Working as a hairdresser full time. Love meeting people and hanging out but know about that personal space lovin. Looking to be in a pretty chilled out environment.
*NO LONGER LOOKING FOR A PLACE * Hey, my name's Daniel! I'm a psychology graduate working full-time in the public service. I've been living in a 4-person sharehouse in Braddon for the last 1.5 years, with great housemates. Our lease expires on December 4th though, so I'm looking for a new place to move to around then. WHAT LOCATION I'M LOOKING FOR: I'm looking for a place within walking distance to the Canberra Centre, or somewhere close to a bus stop. THE HOUSE/ROOM I'M LOOKING FOR: The place I'm looking for would ideally have an ensuite, covered parking space, dishwasher, washing machine, and a bedroom with enough space for a queen bed, large desk, and digital piano (not necessary though!). WHEN AND HOW LONG I'M LOOKING TO MOVE: My current lease expires on December 15th 2017, so I would be looking to move between December 1-13th 2017. I'm interested in a 12 month lease, but am happy to negotiate :) WHAT I CAN BRING: I've got furniture for my room, but can also offer an iron and ironing board, large chest freezer, and some things for the kitchen. My ideal housemate/s would be friendly, sociable (but also understanding of personal space), tidy, and of either gender. I believe it's important to have a coffee/beer/dinner every now and then so we wouldn't be complete strangers to each other, but I completely understand if you want your space. If you'd like to chat or meet up over coffee, let me know. I'm also happy to provide references.
Hi, guys! I'm from south korea. But i used to live in Philippines for 3years and graduated college there. I will leave for Australia in December with working holiday visa. Cause i graduated culinary highschool. And love sharing it with! I would love to live nearby crossfit box.
Hello! I am a young professional in my late twenties. I am often described as thoughtful, playful, and tolerant by those who know me. I consider myself very tidy, clean, and respectful. I am looking to share a house/flat of mixed gender, ideally with other professionals, but students are fine too. Preferably 3-4 people (including myself). I love animals, so pets are not a problem. (That said, I do not have any pets of my own and won't be bringing or acquiring any). I love good food, outdoors, exploring new places, trying new things, exercise and lead an active lifestyle. Well maybe not as much as those who live in lycra and compete in sports... but I do enjoy the fresh air. I also enjoy being a home body, and would be happy curled up on the couch with a glass of red, playing board games with whomever is up for a chat. I am a clean and organised person, but I don't go nuts with cleaning rosters. I believe we're all capable of pitching in with the cleaning when needed and when it's not inconvenient to do so. That said, I'd prefer not to live in a pig sty. If I sound like the right flatmate to you, shoot me a message, introducing yourself and the other tenants. Thanks! P.S. I do want to be part of a home and get to know you all, not just living with flat mates, however I have a preference to do my own cooking. Happy to participate in house dinners every now and then, especially the spontaneous ones, but I don't want to be committed to three different dinners cooked by three different people each week. My cap for shared dinners is probably once a week i.e. someone different takes a turn to cook every Tuesday, rather than three different people cooking three different days in the same week. P.P.S. I cannot live without a dishwasher. They are the best thing ever invented and I will use it religiously. Criteria: - Built in Robes (with lots of hanging space and shelves). This is non-negotiable. - Room that can fit a Queen Bed, side table, lots of other boxes/things etc. this is non negotiable too. - Car port/ undercover parking with automatic doors (highly preferable, but could be overlooked if everything else was perfect) - En suite (preferable, but not a must. Happy to share a bathroom with one other, but no more). - Lots of storage space (inside the house - not a storage cage) - Dishwasher - Housemates that are not hermits - Age of household: 25-35. Ideally, I would like to live with people who are around my age, and are social. - I do not want to live with infants, young children, or a family/home stay style arrangement. - I do not want to live in Gunghalin, Dunlop, Harrison, or Crace - sorry, it’s just too far from work.

