Hello! We are two 21 year old students from Norway on our last year in a Bachelor in Earth Science. In Sydney we will be attenting a semester as exchange students. Kristoffer (Guy at the left side): I am a somewhat extroverted person who in my free time enjoy to go hiking in the nature, play sports, go see movies and go on concerts. While in Australia, I plan to travel around when I have time and see the beautiful nature. When it comes to tidiness, I like to have the common areas tidy and clean. I also like to have it quiet at nighttime during the weekdays when I have class the next day. Sander (Guy at the right side): Hi! I'm a calm and adventorus person. Usually somewhat shy when I first meet new people, but opens more up when I get to know them. I wery much like to explore places I haven't been to before, usually by jogging/running around without a plan on where and how long 😛 Some of the things I like to do on my freetime is: Exercising (running, rowing, BW-training ++), exploring my surroundings, traveling, whatching movies, photographing, cooking, hiking and most outdoor activeties 🙂 I guess I also can call myself a music addict, whereas I listen to most kind of music and almost always has some equipment to do so. I will be studying at Macquarie Uni where I'll be attending units in economics, statistics and enviromental sciences. Same as with Kristoffer, I like to have a tidy common area, inclouding kitchen, bathroom and common room. We will be arriving Sydney the 4 February.
I'm an Audiologist-to-be (finishing my last year of the Masters program) and I'm looking for a nice place to live while I finish my studies, with the bonus of making some new friends at the same time. I'm clean, I'm quiet, and I like to cook. I don't smoke but do drink and try to keep a pretty active social life even though my coursework is rather intensive. I like animals but do not own any, I'm pretty laid back and patient and everyone I've lived with says I'm an easy housemate. I love the Sydney suburbs and spending time with friends out in the park or the pub, or just getting a bite to eat. Right now my most important priority is finishing my degree and certification, but I make plenty of time for my hobbies and my friends.
Hey, I am a visiting postgrad student at Macquarie University. I am from Germany and I have lived in shared flats my whole student life. I love sports, little adventures, sharing food and stories. I am tidy and uncomplicated. My budget is very limited (100-150 would be perfect), thus I am looking for a very simple room, furnished would be perfect!
Hi, my name is Claudia and I will be looking for new accommodation around April 2018, preferably near Macquarie University. I would prefer somewhere on the ground level that has natural sunlight and that is quiet. I like to have my own space where I can re energize and feel at home in my home. I like to cook, food and healthy diet is most important as well as healthy heart and spirit. I am pet friendly and non-smoker. I am great to live with because I am clean and organized. I enjoy the outdoors. I have bedroom furniture except a wardrobe and a few kitchen gadgets and bits and pieces. Please get in contact if you think we could be compatible housemates or if you can recommend a property. Thanks Claudia
We're 2 housemates searching for a 4 bedroom house in the North Shore/Northern Beaches to move in at the start of next year. We'll be after others to fill the other 2 rooms (couples considered). We would be interested in an agreement for 3-6 months with the view to extend if things work well for everyone. We are ideally after people in their mid 20's but it's not a deal breaker for the right fit. Looking for people who are/have: •Laid back •Open minded •Good communication •Great sense of humour •Socially oriented We enjoy: •Board game, cheese and wine nights •Netflix •Ping pong •Cute pretend family nights •Hosting the occasional house party Please look somewhere else if you are: (we've been through the ringer too many times) •Uptight •Disrespectful •Messy/dirty A bit about us: Chelsea: 22 years old, Full time in admin, part time dog admirer and self professed beer pong champ. I spend my weeknights flailing in the kitchen yelling at Dan to check if the chicken's cooked; but for real, I love a good chat on the couch partly sharing my tub of Ben & Jerry's. Weekends are for adventures, the occasional house party and sleeping. My boyfriend stays with me most weekends, he's chill. Dan: also 22, I'm a mechanic by day and an open-minded armchair philosopher by night - happy to go deep on anything from ethics to the latest episode of the bachelor that I didn't watch. When I'm not checking Chelsea's chicken, you'll usually find I've headed out to see the latest music acts, having a jam at home or tinkering with cars and electronics.
Just a Canadian looking for a place to call home while I work and study! I study law, and bartend and serve to get by. I am an easy going person, relaxed by nature. I enjoy a nice glass of wine or a pint of beer, good conversation, and good company. I place a lot of value upon respect, and cleanliness in a flatmate, and contribute those qualities in any living situation.
My partner and I are looking at moving to Sydney at the start of February. Currently we live in Melbourne. I will be doing a master's program at MQ uni and teaching ESL part time, and my partner will be working part time. We are looking for a quiet studio or granny flat.
Hi, I'm a quiet, tidy and easy-going electrician looking for a room to rent. I work shift work and during my time off I travel back to Newcastle to spend time with my family (wife and 1 year old boy). I'm currently working in Thornleigh so would be keen to find a place close by. Interests include soccer, cricket, xbox and the occasional good book.
I'm friendly, clean, and tidy. I am currently writing a postgraduate thesis so during the day I'll either be holed up at Macquarie or in my room. Though, university isn't my whole life and I do enjoy a wine or three. :) I am looking for a furnished bedroom as I’ve left all my furniture in Brisbane. Would love to share a house with friendly, virbrant individuals who love a chat at the end of the day.
Jennifer: Indonesian, student at Macquarie University, likes to draw and eat. Ivan: Indonesian, student at Macquarie University, likes to play computer. We’re looking for two separate rooms for each of us because we’re not a couple. Our budget is 250/pw each.
I am easygoing, and I'd love to socialize with people. I am passionate about movies and have a knack for technologies and startups. I am working full-time and looking for a private room in a share house with great flatmates who do not trun the house into the party house. I pay rent and bills on time and love to live with families or group of people who keeping everything neat and tidy. Homestay / home stay with nice family without the need for providing me a food is also an option which I am thinking of it.

I have recently returned from working in Fiji for 2.5 years and am looking for several employment opportunities to materialise. Always have been clean and tidy and am willing to help and do my share in shared accommodation.
Hi my name is Lizzie, i am 26 and work full time in Logistics. I originally hale from the country (so i am pretty relaxed) however have lived in Sydney since i was 19. I currently live on the north shore in my sisters granny flat however all my friends are on the south side of the city hence my wanting to move. You can generally find me binge watching netflix, eating sushi or doing Kmart Runs (if you don't like Kmart please don't contact me because that's not the sort of negativity i need in my life.) I have a standard level of cleanliness, will clean up after myself, but i'm by no means a clean freak. Enjoy the odd cold beverage and also i make the best potato bake known to mankind (not to toot my own horn or anything).
Respectful, easy going, clean, considerate. I am a mature woman not a granny who is looking to share a home that is safe, friendly and clean. I am not a party animal and whilst at home I like to watch movies and documentaries on Netflix etc with wine in hand. I am a private person but always up for a chat and occasional meal together. I have a quirky sense of humour and I love a good laugh. I currently live and work on the Central Coast but want to move to Sydney to be of support to my parents who have just very recently moved into a nursing home. I will still commute to work until I find something closer. I am used to commuting. I have a beautiful cat called Valentina, Vali for short who is my baby. She is very shy but once she gets to know you she is fine. She has lived with a cat and a dog before and there were no issues, however if a dog was to start barking at her she would get very scared. She would need to be around calm pets. I have a reference from my current landlord who has had me since Sept 2009 with my cat Valentina. Available upon request. I have no issues with outside smokers. Will send photo of me privately if requested, that photo is obviously my cat lol. What else can I say? Any further questions please ask. Thank you
