We are a couple from England, we have been traveling Asia (India, Thailand, Cambodia) for the last 5 months and arrived in Perth on the 21st April. We are very easy going people who enjoy exploring the world, seeing and doing things we haven't done before and meeting amazing people. If the house is chilled - we can be chilled and if the house is sociable and enjoys a party - we can be sociable and enjoy a party. Ed studied business at university and is in the process of turing his passion into his business. He enjoys making videos and is currently building his portfolio by working with different businesses and making videos for them. He likes to play sports when he has the chance and catch up on the latest sports news, football, boxing and MMA are what he enjoys most. Megan studied psychology and criminology at university and has been involved in working with individuals who have drug and alcohol issues in order to help rehabilitate them back in UK. She enjoys helping people and has a vision whereby sometime in the future she can open her own rehab centre where the rehabilitated can work and also possibly start a swim school in Cambodia for children. We are currently looking for a place for a month however will very likely extend as we are in Australia for a year. With regards to the accommodation, so long as we can sleep and cook we are happy (easily pleased)! If you have something you would like to offer please do not hesitate to contact us :)
I'm a freelance journalist and writer looking to move back to Perth. I've lived in multiple share houses in my time, so I know the drill. I'm chill, sociable and clean - just as happy hanging out as I am being tucked away in my own room. Writing, movies, music and beach sports are what I spend most of my time doing.
Hi I'm James, I've just moved here from England to work in the mining industry as an Engineer so probably FIFO. I graduated from Uni last year in Scotland and have spent the past few months traveling India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. I am 24 years old and will be in Perth for at least the next 18 months. I am an active guy. I enjoy running, climbing, cycling and surfing, generally being outside especially when its a place where it doesn't rain all the time. I'm outgoing and always up for a laugh, making some new friends and exploring some more of Perth. I enjoy the occasional binge on Netflix and going to the movies. I like to travel and try and see as much as i can. I am a neat and tidy person, pretty laid back and try to help when i can. I'm looking for a place with some nice people who enjoy hanging around together when there not busy.
Hello everyone! 25-year-old student, work part time. Looking for a place near the city and not too far from work. Very sociable and easy going, tidy and respectful. Keen to team up and find a place with someone.
I am a bubbly, sporty and social person. I am quite easy-going, honest, considerate of others and clean ☺️ I love the gym, a good swim and playing hockey/basketball mainly but will play any sport. I am currently working in a piggery near Gingin but would love to move to Perth. I am currently looking for another job as well as my casual umpiring job.
Hi Juan here. I recently moved to Perth from the pretty country on the southern tip of Africa. After seven years living/working in countries like Germany, Guinea, Tanzania, Brazil, Senegal, Mali etc… I finally came to a point where I want to unpack my bags. Came to Perth the first time in 2014 and literally fell in love with the peacefulness of the place and also the beaches and bush helped with the love affair. I believe myself to be a well-traveled person and can get by in a couple of languages. I am an outdoorsy type of person that enjoy activities like sailing, hiking, camping, gardening, building stuff and recently took up rock-climbing and kite surfing. Not only do I enjoy cooking for myself, but I can multiply and increase the proportions. I am in general a tidy person, who can be a bit boring sometimes, and always see the good in other people. Also my English spelling a terrible…bit who would know…thank you predictive text! According to my partner, I do have a couple of shortcomings... I don't believe her, but I do smoke the odd cigarette and have been quitting to quit a couple of time in the last decade or so. I am currently employed in Perth CBD and my partner from South Africa will need to come visit me a couple of times during the year. This will not be for more than two weeks at a time. I will also be travelling for work and pleasure as the year progresses. Really looking forward to find a place to unpack my bags for a couple of months :)
Hi there, my name is Helene and I am looking for a nice place to stay and call home for 6 months to a year or so. I am very quiet to live with and also very sensitive to the space and respect of other people and their things. I love dogs, if you had a pooch perhaps i could look after him/her on the odd occasion you go away or help with the daily walks. I do have a bit of furniture so I was hoping to find somewhere that might accommodate perhaps or even if team up with someone to rent a place somewhere. I like a nice homely environment, I don't do drugs, I do have quite a busy social life, I quite often go out dancing so a lot of the time I'm out and about.