Hey there! I'm 19 years old, working practically full time and hoping to move out of home! I'm super friendly and easy going, I always clean up after myself and I'm extremely independent and respectful. I'd love to find some like-minded people to have an enjoyable house with!
Hi all, I'm making the move from Melbourne back to my hometown of Canberra for uni and am looking for some awesome humans to share with. I'm super responsible having lived on my own and shared before, but also down for a boogie and a night out once in a while. I'm into staying fit, going to gigs and playing sports whenever I get the chance. I'd like to find a place where I can chill but still be social and hang out with my roommates to fill my daily human interaction quota. I'm a full time student and will be working part time also so I keep myself fairly busy. I also come with bedroom furniture and some communal furniture so hopefully this is a plus! If this sounds ace hit me up :)
Hi everyone! Herald here (aka Frankie), working part-time and studying, and I am currently looking for a share-house around Gungahlin area that is pet friendly as I am having to leave the current house (due to major renovation) that I have lived in for 3 years with many other university students and professionals throughout those years. I am really easy going and friendly and I believe in maintaining a peaceful, clean and respectful house environment. I love to chat but can respect when people need downtime. I also clean and tidy up after myself as well as participate in all shared household chores without a problem. Love listening to Metal (don't worry I use my headsets :) ) and all the geeky/pop culture stuff like computer hardware, Marvel/DC universe, Movies, TV shows and Video games (PC). I have a 2 year old cat (Pixel), who is well trained and well behaved and stays indoors (mostly in my bedroom). My budget is $180 - $200 per week with utilities and internet. If you are looking for a housemate and don't mind my cat, please message me :)

I am currently working full time in the public service and will be going into the final year of my university degree at the University of Canberra in 2018. To balance work and uni I take mostly evening classes which leads to one or two long days. As a result, I tend to be quite quiet during the week, but appreciate the occasional group dinner or glass of wine and a chat. I love enjoy the occasional Netflix binge or being social on the weekends. I don't really party, however I do have the occasional night out and enjoy catching up with friends and being social during the weekends.
Hey guys (and girls). I'm a 26 year old male currently working fulltime. I have been living in sharehouses from the age of 19, so I'm well accustomed to living with others, paying bills on time and cleaning up after myself. I have a 1 year old swiss shepherd that I would like to bring with me too, shes house trained and very loving. I spend most of my free time watching a movie, reading a book, or out riding my dirtbike.
Hi! I'm Liam, a psychology and marketing student at the ANU going into my third year. I'm quite an active person, playing cricket, futsal and going to the gym, as well as enjoying trips along the coast to find the best beaches and heading up the mountains to find the snow. When I'm home, I enjoy watching film, reading, and playing video games. As a vegan (and not the type of person who condescends anyone who is not), I tend to just cook for myself, but if anything I make seems appealing I also like to cook with/for others! I'm an especially clean and responsible person, enjoy conversations about anything under the sun and would make a great addition to your household! I have a queen bed and some other furniture in storage so would ideally be looking for an unfurnished bedroom space. I'm looking to move into a place soon as I've picked up a lot of work over the summer, but am open to checking out new places for a longer term stay to find the perfect fit. Cheers, Liam
Hi, I'm Lily. I've just finished an undergraduate degree at ANU and am currently working in a book shop while looking for more permanent work. I grew up in Newcastle, NSW but have been living in Canberra for three years now. I have a lot of interests, but at the moment I'm most interested in gaming, reading and writing fiction. I also love going out with friends, be it for a casual lunch or for drinks of an evening. I'm looking for a room anywhere in the Canberra area, preferably with easy access to Civic on public transport. I'd love housemates who are clean and reasonably quiet like myself, but also anyone friendly and happy to hang out. If this sounds like you and you have a room available I'd love to hear from you!
Just relocated from Melbourne to Canberra for a job. Looking for a place to stay. I am bit of a workaholic, always clean up after myself and pay rent on time. After work during the week I am usually at home watching Netflix or gaming, on weekends I am out and about with the girlfriend. I also own a motorbike, so often go for a ride. Secure parking is definitely a bonus!
