Hi, I am a professional in my 40s moving up from Sydney to start a new role in Hamilton. I need a room preferably with an ensuite for 4-6 weeks until I find my feet. This could potentially extend to 1 year lease but I will only know after 4 weeks. Easy going, down to earth, clean and tidy and love pets. Please get in touch if this interests you. Thanks Charu
Hello! I am 29, work at Council and an expert at sharehousing. I am living in The Junction at the moment but two of my lovely housemates are sadly moving home to Old Bar, so looking for a new place to live. I am self-sufficient, tidy, respectful and always happy to share wine with housemates.
Hey, I'm a tidy, respectful, laid back guy. Looking for a short term stay (until January). I'm 34, full time professional firefighter, based in Sydney. Considering a permanent move to Newcastle in the near future and want to give it a trial run. A big plus (for you) is my girlfriend is in Sweden, so it's unlikely she'll be visiting very often 😏 and I won't be bringing randoms home. I'll be at the beach, gym or cafe hopping when I'm not in Sydney. Happy to have a beer and the occasional communal cook up. Talk soon. Adam
I'm a youth worker during the week and a cafe hand on the weekends. I'm quiet and like to have a lot of down time like reading or watching shows/documentaries. Yet I enjoy being sociable and having a few drinks. I do like tidiness but am not concerned with others mess. Cheers 👍
You'll be living with a bubbly, tidy woman who likes to socialize with housemates but is respectful of everyone's personal space and schedules. By day, i'm a full-time applied social science undergrad, mental health worker, and freelance writer; by night, i'm an amateur cook, music junkie, and undefeated Cards Against Humanity champion. I also love riding my bike and playing with my wee dog (though he's pretty old so he's tuckered out before too long). I'm financially responsible and generally quiet (i'm over huge wall-rattling parties). I have plenty of furnishings to set up a place if needed, but can put things in storage if we're doubling up so it's all fair and equal. At this point in life, i'm looking for a place that's friendly, safe, peaceful, and happy! (Note: Not on the market for a single room in student accommodation)
I'm easy to get along with, I work at Jbhifi and have a rather busy social life so my down time is at home. I'm creative, clean and mostly quite I do like to pump the tunes on my tiny Bluetooth speaker sometimes though :) ... I love doing cook ups, and I teach yoga so feel free to get a free class or 2 out of me! I also face paint and do performing arts. I love the out doors and weekend travel. That's about me in a nutshell 😊
Hello! I'm 24 years old and have just moved back to Newcastle from Melbourne where I was working, studying and living in share houses. I am a full-time nursing student and part-time employee. I like cooking (Italian food mainly) for my flatmates occasionally and I like to spend some time getting to know my flatmates but I also need a quiet place to study and relax. Other interests include learning to skate, surf and challenging my short attention span for reading books.
I'm looking at getting my own place around end of November or mid December (or joining a share house),just putting my feelers out to see if anyone would be interested in getting a place with me! :) I am working full time in the Newcastle area. I work 5 days a week mon -fri. I'm down to earth, easy going, motivated, I am very social but I also enjoy spending time on my own. I have a sense of humour, I'm always laughing and stirring someone up. I am considerate when living with others, I am clean and tidy, enjoy chilling with housemates or doing my own thing. I've lived with shift workers so I am aware of respecting other housemates working patterns. I have one dog, Border collie named Chet, we go for walks/runs/plays at the beach, to keep ourselves busy! Ideally, someone who would like the company of a super loving pooch. Originally from the Hunter Valley, 2 hours away, I am in Newcastle now, just looking for a place to set myself up. Feel free to get in contact with me.
Hi! My name is Nathan, i'm 26 years old, work part time at the ICU in John Hunter Hospital and studying nursing next year. I'm easy going and like a balance of socialising and time to myself. I'm tidy and respectful of the place i'm staying in. Any more questions feel free to ask :)
I’m a fun and easygoing 22 year old studying fashion design, who likes coffee and the bachelorette. I’m clean and respectable. For fun I like to adventure and try new things, beach, gym and markets and the occasional bev or two. I’m looking to live with like minded people with the same kind of interests and to potentially create a good friendship. I currently live in the junction and my lease ends in early dec. 😌 I’d also be keen to team up with someone/ a group of people and get a super chill house near the beach. would love to rent for approx 6-12 months.
I’m relocating to Newcastle in a few weeks time and looking for a place to live. I’ll be working Monday - Friday! I love socialising and having a few drinks but I also do like my own space. I’m a tidy person and a non smoker

I'm an easy-going, respectful, tidy and social person looking for a homey and welcoming place. I come from Sweden, where I study an engineering master. During my stay in Australia, I'll be working part time in Port Stephens. I love being outdoors (looking forward to the beach), cooking and chilling with friends. Since I barely know anyone in the area, I would love to make some new friends who can become my Aussie family! :) I look forward to meeting you!
Hi friends! How are you? I’m Bree, just ya average gal living that share house life and needing a new place! I work full time, I’m kind, genuine, up for a good time and a laugh and can shot tequila like there’s no tomorrow! Work is pretty busy but I’m down for watching trashy reality tv in our pjs on Tuesday and passing out on the bathroom floor on Saturday. I just want to live with normal people who laugh at my jokes, let’s grab coffee?
I am very clean, tidy and respectable. Easy going and friendly. New to town since moving here from Townsville early October. Don’t know anyone. Up for meeting new people and really setting up down here.
Im a full time working gal looking for a 5 month living situation until March next year. I'm positive, fun, clean and hygienic, enjoy a chat but also like my alone time. I love a sneaky wine and a good time. I'm easy to get along with and am very respectful of people and their space.
