I am looking for someone to rent a house/flat with as soon as i get back from my holiday which will be the start of July. I am working as a casual in hospitality but have been getting reliable hours until i get a permanent job. I am a non-smoker, tidy, very friendly, easy going and love having a good chat. However once in a while i do like my space to read, watch a movie or do my own thing. Like to have a laid back environment (not a party animal) but like to have one or two drinks once and a while. I have a cat who is very friendly and loves cuddles and is mostly inside. Hope to become great friends with my flatmates :)
Currently looking for somewhere clean and honest to live for upto 3months + until I can save up enough money to buy my own house by the end of this year! I currently work full time on the central coast and study an online course. I love too keep fit and active by playing oztag during the week and rugby league on weekends. I'm an easy going bloke and can be good fun.. cheers :)
Hi i'm Emma-Kate I am currently studying and have been working at McDonalds for 3 and a half years. I am easy going, respectful and tidy. I am not into the party scene, would rather relax at home or spend my time with family and friends but in saying that I wouldn't mind having a social drink with my housemate. I like animals so am happy to live with them. Prefer a place near public transport as i do not drive yet. Look forward to hearing from you Emma-Kate
I love the normality of life, I love routine, going to work, having a good rest, and healthy living. I am friendly and helpful in any given situation, but I also like to detach and enjoy my own space and my own company. I love a cold beer after work but it is all very controlled as I enjoy to feeling healthy in a sense of, I have no major addiction in my life, except working and getting ahead. I enjoy cooking and gardening and doing handy man jobs that need to be done. I consider myself to be a good bloke.
Hi I'm Emma a young 22 year old female who has recently moved here to the Central Coast from New Zealand. I live an active lifestyle, love the beach, spending time with friends, yoga and am a fitness lover. I am working part time (30 hours a week) and alongside this am involved in other businesses as an ambassador/influencer. I am a very clean person and in fact enjoy cleaning. Many of my friends say I'm a minimalist (which I don't think is a bad thing), and am looking for my new home and flatmates to share with. Either one other individual or more, I am looking for a nice, clean, fresh and modern place. Please feel free to contact me if interested in finding or sharing a place together :)
I am a lawyer working full time (and sometimes weekends too!). In my downtime I'll usually be out on a ride on my motorbike. At home I'm usually watching a movie or reading. I'm always down for beers and a few laughs and good chat is always welcome. If nothing else, I can cook a mean butter-chicken!
Hi I've lived out of home for almost three years now, my landlord is selling so I'm looking for a new place to live. I'd like to move in for 6 months - 1 year (possibly longer but who knows!) I'm a Montessori school teacher, I work full time in Sydney, I try to live eco friendly and eat healthy food, I'm clean and tidy, I love socialising and seeing family, I love to cook, I enjoy hiking and being outdoors, I don't "party" but I do enjoy a drink or two. I hope to become good friends with the people I live with!
Hey there, I'm a second year nursing student at The University of Newcastle, Ourimbah campus and I work part time in Gosford. I want to move out of home, not looking at anywhere in particular, just somewhere not too far from uni and the beach. I'm bit of a neat freak when it comes to shared areas but ironically my own personal space tends to be quite messy. I'm very easy-going and love going on adventures to explore the wonders of the world. I'm always up for a few drinks and a boogie, but I'm not a major party-goer. So if you have a spare room, hit me up! Thanks :)
Hello Hello I am self employed working full time. 38 years old ( not into parting, don’t drink much alcohol ) I am easy to get along with. Love to have a laugh and chat, also enjoy time of my own and in my own space. I am new to Sydney I have been in Brisbane QLD for the past 9 years. It was time for a change, Sydney was calling. I am here to continue loving my career’s. Manly to enjoy what Sydney has to offer. Meet and create awesome friendships. I have interest in Dance/ sisterhood / creativity/ nature ( so if you have a place with lots of trees , I am sure to love it ) I am clean and tidy. So excited to be part of a home where we all contribute to make it feel relaxed, peaceful and homely. I would love to live with females, but open to it being female and males. Look forward to having a place to call home
I am a quiet, non smoker without pets but would treat others like my own (miss my own fur-bubs) I am employed, based out of Sydney on a 24hr/ 7day flexible roster. Usually a nightworker leaving mid afternoon/ arriving early mornings so would suit an environment where I would not disturb others at the ungodly return hours. That said, by nature, times vary. My elderly parents reside here and I am commuting so I can stay close by when not at work. I prefer to be flexible with my length of stay. The dates on my listing are nominal. Usually too tired to do much outside of work/sleep/housework/family, but did enjoy travel, pub and pool, quiet socializing and binge series catch-ups when I can.
I am clean and quiet, i looking for the same in a house mate. No pets, I have allergies :( Kind and friendly and very considerate of others in the home. My wonderful house mate of several years is getting married soon, so for me its time to move on :) i prefer females i prefer to share with 1, 2 maximum I have shared with teenagers and young adults -both male and female.
My name is Ben. and I'm 27. I'm into my fitness, so I'm quite active but also easy going. I'm respectful and positive. I'm definitely motivated and I work hard, especially for the things I want. I currently work and Dominos and live on my own in an apartment in Gosford. It's a nice spot and I definitely keep it clean regularly but the reality is, it's steadily becoming unmanageable financially. The lease ends on June 9th, I've flatted before for 6 months and I quite liked it, I wanted to try the apartment side of things from an individual point of view but I'd like to go back to flatting as it's a lot less stress, a more positive and social environment. It's been nice, I certainly have appreciated the opportunity to live individually in my own pad if you like but at the end of that day I don't think it's for me. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere around Terrigal or Erina, Springfield, Wyoming or Lisarow. My Budget is set to $200PW but will consider upping that if the right opportunity comes along.
Hi, I'm Mel. I work full time, generally Monday-Friday, with the occasional Saturday. I'm easy-going and considerate towards others, I've lived in a few share house's and I like to get along with my house mates. I'm easy to talk to, mature, and open-minded. I enjoy a few drinks here and there, but my real aim this year is to get back into my fitness. I can't wait to explore all the national parks and chill on the beach! I'm moving to Woy Woy ETA June/July to manage our new store, and am looking for somewhere in the area to stay hopefully long term. I would prefer an ensuite as i do like my space and privacy, but as long as everyone is neat and tidy I'm ok with sharing a bathroom. A big room would be amazing as I'm looking at studying part time on the side, so would love some room to have a desk!

I'm an outgoing introvert if that makes sense? I mean I don't really like partying but I love people and art and pets. I don't have any pets but if you do it's awesome, except sharks to be honest with you. Those are scary. I'm a poet, and I hope to start my major next semester, so if I find a place to stay before July that would be great! I drink coffee and I make awesome brownies and cookies. So there's that. I don't really want to share a room but sharing a flat or house would be pretty great. Shared bathroom is alright too. Hope to hear from you soon!
