Hi! I’m Agnieszka easygoing 24 years old young professional originally from Poland. Currently I work in Paris but I’ll be staying in Brisbane from 21/03/19 and keep working there for my company for a period up to a year. During the weekdays I’m focus on my work and go to the gym, during the evenings I prefer just relax at home so definitely I’m not looking for a party house. However over the weekends I’m always up for a drink, movie or anything outdoors. My max budget is 300 $/ week and I’m very flexible in terms of location. Hope will find someone with similar attitude here ;) !
Hi, I'm Tamara; Dutchie moving to Brisbane. Easy going, loving board games, creative and vegan. (No, this doesn't mean that I will force everyone around me to be vegan as well or giving long speeches about why I decided to become vegan. I'm cool with whatever you decide to eat.) Last but not least, I love cats. I have a cat here in Amsterdam (she's the cutest), but unfortunately I have to leave her behind :( I always lived with room mates, so I can say I'm pretty familiar with the whole room mate atmosphere. In general I always try to make sure that I'm considerate of my room mates and also leave a nice environment for them. I love having drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and couch sessions with my roomies, altho I can also enjoy some alone time to recharge my batteries. Sharing houses has always been a nice experience for me. Currently I'm working as a product manager for a sustainable fashion brand, but I feel like a new challenge. That's why I decided to leave my job and country to start fresh in Australia. Please note my intentions are not to back pack, I would actually like to try to built something in Brisbane.
I am a 25 year old law student from Norway who completes my master's degree at the University of Queensland this spring. I am an active and fun person who easily gets along with people. I have lived in a share house with 2 and 4 other boys in Norway for more than four years, so I know how to behave in a share house. I do not smoke and am both neat and adaptable. In my spare time I enjoy running, playing sports, traveling and drinking beers.
Hey! I am about to start my first year at QUT studying primary education after 5yrs of ski instructing here and abroad. I currently work as a casual for a promotional company. When I'm not there you'll find me rock climbing, at the beach or hunting for the next amazing vegan cafe/restaurant! Currently living in the Redlands but am wanting to move closer to the CBD for uni, to be closer to friends and to my climbing gym. I'd love to live in a tidy place, that feels more like a home than a house. A place where everyone gets along and is social with one another but also allows me quiet time to study.
Dutchie goes Brisbane for 3 months! I am living in Amsterdam and am super happy to be able to do part of my PhD at UQ. Staying from March-May. Will be working full-time, but up for fun things during the weekend!
Hey, I'm Kai! I'm currently studying at QUT and work casually in a hotel in Brissy. My lease with my current housemates is ending early February and I am looking for a place to live for 4-5 months as I'll be doing some traveling after. Somewhere closer to the city would be ideal, but not too fussed on that. I'm friendly, open and pretty chill so I'm easy to make friends with and hangout. :) Some days I like to have some down time by myself and other days I like to have fun and socialise. I can balance personal space and social times pretty well so no worries on that! I work as a housekeeper so I know a thing or two about cleaning. Not obsessed over cleanliness, but I do like to keep spaces clean and tidy so you don't have to worry about dishes left in the sink or toothpaste smeared on the basin. I like the outdoorsy stuff like cycling and kayaking, don't mind a cheeky drink or two and I'm always up for a boogey as well as video/card/board games. If not, I'll just be lazing around with a mate or two. I'm looking for responsible, good-natured, sociable and respectful flatmates who wouldn't mind making a new friend! Looking forward to meeting you. :)
21, studying biomedical science and working when I can. Due to graduate in April so I'm hoping to find a place to move into ASAP. I have a cat, Charlie. He tends to do his own thing and won't bother you but he is an inside cat. I tend to keep to myself in my free time but I'm always down for a chat and drink at the end of the day.
I'm clean, neat and tidy person. Dog lover. Love being active, gym etc. I want to really share a house together with only another person is possible (rent downstairs floor for my self) and have to be pet friendly and fully fenced yard. And dog lover as well.
