Hi! I'm Cynthia, a 25-year-old originally from The Netherlands. I've been living in Sydney for the past year, but it's now time to finally move on to Melbourne! Many of my friends live in Brunswick, hence why I'm looking for a place around this area + Carlton or Fitzroy. However, anything close to these areas would be fine too! I've got a job at an amazing coffeeship in the city of Melbourne, but I have a background in the music industry and thus I'd love to explore Melb's music industry opportunities in the future. I like having friends over for a beer (or two), some wine and music. I love to read and like my privacy, but am also very social and love to have dinner, wines, cheeses, brekkies, coffees and whatever else together! I also like to think I like to exercise and I attempt to do some pilates/yoga/barre classes every now and then. Sharing houses is not new for me as I've shared houses with friends before and therefore I know how nice it is to keep mutual areas clean. Please contact me if you think I'd suit your household and/or if you want to know more about me :)
I am currently studying Law at Monash full time in the CBD. Originally from country VIC living the farm life and need to relocate for study. I have lived in numerous share houses and am clean, respectful and friendly. I also appreciate the need for privacy and space. I will be working part-time and I'm 100% reliable with paying rent and utility bills. I’m interested in fitness and gym 5 times a week, the outdoors (beach/hikes), animals and movies. Enjoy being social occasionally when I'm not absorbed in study. Generally open minded and hoping to make some friends along the way.
A fun, eclectic and chatty individual, I believe in living life to its full potential. I have been a trainee pilot, volunteer policeman, stock broker and bass guitarist. Mid-career change, I am a forty-years young trainee architect and am about to pursue my passion at the University of Melbourne. 7 years in Japan showed me the art of a spotless environment, as well as a love of tonkatsu, sushi and chicken karaage! I adore the arts, enjoy a run pretty much everywhere, love fruitful and fun conversation and have an adoration for the great outdoors.
Hi guys I am looking to move out of my share house and set up my own place. I have furniture to furnish a 2/3 bedroom apartment but obviously happy for you to also bring whatever furniture you have. Looking for someone who is also looking to share a 2 or 3 bedrooom apartment or house in inner city Melbourne. A little about me, I work full time in the city so during the week I am pretty quiet, few drinks but nothing too crazy. Weekends I like to go out for brunch, catch up with friends or get out of Melbourne for weekends away. Looking for someone who is tidy and respectful but also someone who likes to be social and hang out as I tend to become good friends with my housemates. Would be looking g to move out of my current place around the end of February. If this sounds like you then please feel free to message me. Thanks Emma
My name is Jared, I work as a cardiac nurse part-time at Monash hospital and really love my work. I have interests in reading, contemporary art and photography (develop my own film). Chilled back and easy going. Enjoy checking out the local scene and trying to get involved in a lot of the events Melbourne has to offer.

I am an oversea graduate student. I'm going to study fulltime at The University of Melbourne (Melbourne School of Engineering) since february of 2018 for 1.5 years. I am from Paraguay (that is located in South America). Spanish is my first language, but I speak english too. I am a very friendly and calm person, I love animals and nature in general. I am exited to know Australia and to travel around the city and the country.
Hey! I'm Amber, I'm 18 and I come from a small town about 5 hours south west from Melbourne. With me comes my gorgeous two and a half year old Labrador Winston who, in the year that I have had him, has never barked. He doesn't dig, he's toilet trained and honestly if he could, he'd choose to sleep all day. I also have a cat called cooper but he generally responds to "Oi" and "fuck off". He's just as stupid as every other cat. He likes to sit on things (chairs, people, salt lamps, cups... You name it) but they're both my family and Im not willing to leave them. A BIT ABOUT ME: I'm an 18 year old girl who had been living out of home for a year. I have great rental history and am both a quiet introvert who reads books and plays music. I'm not a huge party animal and I don't go out every weekend but I'm always down to, I just tend to crave a shower and bed more. I live 5 hours south west of Melbourne and are applying for jobs everywhere online however once accepted to a house, I'll take a trip up to hang out my resumes personally before I move in. I'm currently in the process of receiving a job seeker allowance (just waiting for it to be paid) but I have savings that I'm willing to live off until I find a job. I am a healthy eater but enjoy the occasional take out and my go to junk food is nutella on weet bix. WHY MELBOURNE? My town has a population of about 12000 people and although it is lovely, there aren't many life opportunities that are offered here. There's also no entertainment for us and the younger kids which causes a lot of trouble. Im clean and tidy, I can cook, I can be sociable if forced 😂 and fun and am always up for a good night out or a quiet night in. Send us a message if you think Id be a good fit! Cheers, Amber
My partner Julian and I are from the US, and are looking for a place in Melbourne for 6 months. On our off days, we enjoy doing something creative or spending time outside. We're both very easy going and are always willing to lend a hand wherever possible. I would like someone easy going and honest as a roommate. Sweet, thank you!

