Hello, my name is Akshay you can call me by Ak( its all fine). i am full time student at Le Cordon Bleu. i am pretty much chill person absolutely loves cooking as well as stories related to food. i am pretty much story teller as well. so i am looking for accommodation closer to my institute. apart from all the info my hobbies are listening to music, discussing, going out sometimes, watching movies apart from that i am pretty calm guy. if anyone wanna teamup. you are more than welcome. I would love to make new friends. i would feed you pasta everyday( joking). looking forwrd for accomodation or teamups. that's pretty much.
I work hard and enjoy my privacy but am always happy to meet new people. I'm from a large family and so am used to helping out and sharing house chores. Hoping to find a place to move into when I start uni next year :)
I am a clean and fairly quiet person, and am happy to chat or keep to myself as necessary. I am currently studying full time at UTS and part time at TAFE, and work part time as well. I don't have pets or smoke or anything like that, and am very respectful of your privacy and property. I currently happily live in a sharehouse, and am accustomed to reliably paying rent, but am keeping an eye out for something that better suits my needs.
Hi there I’m an international student from Indonesia looking for accomodation near Ryde with any bus to top ryde and buses to city As for my detail, I’m a student and a worker, I rarely spend my time home I like clean and tidy things but not crazy about it I am quiet and pretty shy, so I dont talk often and I usually spend my free time with my computer and doing my thing but I also open to anyone who want to have chat with me I’m not a party person and I respect others privacy, so I wont make any disturbance to other who lives with me
G'day. At home I'm a use it-clean it type. I love cheffing in the kitchen (majoring in thai and asian food - particularly fish) where I practice clean as you prep where possible - it's so much easier that way. I'm busy all the time, so usually only spend time at home planning next adventure. Into lots of sports I can share with interested people...Rock-climbing, mountain biking, wakeboarding, skiing. I'm moving back to Sydney area with work (was in the Blue Mountains 2 years ago), coming across from Perth with a house full of stuff...kitchen/laundry appliances, couches, tv etc. Most importantly, I need a place that accommodates my 6m gamefishing trailer boat that sits 3.2m high on the trailer. So a long driveway, or accessible yard is key to fitting with my needs (if it has a normal height carport that blocks access, it's no good for me). More than happy to throw together into a team and get a really nice place. The suburbs I've mentioned are flexible, just using them as a starting point as I'd like to be near the National Park for running and bike riding. Cheers Matt
Hi, I will be moving to Sydney in January 2018 and would like to team up in looking for a flat to share in Western Sydney or the Northern Suburbs. I will have job in paramatta and I don't have a car. My personality can be described as reserved and reliable.
Hello there, I'm Tina, 33 and currently looking for room in a friendly and comfortable environment. I am easy going, mostly keep to my own, clean, quiet and responsible. I am not much of a party animal but I do enjoy hanging out with friends when I get the chance. I usually work in retail but I have taken 2 months off to re energize myself after a year of total burn out. (UPDATE: I NOW HAVE A P/T JOB) I am now actively looking for a new job (though I assure you I have enough savings to pay rent) and will be studying at Macquarie Uni as of February, so I need a new place that will be more centralized. I am a bit of a geek, I enjoy gaming on my PS4 and am quiet the movie buff. I also enjoy creating special effects makeup, reading and learning new skills. I am of Greek background so I could probably cook up a delicious Greek dish if you wish, too! I am looking for a private room, as long as there is a desk, a bed and a wardrobe I'll be happy. No preference in a specific gender household, as long as you are cool with having a laugh once in a while. I prefer a place close to transport also as I do not drive. If I sound like someone you'd like to have around, then message me! :) T.
Considerate. Clean. I don't mind taking on house responsibilities like cleaning up. I am honest and trustworthy. I am respectful and considerate towards others. Basically a very down to earth free thinker with lots of manners.
