Pretty chilled out Brit, looking for students/young professionals to live with during my semester studying at VU in Melbourne. A bit about me: I'm 21 and studying business/events management. I'm a sociable person, newly converted vegetarian (well… pescetarian. It’s a process, ok!), lover of walks, coriander and the occasional debate. I’ll be in Melbourne for 4-5 months so looking to squeeze every opportunity/ bit of fun out of my time. Looking forward to meeting some rite legends as housemates, who will hopefully become good friends (aw). I’m not needy (I swear!!). No but seriously, I do like my own space from time to time and expect to be somewhat busy with studying during the week so you don’t need to worry bout the ‘lonesome English girl’. Ideal living situation: Relaxed vibes, fairly tidy and respectful of each other’s space/property, not a mad party house, but equally not a silent lock-ourselves-in-our-bedrooms situation. A bonus would be great to find housemates who are up for having a laugh, going for drinks, cooking meals together, having deep discussions about life, luv & even politics (after a glass of vino or two). I'm now currently in Melbourne staying in a hostel, so available for rooms viewings pretty much whenever. Please get in contact if you think we would be a good match :)
We are an extremely friendly couple (plus one kitten) who are desperately looking for somewhere to live for the next month. We were supposed to be moving on to another place, but the plans fell through at the last minute and now we are looking at two options: living 2 hours away and losing our jobs while not being able to attend uni, or looking for another place in the city for the next month. Potential roommates are myself (Mia) and Hamish. I am a 22-year-old Politics student who works in Mexican fast food part-time (so I can always bring home some dope burritos and whatnot). Hamish is a 22-year-old Politics student who works in a bottle shop and does stand-up comedy the rest of the time. Our little kitten Muse (5 months) is low-key, quiet and mainly just sleeps all day, occasionally being playful. Please help us if you can! We're really nice people!

Originally from New Zealand. Looking for a homely house / flat to share. I work full time and like to get out and about. Looking for somewhere quiet during the week with a nice balance between sharing a meal, drink, movie etc with flatmates and having my own space. Easy going and open minded.
My name is Ben Gunn and I am a 22 y/o recent graduate from the University of Canterbury in NZ. I'm moving to Melbourne on March 8 for a change of scenery, work and to meet new people. I have been flatting for the past 4 years while at uni so I know how to keep a place spotless, respect other peoples boundaries, while also having a good time! I love sports (rugby, cricket, basketball etc) and play a bit of cricket and basketball when possible. I do a bit of gaming on ps4, but don't spend countless hours on it! I enjoy a beer or six every now and then, and always like exploring new places. I am also into learning about the world around me, as I think it is important in today's day and age to have an open mind!
What'd up fellow Melbournians ✌. My name is Tom or Thomas whichever you prefer. I've recently moved to the lovely, lively, fun, exciting, restless city of Melbourne in March last year (approx. 11 months ago). I am a graduate of a double in construction management and economics with honours from UNISA (Adelaide) and have recently landed myself a full-time (8am-5pm Mon-Fri) Assistant Project Manager gig in Hawthorn East. I have been living with 2 female housemates in Hawthorn, Victoria for 11 months now. But alas it is time for me to move onto somewhere new. I'm a kind, friendly, sociable, active, out going, easy to get along with, respectful, caring dude who works full time, plays volleyball and likes to ride his fixie whenever possible. I am clean and don't like mess or clutter. I don't smoke but don't mind if you do. I am very hospitable and flexible/considerate of others whenever possible. I am happy to do house dinners if that's your thing. I tend to lead a busy life with F/T work and sporting commitments so cook for myself most nights. I will most likely be out and about from Friday onwards and home during weeknights. I am always good for rent and expenses and have never missed a payment. I am currently paying $210/week, $912/month in rent alone (not including bills, water, gas, electricity etc). And am NOT on the lease or bond authority, so can move quickly (but am more than happy to provide proof of past rent, bond and expenses payments etc). What I'm looking for: - An Unfurnished Room - Budget of around $210/week - Need to move out at the end of March. - **Parking is a must** - Somewhere close to the city and my work (Hawthorn East). - One, two, three or four bedroom houses/apartments or a grannyflat. - I do not require a nice view. - I'm pet friendly and LGBT is fine too. If you have any questions please let me know via PM 😊. Thanks!
I have just moved from Scotland to Melbourne and am looking to find a flat (preferably a house share with other working backpackers) in/around Melbourne CBD. I am easy to get on with, clean and tidy and love meeting new people. I'm looking to move in somewhere asap!
I'm a recent graduate who now does an internship with the Red Cross. I'm 26 and from Germany but have lived in England for the last couple of years. I've been in Melbourne for a few months now and I still enjoy discovering the city. I like all the basic things, getting coffee, drinking beer, hanging out in parks on sunny days, you get the idea.. I'd love to live in the inner suburbs but I'm fairly open minded if the right places comes along.

