Hi, I'm Samantha (Sam), I'm 21 years old and an airport shift worker. I am vegan, love animals (although I do not have any of my own) and am looking at moving to Tasmania for the first time in a couple of weeks. I have lived in and rented in Canberra for 3 years and grew up in Sydney's inner west. I am clean and tidy, and am very considerate of noise.
Hi, we are Chisato and Hiro from Japan and England. I work in disability support and Chisato works in massage therapy. We're considerate of other people's space, and also like to have a chat when it suits others. We're clean and tidy and prompt with payments(:
I’m a quiet student that keeps to myself, although I do love a good dance around and some entertaining banter. I’m also slightly coffee addicted. I am a full time student and I work on weekends, I receive Centrelink payments as my main income. I do have a cat, her name is Avocato. She is trained and is an indoor cat, she tends to only go outside when she is on a harness and lead. Both myself and my cat do come with rental references as well. I’m 17 years old but I have been fully independent and living out of home since I was 15 due to a family situation. Because of this I am more mature than expected, I don’t really party or anything like that either. I’d love to hear from you, Jenna
Moving from Brisbane to Hobart to study at UTAS. Looking for a sharehouse with chill people who respect space and are down to hang out. I'm clean and tidy, reliable, super friendly, pretty quiet, and I make incredible spag bol. I'm into reading and writing, hiking, baking, Harry Potter and LOTR movie marathons, red wine, and the occasional party or night out. Would love to live somewhere leafy and light and with people who are considerate, fun, and creative. Don't mind finding somewhere short term if that's what suits.
I'm a marine biologist at IMAS and just came over to Tassie to start my PhD in the end of last year. I have to move out of my current room within the next 5 weeks as it will be renovated. Would prefer to find a long-term place to stay! I am easy-going, love being outdoors hiking and camping and respect others people's privacy, but I am always up for having dinner together in the evening. I don't have problems with pets and I'm able to keep my room tidy. What are you waiting for? Just drop me a message :)
Hi! I'm a 33 year old practice manager. I'm very tidy, clean, easygoing and respectful. I love a glass of wine and a chat so love to be social, but also love my own quiet time so would be happiest in a share house that isn't a party house. I'm from Newcastle originally and moved to Hobart 18 months ago and am absoultely loving all that Tassie has to offer. I love to hike of a weekend, and in the warmer months love heading to the beach.
I am a 27 year old guy, and I study management in Hobart and will be here for one year. I am not working at the moment but seeking for it, and I am looking for a houseshare or a room preferably with roommates to live in for my time in Hobart. I take pride in keeping my room clean, and to respect my roommates and their space. I must say that I am a very friendly and outgoing person, who loves to interact with people, and I do love a good chat. I am a very positive person, and I always try to look on the bright side of life. I consider myself a good listener as well as one to turn to if you want to forget your sorrows for a moment or two. I love being outdoors, being active and to experience my surroundings in new and fun ways. I love a good glass of wine and the occasional night out on the town, but I also spend my weekends travelling or exploring the area. I enjoy great literature. For my time in Hobart, I will mostly be spending my days at the college and job probably and my weekends exploring Tasmania. I would love to find a vegetarian mate if possible otherwise I am flexible with others too. I really hope you will consider me as a future roommate, and I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Pradeep
I’m a chef and student in hospitality. My husband is a baker and farmer. We are from Hong Kong. We love foods n sports. Sometimes we go camping and cycling. We will stay in Hobart at least for two years. We are looking for a room for couple and a friendly, easy going landlord. Please feel free to contact us
I just really wanna live up at Mt Nelson, to be honest. I love being up high and having a view. But seeing as I’m a poor uni student, I’m happy to live in Sandy Bay/South Hobart and surrounds (can’t really dismiss too many offers in my situation). Currently, I’m living in Dynnyrne near UTAS in one of the Accommodation Services colleges but I’m rather keen to get out (been here too long, man). I’m not too fussed about moving in/out dates but I’d like to have somewhere to stay for the rest of the uni year. I’m studying at Art School (Hunter Street) and also undertaking an online course, but I partake in sports and other activities on the main UTAS campus, so I’d prefer to be living in the vicinity rather than the CBD or North Hobart, etc. Plus, I really need space, fresh air, and privacy - I don’t do too well right in suburbia. I do a lot of stuff on my own, like bike riding, exploring Hobart, and arty/crafty things, but I also love cracking open a cold one with the boys and going out on the town. Most of the time I keep to myself, however, so I think I’m pretty easy to live with. I’d consider myself a clean, tidy, and respectful housemate. My interests include soccer/futsal, running and sport in general, bush-walking (visiting kunanyi, etc), patting dogs at the beach and patting cats in the street, swimming, listening to the best music choices, watching the coolest content on the Internet, and going on the swings at any time of the day or night. Basically, I’m a kool-kat and you should rent somewhere with me.