I am peaceful, friendly, well mannered and hold high standards for myself. I enjoy meditation and keeping fit and healthy. I'm also a boxing and kickboxing instructor (yes we can do some boxing haha) and would love to move in with open minded people who love to chat deep, and like having fun and getting outdoors. Looking forward to meeting you! Ryan
Hey Everyone! I'm Darcey, 29, originally from the country town of Broken Hill, NSW. I currently work full-time with Samsung in Melbourne and now they are moving me to continue my career in Sydney. Ever since I moved to Melbourne I have lived in share houses so I am well versed in share house etiquette. So while getting to know each other is important it's equally as important that we have our own time to relax, unwind and do our own thing. I'm quite a relaxed kind of guy, uneasily offended, enjoys a good laugh and rather than partying on the weekend would prefer a quiet environment to rejuvenate, maybe head to the gym (a new found hobby), catch up with fellow housemates and cook. I'm a great cook! Every now and then I do enjoy a good outdoor activity like hiking so a housemate who also loves to get outside and see what nature has to offer is a definite plus. Moving with me will be Noah, a 4-year-old British Shorthair (cat). He can be shy at first but quickly warms up to others. Quite the independent character, entertaining himself and napping away the day. On the rare occasion he commands attention (obviously strictly on his terms lol) by sitting next to you or tapping you with his paw, I can't remember the last time he meowed for attention. He is completely house trained and while he has been an indoor cat, if the surroundings permit, he loves to explore. When it comes to cleanliness, I'm a 'clean as I go' person, mess is one thing I'd prefer to live without, especially when it can be cleaned up in a few minutes. Ultimately I take great pride in my home. Ideally, I am looking for a spacious home, with lots of natural light. and with quite a modern finish. If you need helping furnishing your place or would like to upgrade some of your stuff I can also help out with that. Look forward to meeting you soon!!
Studying a masters of forensic science. Been in share housing for the last 4 years. Super into health and fitness. Also bake and binge eat cupcakes and other amazing things that I am willing to share. Pretty chilled out, rather quiet. Neat and tidy person. Love being outdoors and being at the beach. Love going out to see bands play live. Currently living in Newcastle. Will consider other locations other than those listed.
Hi ! I'm an easy going, sociable person who's into fitness and food. I work full time as a pharmacist and have a side business baking cakes. I enjoy cooking (so expect home cooked meals ! and cakes... lots of cake), training, checking out cafes/restaurants, outdoor activities such as the beach, hiking, yoga and socialising/entertaining during my downtime. I am looking for a private room with my own bathroom, a place shared with only one other flat mate (or a couple) and ideally the place to have a well equipped, practical kitchen (i.e. must have oven, fridge, gas stove top, microwave). I like to keep my living quarters tidy and organised. I like to have my own time, but also enjoy good conversation and banter, so as long as it's mutual for all parties, we will get along !
Newly graduated healthcare professional, working part-time at the moment. Competitive cheerleader and gym junkie, so usually busy and not home a lot during the week. Love being social with housemates, but also appreciate 'me' time. Bit of a clean freak, love keeping everything neat and tidy. Don't have a pet, but would love it if housemates had a dog as I'm a massive dog person! Also love coffee, movie nights in, and also the occasional night out. My ideal housemate would also be clean and tidy, social, and someone who doesn't mind if I have friends over every now and then for dinner/drinks :) Looking for a room in the Ryde/Meadowbank/Ermington area, please don't hesitate to contact me if you're interested in something similar! :) Thanks in advance xx
I am a well educated, quiet and responsible single male. I am moving to Sydney to take up a tertiary teaching position, alongside the work I do as an atmospheric scientist. Very clean, punctual with rent and bills, do not own furniture, no pets, just a few boxes of books. Preference for own ensuite and internet connection, if possible. Privacy is something I value and cherish, both everyone else's and my own. I have lived, traveled and worked across a good proportion of Australia and across the world. I enjoy movies, documentaries, travelling, music, hiking, writing, art, science. Also have a dry sense of humour - got heaps of bad jokes and weird stories to entertain.. Travelling to Sydney to view properties in the week from the 11th of December.
Tradie working 5-6 days a week. I'm a pretty easy going dude, Clean and tidy and will always pay rent on time. Keep myself pretty busy with work but I do love to socialise , don't mind kicking it at home either. Music/gigs/outdoors are my things I own a four month old Kelpie :)
