I’m a pretty chilled individual who loves a good chat but appreciates a quiet, relaxed household through the week, and a drink or two on the weekend. I study the Bachelor of Nursing full-time and work part time in hospitality both here in Newcastle and in Sydney. In my down time I love to play the acoustic, go to the beach or just hang out with a glass in front of the tv. I’m a tidy, respectful person to live with and come with two kittens Sunny and Frankie :) Shoot us a message if you think we’d get along and we’ll grab lunch and see how things go.
Hi! I'm a full time art student - starting degree in Natural History Illustration next year at UON.. and work weekends in retail. Long term preferred. Looking for a large room - I have a drawing table+computer desk I'll need to fit in there, I’ll probably downsize to a double bed so I can squeeze more into a room. not a big party person, being 30(ish) i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs, but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. veggie patch (or potential for one) and a nice yard space would be awesome. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. If i can give her access outside via a window in my room she's likely to not ever venture into other parts of the house. not a clean freak so I’m not going to lose the plot if you leave a dish out for a day but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
Hi! I’m Mel, I’ve just turned 20 and need to get away from the small town I’ve called home for my whole life. I live in a rural town called Gulgong, nsw. I love the beach and the vibes Newcastle has to offer. I’m very easy to get along with, out going and always up for a laugh. Attending any and every festival is one of my fav things, I also love art and singing. I’ve worked in Hospitality since leaving school and I’d love to start working part time and become a student at the Newcastle TAFE. I’m clean and tidy and love pets. Also very reliable and understanding.
Hi I’m Lisha, I’m 20 & moving to Newcastle to start my first year of study at UON. I like to live a happy, healthy & productive life; socialising with friends, exploring nature, staying active, working in hospitality & now soon to be studying. I would love nothing more than for my future roommate(s) to become my friend(s) so living together can be fun & comfortable. I am a tidy person who always cleans up after myself because I’m not a fan of mess & I repesct personal space as I myself like to have alone time. So if you’re looking for a new roomie & like what you’re reading, let me know! :)
I'm happy and easy-going, looking for a nice little place to call home. About to start my second year of medicine at Newcastle Uni and I work in retail part-time as well. I have a little lovely dog, she's a toy poodle x King Charles cavalier (only 4kg!). She is fully house trained, 4 years old, very quiet. She loves sleeping on laps and going for her daily walks. She might be able to live with my parents, but I’d like to keep her with me. I'll be keeping myself pretty busy but will be happy to have a chat and hang out with the people I live with. Looking for friendly people. I have some hobbies that may benefit others; I'm fond of making desserts, for example. Happy to join an established household or team up with others to find a rental together, preferably by start of semester on Feb 21.
My names Joanne and I pretty much keep to myself and read, write and draw etc. i like to keep organised so there’s no worry about cleanliness with me. I work part time in Kotara Westfield and recently moved up here from Sydney last September but had family issues and need a place to continue working :)

Im moving to Newie to start my masters degree! I love surfing, playing with my dog, reading and music. I will be busy with Uni so I'm looking for a chilled home vibe during the week but don't mind friends over etc. My partner Chris is a professional tiler and Loves the beach... so doesn't Lama our 4 yr old border collie. We want to live amongst people that are chill, open and honest so we can co-create them good vibes! We are seeking either a whole house (in which we invite like minded individuals to team up with us!) or a room in a chill share house. Please feel free to message me anytime, about anything! Lots of love, Murphy, Chris and Lama
I am a full-time medical student at Newcastle uni, looking for a furnished room (at least a bed and a desk) in a sharehouse, from late Feb-September. I am clean and tidy, and fairly self-sufficient. I'd like to live with fun, easygoing people, and be able to come home to a friendly environment :)
Hey! I’m Hannah, a 24 year old easy going, friendly and respectful professional working as a Client Manager within a large construction company and love it! I enjoy the finer things in life like good food, good wine and a good Netflix binge! I am also quite active and love to be outdoors. I’m originally from Sydney and relocated to Newcastle a few years ago and spend most weekends in Sydney visiting my family and friends. I’m looking for a room in a nice share house or happy to consider starting our own little humble abode! Looking for someone who is house proud and easy going. I have quite a few clothes so a built-in robe is a necessity for me haha! Look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi guys, my name's Chloe and I'm a 19 year old female. I've just moved up to Newcastle after living 5 houts away. I'm a very tidy person and love to clean! I like to socialise and also have time to myself. I have a male ginger kitten named titan who is 4months old, he is an inside cat. I love spending time at the beach and having a drink with a good night out. I also love adventuring, surfing and body boarding :)
I’m a very outgoing person! I am told I’m very bubbly and laid back. I love to cook, Netflix and go to the beach. I’m a fairly independent person so I can cook for myself as well as clean after myself always. I have siblings so am used to living with multiple people. Basically, I’m lively and energetic and love people and food 😊
Hi my name is Ash just moved to Newcastle from Adelaide for a job with The Hunter New England Health Service. I’m friendly and don’t take life to seriously. Quite accustomed to sharing, respecting people’s space and keeping things tidy.

I have an indoor cat who is very friendly and well cared for (has a scratching post, and enclosed litter box). What's more interesting than a girl who has a cat and can't manage to wake up for her 8am lecture? I'd say I have a lot to offer but even my own girlfriend won't netflix and chill with me.
My Name is Julian, I'm 26 years old and I'm studying psychology at the University of Wuppertal, Germany. From March to August 2018 I'll be in Newcastle for an internship at the Priority Centre for Brain & Mental Health Research at the University of Newcastle. Since I'm not fan of facebook, I don't have an account there but try describe myself here a little bit. I've allready lived in some flat-sharing communites in several cities (Regensburg, Berlin, Halle, Wuppertal, Rostock) in Germany from a two-people flat up to four. I think I'm not that complicated as a flatmate (but who doesn't think that of him- or herself? ;) ), until today all problems could be solved with some talk about it. I really like to live with people, it gets me a warm feeling to come to my place and there is the possibility to meet some of my flatmates who is telling me about her or his day. I think this is because I come from a family with five people. Also I really like to discover new things, places, sports, interests, music, stage plays or something else. Just staying curious. I like doing some stuff together in a group like cooking, sports (jogging e.g.), playing card- or board games (of which I could bring some) or watching a movie. Likewise I can leave everybody the space that is needed and I'm also happy to have some my place of retreat sometimes. The precise working times of my internship aren't clarified till now but as my supervisor mentioned I won't have to work too much. Because I'm not a native english speaker (but everytime happy to learn something new :) ), just ask if there are any unclear passages in my text. I'm looking forward to get in touch with you soon :) Best regards, Julian
