm looking for either a room in an existing share house or some like-minded people to sign a lease. My current lease doesn't end until the 28th of January and I'll be studying overseas for 3 weeks within January, so move in day would have to be after I return. So if you're interested in living with a fun and laid back chick, who can cook some bloody good food, swing me a message :)
I won't steal your food but I will make you lots of food. I study Naturopathy and work part time as a barista. I enjoy a bit of wine, banter, and Netflix, but also keep to myself. I'm currently building a bed in my car to do some solo traveling around Aus for a few days at a time every week. I love hiking, anything in the sun, cooking, op-shopping, eating lots, and cleaning up after myself... My dog lives with my ex but if he's allowed to come visit I can ensure excellent pats and quality snugs.
