I'm Karla, originally from Peru, in my mid 30's working in hospitality atm; but looking to start my career in accounting soon. I'm very tidy and respectful of communal places and expecting the same qualities. I'm kind person, with an easy going attitude and easy to be around. I am accommodating to others so long as the same respect is reciprocated
I am Amber. I am a girl and I am going to be 20 and I am studying nursing. I am really independent because of my family situation so I can do all the housework well. By the way, I am a good cook. Lol maybe after you have a try. All my friends said I was a funny respectful and kind girl. My roommate said I am clean and easygoing. I love reading, watching movies and listening to music. My life is really simple, study and work.
I am a young guy looking to move closer to my workplace. I am outgoing and also single, so it’s just me to worry about in the house - but I am a pretty clean person and have lots of energy. I will always respect the wishes of my housemates and hope to be treated that in return. I get along well with people my age and all ages. I’ve rented in the past and always upheld a good credit rating. Hit me up if you would consider sharing the rent somewhere in the southern parts of the capital!
Hey folks myself and my girlfriend Amy are on the hunt for a spare room in a friendly home. We are relocating from the tropics of Rockhampton and currently getting ready to take the scenic route down to the island via the red centre. I start work at the Holman Clinic on April 29 and Amy is in the process of securing a Pharmacist position in the city. We will arrive a few days earlier (probably over the Easter weekend) for house viewings and to try and get settled into our new environment. We are looking for somewhere ideally within a 10km radius of the hospital and would love to land somewhere before we start back at work. A little bit about us I guess. We are both from Ireland originally and have been residents of Australia for over two years (becoming citizens next year!). We love this place and are very excited about the next few years in Tasmania. We love the outdoors and getting out and about and exploring whether it’s hiking, cycling or a tipple of wine at the end of the week. And that's us in a nutshell. We are looking for a house with like-minded people. We have house shared for many years now (saving to buy a house of our own!) so we know all the commandments of being legendary housemates! If you are interested and think we might be suitable housemates we would love to hear from you. Don’t hesitate to fire any questions you might have our way. Thanks for taking the time to read. David + Amy
I'm Dave. I'm in my mid 20s. I work in IT and I am studying Community Support. I'm gay. My lease ends on 3/5 so I'd be keen to move close to that date, but I'm happy to start paying rent earlier for the right place. I'm not looking for short-term or temporary accommodation. When I'm not working or studying I like to play games, do crafts, read, and socialise. I love listening to and playing music. I'm looking for a home walking distance from Uni or the city. I like a friendly and social household, where people can hang out together and cook shared meals - especially a BBQ! I like a respectful household where shared spaces are always welcoming. I like to chat and hang out, but I also like to be able to have space when I want. I'm a big fan of communication, and would be keen for regular house meetings to discuss things. I also am keen on sharing the cost of a cleaner. I don't have very much in the way of furniture, but I do have a TV, some consoles, a NAS, and a fantastic Wi-Fi system. I also have a good internet plan that I would be keen to transfer to my new address. I like to be able to have guests over occasionally.
I’m a full time student with a casual job going into the final year of my degree. I am tidy and easy going. More than happy to share cleaning and cooking responsibilities. I’m outdoorsey and active, and enjoy a relaxed dinner party with my friends. Looking for a relaxed space to study and hang out.
Hey, I'm Channing. I am a 27 year old male. I am a pilot and will be flight instructing full time (Mon-Fri) at Cambridge Airport. My interests include playing video games, watching/playing sport, socialising and just chilling out with a good cup of coffee or a beer.
I am a responsible, experienced and respectful house sharer. I live a clean, positive, vibrant and healthy lifestyle. I am very aware of the needs of others and the energetic surroundings with sharing living space. I'm currently working in the Music Industry as a musician, studying part time and creating work in other fields. Looking forward to sharing with other like minded ondivuals. :)
Hello! My name is Liana. I currently reside in Devonport. I am currently completing my Masters in Psychology through distance education and hoping to complete placement to find a paid psychology internship when relocated. I currently do not have paid employment but government assistance due to illness- however, my aim is to re-enter the workplace. Thus I've including working part time as a feature as when I relocate, I aim to be working part time ASAP. When first meeting me, I may come across quite shy and introverted but as we get to know each other, I open up! This won't take long! I am very friendly :) I enjoy being social, this could be over dinner, watching Netflix, or just hanging out. I love a games or movie night. I don't mind some banter over a social drink with others or going for coffee/dinner dates. I am also respectful of other peoples space/privacy as I also like my own down time where I play guitar and write songs, listen to music, read, or just watch a movie. Although I am a smoker, I am very respectful of others. I enjoy going to gigs and seeing live music or comedy shows. Since starting on a fitness/weight loss journey, I've enjoyed going to the gym, bush walking, and other adventures. I'd love to get out and explore Tasmania. Let's buddy up! I would love the opportunity to meet some like minded people through living in a share house! I am looking for a private room for $180 max per week inclusive of bills and Internet. I've put 6 months but can be extended. I am considerate and tidy to live with. Please don't hesitate to get in touch!
