Hey there, Easy going, laid back person looking for a chill spot at the end of the day. Open friendly chat-happy person, that understands sometimes the need of quiet “no talking” time. Love of animals. Respectful of property, Ideally would prefer to live in a place that keeps the kitchen and living area half decently clean. Not sure what else to write but Happy to answer any questions! Cheer!
Hi, I'm a masters student coming into my last 6 months of study, so I will be doing a lot of study. I also work at a pub so I'll also be out most weekends. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with, always going to be up for a beer and a chat.
I’m a very easy going bloke. I’m not home a lot because I work full time and work most weekends. Very easy to get along with and clean and tidy around the house. I’m a non smoker and enjoy having a drink or 2 on the weekend. In the Warmer months I enjoy being at the beach everyday.
I'm a 32 year old single male, neat and tidy, respectful and quiet. I have a great sense of humour, easy going, love to cook (I think I'm a Masterchef), love to have a beer with mates. I can sit and talk for hours or provide as much privacy as possible. Love horse racing and get to Sydney for the races as often as possible, i also have shares in a filly racing at the moment. I am an accomplished animal portrait artist and have had my work published. I specialise in equine portraits but get to draw a lot of dogs as well. i am also a very amateur novelist in the fantasy genre. by the time I'm fifty id say id have at least 3 chapters of a best seller. Game of thrones for life.
I'm Gibs, an international student, working par-time. Looking for a place to live, having a nice atmosphere and standard facilities where i can have my own space as well as a place for social mingling. Thanks
I have just recently move to Australia from the Philippines where I studied and I am now working full time as a Customer Support for a bank. I love wine o'clocks and breakfasts. I am always up for a good time, and some adventures. I have a serious oreo addiction. But most importantly, I'm very easy going, laid back and tidy. I am very respectable of others' privacy.
My name is Adam, 28 and full time worker as a carpenter. I’d say I’m great to live with because I’m a tidy person (not OCD or anything) I’m never home much as I work full time, train 4-5 days a week and also study part time and am respectful of others space. But when I am home I don’t mind checking out a new Netflix series, or few casual drinks on the weekend. I’m a pretty chilled easy going person, no pets, don’t smoke and no children. Look forward to hearing from you 😊✌🏼
Hi, My name is Marissa and my partner Matt and I are looking at moving in together from mid-August. We both currently live in separate share houses. We are looking at the possibility of renting a three-bedroom house and sharing with another person. We are looking for a person who may be interested in sharing with us and becoming a future flatmate and hopefully friends. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Laws/Communication at the University of Newcastle and am in my fourth year at university. I work part-time as a youth support worker in Out of Home Care. I enjoy living an active lifestyle, am outgoing and make friends easily. I'm a hard worker and like to keep myself busy. I go to the gym four times a week and enjoy the beach and visiting my parents on the Central Coast and in Sydney when I have free weekends as well as camping. I enjoy reading and watching movies and will be in Europe from mid-June to mid-August this year travelling. I've lived out of home since starting university, spending two years on college and the last 18 months in a share house with friends. I'd love a workout or study buddy, I'm very close friends with my current housemate! That being said also happy with someone who is content sucking to themselves! Matt works full time as a fence installer; his hours are between 5:30am-5:30pm Monday - Friday so he is not home much during the week. Whilst he is up early he is extremely quiet and rarely hear him leave. He is currently also living in a share house. On weekends he enjoys motorbike riding, fishing and a quiet beer or two. We are a laid back couple who rarely argue and get along well with each other as well as everyone else. We have our own friends outside our relationship and don't mind doing our own thing. Whilst a couple we have different interests and aren't joined at the hip. We don't go out a lot other than for the occasional dinner. It wouldn't be a party house but we wouldn't mind having friends around for a BBQ or dinner and a few drinks. We’re always up for a movie night! We are both mature, clean and courteous and looking for someone who is similar. As well as someone who cleans up after themselves we'd be also looking for a person who is willing to participate in general cleaning of the house on a regular basis to keep things clean, tidy and hygienic. This would include basics such as cleaning of bathrooms, mopping, dusting and vacuuming of other common areas etc. We'd each be responsible for our own rooms. Matt is a keen gardener and mower so it's unlikely we'd have to worry about outside. In the share house I live in we currently have a roster but happy to discuss different options. It would be the perfect place for someone studying or working fulltime who has possibly lived out of home before, wants to be social and likes some company but also to do their own thing. We'd like someone with a steady job or secure means to pay rent and bills. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in please contact us! I'd be looking to set one of the rooms up as a study/guest room so we are happy to split whatever the rent is three ways. Matt goes to bed early due to work and I often either finish work late or study late so will need a separate space. Matt and I both have savings and a stable income to purchase furniture and appliances so you'd only have to worry about furnishing your own room. Bills would additionally be split three ways - we'd like someone who is conscious when it comes to electricity as nobody likes seeing money wasted. Our max budget for a house overall would be an approx $510 - $170 each. We would prefer no pets not because we don't like animals but it makes finding a rental extremely difficult. We're happy to provide references of what we are like to live with! If this sounds like something you may be interested in please contact us to discuss further the possibility further!
