I am looking for a room and an off street place to park my car. I currently work an 8 days on and 6 days off roster in Vic Park/City area and looking for a place to stay where I can easily access the bus or train to work. I am clean, non smoker and can be social a little but tend to keep to myself more often reading or watching movies in my room. Looking for a private furnished room with a comfortable mattress as I do have a sore back. Or I can supply my own king single bed. I have no issues sharing a bathroom. Just looking for a home where I can feel safe and settled. I do go out to see friends sometimes during the week and sometimes come home very late, so I hope this doesn't disturb you. I would just prefer to be a boarder, looking for short term as I have a month of house sitting in Dec/Jan. But if I get along well I may like to come back and stay long term. Would prefer to live with the home owner/s rather than in a rental as I do not want to take over a lease if you plan on leaving soon. But if you have a long term rental that's fine. I currently don't want to be locked in, so a boarding situation is preferred.
Hey you! A little bit about me: Just your average not so average 21yr old man. Work fulltime, currently completing a plumbing and gas fitting apprenticeship. I'd consider myself to be quite a mature and old school person. Don't mind a bit of hard yakka, pretty handy around the house and love fixing things. I've been renting for a few years now (know how to clean up after myself and live with others in a respectful manner) A little bit of an introvert, have two dogs, a medium sized bullmastif x and a small French bulldog. My boys Carlos and Pablo are extremely friendly, well trained with a lovely nature (they love meeting new doggos/humans). They are predominantly outside dogs, however I do allow them to sleep on their beds in my room (helps me sleep as some nights I struggle falling asleep) or in the colder months. I would describe myself to be very empathetic and respectful and I try to avoid judging others as much as possible, not really a 'social butterfly' until I warm up to new people. I am very flexible with others and what they need, I tend to keep to myself and respect people's privacy and their downtime but also can be sociable and don't mind things like a weekly dinner cooked together if you like company. My hobbies include procrasinating on social media, my job, reading, the beach, health and fitness, camping, fishing, 4wd, cars and exercising. Anything adventurous and spontaneous really. Looking for either of the following; 1. Someone interested in teaming up to rent a property together 2. a small house or granny flat for myself 3. A room to rent The boring stuff.. PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS **I am open to suburbs I have not listed as driving to work is not an issue for me** MUST have a backyard. (Happy to pay any pet bond) Would be nice if it has some form of security for my car, garage or carport preferably with drive through access to the rear and also a shed would be nice as I have lots of tools ect. (I don't ask for much, do I? 😂) Preferably no really old run down propertys or small kitchen areas as I do enjoy cooking and usually do a big meal prep on weekends. Definitely not looking for a crazy party house! I don't mind if music and gatherings are your thing as long as neighbours are respected.. (no loud music all night) FIFO friendly! Preferably a long term lease. I would like to meet the potential house mate and get to know you a little bit more so we are both comfortable with each other prior to making any commitments. Must be a dog person! (WHO DOESN'T LIKE DOGS??) If you also have a fur baby and have any queries please message me to discuss. Preferably looking for someone into health and fitness with plenty of positive energy, a female (must be working or studying fulltime) as females are generally cleaner and more intelligent. Communication is key! I have all the essential items (except large furniture) for a household and I'm more than happy to share. Im hoping to find somewhere in the next few weeks. I did try to make this read somewhat entertaining as looking for a home can be quite tiring and If you have made it through this far I commend you lol I look forward to hearing from you soon Regards, Matt :)
I am super easy going and social! Able to share space and keep things tidy. I study and go out with friends a lot so I won’t be in anyone’s pockets. Always down for a chat and a laugh but like time to myself too :)
Occupation a Carpenter and Joiner, but presently in transition to start a new career, friendly with a sense of humor, kind and enjoy a chat, tidy and organised who likes to relax, not a smoker and a non drinker. Travel light so not to many belongings to move, for seven years i have been chasing rainbows and now would like to find a fantastic job and be settled. People would say well i certainly hope they would, if they knew me or got to know me well enough, he appears to be younger than his age would suggest, a good person who needs to come out of his shell, needs a partner and he is not gay, i think. Like to stay fit and eat healthy and like people of all nationalities. Would like to find people with similar living styles. Home is where the heart is and i do hope to find a place to live soon.
What makes me great to live with? I am insightful and adaptable, and I get along with most people. The kitchen is the heart of a home so when I cook I am very respectful of how I leave that shared space. I keep social and active. Sometimes I do keep to myself but usually I am available for a quick conversation, or a good chat. Some things I like to do - play pool, swim (but haven’t in a while), walk or skate, read, youtubes, and listen to music. I joined a local writers group this year too, so I am really enjoying the challenge of preparing something for that fortnightly event. Job/Studies - I am a sculptor (assemblage/fibre artist) and I have exhibited my work both here in WA and also in the UK. I am studying Art Therapy. Now in the final placement phase I have two locations I am placed in West Perth. I am hoping to find somewhere to move, mainly for while I finish my studies, but also to get back on my feet with work. I have art materials to store, some furniture, and a fair few clothes.
Great sense of humour, willing to help around the house and garden, love cooking meals to share with others. I have two sons, aged 15 & 13, who live with me. We are looking for a family friendly place, zero drugs, either a large master room with ensuite or a large room with our own bathroom.
Very clean and tidy person who works 3 days a week and is at uni 4 days a week. I’m hardly ever home however I do enjoy cooking or a quiet drink or two on the weekend :)

I am looking to share a house in the northern suburbs of Perth. - I have one very well trained and very well cared for indoor female cat (her name is Zoe, she is 3 years old). I am a quiet independent person who enjoys their own space as much as hanging out with housemates. I have excellent references. I Look forward to hearing from you. Mel.

Born in perth, travelled Australia growing up and persued my dream of working with young kids and teaching.
Hi, I'm Paul. I have a GSOH and communicate well with a laid back attitude. Respectful, clean and trying to quit smoking. Have been in the same share accommodation for 2 years yet time to move on I think as its starting to get a little crowded. No time frame on needing to move but would prefer sooner than later :)
I am interesting and intelligent, caring and kind and I have a great back story. I only just came out of a nursing home 2 days ago after being in a semi vegetative state for 3 years. But I don't have to talk about that if your not interested. I am an excellent cook, a decent gardener and I know a lot about a lot of trivial unimportant or important things. I am happy to share my knowledge.
Hi, I am Kathryn, 22 years old. Currently studying but finishing in September 2018, so will soon be full time working. I love the outdoors and anything beach related. My life is music so I have a creative job. Would be good to have a housemate that is drama free ,down to earth and friendly. Looking for just one other housemate and off street parking.
I’m a 59 year old English lady looking for a peaceful place to live for a minimum of 6months to be closer to my daughter & granddaughter. Kingsway & surroundings would be great. Currently living in the UK but will be moving to Perth in September. I will be arriving on Thursday 20th so will be looking to move into a room asap. I love the outdoors and hiking, and seem to always be planning my next trip away. I enjoy socialising and getting to know new people, but also enjoy my down time and respect others. Clean up after myself and like to keep things tidy. Looking for people who I can be friends with, not just housemates.
I am a young professional working full-time. I am clean and organised and always contribute around the house. I enjoy being social on the weekends, so I'd like to live with people that like to do things or don't mind the odd wine. I'm super easy going and always like to try new things and meet new people. I like going to gigs, travel, being outdoors and going out :)
