Hiya, I'm Andrew, I'm 25. I've lived in Newcastle my entire life primarily around New Lambton & Dudley with abit of travelling this year. I'm seeking a place close to the CBD and/or one of the many beaches around town. I currently work 4 days a week in Architecture whilst studying my masters, I love being near the ocean and being as active as possible, surfing/biking/skating/yoga, whatever! I do partake in enjoying a casual beer or red wine as much as the next guy too. I don't smoke also and think dogs are the best thing ever. I've lived previously in a flat with one other person, and consider myself a very relaxed and easygoing person that can respect others space & daiy routines. I'm very clean, particularly in the kitchen. Ideally, I'm seeking a place that has good off street parking, storage for a mountain bike and within 25 minutes ride into the CBD. Feel free to contact me if you think I might be your guy :) Andrew
24 year old hospitality worker/journalism student actively seeking somewhere to live, preferably close to town. (Current lease ends Jan 7th, so earliest I could move in would be Dec 22nd). Hi all! I am moving to Newcastle and I'm looking for a pet-friendly sharehouse available from the 19th December or in the first week of January. I'm a 25 year old professional working full-time. I am tidy and like to keep a clean house. I am active and enjoy netball, going to the gym and lazing at the beach. Im a fun, laid back person who will be keen for a beer. I have a Moodle and a Dalmatian puppy :) They are great with other dogs and cats. I'm a bit of a crazy dog lady - I'll be taking them to the dog beach every afternoon I imagine. I will need a pet friendly place with high-ish, secure fences. Pups will be outside dogs but I would like to have them on the end of my bed at night if possible. Im looking for a furnished house but I can bring my own bedroom furniture. I also have other bits and pieces of furniture if required. I would be happy to pay a bit extra for an ensuite, but if not that's fine. I would prefer if bills were included in the rent to save mucking around, but either way is fine. Unlimited wifi is a bonus. I would like to sign a lease/agreement to stay for 3 months for now with possible extension. Please contact me if you will have a suitable room available after Christmas. Cheers, Amie :)
I recently moved to the Newcastle area for my job. Currently in Stockton but I need something for an initial 3 months, possibly longer depending on work. I don't know many people here yet so I think living with others around my age would be interesting... - Sociable and easy going but like my own space sometimes. - Party days are over but still enjoy a few drinks now and then. - Terrible cook but happy to help out with chopping and taste testing. - Try to be active, love the outdoors. - Very clean and tidy. - Will be away for work 1 week of the month.
Easy going healthcare professional, respectful of others. Non-smoker. Likes yoga and bushwalking. Am living in Brisbane at the moment and need to move down for work at a new clinic end of year. I am a 25 year old girl, and I work full time as a house keeper. I am currently living on a boat and I am looking for a place on land! I am clean, easy going and very well traveled. Originally from England, I have lived abroad for over 7 years, 6 years here in Australia and one year in Papua New Guinea. I have been in Newcastle for roughly a year and I am looking to stay! Hey! I'm a super easy going Newcastle artist looking for a dwelling nearby my study and workplace. I have a steady job at Oporto and am a practicing artist! Not into drama. Just looking for a nice friendly house !
Hi! My name is Kim, I'm 28 and work as a Beauty/Laser Therapist. I'm looking for one or two people around the same age as me to rent a house. I'm a 2 for 1 deal as I do own a dog - a groodle named Sunny. She's generally well behaved and has heaps of energy. It's really important to me to know that whoever lives with me is a dog lover, I don't ever want to feel uncomfortable leaving her alone with someone who isn't a fan of animals. I'm clean and tidy, respectful of other's space and super friendly. I love a few glasses of wine and entertaining every now and again or getting dressed up to go to a bar, but I'm not a party animal as I work too much and I'm saving to buy a house! On weekends I like to get outdoors, go to the beach, take Sunny for walks and just generally be social with friends. I'm looking for someone with similar attributes who is reliable, pays bills on time, isn't a slob with housework and likes to socialise and chat with their friendly housemate! Looking to move mid Jan but if we find the perfect property I'm happy to move earlier.
Hello! I am moving to Newcastle from New Zealand at the end of January to start my career as an Optometrist. I am also very easy to get along with and love meeting new people. When I am not at work you will find me at the beach, gym, glued to a good book or out having a good time. Thanks :)

Hi there, I'm a medical student from Melbourne looking to move to Newcastle for 6 months on my gap year, so that I can save up before travelling for 6 months. I'm looking at the coast because having grown up on the beach, Melbourne really doesn't quite compare when it comes to the ocean. I have lived in a share house for the past 2 years, so I know how to respect space and maintain cleanliness. However, I also appreciate house bonding over copious amounts of tea, a good gig or two, and sometimes even a cheeky bev doesn't go astray. My plans are to work constantly for the 6 months, whilst also studying in my free time, because medicine is hard. Feel free to get in touch, thanks!