Hey! Just looking for something for a couple of months while I wait for my boyfriends lease to expire before we move into our own place, and my lease ends in march. Can’t move in with him as he is NRAS and I earn too much. Super easy going and just looking for a base to keep my stuff as I will pretty much be at his place 100% of the time.
I never really know what to say with these types of things so I'll just give you a general run down of who I am. Currently I'm working at a local Cafe/bar in Paddington (Remys) and I'm about to start studying nursing. I like to think I'm pretty easy to live with, I've been share housing for about 3 years now and haven't been told otherwise yet. I'm generally pretty quiet and keep to myself a lot but that doesn't mean I'm not always up for a chat.
Hey! I’m Mitch, 32, builder/Concretor from Wagga Wagga, Nsw. I’m very easy going, easy to get along with, neat and tidy and a good cook! I love music, going out and watching gigs. Into sport, fishing, and going camping. Looking for a room to rent around Brisbane city.
Hello there! Here are a few quick points about me: • I will be working at the University of Queensland as a researcher/postdoc. • I work about 6 days a week • I have lived in shared houses most of my life in both the UK and Germany • Not much of a party animal, more into good wine, good food and an interesting conversation • In terms of hobbies: I like chess and cycling and I plan to start going to the gym in a bit more regular basis. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What I am looking for: • Shared accommodation with one-two more people. • a neat tidy and organized property. • I would prefer to live in a non-smoking property, as it would help with my efforts of quitting smoking. • I love animals, so living with pets is not an issue. • My ideal flatmates would be the kind of people that I could share a glass of wine with, would be easy going, tidy and have sense of humor. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As I am currently in the UK waiting for my visa confirmation, I will be looking for a videocall inspection so I can get a feeling for the property and we can see if we feel we would be a good fit. Thanks for taking the time to read my ad!
My name's Soop. I'm an overseas student from Thailand. I'm a man who is looking for a very nice house. I'm clean and tidy. I'm very excited to be here I hope that I will stay in a very nice place that will make me feel good ever.
My name is Alex, I have just finished my degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Queensland and have just started full time work. Looking to move in to a share house within the inner city Suburbs.
Hello my name is Ash, I’m a personal trainer and beginning my real estate career, I train boxing 2 to 3 times a day in Fortitude Valley so I'm looking for a unit closer to the City. I’m a healthy and clean person and would like to live with someone with the same attributes.
I currently work in the city for a government agency and am looking for a room in the inner city suburbs. I'm clean, tidy, reliable and friendly. Looking for a social flat with potential new friends as I am new to Brisbane. I enjoy wine, finding new eateries, going on hikes and exploring new places. I love to travel and am a big fan of dogs too.
Thanks for looking at my profile! I am a young full-time professional in architeture who just finished masters at UQ after 6 years of studies and work in Brisbane and overseas; and now looking for a wholesome new place to move to. I am a low key and tidy person and I like to keep busy. I enjoy photography trips, bushwalking, cycling, iceskating, doing personal projects and quality times with friends. I travelled a lot in the recent years and lived in Sweden and Germany for some time until mid last year. I came from a Chinese background with an upbringing in Sweden and China. I can speak Mandarin and understand some German. I would like to be part of a breezy positive vibe in the household. I don't believe that flatmates should be just nice strangers, or necessarily best mates. Flatmates are flatmates: there are boundaries; but there is also an interesting relationship. Let me know if you agree. Looking forward to hear from you!
Hello! I am a backpacker from Estonia who is traveling with my friend. We are looking for a place to stay in Brisbane while we work there. We are both easy going and more of a quiet types. Both of us like animals, reading and traveling.
Hi! I’m a 22 year old girl from Norway looking for a place to stay for 4 months while I finish my degree at QUT. I am a clean and tidy person, and would appreciate living with people who are the same :-) When I’m not studying I like to hang out with friends, and explore new places around the city.