I have a wonderful girlfriend so I would like for her to visit sometimes on weekends but to be honest we mostly go to hers anyway! I look forward to meeting some new people and having a bit of cultural exchange, however I was recently told that I make the best fairybread ever, controversial I know! Ciao!!
Hello there, I have moved to Melbourne (from NZ.. a Kiwi) end of Jan 2017 and would love a clean and tidy apartment to share. I am very house proud... but not uptight. Must have my own bathroom and built in wardrobes. I intend to embrace all that your wonderful city has to offer... Restaurants, dining in docklands, Southbank etc., and catch-ups with my daughters whom both live and work in Melbourne. I am very fit and active and would very much like to 'settle in' to a living arrangement that is easy. Areas I'd like to live in would be inner-city suburbs close to both train and tram. I'm keen on Docklands. If you had a pet.... thats no problem ... a bonus actually! I would very much enjoy amenities like pool and outdoor space. I have no police convictions and am a professional in the logistics industry. I look forward to hearing from you if you'd like me to share your home with you, occupy and rent your home while you travel .. look after your pet even! or if you have a single apartment available. Many thanks for reading this Regards Katie Jones
Hey I'm Anna, I am a hard working student and a full time worker in the Melbourne CBD. Over the past couple of years i have been living in Melbourne and working as well as going backpacking, which i do avidly, so there are going to be times when I'm not in and my housemate will have full reign of the apartment. I will need a housemate who is able to move in relatively quickly as i just returned from backpacking in Tasmania and my previous lease has expired so Im currently couchsurfing until I find a more permanent home. If I sound like your kind of person i'll be around the city from thursday onwards so i would love to grab coffee and get organized. Look forward to meeting you!!

Hey! I plan to move to the Melbourne-area in June or July of this year! I'm 23 years old (but will be 24 by the time I move) and am from Indiana in the USA. I'm a college/university graduate and have a degree in Travel & Tourism. I LOVE to travel and do it often, love doing anything outdoors, working out, cooking (generally very healthy, minus all the sweets ugh), eating, crafting, having movie nights with my favorite people, and a good night out (although I honestly don't go out too often). I'm decently goofy, spontaneous, and really just a happy person. I'd like to think pretty low maintenance and easy to live with. I lived with 4 girls all throughout college and we only grew closer through the years, so that's good news I guess! I had thought about just getting a room in a shared house, but I liked the thought of getting a new place and really making it my/our own. I'm generally pretty frugal, so I definitely don't want to pay more than $200 a week. Lower would be SWEET. Close to public transport is a must, considering I won't have a car. I've only been to the Melbourne CBD and nearby St. Kilda, but loved the feel of St. Kilda (mid-20s crowd, unique,"hip,") Feel free to message me if you think we'd be a good match! AH I'm excited!
Hey there! I'm Erin, I'm 29 and I'm looking for a new place to call home. I'm employed full time, working as the Design Manager for Marshall White Real Estate. I'm a yoga addict, but when I'm not at work or in the studio I spend most nights out exploring Melbourne's incredible food scene or trying a new class or workout. I love nature, the beach, festivals, breakfast adventures, dogs, sunshine, yoga and a good cup of coffee. I also love exploring Melbourne by bike and travelling the world. I'm looking to move in with some relaxed, positive and respectful housemates that have their own thing going on but don't mind a catch up over a glass of wine, a movie or a house dinner. Although I do like going out from time to time, I'm not looking for a party house, but rather a clean and tidy place to kick back and unwind after a busy day. I'm an open minded, big hearted, glass half full kinda person and it is essential that you are the same!
34 yrs old Italian male. AU P.R. resident. Working as a Chef. Straight, clean, easy going, open minded peaceful person, non-smoker. I love healthy food and wine, music, reading, gym, training outdoor, travelling . Keen to make new friends, cook and share a meal together when possible. Looking for a peaceful and safe environment, possibly a furnished room in a house but not a party house, in a nice location well connected to the City, possibly not far from the Ocean or in a green area of Melbourne or close to it ( Ex: Elwood, Albert Park, Brighton, South Yarra, Richmond..). Thank you.
Looking for a large room to rent, & need to move ASAP.. temporarily staying with a friend & her partner but this one bedroom is getting a little crowded. I work most Monday's to Friday's & sometimes on the weekends. I like my own space but am not anti-social, I like to cook every morning & at night, always cleaning up after myself. I am very respectful of those around me & their belongings, which I expect the same in return. Above all.. I live a extreamly healthy & fit lifestyle. Im a super chill, easy going. Don't go out as I'm currently in fitness preparation for my LA fitness comp in April so you won't need to worry about me partying till crazy hours of a morning ☺️
Currently live in west Melbourne and love the area, I work full time in Brunswick Monday to Friday & the occasional Saturday.. I enjoy having a beer and also enjoy going to gym and playing social sports.. consider myself clean, tidy & respectful of others.. I grew up in Melb but have lived in other states through playing sport & work.. but will stay in Melbourne long term for now.. Melbourne is the place to be! I'll bring a positive vibe with me also 🤙🏼

