Well, I'm a grown up and a normal person! A HR Manager by profession, I've shared with people around the world for many years before settling in Brisbane and making a home with my family at the time (partner and 2 boys), buying investment properties - the whole box & dice. Don't have any kids of my own but would like them one day. I'm clean and always tidy up after myself. Very respectful of other people's property and privacy. I like to keep in shape, don't smoke and rarely drink - quite boring really! Have been a bit of a gypsy the last 2 years, but I'm moving to WA to start a new, long-term career and wanting to find a quiet, clean place with outgoing and mature people. My plan is to rent / share for 6 - 12 months while I look for a place to buy. I have a group of friends in Perth already but looking to make new connections for sure.
Looking for a chill, organised, hygenic household. Interests: I'm putting most of my time and effort into completing my studies to be a certified Make-Up Artist. I hope next year to get into University to study fashion, too. Collaborating the two seems like the best option. As for hobbies I switch between different arts, such as, creative writing, sketching, lyric writing, make-up (although that's more or less like work now so haha) and fashion design. I enjoy; cardio/working-out, coffee (cheap pre-workout, if you really heap it), comedy movies, art festivals, my herbal teas and music. Perks: I live by a budget and a schedule. (Let's discuss yours and mine so they don't clash.) I love my privacy, so, I don't hover but I've been told I'm bubbly and friendly by previous house-mates. Requirements; -WiFi. -Aircon. -Fridge. -Toaster. -Stove. -Laundry facility. -Vaccum/broom. -Bed (would be nice but can buy my own haha) -Somewhere to put my clothes away. (Preferably bills included) Income: Centrelink.
Hi I'm Sarah :-) - working full-time fifo - love the outdoors - clean, tidy and respectful - friendly and social, also like to chill Currently living in a house in West Leederville (fully furnished, except for bedrooms). Looking for housemates to move in or out with in September (or I can move out earlier if needed). If moving out, I'd prefer a room that would fit a queen size bed suite. I'm flexible with location.
Im a very easy going and down to earth person. I like to keep a clean and well maintained house, and am pretty handy when it comes to general fixing and upkeep. I have a fairly full schedule in terms of uni, work and training commitments and am therefore not home too much and am a pretty quiet housemate to have. I enjoy a variety of sports and hobbies and love having a pretty relaxing evening with friends. My dog is super friendly and loving, very well trained and loves all other animals and people. He is a wonderful pet to have and gives you plenty of love.
Hi, My name is Sofiane, I'm a Parisian student and I'm looking for a room to rent. I'll stay in Perth from July 2018 to mid 2019. I'm very friendly and easy going ! I really want to get to know new people and fully enjoy the Australian way of life ;) I like heathy ways of life, discovering new things, socialising and partying ! I am a tidy person, and would prefer to live with others who are also mindful of cleanliness. Please feel free to message me with any questions! Thank you :)
I'm a masters student at UWA, I have classes on campus as well as at a few different hospitals in the city. I tutor, teach at the university and work a few days at one of the hospitals. I'm social, enjoy splitting a bottle of wine over some nice food and enjoy an active lifestyle! I'm looking for a place that I can study at during the day in a convenient location for getting to work and study.
I’m currently relocating from Byron Bay to Perth & looking for a room, I like cooking, going to the beach, odd glass of wine, very social & happy but also respect people’s space & extremely tidy :)
Hello, my name is Emma and I am 29 years of age. With the big 3 0 fastly appoaching- i figured it was time for a change :) I was born and raised over here in Perth but have been fortunate enough to have found work in my field of choice- as a flight attendant which has brought to me a heap of travel and life experiences all over the world. So I am extremely well diversed and adaptable to my surroundings. I embrace new beginnings and I am a non judgemental open minded person. I embrace contrast and change in life. I have a very positive nature and respect privacy and personal space. If this so far is what appeals to you in finding a housemate please don't hesitate to flick me through a message or give me a call and we go from there, warm regards, Emma.
I'm a full time worker and non-smoker looking to move in with some friendly flatmates. I am pretty quiet during the week, although I sometimes like to catch up with my friends for dinner at home. Most weekends I escape the city to go hiking and camping! I can move in any time from now.
I've just moved to Perth from Sydney due to work and I'm looking for a place to stay! I'm 25 and I work as a management consultant (so I'll most likely be travelling mon-thu every week). For the past 3 years I've been working/living in Paris and Dubai. Ummm, what else. I'm from Chile, chill guy, spend most of my weekends w my gf over east/at her place here so full disclosure - I could be a ghost and appear only twice a month If it sounds like I would be a good fit for your place let me know and we take it from there, I'm looking to move pretty much asap
Hello :) I’m 23 yo and work full time doing research at a hospital. I plan to go back to school (eventually) and do some post grad psyc related study. I’m looking to live somewhere central/ north of the river. Close to transport/ cool things. I’m very mellow and down to earth. I do enjoy my own time but also appreciate company. I do love some wine and gin. I’m vegetarian and cook now and again (not amazing). I would say I’m fairly eco conscious. Funnily enough I actually enjoy cleaning which is probably a good trait for a house mate.
