Hi I'm a full time working professional who is looking for a clean home with a respectful flatmate. I finished my masters last year in September and now working as network development specialist for an Italian whole goods manufacturing company. I got my own car. My budget is $300/week. I m a fun loving guy, quiet most times and keep my business to myself at home. My rent payments will be sharp. I'm quite respectful of people around me. When I'm off my 9 to 5 routine, I either roller blade, gym or surf for recreation. I'm single, non smoker and don't invite guests home much. I am currently residing in Parramatta near Broughton Street and looking to relocate due to the increased traffic conditions near MacArthur girls high school which is causing significant delays while getting to work every morning. I am looking for a clean modern apartment with private room, bathroom and car park. If the property is really good I am willing to extend my budget. Please let me know if you got a spot that might suit my needs mentioned. Thanks...
Hello! I'm Eloise and I'm look to relocate from Canberra to Sydney. I will be looking to move in the eastern / inner suburbs around mid June. I will be working full time. Im a neat freak and I absolutely love scented candles. I love meeting new people and I enjoy good banter but I also appreciate my time alone. :)
I am Rachit, 25 years old and working full time Weekdays in IT as a Cyber Security Engineer. I am ideally looking for 2 or more people to team-up and lease out a house/apartment together. Ideally, looking for people in their 20s. But also open to a nice room in an already existing share house with great people. My current accommodation is proving to be very boring and I am looking to pair up with people and start a new home :) If teaming up - I don't have any furniture but we can chip in an purchase everything we need for the house. - Would love to cook and share food. - Netflix and chill - A good chat with a glass of wine to relax - Occasional Drinks - Welcome to invite friends! I love to meet new people and make friends. - Considerate and Friendly - Thoughtful - Live like a family rather than mere housemates Be social but at the same time I also respect privacy and enjoy my own time. I am not just looking for a room to sleep, but a home with empathetic people . I cook and share meals. I also like to have dinner together. I am also up for the occasional house parties, get together and dinner with friends, the Friday/Saturday nigthouts, netflix binges, movie marathons. At the right place, I am looking to stay long term - 6-12 months or more
I am a fun guy who is an absolute ambivert. I can keep to myself or I can talk about anything under the sun. I love my classic rock and love electronics too. Trying to figure out the the math behind music is what my pseudo intellectual side would like to say :)
Friendly guy from Melbourne with a government contract and looking for a furnished room to stay in Sydney. I won't be driving so access to public transport is a must. Particularly looking for close access to either the M91 bus route, or the T1, T2 or T3 train lines. I've been living in Sydney for about a month while working for a government institution. The contract was due to finish at the end of June, but will now likely be extended for another six weeks. There is also the possibility of an even longer extension after that, so I'm looking for somewhere that is flexible with times of stay. My cat is currently being looked after in Melbourne until I have greater certainty about my living arrangements. I wouldn't be looking to bring him up immediately, but if my contract was to be extended long-term, it would be extremely beneficial to have the option of bringing him to the house later. As for me, I am sometimes introverted but I enjoy a good chat with the people I live with. My background is in the performing arts and theatre (hence the pretentious face picture), and while I still perform, I have just graduated with a Masters of Information Management. Since this might turn into a long-term stay, its important I get on well with the people I'm staying with, so feel free to send a message if you have a room available to discuss things. Cheers!

Working full-time in the CBD, a very easy going person who enjoys his own space and is respectful of other’s privacy as well as social and outgoing. Lived all my life in Dubai, moved to Australia 4 years ago. Have great experience in house-sharing - can pay bills on time, clean up after I'm done and more than happy to split duties around the house if needed. Really chill guy, up for dinners/outings whenever possible as well. *Prefer a place close to a train station*
Hi there, I am looking for a share apartment or house with another person. I am a full time staff in the University of Sydney. Currently I am living with my another three flatmates in Wolli Creek. We have the norm of watching movies on Saturday nights, baking some cookies and cakes, going out for a brunch etc. After graduation all of them are going back to their home country which is very sad for me. Personally I would like to find an easygoing person to live with, if we can be friends and hanging out it would be a plus (but no obligation). I am also clean and tidy, respectful of privacy. When I am not working I prefer going to a cafe and spending my morning reading and writing there. Recently I am bit into gardening and green stuff.
