I am a full-time teacher working in the Childcare care.I currently got a new job offer in Macquarie Park. I am easy-going and clean. I am an animal lover (Even I don't have now) but not a party animal. I don't smoke and I love cooking. I am looking for a room and hoping the housemate would be similar to me: Clean and not making big noises during midnight. The Ideal room would be a double room with wardrobe and no need to share the bathroom with too many people.I will need a good kitchen to use too.Thank you
Currently a research masters student (Geoscience) at Macquarie University. Though been at the uni since 2011. Enrolled until January also in receipt of a scholarship (so a guaranteed income till then). Also technically employed at Bunnings (Casual). ( Due to my scholarship I have not needed to work since Feb though I could resume my role if need be) Outdoors sciencey kinda guy. Though I spend most of my time at Uni.
Hello everyone! This is Anel from Mexico. I'm gonna move to Sydney at the end of July due to my master degree in Macquarie University. About me, I'm an easygoing, cheerful, and friendly person who speaks Spanish, English and French
I'm friendly and enjoy socialising with new people. I have recently graduated from university having studied marine biology for 3 years and I am now travelling for 4 months and working for 2 in Sydney at ARN (start date - beginning of October).
I am very quiet and easygoing. I work full-time in the music industry (long hours) and am looking for a quiet friendly place to relax (and hopefully get a good night's sleep). I also spend a lot of time away from home, but I'm happy to have a coffee and a chat when I'm around. I'm friendly, clean and tidy, and responsible with bills, etc. My background is in science and journalism, my hobbies include watching the occasional movie, going for long walks and travelling. I look forward to meeting you. Thanks!
We are a couple from Iran moving to Australia looking for a good and clean place to live and study. We are master students in macquarie university. We would like to be near to our university.
Looking for a place to share with one or two others which has a decent sized room and preferably an ensuite/own bathroom and off street parking. Work full time as a primary teacher in the Ryde area. Clean, tidy and friendly. Flexible moving date.
Hi I am looking to move closer to my work place in Turramurra. I've house shared before, and I understand boundaries. I am looking for a quiet, clean and chill place to move in to. I am easy-going, respectful and also very tidy. I'm looking for a place to call home, with good people to share it with. Easy to find parking spot can be advantage for me. Cheers
Hi, i'm a 25 year old dental assistant looking for someone (or a couple) to team up with and possibly get our own place anywhere from brooklyn/mt colah -along the upper north shore- to killara. In my own time i love to chill and watch movies at home occasionally with some wine and cheese! But i also love going out to the beach, catching up with friends and exploring the outdoors. I like my own space so when i'm home i'm likely hanging out in my room but am always up for a friendly chat and a laugh. I like to live in a clean house so i generally keep things pretty tidy, but i'm not pedantic. If you leave the dishes for a day i wont be breathing down your neck. I have good rental references and some furniture if necessary. And would be ready to move in 2 weeks if necessary. Shoot me a message if your interested!
Hi there! My partner, pup and I are looking for accomodation 🐶 We aren't to fussed about location, just looking for the perfect place! Ideally a granny flat or studio would work perfectly for us but happy to share a place with another couple or friends 😇 A bit about us: Me (caylah): I study online part time and work a few nights a week in a bar! Depending on when we move I'll probably go back to working full time! I'm a quiet, private person but enjoy having the occasional drink whilst watching some Netflix ☺️ My partner(bailey): He works full time for a call centre in Ryde, so ideally we would live close to the train line and within an hour of Ryde! Princess (pup) 🐶: She's a 1yr old chihuahua, cutest lil girl in the world! Very lovable but also gets very excited when there's lots of people around! Shes rarely left alone so you don't have to worry about consistent barking or bad behaviour!! So long story short we are both pretty quiet, clean and boring people, mainly study and work (not the type to have people over often) very respectful of other peoples space and privacy as well! Let us know if you have something that would suit 😅
Love good conversation, quite intellectual, enjoy sharing a meal and some heady discussion, mature minded, LGBTI friendly, clean up after myself. I have a cat as well, and am an animal lover. Work part-time in mental health, but will happily work elsewhere if someone's prepared to pay me for my time (lol!). Keen to move in as soon as possible.
Hi, I'm Jo. I am 25 years old and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences at WSU. I currently work as a lifeguard in Ryde. I have been living in a share house for the last year and the property has recently been sold, so it's time to move on. In my spare time I like to keep active, exercise, run, swim, dance, be outside, go on bush walk, go to the beach, cook, rock climb, art, anything music eg: festivals/concerts, on occasion out to dinner/dancing/drinks and spending time with my family and friends. I am usually extremely busy with my work, uni, exercise and family and friend commitments, but in my down time I love to chill out as much as I can.
