My partner and I are 22 and have been renting our own homes and subletting the other rooms out for the past 3 years in Armidale so we understand what it is like in share homes. We keep to ourselves and are very friendly/easy to get along. We both love to watch a movie here and there. We do have 2 cats and a dog, however the cats are perfectly trained and my dog just loves attention. She is a border collie so i walk her very regularly. I grew up in the northern beaches of Sydney before moving away 4 years ago to study Psychology. My partner, Sam grew up in Port Macquarie but also moved to Armidale to study Computer Science. His family have relocated to sydney and it is time we do to. I am a support worker and Sam does IT support. We are looking for a temporary home whilst we settle in and gather our finances to rent out our own place. However would stay long term at the right place.
I'm an international student with a nice part-time job in the city. I need a place closer to Sydney CBD to minimise my travel time but also still affordable. I'm looking for a private room as I have a desktop computer that I need for my job. I don't want to trouble roommates with the sound of my typing and the light from the monitor so I want a private room. It doesn't need to be big. I'm fine with a small room. I mind my own business so living with me would be very easy. I do not cook but am able.
PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU LIVE IN THE HOUSE.... I don’t want to hear from people trying to cram as many people into houses they own but don’t live in. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE OFF STREET PARKING.... my profile clearly states this need so I am not interested in street parking If you meet these criteria, please read on. Hey, I'm Bec. I am a full time high school teacher in the Inner West and I currently commute a crazy distance to get there. I have lived in the area before and it's time to move back and regain some hours in my life. Due to the nature of my work, I am not home during the day time and am quite busy in school term. I usually like to come home to a relaxed setting, where sharing a glass of wine or few with dinner or TV is welcomed, but reasonable sleeping hours are also respected. I have shared houses in Australia and overseas, with friends, randoms, males, females, mixed nationalities, ages etc and have never missed a rent payment or a cleaning schedule. Ideally, I require a large-ish room, built ins and off-street parking. I am past the student life (been there, done that ... twice over) so I am being picky... please don't contact me if your room on offer is an expensive shoe box. I have a queen bed, a bookcase, a desk and then some clothes that require a built in wardrobe. Let me know if you can help me out or have any questions. Looking forward to meeting some new housemates and hopefully, friends. Bec :)

Hi there ! I am a 20 year old student currently working 3 jobs including waitressing, bartending and tutoring as well as studying a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Applied Psychology at Notre Dame. I am looking to move in Gladesville as it is close to both my jobs and university and my current lease ends soon! I'm extremely easy going, bubbly, respectful and tidy ! I consider myself very easy to get along with and to have an awesome sense of humor. I am also a hard worker and tend to keep my self very busy whether it be with uni, work or friends. Looking forward to hear from you ! :)
Looking for accommodation with 2 bathrooms or I may get an extra room for myself near Caringbah, Hurstville, Lakemba, Beverly Hills, Punchbowl, etc. if any convenient options are available with easy going team ups with me or my family just contact to share details or search experience.
I'm Jon, from Malaysia. Now, moving to Sydney for work. Currently, looking for a nice place to stay. I loves to watch movies and play games. And, to make new friends. :)
My English is very bad, maybe there are some problems in communication, but I still hope to communicate with people from various countries. I personally like to be clean and quiet, not to interfere with other tenants, and I like to listen to music and go abroad to travel. And exchange of religious history and culture, etc.
I'm an occupational therapist, with a full time job. I'm a sociable person, but do enjoy my own space to recharge. I like doing gym classes, crafty activities, spending time at the beach & trying out cafes/restaurants
Target areas - anything close to the stations of the following suburbs (10 minutes walk max): Strathfield - Parramatta - Granville - Merrylands - Villawood - Regents Park - Penshurst - Hurstville - Kogarah - Rockdale - Arncliffe - Tempe The perfect place I'm looking for would be a private room in a 2 or 3 bedroom unit/house/flat to share with 2 other people max. I'm easy going, quiet and tidy (that's why i want to live with less people). I been here in Sydney for nearly 4 years now. I graduated with a bachelor degree then worked for 2 years full-time. And now back to study a Diploma of IT and working part-time too. I traveled quite a lot in the past six years as a student: lived for one year in Singapore, 4 months in Paris, 8 Months in Dubai and now Sydney for the past four years. I speak 4 languages, if anyone wants to learn Arabic/French I'm happy to help. Or my mother language too (Berber). Special interests: anything tech - travelling - bushwalking/trekking/camping PS: I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol, I don't do drugs. Happy to provide references from my previous landlords if requested. If you think I could call your place HOME please drop me a line. Thanks,
I masquerade as a secondary school teacher, and am quiet and polite but friendly. I work full-time, love the outdoors, playing and watching sports and will be out regularly throughout the day on weekends; as I'm currently researching, writing and filming for an interactive historical novel. I have regularly found myself lost in numerous locations around the world because I won't ask for directions. I am a combination of an academic (nerd), a jock and a thrill-seeker but this fluctuates depending on the season. Non-religious but hold high moral and ethical standards. Great tenant, having lived at my current residence since 2004.
