Hi! I'm sociable and easy going, but still enjoy my study/down time. I'm looking for an open, comfortable home, with an outdoor entertaining space, and preferably located within walking distance of a park or the river, as I love going for walks and picnics. My lease at my current place ends early February 2019, but I am happy to break lease if I find something perfect before then.
I work in the CBD full-time as a lawyer for a not for profit. Work will require travel for up to a week at a time in 2019. I’m a conscientious housemate and keep a clean and tidy living space. During the week, I’m fairly routined. I do enjoy my quiet time because I have a demanding job. I enjoy a vino and socialising too! I like to get away some weekends for beach/outdoor adventures, or a flight away to see friends.
Hello, we are two friendly house mates looking for a place to move to. We are well organized and will always strive to keep the place clean. I'm Brandon and I study film at university with part-time work on the side. My friend Ryley is a full-time worker and the chef of the two of us he also has plans to study at the end of 2019. were reliable, punctual and pretty flexible. we both have big goals for the future and are well motivated to reach those goals. we both graduated from Dakabin State High School and completed OP ranked classes. Ryley being a member of the Kallangur ventures scouts have helped out around the community and I myself being a former contributor to the Dakabin State High School creative industry. In our spare time, we play video games and watch a huge range of movies and pop culture pieces. i often watch these and study them for my university course. We also organize days that we spend with family and friends to reconnect. I own a cat who is almost a year old and has been spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. He is also toilet trained. My friend Ryley owns a manual car and he is on his red p plate. We follow the rules with caution and always stay out of trouble.
Afternoon worker, I keep to myself and clean as I go, current living arrangements is not ideal where I am and looking for a new place with others who also work full time. I am flexible with my move dates!
Hey I'm a Scottish girl that has come over on a working holiday visa. I am a nurse and will be working in the hospitals around Brisbane. I am looking for a nice flat to stay in preferably near the Mater Hospital, South Brisbane, Woollongabba, Brisbane City areas. I am a clean friendly person. I enjoy the outdoors and also enjoy a night out with friends and nights in watching Netflix too. I am looking to live with people I can be friends with as I don't know many people over here.
Me and Alice are full time students at UQ and looking to move out with preferably female students start of feb or end of jan. We are both fun, cleanly individuals and superrrr easy to get along with, always down for a laugh. We love to hang out, have a good time but also have some time to ourselves. We were both in college last year and it taught us a hell of a lot about living with all sorts of people. Honestly just looking for some people like us to move in with. Both wanting around $150 per week individually.
Hey guys! I'm currently entering my fourth and final year of full-time study (Dual bachelor of Business/Creative Industries at QUT) working part-time in retail and completing an internship. Looking to move closer to uni into a shared house in December! I'm easy going, keen to make friends, would love to live in a sociable environment where we can have a chat or hang out occasionally. But also love my own quiet space to relax and recharge in-between. In return I'll be respectful of your space. Usually pretty busy with study and work but every now and then I like to have fun and go out to gigs/festivals/have some drinks/outdoor activities/anything involving food etc. I have a 15-year-old childhood pet Missy the border collie who I'd ideally love to bring with me (she's usually an outdoor dog, very chill and sleeps a lot) so moving in with some dog lovers would be great, she will want your pats If you want to know any more just ask!
I'm Nicole. I'm 25 and a journo from Sydney. I'm moving for a job in Brisbane in Jan next year. I will be working night and early morning shifts so will probs be out of the house a lot but when I'm in and not catching up on sleep, I like to clear my mind through running and yoga. Also like to eat well but can never say no to chocolate and wine! I'm pretty chill to live around if you prefer to keep to yourself or like to chat over a cuppa. Feel free to reach out. Nicole x
Hi, My name is Mathilde, I am from France and looking for a place to stay in Brisbane. I am easy-going, tidy, and love cultural exchange. I have a Working Holiday Visa and am coming to Australia for the first time. I am a freelance translator; my hobbies include traveling, sports, and gaming. I am used to live in share houses (I stayed two years in Japan with 7 roomies in a share house). Do not hesitate to contact me should you need further informations! Cheers.