I'm very neat and tidy and highly organised. I get along with most people and am very easy going and overall a kind and caring individual. I work full time so most of my time I spend at work. When I'm not at work I'm catching up with my friends and loved ones. I'm looking for a like minded person that I could potentially share a house with.
Hi there, I'm Alison 38, my daughter Isabelle is 9 and our dog bolt ( Chihuahua x Foxy) is 8. We are wanting to move around the Warners Bay area and require accommodation for at least 6 months while we get settled. Im currently living in Nelson Bay but wanting to move down to Newcastle to be closer to University. We are quiet and clean and don't make mess. I study full time at university by distance learning. I'm friendly and bubbly I don't smoke and I'm a social drinker on occasions. I love the outdoors, the beach, movies, reading, catching up with family and friends and bbqs. I am considerate and will pitch in with cleaning etc. Anything you want to know please ask.
Im Hannah, 25. Im Easy going and friendly. In my free time i like to go bike riding in the bush and fishing. I am looking for accomodation where i can come and go whenever i please without any issues as i frequently go fishing late at night and dont return til early in the morning so somewhere with my own entrance would be awesome so i dont wake people up ad i go about my adventures. I also have a rescue dog and cat which is making it really difficult to get a place anywhere on the planet. My dog gabby is an old girl medium size with an amazing personality. She is very quiet and likes to spend her days resting outside in the sunshine. My cat Lily is also an old lady who hardly ever shows her face other than to eat and is fully house trained so wont scratch or damage property at all. Swing me a message if you have a room that would be suitable. thanks.
Hi there, Nice to meet you. I have created this ad to see if we can find a suitable place for us via flatmates.com.au before going down the real estate rental option. Lucie and I are looking for a spacious clean and quiet place to call home, long term. We would prefer to share with only one other person, own bathroom would be great too. I work full-time on the Central Coast, while Lucie studies part-time in Sydney and works casual jobs in Newcastle. We are both very friendly and respectful people. We always clean up after ourselves, make little noise, not big party animals but don't mind a few beverages, more outdoorsy people! We need to be as close as possible to a train station. If your place is not within walking distance to a train station, from WIckham Interchange to Fassifern; it is not a possible option for us, sorry. Please feel free to message us. Cheers
We are a very easy going couple. We are quiet, non smokers and non drinkers who mainly keep to ourselves so to give you your own space but also do like the odd chats. We love staying active and healthy ( gym, yoga, beach etc). We both work part time and I also study. We are very clean, respectful, friendly and easy to live with.
I like to keep to myself. I work in Hospitality so I am often not home of an evening. And I play music, so I inject an element of creativity where I chose to live. I am open minded about other peoples lifestyles and sexualities, and I make a pretty damned good indian curry from scratch
Hi :) My partner and I are looking for a comfortabl, clean and affordable place to rent for a minimum of six months to begin with. My partner is a 33 year old male, working permanent part-time in the air conditioning trade, and a 26 year old female, also working part-time (afternoon/night shift work) as an AIN. We are both tidy, clean and respectful of others and their property and tend to keep to ourselves mostly, but are more than happy to socialise and participate within a shared household setting and love making new friends to chat with and chill out with too if the opportunity arises. :) I myself (brydie) have six years straight of good rental history with one leasing agent, but unfortunately together as a couple, my partner and I share no rental history together as such (as we have been renting through mutual friends of ours for the last 10 months). However, a reference from said real estate agent for myself and recent fellow tenants/land lord of both of ours can be made available if need be. We look forward to just living in an easy going place that we can feel comfortable and at home in... We are happy to answer any questions that you may have for us and we look forward to hopefully finding a suitable place and getting to know you too. kind regards :)
