I’m looking to move somewhere closer to my new job. Full time engineer with enthusiasm about life! Active, play tennis, workout, skiing and learning how to surf... Sociable and keen to make friends as well as respecting people privacy... I do enjoy having a convo over drinks or a hang out sometimes...
I’m a quiet, diligent and hardworking person who’s considerate of others and wants to have a good relationship with my flat mates. I’m a university student at Macquarie and don’t own a car, so I won’t need parking. I enjoy cleaning and relaxing over a glass of wine and good conversation.
Hey! I'm a 25 yo bloke working full-time as a carpenter as well as studying my Cert IV in building, and I do a fair bit of volunteer time in the entertainment industry. I've been out of home for a while, done the share house thing for a bit so I know the drill, happy to help with housework etc etc. I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I like having my own space to crash, but I'm totally up for social times as well. Board game nights or movie marathons might or might not happen with me around... (They might!) I'm looking for a home, not just a room. When I'm home I tend to be more an artsy person, I listen to good tunes, I design sets for theater, or watch movies. So I'm keen to live with similar minded people! I have a cat, he's an adorable 6yo ginger short hair, very affectionate! As far as I know good with other animals, he definitely makes friends wherever he goes (just like me)! I'm looking for some humans to share a house. Non-smokers preferred, mainly for the kitty's sake. Other pets cool, if you're keen shoot me a message and we can go from there! Also looking at joining someone else's share house if possible. Keen for people about my age, guys girls couples, wherever you're at in life is totally cool! Looking to move towards the end of Sept, and looking for until January for now as I'm studying for the year, but not sure whats happening next year just yet. Any other questions let me know!
I have lived in share-houses for years, so have all of the training and good habits you need in someone who you're going to share a space with. But I'm definitely getting to the point where I'd like a little more space to myself, somewhere to study (I work full time and study yoga teaching), my own bathroom and a little more peace and quiet than my current 4 people in one house situation! If that sounds good to you, let's team up!
Me and my kitty are looking for a home! Interested in getting a lease or just renting a room. I work in recruitment at the moment, I love socialising and having a chat but am more than happy to keep to myself too. I love a good Netflix binge and take out.
I am a professional performer who’s always out and about. I’m quite social but appreciate some alone time :) always up for a drink and games night. I work a very varied schedule, some days, some nights depending on the week. I’m quite outgoing and love loads of fun.
looking to move in or team up with someone. I'm easy going and down to earth, shy so mostly keep to myself. outdoorsy and travel freak. I work in logistics as a coordinator. personally, I want to team up with some and rent an apartment so we can have our independence/space
Counselling student/ Actor I am a great listener. I enjoy reading, writing, photography and listening to podcasts. Housework I take pleasure in, Vacuuming, ironing, dusting. "clean freak". Ideally, somewhere quiet with possible Desk space for study and textbooks. I don’t drink or smoke. I have all my own bedroom furniture, (happy to provide washing machine, Tv unit, plasma)
Hi there :) We are great to live with as we are a friendly couple who have respect for people and their homes. We are clean and neat & tidy. We both work full time so we won’t be home during the days. We don’t mind having a chat and a laugh but we also love to just stay in our room watching movies!
Hi there ! I am a 21 year old student currently working 3 jobs including waitressing, bartending and tutoring as well as studying a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Applied Psychology at Notre Dame. I am looking to move in Gladesville as it is close to both my jobs and university and my current lease ends soon! I'm extremely easy going, bubbly, respectful and tidy ! I consider myself very easy to get along with and to have an awesome sense of humor. I am also a hard worker and tend to keep my self very busy whether it be with uni, work or friends. Looking forward to hear from you !