I'm looking for a single or share room with fun, sharing people open minded people but the mos important is I want to live with people who do not speak Spanish because I need to improve my English. I'm 31, work in burwood in general cleaner, meeting people and having adventures.I'm respectful, friendly, honest, clean and tidy. I love explorer new cultures and definitely travel with a new friends.
Who wants to live with me? Looking for a shareroom / flat / squad / garden / anything to call home :) I've recently arrived in Melbourne and I noticed I really love it here. After living on the road, in a van and in a hammock for a while I decided I want to stick around and settle down instead of being some kind of homeless (which is really cheap tho, can definitely recommend it). No kiddin', it just feels like it's time to find a place to call home again and experience the daily life in Melbourne. At the moment I am working 2 days in the week but I'm planning to work as much as possible in the next few months. I'm a 28 year old guy from Amsterdam and I would describe myself as the 'just trying to be happy kinda guy'. After 8 years of working full time at the office as young professional in Telecommunications and IT, I decided to quit my job and start traveling the world. This because I realized my current life situation was simply not going to make me happy in the end. I'm a really chilled out and social guy. Stress and worries doesnt exist in my life, life is just perfect as it is. I love having a beer while talking and philosophize about life and the beautiful world we are living in. One of my biggest hobbies is socializing with people from all over the world. I'm reliable, friendly, respectful, open-minded, considerate and trustworthy. I'm a vegetarian and a smoker (but can smoke outside), I love beer & 420 and I am a music lover in general, I think genres doesnt really matter; when it's good, it's good! :) I also would love to learn how to play any instrument, so living with a musician would be totally awesome. Other things I love and appreciate: food & cooking, (extreme-) sports, nature/camping/hiking, sustainable living, coffee, movies, spirituallity and the smell of washing powder. Ideally I'm seeking for a chilled out, homely and cosy plase to call home in area's like Fitzroy, Carlton, Brunswick, Northcote, Richmond, Collingwood, St. Kilda, Windsor, South Yarra or surrounding area's. A garden with some fruits of vegetables would be amazing, cause I really want to improve my skills in growing my own food. BUT, I'm really flexible so if you have a room somewhere else, please let me know as well! At the moment I don't have a place to live so I would rather move in yesterday then tomorrow :) So if you have a place available don't hesitate to contact me so we can meet up for a chat and to get to know each other. Hope to hear something from you soon! Peace & blessings <3
Hi there! I'm Yvonne, an international student from China and currently a first year student at Univeristy of Melbourne. I have lived with a local host family for the past two years when I was in high school and we get along very well. Now I'm looking for an accommondation close to uni to share with someone(female only) who is friendly, easy-going and hopefully at the similar stage as I am. Apart from the experience with my homestay family, I have also lived in a dorm with other girls when I was in high school in China. I am a responsible and easy-going person who will take good care of your place clean and tidy. Studying is the prior for me and I also have a part time job as a tutor. I love coffee and cooking for myself or share with friends, also love music. Enjoying watching movies, reading books and hanging out to the beach with friends. Though I would prefer do things on my own but still would like to have a chat over tea, coffee or eat out every now and then with my flatmate! Looking forward to have someone nice, responsible and respect privacy to be flatmates with! Or a place in good condition near uni of melbourne for long term (6 months minimum) Kind Regards, Yvonne
Hi! I'm looking for a new home close to the city - filled with people that are very clean, healthy, loving and inspiring. I'm an organised, healthy and ambitious person, but wow do I balance that out with a great sense of humour, love of fun and being a big ol’ ball of geek! I love heading out on adventures, dancing and doing active outdoorsy things but equally value time chilling at home, creating cool stuff or just hanging out. I'm a generally easy going person but i've lived in share houses long enough to know what i like and i'm honest about what I want so read on :) My type of share house is one in which everyone can easily use the space as their own. Meaning shared spaces in particular are always left in an extremely clean and functional-for-everyone state and general cleaning/upkeep tasks are shared and done every few weeks. I like to uphold a relaxed/friendly/supportive/respectful/loving/fun vibe in the house and being really honest and open with communication. Other things you should know: - Housemates are all the best parts of family and friends for me. I genuinely care about the people i live with and the space around me so I expect a similarly high level of respect and initiative back. - Looking for rent $120 or less a week - Location wise within 20 minutes public transport access to chapel st/richmond/city is a must. - I need quite a bit of freezer and pantry space because i do monthly meal preps! - I own a beautiful big antique mirror and it would be epic to use this somewhere! - I like a generally peaceful, comfortable, very clean and functional living environment - Cleaning with low fragrance/ low chemical products (vinegar/bicarb/natural sprays). Strong smelling stuff causes my body all sorts of issues so I try to keep that to a minimum and ask that people i live with respect that. - I have a car so space or street parking is a factor If you've read this far and are still curious, wewww get in touch! You're probably what i'm looking for! Shoot me a message and let's find out for sure! *Bonus points if you’re into entrepreneurship and the creative and tech industries.

