I’m a pharmacist who has just accepted a job in Melbourne! I’m quite an outgoing and friendly person but also very chill and respect others privacy and alone time. I love to keep fit at the gym, have a slight coffee addiction and also like to spend my time watching Netflix and going on adventures! I’m super tidy but not anal about it so a dirty dish in the sink won’t bother me either!
Hey, Im Desara. I am from London, and am coming to Melbourne to study for 1 semester. I am really excited and looking forward for this new adventure. Mainly looking to share with cool people that will make my experience better
Hi I am Jack, I work full-time in investments during the week and am also studying a post-grad which keeps me busy. In my spare time I enjoy watching sport with mates, getting outdoors and trying new things. I use to be a snowboard instructor in a past life so usually escape for a week or two over the summer to catch the snow in the north. I enjoy a beer or glass of wine but am also into keeping healthy (so not drinking every night). I am looking for a room to rent after returning from working over in London, ideally a move in date early Jan (if not sooner) would work best.
Me: Enjoys a bit of banter, loves to cook a good meal and enjoy the odd glass of wine, will often be up for weekend adventures. All the normal things, clean, tidy, respect people’s space. Just moved back from 3 years abroad, now working full time to fund travel again 7/7 on being great friends with all my housemates in the past :)
I'm from Melbourne, 24 years old, work full time and am financially stable. I work in the Melbourne CBD and also spend 1 day a week in our Geelong office. I enjoy going out for a few drinks on the weekend, going to gigs and comedy shows, footy, and am often watching the latest series on Netflix. I'd say that I'm a pretty easy going guy, whose happy to socialise in a group and equally as happy in my own company. I'm looking for house mates that are of similar age and don't mind a drink/socialising on the weekend. Happy to live in either a share house or apartment and my ideal number of house mates is 3 or 4. Cheers! :)
Hi all! The upshot is that I am a 27 year old independent woman who can pay her bills on time 💃 I moved to Melbourne 6 months ago from Adelaide for work. I am a commercial lawyer and I am currently employed full time at Ashurst, an International law firm. I am looking for a private furnished room, as my current lease in the city is set to expire at the end of February. I am ideally looking to move into a place in the last week of February. I met my current flatemate on this website and it has been a truly great experience. I am a lover of wines, extravagant cheese boards, nights in playing board games, music, live gigs and exploring Melbs! I work long hours, so when I’m home I love to chill and watch some telly or read a good book. If you are listing a place in the designated suburbs and I haven’t scared you away with this bio - please contact me. Cheers! Annalise
Hi! My name is Jesper Larsson and I'm 21 years old. I'm in Melbourne on a working-holiday visa from Sweden. I have been travelling down the east coast for approximately 2 months. I’m simply just looking for a place to stay where I can sleep, cook food and wash my clothes. I’m flexible and easy to deal with. Best regards, Jesper Larsson
Heya! Thanks for taking the time to reading about me. I'm keen on finding a relaxed, friendly household of awesome people to live with while I study in the city. Bit about me; I'm a extroverted lgbt cis male who adores turtles, loves playing games, enjoys social events and spending time with my friends. I drink socially and am usually pretty keen on a good night out. This can sometimes translate into some pretty awesome adventures ;). I've lived in shared accommodation before with no issues (I come pre-trained haha). You'll find I'm pretty clean, respectful, supportive and friendly to live with. :D I'm currently on Centrelink Austudy, but am also looking for part time work near the city to supplement my income. Currently my limit for rent is $125 per week not including bills or internet. The area's I've listed are preferred locations, I mainly need access to public transport to get me too and from the CBD for study. I am interested in team-ups if you're keen on starting a household, shoot me a message :D. If you have any questions feel welcome to message me! My move date is pretty flexible, I am roughly looking at early Feb to move.
We are really active, sporty and friendly couple. I am starting to study a Certificate 3&4 in Fitness and my partner is looking for a part time or full time job. Neither of us smoke, and we're not really into partying but don't mind having a drink or two sometimes. We like our home to be clean and like to have relaxing and calm atmosphere. I am Finnish and my partner is Australian. We are looking for a room in a share house.
I am a Audio Production student in SAE, I'm currently studying in SAE Byron Bay campus. I will transfer to Melbourne for the next school year, starting on the 4th of February. I need a room downtown by the start of February, but I can be there before if needed. I will be Studying or Working most of my time, so I won't be home most of the day. I'm a neat, quiet, respectful housemate. I don't party often. Maybe once or twice a month. Other than studying I like to travel, make music, and take pictures. I think Melbourne is the capital of music at the moment and I really want to explore its nightlife, and music & arts scene.
Hello :) I graduated from Bristol Uni in June (Biology), and I've come to Melbourne to live for a year or two. I'm looking for a lease around 6 months. At university I lived in houses of 5, 7 and 9. I love living with people and I'm very sociable, clean, and considerate :) I have lots of energy and love running, bouldering, music and more. I like going out but I don't really drink a lot, just enough to have a good boogie ;) I'm gay and I don't eat meat or cheese, but I don't care if you do! I've always lived with straight people in mixed gender houses, never had any arguments, my housemates have always been considerate and lovely :) I am very easy to get along with and enjoy a good laugh, life is for enjoying. I love photography and videography, as well as cooking and eating healthily. I'm from Oxford in the UK originally. I see housemates as a great opportunity to make some wonderful friends, so let's meet up and see if we click!
I've been renting for 5 years now and am quite easy to live with. I am respectful of others around me and like keeping my place tidy. I would ideally prefer finding an apartment to share between 2 to 3 people, preferably close to the city. My main interests are travel, dance, music, photography, art, and sport, and am eager to get back into a fitness routine. I love learning new and interesting things so I'm always up to explore. I'm learning to speak Portuguese/Spanish, so bonus points if you can teach me.
Originally from Ballarat moving to the cbd to begin the 9-5 at a consulting firm in early Feb. About me: I’ve just recently graduated with a Masters in Energy Systems from unimelb. I’m like to think im a relaxed and easy going guy. I'm quite the coffee addict (in a good way) and enjoy a brunch on the weekends ( be prepared to accompany me occasionally when our schedules align and help me with the crossword and quiz). Im into health and fitness hitting the gym most days. I Always clean up after myself, pay bills, all the good housemate stuff, I'm not a party type so looking for a house of young professionals not a party house as i will be working long hours. Looking for flatmates who can be friends who lead independent lives and give each other space but enjoy heading to occasional movies and events like the tennis or comedy festiv, chatting after a long day at work about politics or getting the household together for the newest fad on Netflix. Bonus bonus if open to getting a house cat at some point down the track or at the very least a house pet bonsai . Look forward to meeting you ,Cheers
Kia Ora, Sarah here. I'm a Kiwi coming to Melbourne to study Film and Photography follwing my Journalism Degree in Auckland. Love a good indie movie, Sunday crossword and chat about what's happening in popular culture. Sometimes introverted, but more often extraverted, I'm always down for a chat and a coffee or just a coffee and some tunes. I'm looking for a home away from home for the next year (maybe two, who knows), with a couple like minded people (studying or working) who are looking for a creative type to eat some food and have some chats with. Unlike the stereotypical creative I like to keep things pretty tidy, so no worries there.
We're an Argentinian couple who is working and studying in Melbourne. We consider ourselves (and also our reference) easygoing, tidy and respectful. We're non-smokers.