When I'm not studying I love enjoying dinner with friends (with a good amount of red wine), reading, going on weekend adventures and I am always down for a good brunch.

I'm a 25-year-old who works full time for the Vic Government. In my free time, I enjoy hitting the gym, playing footy, experimenting in the kitchen, gaming & board games, and catching up friends, Always up for talking shit over a drink with housemates but also respectful of peoples alone time. I'm easy-going, and experienced living in share houses and paying bills on time.
I am clean, tidy, friendly and kind! I love cooking and am happy to partake in house meals. I like to keep myself busy, and would love to have a place that is quite sociable, to sit and chat away and chill with housemates in the evenings and weekends! I like to stay active and explore Melbourne and the surrounding areas! I have moved over to Melbourne for a 9 month placement at the Florey Institute as part of my degree back at the University of Manchester in the UK. I don't smoke, and have lived in shared accommodation for the past 3 years.
My name is Julien, I am a full time intern at the Royal Melbourne hospital, originally from the Netherlands. I am currently looking for a new place to call home. I am a social, clean and tidy person. I like an occasional talk with housemates but because of my 38 hour working-life, I do appreciate some quietness during the weeks as well. Please let me know if I meet the requirements so we can make an appointment to get to know each other and inspect the place. Best regards, Julien
Hi, I'm Ellie! I'll be moving to Melbourne from Canberra for a full time job in the city, and am looking to live in a sharehouse in the surrounding suburbs. In my spare time I enjoy cycling, catching up with friends for brunch, writing and getting out and exploring nature! I'm looking to stay from a minimum of 6 months to potentially a year or more :)
Hi! My name is Wendy, and I’m a 27 year old masters student at UniMelb studying and working in law with a background in journalism, policy research, and social enterprises and social justice start-ups. I’m still engaged in most of these things as an editor for various magazines and a consultant for non-for-profit projects. My current job is as a researcher at the Laureate Program in International Law, where I do work on post-conflict peacebuilding, peacekeeping, and conflict resolution and war crimes tribunals. Outside of work and study, my life and loves really revolve around making art, building community, and being socially engaged: that involves going to things like writing workshops, ashtanga yoga daily, urban exploring, and supporting my friend’s projects whether they be live gigs, community volunteer projects, or art shows. On a weekend, my favourite things to do are to potter around gardening (or visiting Ceres), playing around with audio software (because I really really want to make 2018 the year I finally make that sound-rich, narrative-driven, storytelling podcast that’s been rattling around the ideas-room in my head happen!), or spending half a day slowly working my way through a complicated dinner recipe to make delicious food to share. I spent the past 8 years living and travelling the world, from working for the UN in NYC, to volunteering in food aid in Rome, to freelance and travel writing out of Europe – and now I’m ready to really put down roots and to be around people with warm energy and kind hearts. I’m inspired by writers, makers, doers and changers: I’d love to swap favourite blogs and indie magazines, discover new whiskey bars, or just helping to make the house a friendly, communal space of positivity (I swear, life is better with kombucha always chilling in the fridge – and I’m a decent Kombucha brewer!). On some practical points: - Housetraining: I have lived in sharehouses on and off for the past 8 years and am VERY well house-trained. I’m happy to roll with any system the house has (whether it be chores roster, communal kitty, or cleaning days) and will be happy to pitch in and to ensure the communal spaces look sparkling. - Hours: I’m pretty flexible and tolerant of any hours. My own hours are pretty early – I go to 6:30am yoga most days, and I get home anywhere from 5:30pm to 9pm depending on the work I have that day. - Stay: I hope to stay long term! I’m based in Melbourne for at least the next 2 years, and would love to find a lovely place and people to call home :D Looking forward to hearing from you, and wishing you all very well in the interim. Warmly, Wendy
Hey guys! I am Bao, I'm originally from Adelaide. Moved to Melbourne last night. I have recently completed my Masters in Visual Arts specialising in Photography. I moved to Melbourne solely to be more productive/creative in my work. Working on some new photographs for a group exhibition overseas in July. I have a part time job currently secured and will be looking for more full time work later on. I am pretty experienced at living in share houses having done so in the past 3 years in Adelaide. I am rather a shy guy but once you get to know me, I'm fairly talkative haha.... But I do enjoy spending time with house mates, either sharing a dinner, brunch or sharing some wine. I'm quite neat and buying plants (have quite a green thumb). I can be pretty active, recently got into bouldering (out of all sports) Feel free to ask me any questions you like cheers :)