Urgently looking for a place for me and my dog/terrariums. I went from a 6 week deadline to a 2 week deadline thanks to my housemate screwing me over so if you're looking for a considerate housemate in a hurry I'm your gal. Me: Jasmin: I'm an introvert who works two jobs (construction and aquarium shop). I like live music, nature, boardgames, videogames, TV Series, acoustic guitar, terrariums, art, plants etc. I have hobbies, exercise and I'm out and about quite often. I clean as I cook and don't leave common areas dirty and I don't invade other's privacy. Dan Dog: I adopted him 2 years ago and he's my best friend. Dan is obedient, house trained and has never had an accident inside as long as I've had him; he is too energetic for tiny dogs during playtime so other medium to large sized dog friends only. Has been living with kittens for the past 12 months. Can also be an outside dog. Doesn't bark excessively and is a great friend to all. I'm looking for a large room and a little storage space.
We are two friends travelling together from Ireland currently in Brisbane working full time looking for a fully furnished room from the 3rd of Jan for roughly 1 month! Clean, respectful, social and very outgoing! Love meeting new people 😊
I'm moving up to Brisbane after living in Hobart. I currently work as a personal trainer, running my own business as well as managing a gym. I'm looking forward to moving up to the warm weather, getting outside, exploring, working, making friends! I'm not a drinker or smoker, and due to my work I need to live in a house that is supportive of early starts! I'm vegan but not one of the annoying ones ;) I love cooking, live music and exercise is a part of my daily routine - i'm a bit of a grandma, not one for partying every night, but i like sitting down and chatting, or just being around people!
Hey! I have recently moved back from London and am trying to get my life in order before starting work in the New Year. I went to uni here, so I know a few people and the city, but I am always keen to meet new people. I tend to work long hours, so am pretty quiet during the week. But it would be awesome to move in with people who like to hang out occasionally to watch Netflix, go to brunch or drink some decent wine. Looking to live with professionals and in a place with decent sized rooms. Flexible on length of rental, but wouldn't mind starting with 3 months to see how we go.
We’re a highly motivated professional couple that love a good night out, we’re usually out and about and are just looking for a nice room to stay in until we find our new rental property. My partner is a great cook and I’m usually out either working and studying, we’re very respectful and hope you take us on board. Help us help you 🙂
I come with an 8 month old Chow Chow named Amiga. My dog is very friendly, desexed, obedient, toilet trained, chubby and lazy, but very adorable and naturally cute. I clean as I go. Love to be organised and that means being tidy. I am told that I am outgoing and bubbly. Although, I like to chill by taking naps or even just binge watch a series every now and then. I like to leave the drama to the reality tv stars. I am very respectful toward your own space and alone time. Will be as social if you want me to. I like to keep fit by going gym, and TRYYYYY eat healthily. Sometimes Amiga and I will sleep at my boyfriend's house. On the weekends I generally try go see friends on the coast's, or take Amiga camping or 4WD. Pretty into the BCF life. I also have 1 more subject at uni in 2019, which technically still makes me a student. I practically have an entire bedroom, and dining room and kitchen stuff. except for the big appliances household.
I just moved to Brisbane from the Gold Coast and work for QCAT in the city so looking for a furnished room (just need a queen size bed) that is close to buses into the city. I am very clean and responsible and ideally looking for social housemates as I don't know anyone in Brisbane other than work people. I am fun, outgoing and love to get out and about. Would be great to meet flatmates that are friends to enjoy a meal or a drink with occassionally however it's not absolutely necessary and I understand we all have our own lives. Paying my rent on time each week is no problem at all but I have limited savings so cant afford to pay 4 weeks rent as a bond but could do 2 weeks bond. Looking to live with people that are chilled like myself and able to look after themselves and don't mind a drink at the pub occasionally. Would prefer not to live with students, unemployed, couples and definitely no crazy cat ladies thanks! I am ideally after a room with a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe where I don't have to pay to park my car outside the house but can be flexible for the right place and right flatmates.
