I am super chilled out, work full time and really friendly (and really funny too) Ideally I am looking to live with people around my age (no older than 30) who like to hang out, drink occasionally, socialize and are active. I am a super social person and looking to make friends with the people I live with. I would prefer to live with a mix of guys/gals. At the moment I am just looking to see whats out there - and may not move until around mid - late June.
Hey there, I'm Tenaiya. I'm an easygoing 23 year old Australian gal studying law full-time and working in a cafe part-time. I'm tidy & enjoy a good conversation over a shared meal and/or netflix & wine but I also like to have my own space to study and I definitely respect boundaries. I'm looking for a friendly, drama-free household that doesn't mind socialising in or outside of the house (I'd love to be good friends with my potential roomie/s). Also, kind of obvious that your house would need to be lgbt+ friendly. Other than that, I'm pretty easy to get along with as I'm kept fairly busy with work and uni. I also work full-time over the uni breaks, and volunteer one day a week with Legal Aid during semester so I'm out of the house a fair bit. If you like crime dramas, brooklyn nine-nine, netflix docos and sitcoms then we'll get along great. If you think I'd be a good fit for your place, send me a message and tell me a bit about yourself :) x PSA I have a 9 month old kitten 🐱 so your place will need to be pet friendly/consider pets. He’s fully house trained (litter box trained/doesn’t scratch furniture or anything like that) and gets along fine with big dogs but might have to assess the sitch if you have smaller/yappy dogs or cats as he hasn’t been around any. I can also provide a rental reference for him if you need :) Thanks
I'm a 29 year old outgoing approachable guy from London, UK. I have just got a job working in surgery at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Nedlands, Perth so i'll be moving to Perth in June 😊 and I'm just looking for some short term accommodation with nice people who know the lay of the land. I'm pretty sociable as a person, I'm a keen drinker, I play sports and I've travelled a fair bit of the world. I'm a clean and tidy person, really laid back, smiley and I just want to ensure that my time in Perth is best spent with a bunch of great people looking to show the best side of Perth to me. I will probably stay longer but my job placement is for 6 months to a year! I’d love to hear from you if I sound like a good fit to your houseshare! Tops
My name is Eliana Avila, 35 years old. I am from Colombia and now I am student Advanced English. I would like to live with people who wants to live in a tidy and clean home. I would love can speak English with you to improve my skills. I am organized, punctual, friendly, good dancer and loyalty.
Hey, I’m a 28 year old professional who works full time in the city. I kayak and don’t mind watching a comedy, which at times are one and the same. I’m a clean and tidy housemate who enjoys a bit of banter.
Hi there, I'm a relaxed 32 yr old Australian Male. I work in the Shipping industry and also recently graduated as a Science Teacher (dip - ed). I'm looking for a place to stay with some friendly, active and respectful peoples. I enjoy cooking, beaching, have an active social life and keeping fit. I play a little music (piano - through headphones) and spend alot of time out and about. Clean and tidy and financially sound. I work shift work at times, hence the want of a private bathroom if possible. I am considerate and do let me schedule intrude on others. Let me know if you have something suitable! Cheers, Andrew
I am a clean and tidy 28yo female. Super laid back and don't mind a beer on the weekend. I work full-time for a recruitment company in Ascot and have recently moved to Perth to be closer to my partner.

I want to rent a room for about 3 months so that I could prepare a suitable flat for my family who will join me later. I need the room on 21/5/2018 i'm friendly and easy going . and i will spend most of my time studying. i prefer to live in north perth near joondanna or mount hawthorn thank you :)
My name's Ben, I'm 25 and I'm a geoscientist working full time in West Perth. Arrived in Perth a couple of months ago from Melbourne, loving it so far. My current place is fine but I would ideally like to maybe find a place that is potentially a little cheaper. I must give a month's notice for my current place, and if that works for you that'd be great! A little about me: I'm easy to get along with, pretty chilled, not looking for anywhere that parties too much, but also don't wanna live in a place where no one talks to one another and spends 99% of their time in their rooms. I am well house trained, been living in share houses for about 6+ years now. I clean up after myself, am respectful of other people's personal space and such. I'm Half Kiwi, Half british, so my accent is a little confusing to some. I'm a former ski instructor, avid SCUBA diver and part-time cyclist. I occasionally dabble in rebuilding old motorcycles and scooters if funds allow it! Message me back if you feel like I'd be a good fit in your share house! I'm free whenever for viewings during the evenings or on weekends. Bonus flat mate points: I can teach you to ski if you ever happen to need to learn how to ski. Can make pasta from scratch. Have a scooter and can pick up food we order in a flash! Haha. Cheers and looking forward to hearing from you soon. Ben
I’m friendly, good at cleaning, cooking and sharing. Ideally looking for a studio, granny flat or home stay. I’m a creative and self-employed.
I'm an academic working full-time. Early 30s, I teach film studies at one of the metro universities. Obviously I'm into films and that sort of thing :) I spend a fair amount of time teaching on campus but I also work from home writing & doing lesson plans (1-2 days a week, depending on how many classes per semester I teach). I'm quiet and neat, enjoy cooking and a nice wine on occasion. Non-smoker, and I like both cats and dogs. Would be great to have a housemate who enjoys a chat - I think it's nice when flatties can talk & socialise on occasion. ps. I'll take this ad down when I've found a place :)
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 2 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a nice neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, please, friendly place to live with nice drama-free people. I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!
I work 5 days a week from 7-5 and so will be out of the house a lot. But I’m clean and organised and won’t take up heaps of room. Just need a place north of the river so I’m closer to work. i play hockey on the weekends, live a pretty social life. But when im home i usually like to keep it pretty low-key and chilled
Easy going and social being who will always stop mid run to pet a dog. I'm looking for a room to rent closer to the city as I work full time, and flatmates who are keen to grab a drink after work and hangout on weekends.
Note: Move in date 24th June. Hello, I am a 32 year old single male working office hours as an analyst in the Perth CBD. I am tidy and clean, do not smoke or take drugs and have only the occasional drink. Without being a hippie, I focus on health and wellness so I will be a respectful, non-disruptive flatmate. I am looking for a nice, clean apartment with my own bathroom and parking bay (or easy street parking), a gym nearby and easy commute to St Georges Terrace. Planning to move in on June 24th and stay until mid 2019, but would like some flexibility with length of stay in case I decide to purchase a property. I will be back in Perth and available for viewings from May 21st. P.S. I do not wish to live with couples - being the third wheel can be awkward!