Looking for a private room in a shared accommodation (house, appartment, student housing, hostel..). Things I like to do: Travel Ski, Kitesurf, Wakeboard Hiking, Camping, Backpacking Listening to Music, spending time in record stores Parties, Drinks Cheers :)
I recently moved to Melbourne, I am an international student doing my Masters from the Melbourne University. I am 21 and fairly clean, I can cook and I'm indian. I am very amicable and I'm looking for a relaxed positive environment, away from home. I make terribly jokes that are funny and can give a shoulder to cry on if needed. I love listening to stories and telling them, chilled nights with friends, some music and wine. I adore pets, although I don't own one, yet. I am looking for a stress free environment, because for me home is a place where I can relax to recharge my battery. I like to pick up new hobbies and spend time learning. I am open to new adventures and exploring the city. Hoping to find a flatmate whim whom I could share my weird obsessions. Thanks xx.

I am a clean, responsible and respectful person, however I'm always up for a conversation! I'm quite a busy bee; especially once uni starts, so you'll find I'm not home overly often, which is great if you prefer mostly having the house to yourself. I also work at a furniture shop, so if any communal furniture needs updating, I'm happy to lend a hand! If I sound like someone you'd like to live with, I'd love to hear from you! Thank you!

Hey! I'm Vince looking for a share house with 1 or 2 other people. I am a fun energetic person but who also knows how to take a chill pill and relax. I enjoy going to the gym, running, beach, reading and taking off up to the country for relaxing weekends. Am not to fussed with the area but fairly keen on inner city suburbs.
Are you looking for the best flat mate ever? Well while you're looking, consider me! My name's janek (you'll never be able to pronounce that name right on the first try but I'll cut you some slack). I'll be in Melbourne for a about 4more months and I'm looking for a place to call home! I work full time, so I'm reliable with paying rent. What I can bring to the table: quality banter (my friends wouldn't agree with that, I talk heaps of shit), teaching you German curse words, teaching you how to cook German dishes and how to chug a beer in less than three seconds. I'm not the biggest partier but quite a social butterfly nevertheless. I've lived in share houses before so I know the drill when it comes to keeping a house tidy!

Chris is a computer programmer from the US and Jing is a Chinese language interpreter/translator. We lived in Thailand for 12 (Chris) and Jing (4) years and have moved to Melbourne. Hi there, my girlfriend Cintia (29) and me (28), both argentinian, have been in Australia since 2015. We've been travelling around Asia and the East Coast as well for the last four months and have just arrived to Melbourne. We'll probably spend the hole year in the city as she is going to study in the CBD. We really like to meet new people from other countries, and spend time with our flatmates (having a chat, watching Netflix, having a beer). We´re easy going and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Cintia is a psychologist, she loves books and food. I have a degree in foreign trade, love music and watching/playing sports. We would like to move ASAP. Cheers, Diego