I’m very clean, quiet, don’t smoke don’t drink. WILL ALWAYS pay rent on time. I’m currently looking for work, I’m a bricklayer by trade, I had to quit due to personal reasons BUT money is not an issue for me, I’m linked in with a number of recruitment agencies. I love getting out and about hanging out with mates, going to the gym, riding my bike and four wheel driving. I have no kids no pets.Right now I’m living in Bedford in a share house looking to move out as the lease is coming to an end.
I’m super easy going and laid back. I’m good at cooking, i work a lot and go to uni so won’t be home too much. I think it’s important that everyone makes an effort to keep the house tidy. I’m clean, responsible and mature. Always up for the odd glass of wine! I like to keep active by running or walking, and generally lead a pretty healthy lifestyle. I also have a kitten who is super friendly but she can stay with family if need be!
Emigrated from South Africa. Young metallurgical engineer, Donni, and LLB Law graduate, Roxanne. We are in the process of obtaining employment. Very friendly and social able couple. My fiance and I are looking for temporary accommodation. Non- smokers and active people.
Well well well in addition to cleaning and actually putting my dishes away, I will provide good conversation, but I can fuck off when need be. I won't take things personally and I can provide sound advice to a plethora of problems. Easy to get along with and plenty of witty banter. I'll go out when I can, I want to improve in surfing, I probably won't get a car so no worries about parking. I'll honestly probably be working more often than not! As an American, I'm not very American so don't worry. Dry humour? I gotchu. Dark humour? Let's do this. Looking for about 5 month stay, will arrive May 2nd and ready to move in after viewing and setting up all my accounts and paperwork for the WHV. Can pay cash initially until I start some Aussie income.
I am a non-smoking, no pets, single, very easy-going and friendly housemate moving to Perth very soon. I will be working a full-time job in Perth CBD/ East Perth. It will be 6 days a week, with some nights. Because it will be a busy schedule, I am really looking to live close to work to limit the amount of travel. Areas like Perth CBD, East Perth, Highgate and Northbridge would be great. Relatively quiet, very clean and independent. I have lived with housemates for a few years now, so I have become pretty good at understanding the nature of house-sharing. Hobbies include reading, the beach and going to the cinema and watching films/tv. I also go the the gym pretty regularly, so if your place comes with a pool and a gym then that would be ideal. Any questions, or if you need anymore information, let me know. :)
Hi, I'm Quynh! Originally from Adelaide, I am moving to Perth for work (Radiation therapist). I'm laid-back, tidy, and easy to live with. I'm hoping to find someone who is friendly, tidy, and up for sharing a meal or a drink from time to time.
29 year old nurse. have a smallish very quiet dog (doesnt bark, mainly sleeps). I am easy going, friendly, respectful. dont drink, not one to make heaps of noise. like a chat but respect and enjoy personal space.if im not working shift work im at the beach with my dog or out seeing friends, exercising , seeing my boyfriend, family etc
I work as a surveyor, FIFO on a 2/2 roster. When I'm in town I will also be doing a bit of work as well as relaxing, catching up on great food and coffee! When I'm at home I like to cook, hang out with housemates (if they are any craic!) maybe watch the occasional TV series or film. Other than that I like going to the gym, going to restaurants or the occasional night out with mates. I'm not the type of fifo worker who comes home for a week, gets on the glass barbie and raises hell that's for sure! But a nice cold pint or glass of wine and watch some sport (boxing is my favourite) is definitely on the cards :) Also I'm a non-smoker and couldn't live in a place where people smoke inside.
