I'm easy going, get along with most people. Clean up after myself and respect other people's privacy. I'm new to Newcastle, originally from the south coast. I like to surf on weekends and get out and about, I'm pretty quite during the week, I like to come home after work and cook some food and chill out and watch some movies or TV shows. I'm not looking for a party house but do enjoy having a beer here or there.
I am respectful, private, friendly and clean. I own a parrot I enjoy sports, health and well-being and being social I am looking for more work and to resume my studies after relocating from a overcrowded situation
*Please note my budget. I appreciate peoplegetting in contact but If you are above my budget I won’t be considering it* I am clean and quiet. Looking for a place where there aren’t constant parties or music or television played loudly after a certain time. When I come home i want a place where I can decompress and not be bothered or have to clean up after people. I am also looking for a place that is furnished as I am not from here and have no belongings besides my clothes.
Hi I’m Milly and I am bubbly, adventurous girl. I try to live a healthy lifestyle, I’m always positive thinking I love to have a clean home so I clean even if it’s not mine to clean. I do like to live a rather quiet lifestyle, and have a couple of friends over every other weekend or so.
Is your home a blissful, amazing sanctuary that lights up your heart? Is the granny flat, converted shed or self-contained something on your property calling for a loving, creative, grounded & balanced being to inhabit it? Hi, I'm Jen. After many years of house sharing I feel a longing to have a space to call my own. However, I believe we are meant to exist in community, so I'd love to share the land & cost of overheads with organically minded, earth conscious & energy conscious people. A snapshot of me: I'm 36 and work in a variety of fields in the Arts, Self-development & Event Management fields. Last year I returned to my home town of Newcastle after over a decade away of job pursuits & I'm happy to be back & closer to friends, family & the beach. I enjoy my work as Studio Manager of an Art Studio in Wallsend, alongside building my own business as a Shamanic Womancrafter, Life Doula, Artist, Healer & Teacher, running women's circles & currently studying the women's mysteries & spiritual practises. I want to be radically honest here about who I am. For some, what I just wrote may seem a bit far out or 'hippy', but I hope for the right people, you'll read between the lines & feel what I'm about. I'm caring, empathetic, motivated, logical & got my feet firmly on the ground! Apart from all the usual 'fully house trained' stuff (even considered a bit of a handy-woman & come with tools to help with odd jobs & repairs around the house), I come with a fur child. Elkie is my 14yr old, female tabby cat. She's super chilled, doesn't wander very far, spends most of her time sleeping on my bed & loves a good chat. My wish list - We're longing for a self-contained space that is quiet & safe - Window & doors screened for mozzie protection - Separate bedroom to the living space would be ideal - Loads of natural light & air flow - Grass, tree's & nature are my daily medicine, so some greenery would be amazing - Bath & air con are luxury items I would thank the stars for! - Space for my art studio/office set up - Storage for my camping stuff, bits & pieces - Kitchen I can create in - No more than a 30min drive from Wallsend would be preferred & close to a water source would be magic! - Unfurnished, as I have everything. There are so many different types of properties, homes, families & living arrangements out there, so if any of this has kept you reading so far & you've got something that might suit, I'd love to hear from you. I know the perfect sanctuary exists! I look forward to meeting you.
mature aged, quiet, clean, tidy, respectful, - I'm coming to Newcastle to study so I'm looking for a quiet homely setting.
I have a positive outlook and I'm easy to get along with. I love to connect with people but also like time to myself. I'm a part-time Student welfare worker. Things I like: Nature, Yoga, Chi Gong, Gardening, good food, outings, travelling, children, photography, self-development. and did I mention FUN?
29 year old looking for a cozy clean home to hide in. I work part time at a chocolate shop, but pretty much to a full time schedule. I love all pets but have none of my own. I enjoy cleaning, especially when I'm feeling down or anxious, so I will always clean up after myself - but I'm not a fastidious person. I am HOPELESS at cooking, so I try not to subject anyone else to it. I am quiet in nature, I don't go out much and tend to just stay in and game, but I am talkative and like to just exist around other people. I am something of a night owl and I have an amazing ability to sleep though all kinds of noise. I don't have a car or license so I MUST have easy access to public transport. I have the gay.