I'm originally from Peru in my late 30's been in Australia for almost 6 years now. I will be moving interstate from Melbourne, so I'm very excited to see what Tassie has to offer. I love to go out for dinners, love movies and cooking occasionally. I'm very tidy and respectful of communal places and expecting the same qualities. I'm kind person, with an easy going attitude and easy to be around. I am accommodating to others so long as the same respect is reciprocated.
We are a pair of couple from Malaysia, moving from Brisbane to Tasmania next month (April 2018). Currently looking for a studio/ unit/ room to rent, we're quiet, clean and nice couple and definitely not party person :) Feel free to contact us if you guys looking for flatmates or have something to offer. have a good one :)
Easy going, laid back, respect other people's privacy. I work casually and usually weekends as a bartender, I spend time alone on my PC, time cooking healthy meals and exercising, studying, shopping and having a couple drinks with friends every now and again. Happy to befriend housemates and do things with people but I also appreciate some alone time outside of work. I got along with just about anyone, love animals and like chasing my dreams/achieving my goals. If you have any questions please contact me by message on here. Cheers.
Working and studying full time. Looking for a place for a few months. Clean, tidy and pretty chilled. Love getting outdoors, cooking, reading and adventures.
Hello, Im mark a pharmacist from Egypt- I decided to live in Tasmania for at least 2 years to finish my equivalence and working there as a pharmacist. Im clean, friendly and i enjoy go outings in the free time. i love cycling and play sports and i have lived before in share houses. Im coming Tasmania in the 2nd week of May and ready to be settled. I haven't get a job yet as i'm still outside Tasmania.
I'm a 23 year old student studying via distance at the moment but moving to Hobart in May. I'm studying French and German so if you speak it, please get in touch! I'm a very easy-going, clean and considerate non smoker and light drinker. I enjoy my own space but also like hanging out and meeting new people.
I've lived out of home for over 10 years, and like the most of us I appreciate a clean bathroom and kitchen. Shared space should be respectfully clean, but the rest of the house needs to feel lived in. I would like to live with like minded people who enjoy hanging out on the couch and solving the problems of the universe over a few cups of tea (or wine/beer), but are also comfortable spending time alone and are happy with their own company. I'm very much an outdoorsy/active guy. I'm a climber, I'm enjoying hiking around Hobart and Tassie, I try to keep in shape by training with weights, and I will pretty much give anything a go if it's outside. I work away every second week so there's a fair amount of time that I won't be around, this means you won't have to listen to my lame puns or dad jokes too often (don't worry I'm not actually a dad). I don't really party or drink much, but I'm quite social. I'm not against that lifestyle, but I don't want to live in a party house. I'm mostly vegetarian, just because it's how I grew up and what I'm familiar with. If you're a vego, I'll easily be mindful of that with use of kitchen equipment etc. If you're not a vego, well maybe you can introduce me to some new meals because I'm still finding out what I like. I would rather live with some young professionals than uni students, unless you're mature aged students........... I'm 28 but I have a lot of traits of an 80 year old. I'm not interested in living with anyone that "will wash up soon" but really that means "I'm going into my room and won't come out for quite a while so you'll probably end up doing these dishes 'cos that's the kind of lazy piece of shit I am". No thanks. Your mess shouldn't be my concern. So, if you're still interested, please send me a message and hit me up with what you've got in mind. :)
