Hi, I am a masters student from India starting at UQ in Feb 2019. I will be studying Org Psych. Personally, I am usually quiet, tidy, friendly, and like having my own space. I have lived away from home in Hong Kong before, so I am familiar with shared spaces and I enjoy conversation with people from all over the world. I usually like catching up with TV shows, reading, or hanging out with friends over my free time.
I'm looking for a place in Southside Brisbane, ideally with sociable housemates that like to have a chat and watch a movie or have dinner together here and there! I'm quite a social person but enjoy my alone time, I work most of the time and study at Griffith on the Gold Coast so I commute from Brisbane as needed, therefore I have a bit of a funny schedule and will be in and out at randoms time but can ensure you i'll try my hardest not to disturb you!
Hi I'm Teïva, I am a French student doing and internship in Brisbane. I love traveling and socializing. I lived in South Africa, France, Spain and would like to share new experiences with others. I will be working during the week but I love hanging out during the weekend. Regards, Teïva
Hello, my name is Dan. I'm a 31 old German guy. (although I feel a bit younger) I'm looking for a new place to stay since my current house in Strathpine is too big for me and I want to live closer to Brisbane. A few things about me: I consider myself a rather quiet person but still enjoy having a nice conversation. I don't smoke and have no pets. In my private time I enjoy going to the gym, travelling, hiking or going to the beach, having a meal at a nice restaurant, going out for a drink or just staying at home and watching a movie (or play some games) - just like most other people do. :) I work 3-5 days a week in Brendale, so the northern suburbs would be preferable. I'm looking for a nice little place from 15/01/19 - either for myself or with positive people (early 20s to mid-30s) around me - doesn't matter where you are from and if you are male or female. A must for me is my own (furnished) room, a place to park my car, (fast) internet connection, no smoking inside the unit/house and AC or ceiling fan. If you are not quite the opposite of me and/or have a place to live or suggestions, feel free to send me a message. Cheers!
I'm very tidy and outgoing. And I dare say I'm a pretty amazing cook who likes to share culinary experiments. This semester, I will be studying at QUT :) I'm looking for some friendly people to live and laugh with. Cheers :)
I'm a relaxed, open and honest person and always keen to learn. I'm into growth and personal development. I don't drink or smoke, but happy to socialize with others who do :) I have my own business which i've been running for 3+ years. I'm from the UK originally (London) but been here 6 years. I'm looking for a clean and tidy share flat / house in a good area with bright flat mates.
Hi! My name is Grace, I’m 23 and work Full time as a research scientist at QUT. I love to cook (still haven’t learnt the correct ratio of pasta though), read, Netflix and my houseplants. Im hoping to find another gal of a similar age, preferably non smoking.
Hi I'm Michael! I'm open to moving just about anywhere in Brisbane. I'm a Law/Arts student at Griffith University. I've only just finished my first semester there so I'll be studying for quite some time yet. I'm definitely keen to have a drink on some weekends and go out, but I also love to head to the beach for a swim and a surf. I love being outside, but I'm equally happy powering through movies/a tv series in a ridiculously short amount of time. I'm currently only working 10 hours a week, but I'll be doing some maths and physics study over the summer break to keep me busy. I'm also planning to increase my work hours, fit in some camping trips, and learn to code! I receive youth allowance fortnightly (and will soon receive rent assistance) as a full time student. Coupled with my income from part time work (or even without it), this is more than enough to cover all living expenses. Paying rent and bills on time won't ever be an issue! Please feel free to message me if you think I'd be a good fit for your place :)
Marketing professional returned to uni to study primary education (just finished first year 💃🏼). I work 3-4 days/wk. Non-smoker, social drinker. Like to get outdoors, hiking etc. Not a big tv consumer. Come with a 9yo Great Dane X Mastiff (only 41kg!) who loves pats, cuddles and food. He’s friendly with other dogs, we currently live with a boisterous Frenchie. We’re moving back to Brisbane after an 18mth stint on the GC and looking for a friendly house that wants all the perks of a dog but none of the responsibility! Must have at least a small yard (Angus is old and doesn’t need much room), that is well fenced. Not fussy on room mate’s as long as they are happy, normal and nice — and like dogs!