26 working full time social love a beer going to the gym and the beach tidy and respectful currently renting a house but want to share to save some cash need a little storage for furniture 🤗
Hey there, My name Is Theo, 42 y/o very easy going male thats well organised with clean/tidy living habbits. I enjoy having a few brews, meeting new people, bbq's, & some good conversations etc etc. I am a big enthusiast of anything to do with cars, bikes, motorsports & love to have a tinker with my own vehicles. I am employed with almost full time hours for a large retail chain as a storeman/many other positions, get discounts on the essentials (Food & beverages), and usually start anywhere between 6-7:30 am in the morning. Every friday, and every second sat, sun, monday Im off so I can actually do some living & relax a bit also. That said, finding a place with off street parking for the car & bike (most preferably with lockable shed/garage access( for at least my motorcycle & tool chest) is pretty important because of the $$ Invested, and insurance reasons. If anyone out there is looking for a housemate that loves a bit of a laugh, having a few beverages, and is happy with what else you read on this profile, send me a message please. Cheers
We are a young, independant & mature couple, we both work a lot through the week (I work in Real Estate, Adam works with ALDI). We’d say we’re very tidy & love coming home to a clean house - we’ve always loved making our home look decent. We love the outdoors and always up for an adventure/day out. We are looking to team up with somebody/another couple to move into a place by around the 10th of June. We’d be after somebody who is like-minded, respectful, not a big drinker, tidy, etc. We’d love to hear back from you! :)
-20 years old (21 in June) -4th Year of Primary and Early Childhood Teaching -Permanent part-time educator at Goodstart Early Learning Centre -I come with a fridge, washing machine, dining table/chairs
I am a really friendly and caring person. I work hard and take pride in myself and my work. I am a great team player. I work as a barber full time. I enjoy going to the gym, anything creative, cooking and spending time with friends.
Hi Future Flatmates!, I’m moving to Newcastle to finish off my medical studies at the John Hunter Hospital. If all goes to plan I should graduate at the end of 2019, so I’m looking for a place I could possibly stay for the next 18 months, or at least until the end of this year. I am on exchange right now in Bergen, Norway until the 19th June. I’d be looking to move in from around the 23rd June. I’ve spent the first three years of my degree studying up in Armidale, NSW and so I’m really looking forward to living near the beach soon! It is also my first time living in Newcastle, so it would be great to be shown around to all of the good places. Apart from that I love being outdoors, staying active and trying to new places to eat (I’m a vegetarian). I’m also easy going; and a clean and tidy person. If you have any more questions just let me know. Unfortunately, I won’t have time to come and visit beforehand, but I’m happy to answer any questions and can skype to meet-up beforehand and organise any logistics. Looking forward to your response!
I’m always out and about so you probably won’t see me that often unless I’m hungry, im tidy and quiet. I’m easily approachable and easy to get along with. I’m trying to move back to Newcastle from Melbourne. I’m actually fun, I just don’t know how to write a bio And like I smoke cigs but I can not do that at the house if you want idc
G'day I'm Tom, originally from Narrabri/Tamworth. Used to go to uni in Canberra but didn't enjoy it. Moved back home briefly. Looking for solid work in Newy. Keen to live somewhere to share the financial burden. I'm pretty easy going and don't mind a few cold ones so if your keen do hesitate to hit me up! Cheers!
We are 3 young adults looking to find a place together that is a little closer to the Newcastle CBD. We’re currently living together in a sharehouse but are unhappy with the location of our home. We all work full time Monday-Friday so our home is always quiet. We like to hang out together whether it be going out for dinner or seeing a movie we like to get out and about. We’re really hoping to find a 3 (or more) bedroom home that someone is looking to hand their lease over, or someone who is looking to move out with a couple of people.
Hi! I'm a full time student at UON and i work part-time in retail. Long term rental preferred. not a big party person, being 30(ish) I’m more into red wine and cheese platters than beer bongs, but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard over a cob loaf and a cheeky night out once in a while. I don’t know that many people up here yet (moved up here from the central coast) so would love to find some friendly interactive housemates that share dinners and drinks from time to time and don’t just pass each other in the hallways. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selections are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everything (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. If i can give her access outside via a window in my room she's likely to not ever venture into other parts of the house (Because noises are scary). not a clean freak so I’m not going to lose the plot if you leave a dish out for a day but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
I don't drink, smoke, do drugs or party but I don't mind living with those who do. I work full time in a stable job and am very rarely home but still keep my space clean. I ride motorcycles in my free time and enjoy relaxing with mates.
Hey I’m a 24 year old female working in the retail industry full time with only every second weekend off. Looking at moving down from the north coast at the end of May start or June to take on a promotion I’ve been offered. pretty quiet person but love a good chat and wine, easy to get along with and love a laugh; don’t mind going out as long as it’s not my weekend on (I say this now but I will end up out anyway haha) my days generally include going to the gym and watching some Netflix while catching up on work at home. I’m very tidy person , and can respect your privacy but also am happy to share a meal every now and than, over all pretty chilled out. Sound like someone your looking for send through a message :)