Hi, I am looking for an unfurnished room, preferably either near the Uni or the beach and town. I am 23 and looking for housemates in their early twenties. I am a very clean and tidy housemate. I respect others belongings and space, and always clean up after myself. I'm very friendly, and have been living in Newcastle for the past 8 months. I am studying architecture, and work in hospitality, and am originally from the Blue Mountains. I love to explore the Newcastle area, and enjoy socializing. I have been living in a share house, but my landlord want access to the house over the summer, so am looking for a new place. Thanks :)
Im a single Early childhood teacher. Very tidy and clean. Love to get in the kitchen. Likes to go away over weekends. Im looking to settle in Newcastle as I am new to the area. Would prefer to share with females. I am looking for an UNFURNISHED space as i have my own bedroom furniture.
My name is Jerome and I am looking to move from Melbourne to Newcastle for work. I am currently finalising terms of employment at John Hunter Hospital and will start on the 3rd of December. I have lived out of home for eight years. As a tenant/housemate, I always clean up after myself and care for the property as if it were mine own. In my spare time I like to surf, cycle, eat fries and spend time with my friends. I enjoy living with people that are professional, positive and funny. Please feel free to get in touch if you have a room available or would like to team up. Jerome
Hi, We're a couple (25 and 30) with a well trained golden retriever, and our fur baby (cringe...sorry) must come with us. We're laid back and chill, but we also know how to clean and we are sociable but not loud. We're focused on doing well at work and uni and meeting some really cool people along the way. I'm from Newcastle, my husband is Mexican-American (California). He makes great tacos, enchiladas and nachos, and he's really into science (doing open foundation to get into diagnostic radiography) but used to work as a comedian (don't worry though, he's not annoying). I'm working part-time and thinking about finishing a grad dip in psychology. I love movies, laughing and anything creative...save subway artistry. We are looking for a room in a share house with an ensuite or a granny flat. If you feel like getting in touch, just give us a bell or send us an email : )
I'm friendly and easy going, very clean and tidy, looking for somewhere to stay after I sell my house. I am moving into a unit in November 2017, so will need somewhere from about January to November 2017. I have a dog (10 years).
Sooooo... I'm Lex, recently 30. I'm a paramedic who has just moved up from Melbourne to take a job in Newcastle. I'm pretty chill, I come with a pug named Frank who is also very chill. He likes sleeping and eating. So does his owner. I also love 80s music and try and get to the gym every day. I could get my own place but I'm slightly concerned that I'll be lonely not knowing anyone in Newcastle and it might be nice to have another person around. If you think Frank and I sound like fun - hit us up and we'll catch up and see if we click. I'm living in Sydney at the moment but up to Newcastle on the weekends until I start there full time :)
Hi I'm pretty easy going, enjoy being social and also enjoy my own space. I'm tidy in shared areas and respect other peoples' space too. I love being active and enjoying the beach, walks, kayaking, snowboarding, painting, photography. I currently work as a training manager and will soon be embarking on full time art study for a year and will be working part time when that happens as part of a career break (I get my normal job back after the year). I'm really excited about this new opportunity. Looking for a friendly, chilled out, tidy home with lovely flatmates. Preferably in Newcastle CBD but not essential for the right home as long as transport is near by and easy :) Will need parking (street parking is ok). I also have a 2m kayak I'd like to be able to store if possible (it fits in a normal garage just fine on it's side). I have a house full of furniture, whitegoods, BBQ, kitchenware etc if anything is needed. I can store these elsewhere too, no issues. I don't have any pets, but am totally ok if you do. Cheers :)
I am a very tidy and clean housemate who respects personal space, although I enjoy socialising too. I'm studying a Bachelor of Arts at uni and I like to assist others with their study however I can. I am a little introverted and I don't party on the weekends, but I love boardgames and sharing food and having a few drinks with friends. I enjoy meeting new people, so feel free to contact me if we sound like the right couple to join you :)

I have a Great Dane who is lovely and always up for walks, naps and running on the beach. I am a fun, social and tidy person and enjoy getting outside and being active. I am very tidy and have no issues with doing my share of house chores (to be honest I love cleaning).