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 3 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a cool neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, pleasant, friendly place to live with cool and drama-free people 😊 I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!
I'm an academic working full-time. Early 30s, I teach film studies at one of the metro universities. Obviously I'm into films and that sort of thing :) I spend a fair amount of time teaching on campus but I also work from home writing & doing lesson plans (1-2 days a week, depending on how many classes per semester I teach). I'm quiet and neat, enjoy cooking and a nice wine on occasion. Non-smoker, and I like both cats and dogs. Would be great to have a housemate who enjoys a chat - I think it's nice when flatties can talk & socialise on occasion. ps. I'll take this ad down when I've found a place :)
Hi guys! My name is Jaide, I am 24 years old and I work as a beverage attendant at a hotel in Perth city while studying Remedial Massage Therapy full time. I am focused on my work and studies; however outside of these commitments, my hobbies include cooking, volleyball, yoga, running/agility with my Lucy and gardening. I like to keep active and healthy, and quality conversation is a must. I'm also a fan of skill- exchange. I like to live clean and tidy, with little clutter. Close to public transport is a must. Close to Perth CBD is an absolute winner. I need dog friendly housemates and a good yard. My dog, Lucy, is my companion and it's an absolute given that she will be coming with me where ever I move. As a german shorthaired pointer x staff x curly retriever, she does shed a bit in the summer, but not heavily- I have a great vacuum. She is very well house trained, socialised and is full of love, flops and has many tricks she loves to show off in exchange for things she wants. (She has a full grasp of currency and exchange, don't be fooled by her cuteness.) She's an indoor dog, has her own winter wardrobe and generally functions as a polite member of the household. She's quiet, only really vocalises during general conversations and when it's dinner/bedtime- never joins in on the neighborhood 'twilight bark', and only ever rumbles her grumbles when there's an unwelcome intruder or she perceives genuine danger. Not a digger, just a bit of a kisser. She's an absolute delight and will improve your life. Sincerely, Jaide and Lucy Xx
Hi, I’m looking to move into a share house with mater room and private ensuite. I work in West Perth, currently live in Manning and previously lived in Subiaco. I have also lived in three other countries before I returned home to Perth. I’m in a corporate role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Non-smoker, can cook (well), am very clean, considerate and respectful. During the week I normally do some combination of gym, cooking, Netflix and seeing friends. Weekends I spend a lot of the day out catching up with people and getting some sun. I also love to travel, consider myself a bit of a foodie and am currently learning to Salsa. Looking for flatmates I can chat to after work and maybe share some food and a weekend drink with. I am completely flexible on my move date and preferred length of stay is anything upwards of three months. If you think I might fit what you’re looking for in a flat mate, send me a message :)
Hey everyone, I've just returned from London after working for two years, and am looking for a place to stay as I move back to my hometown Perth to begin my Master of Architecture at UWA. I've had 5+ years of sharehousing/flatsharing experience (both in Melbourne and London) and see myself as a pretty outgoing bloke who enjoys socialising just as much as their own private space. I'll often be out of the house for work and uni (I'll often be working until 9/10pm) however I'm always up for a chat when I'm around the house. I'm keen on my hockey and climbing for those who are interested, as well as enjoying a drink if their are some good music events on the weekend. Thanks! Ed
Hey, I’m a very easy going but tidy respectful housemate. I enjoy socializing with my housemates but also like my own space. I’m looking for a house in leedy/west leedy as I need to move to be near leedy train station for my job which is moving up to joondalup.
Hey I enjoy being around people so I'm easy to live with and super chill. My ideal housemate is quiet friendly, positive clean tidy respectful of privacy and boundaries like myself. I'm not shy nor too outgoing I'm just doing my thing and would like to live with someone who is always up for a cheeky joke or two here or there. - I don't drink smoke or party that much - I haven't got a car but do have a motorbike that would need to be in a secure parking complex. (It got almost stolen at my last house in joondalup). I'm a nutrition coach, guitar teacher, massage therapist...and looking more ways to keep busy! cheers! Andre
I'm 22 and from Perth and am currently studying Mass Communication at Curtin and working part-time. I love having nights in with friends, but also love music so going to gigs and various events is usually what I get up too on my weekends. I'm happy to hang out and have a chat and am pretty laid back and just in general a happy person to be around as long as I've eaten. I like to take pride in where I live so am always happy to clean up and help out
Hi, I'm a postgraduate engineering student / part time commercial diver and I love keeping fit, music, good food & wine and travel. I'm after a relaxed place to stay that's within cycling distance to UWA (and preferably close to some restaurants and bars). I'm tidy and easygoing and whilst I enjoy the good things in life and the social aspect of share housing, I am not really after a constant-raging-party-student house. Cheers! Anton