We are both extremely easy-going and friendly people. Brody works part-time whilst studying full-time at Macquarie University. Kyna also works part-time and studies full-time at USyd. We are both reaching the end of our current lease and are looking for another 1-2 like-minded individuals to team-up and look for a lovely place to make our home :)
PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU LIVE IN THE HOUSE.... I don’t want to hear from people trying to cram as many people into houses they own but don’t live in. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE OFF STREET PARKING.... my profile clearly states this need so I am not interested in street parking If you meet these criteria, please read on. Hey, I'm Bec. I am a full time high school teacher in the Inner West and I currently commute a crazy distance to get there. I have lived in the area before and it's time to move back and regain some hours in my life. Due to the nature of my work, I am not home during the day time and am quite busy in school term. I usually like to come home to a relaxed setting, where sharing a glass of wine or few with dinner or TV is welcomed, but reasonable sleeping hours are also respected. I have shared houses in Australia and overseas, with friends, randoms, males, females, mixed nationalities, ages etc and have never missed a rent payment or a cleaning schedule. Ideally, I require a large-ish room, built ins and off-street parking. I am past the student life (been there, done that ... twice over) so I am being picky... please don't contact me if your room on offer is an expensive shoe box. I have a queen bed, a bookcase, a desk and then some clothes that require a built in wardrobe. Let me know if you can help me out or have any questions. Looking forward to meeting some new housemates and hopefully, friends. Bec :)
Hi - I am looking to team up for a place. I have all furniture so I cannot move into a furnished place. I work full time for a professional services firm in the CBD so I rely on public transport to get to work. I am very clean and organised and I respect other people's privacy. I am very easy going and not a party animal although I go out often for a couple of drinks. I am flexible about the suburb and open to negotiations, the only requisite is to be near a train station and a 30 mins ride from the CBD. Message me if interested and we can have a coffee and chat about it :)
Hi! I'm Kevin, a future PhD student at UTS. Coming all the way from Indonesia, I have a decent cooking skill and thus can serve my flatmates with fresh homemade Indonesian food. xP Living in an international environment always sounds attractive to me. I spent 2 years for my Master's study in the Netherlands in such a diverse atmosphere, allowing me to exchange culture with other people. I love playing music (the piano) and watching movies.
- Ideally looking for a team up with one or two girls max - I'm easygoing, tidy, and good to have a whinge to at the end of a long day at work - Working full time with a stable income so very reliable with rent & bills - Looking to pay around $300ish per week but willing to compromise for the right place - As long as you're friendly, tidy, down for some cool Kmart decor to go up around the house, up for a chat and can also sense when privacy is needed, send me a message and we'll see if we're a good housemate match! **Found some really nice, new apartments right on the water (with ensuite and walk ins) in Ermington that I'm keen to check out so let me know if you're keen and we can get onto it ASAP**
Hello, Im working full time in Marketing and looking for a new place to call home. Im very easy going to live with, clean, private and considerate to my share mates keeping a friendly and professional communication within the rental. I am looking for a place thats at least 15mins walk from a train station. I love cultures, nature and eating healthy. Would like to hear from you if you feel I suit your rental property.
PLEASE DONT CALL FROM FLATMATES ME IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME SEND ME SMS OR A MESSAGE. Friendly, respectful and very tidy mature female. I'm currently working part time in fitness industry. I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now and at the moment I am looking for long term accommodation. I NEED a room with at least DOUBLE BED. I hate single beds as I'm 5'10" and Im not going to settle for a small room for a big price. If the room is spacious enough I am willing to get my own bed. The area I'm interested in is preferably with great access to the city (close to train station) and surrounding areas by public transport due to the fact that I don't own a car. I am at uni hence I would prefer a quiet place but I like socializing from time to time over a drink or two ;) I like cooking and I'm prepping my meals in advance so I need a place where I am comfortable doing it without restrictions. I wanna feel like home not prison. Thanks!
I am originally from Singapore and currently residing in Melbourne. I am on the lookout for a place in Chatswood to stay for a minimum of 3 months at least until my family join me at a later stage. I am a non smoker and generally keep my place clean
Hi there! My name is Paco Sedano, from Sevilla (Spain). I am very easy going. I am clean, tidy and quiet. I have shared accommodation with international flatmates and never had problems. I like getting to know my flatmates but I can be very independent at the same time. I love nature, photography and diving. I am a biologist and I am currently doing my PhD in marine ecology. I will visit Sydney for a 3 months research intership at Macquarie University, therefore it will be great to find something near to the university or well connected by public transport.