Hi my name is Allaine and I have just recently completed grade 12 and am planning to go to uni in February. I am a very open-minded and trustworthy person and I enjoy the company of others but also appreciate some privacy. I enjoy roadtrips to the beach, binge-watching netflix and occasionally going out for drinks! Also an animal lover! I am looking to stay somewhere affordable (preferably rent that includes bills) Looking to move in from the 6th-12th of January. If you are unable to message me here, please feel free to have a stalk on social media :-) Allaine Weis
I'm currently in West End which is an awesome location right next to a Cafe and close to West End Markets. I love coffee and have lived in Melbourne and Canberra the past 5 years before relocating back to Brisbane. I just have to move out due to the owner having their parents move in with them. Into chilling out and watching TV or doing temporary work at home some times. Easy to get along with. Prefer furnishing. No grubby flatmates please. Over 30+ preferred.
My name is Viv, and I’m 21 years old. I’m social, tidy but not a neat freak, and always ready to meet new people and try new things! I’m a law/psychology student studying at QUT, but more than happy to live with other students from any uni. I’d love to live in a social house. I’m active, social, and love a few cheeky bevs. I’m looking for a house full of people I can be mates with, rather than just housemates. Send me a message if you feel the same!
I am working full time as a software engineer in the Valley, I finished my electrical engineering degree at QUT mid-2018. I mostly keep to myself but enjoy socialising as well, especially if there are a couple of drinks and some good conversation involved. I've been sharing a house in Red Hill for 3 years, but we are going our separate ways early 2018, and then I'm going to Los Angeles for 3 months for work until May. So I am looking for somewhere nearby to move into with new people from early May. For hobbies I play a couple of musical instruments (not while people are trying to sleep :D ), play some games on my computer, and I always have a few side projects on the go.
Im a easy going kiwi bloke whos friendly and likes to meet new people. Have been in brisbane/auz for 2 years now working full time as an automotive spaypainter. I like to gym abit and eat quite healthy but also like to relax and kick my feet up from time to time. Love a beer or two in a social environment and dont mind the odd night in the city. I keep a tidy room and clean up after myself evrywhere else. I help out with general household chores e.g take trash out, empty dishwasher.
Im looking for a room or small unit to rent for about a year or more, i work fulltime, i am very clean and tidy and quiet, budget is around 300 but can be negotiated for the right place.
I am 22 and currently working full time in the Valley. I am happy being social or quiet but I would prefer a house where I can get to know my housemates and share a cheeky sundowner every now and again. At the end of the day though, when it comes to the culture of a house I am like the ultimate puzzle piece that can fit in any part of the puzzle. 😱❤️
My name is Mitchell, clean, quite, extremely easy going, non smoker in my late 20s. I'm looking for a place to move into in early January preferable without too many people. I currently work away so I am generally only home every second month. In my time off I tend to travel a little so I am really just after somewhere to park my car and leave my gear.
Hello! I am looking for a room for rent from February 2019, or someone to start a new share-house with. I am a 21 year old girl from Norway, studying Hotel Management in Bergen. I will be moving to Brisbane for one semester studying abroad at UQ. I am very clean, tidy and easy-going. I like to create a good environment and friendship with the people I live with. When I’m not studying I usually spend my time exploring new places, relaxing at home, or at the gym. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you think we could be a good match!
I'm 20 and working part-time in West End (Wed-Sun). A bit about me - I get along with most people, I'm quite social and energetic and generally just love life :) When I'm not working, I love travelling, hiking, beach trips and a cocktail or two with friends on the weekend. Always up for a chat but I love some down time too! A few friends and I usually cook dinner together 2 or 3 nights a week so I'll be out of your hair those nights, otherwise you'll find me cuddled up with homemade pizza and a good tv show or documentary. I love experimenting with recipes I find online (while this doesn't always work out for me, it's a lot of fun haha) and am really just looking for a roomie that will put up with occasionally taste testing some new dish I saw on instagram or something :) I've put my degree (marketing/psych) on hold for the moment so 2019 will be spent mostly travelling and working so I'd love a roommate who shares my love for travel also, it was REALLY hard to find a photo of me without food so that's something hahaha *Looking to move closer to work so anywhere in West End is ideal. I also have a car so I'd need some kind of car space/street parking :)
Hi. My name is mick. I'm 28 and work full time in construction. I've been into my fitness this year working towards my goal. I'm past the partying stage but dont mind a drink when neccessary. I work full time and would like somewhere to live were I can wind down. I have a private car and my work ute. So I would like a place that offers undercover parking for my private car as I rarely drive it throughout the week. I clean up aftermyself and keep pretty quite, but not afraid to socialize and chat. I've also have a secret rib recipe of mine which everyone who I have lived with over the years love :)