Moving to Sydney from Canberra, starting a new job at St. Leonards by September. I might look for something relatively permanent, but short-term stays are fine too. I'm looking to adopt a (relatively) minimalist lifestyle as I make the move so staying neat and clean should be with less effort. I can be relied on keeping the rest of the flat/house clean as well. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer meeting my friends outside rather than do house parties. In my spare time I usually try to be active - I'm looking into joining a badminton club and possibly have an indoor road cycling setup with Zwift (not brave enough to ride on Sydney's roads lol). I'm also keen to learn new sports/activities and join any after hours/weekend clubs. I also game on PC a little bit and a huge fan of the NBA. I'm still learning how to cook more food, but am keen to share whenever I make something nice. I'm pretty social and keen to meet new people, so I'd be down for a few drinks (in a relaxed environment) once in a while to unwind.
I'm currently working full time in an Office in Macquarie Park, I'm originally from England and I play competitive netball for an A1 team on Saturdays. I'm lively and friendly with a good sense of humour, and I'm very keen to meet new people in and around Sydney!
Hi, I am looking for a place for myself, something that is neat and private. I work full time in a fashion industry and my days are usually quite long. I am also taking a course related to fashion on Saturdays. All this keeps my quite busy and i would like to find a place i can call home. I am very tidy and organized and i don't like mess.
I have been sharing my home for many years with single people who are between household situations. I am currently transitioning a move interstate and wish to share with one other mature person, preferably non smoking male, until my move - no date yet. I am working in the aged care sector and like to come home between shifts. I also work weekends. In the evenings, I like to relax with music, cooking, a good Netflix series and books. My small 10 year old dog is an indoor dog and is extremely quiet and well behaved. She sometimes comes with me to work. I am looking for a double bedroom in a clean and well kept house. I would like the rent to include utilities. I can bring furniture or put it in storage. I am friendly, considerate, clean, tidy and respect others' privacy.
I'm a neat, tidy and quiet person. I appreciate the effort it takes to look after a place and to create a nice space to chill after a long day. Plus I like to have a giggle, enjoy all different types of music and am creative.
Hi there My name is Lana and I'm currently looking for temporary accommodation in the Northern suburbs (currently based in Lindfield) for 2-3 months while I search for a place of my own. A little about me: I'm self employed with a business of 10 years, providing entertainment and web/promotional design solutions for business and events. I currently work from Lindfield during the week, and weekend evenings are regularly gig nights as I'm also a singer/bandleader. What I'm working on varies greatly at times and therefore I love to keep my home environment a relaxing and peaceful space. I am house-proud, tidy and love bright, clean, uncluttered spaces. I'm a non-smoker, not much of a drinker (a glass or two once a month these days), no pets, the quiet dinner and movie type (as opposed to parties), and well... just an all round nice gal!! Thanks for reading and look forward to hearing from you. Lana
* I'm very respectful of others * I've matured into a very reliable flatmate (references can be provided) * I've worked F/time at the same company for 11 years - stable income * I 'honestly' don't mind pulling my weight in weekly cleaning duties. I like a clean place (but not OCD hahahaa) * I am a person who can give my flatmates space and content keeping to myself OR can enjoy a chat as well I have been renting with others for 10 years and i believe i am a reliable/respectful person who has a reference from my previous landlord to confirm my rent paying punctuality. I'm a guy who no longer parties (at my age) so you will not get any ugly surprises from me.
I am a polite person who keeps to himself, mostly. I love to cook and eat at home. Working partime and studying simultaneously. Hygiene and cleanliness are of prime importance to me and would prefer others have a similar outlook.
Hey potential flatmates!! I'm a super down to Earth easy going guy from Cape Town South Africa. This will be my first trip to Sydney so I'm incredibly excited to share accommodation & meet new people. I'm a young professional, used to living a clean & tidy lifestyle in my own apartment since 2013. Prior to that I lived with friends and flatmates with no complaints! I believe in working hard and playing hard so having a good balance is key! My hobbies include: The beach, running, gym, hiking, site seeing, new people & places, night life, barbeque (Braai) & beers, friends, always a good laugh!! I'll be working as a Contracts Administrator (QS) on the NorthConnex project. I've travelled around South Africa but never abroad before. So this is a brand new opportunity/experience for me and I'll be looking for an interesting and awsome flatmate to help me kick off this new chapter!
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 50 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and silence. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
Hi there, I am looking for a place for my boyfriend. Stjohn is 22, very introverted and loves his own privacy. He is by no means a party animal and would prefer to find a quite place to rent. Of course he would understand if you would like the occasional gathering and friends/family over and will respect you and your own wishes. He is looking to move out ASAP due to unforeseen circumstances at his current home. Stjohn moved here from South Africa around 10 years ago, he enjoys playing guitar and video games in his own time. He also likes to train in Mixed Martial Arts, attends University at AIM and works part time at Aldi (as well as teaching guitar on his days off). If you think you have the perfect home for his, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you :)
