We are very young both are working hard for our future. Both like to cook dinner every night and have some quite time. We are very relaxed people who enjoy having lazy nights at home with easy going people.
Hi, I am am easygoing, sociable and very neat and tidy as you will find out in my reference, from my current landlord/housemate Daniel who is also my first new friend when I initially moved back in 2016. I moved back to Melbourne 2 years ago for work and to be close to family and was lucky enough to find an available houseshare just 10 minutes from my family here in Hoppers Crossing. I have traveled all over Australia due to my time in the Royal Australian Air Force so I get on well with people of all age groups and personality types. I am also very respectful of other peoples need for space and privacy. I was lucky enough back in July 2016 to find the perfect housemate Dan through this website within the first 4 weeks as they say, or your second month free which i never ended up needing......... and have been living initially with just Daniel, and then also his partner Mel and what started as a 6 month trial has lasted for 2 fantastic years and new friendships. I am looking for long term accommodation again, preferably in Hoppers Crossing. Now there is only one not negotiable and its that I am looking for accomadation for me and my very well house trained, desexed 5yr old male cat Toby. My maintenance to his needs are high level and you won't even know he's there barely as he sleeps in with me every night and if it's a quiet area he can go outside again as he's been an indoor cat for last 2 years as we live on a main road and it was just to dangerous. He will leave you be or sit on your lap or try anyway as he's a big tabby cat. I also see him as family so where we go next, we go together !!! Thank you for reading my long profile😊
Currently saving to move out on my own with my two fur babies so, ideally looking for accommodation for up to 6 months. You should be: Possess common sense, be clean, respectful, organised, enjoy being around pets, direct and assertive (to avoid any misunderstandings or back-pedalling on your own decisions and choices) NO TIME WASTERS - *and when it comes to pet friendly accommodation - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS
Hi there, kim and I are a fun couple in our late 40’s. We adapt easy to most situations and enjoy our privacy. We have a gorgeous cat-sized dog who loves everyone, she isn’t yappy, quite the opposite and no trouble at all. We also have 2 cars and two bikes. The bike need to be in a secure lock up shed/garage. We have all our basic living requirements, bed etc. We need somewhere ASAP as the owner’s family are moving to Australia and need a house to move into.
I work long hours, starting at 400am and finish around 600pm. I'm direct, honest, genuine and very respectful of other people but in the same sentence I lack the ability to care about people who wont help themselves and just complain. There is always a solution to any problem, even if its a painful and hard decision that needs to be made. I'm very laid back and love to joke around and have a great sense of humour. I do like meaningful conversation as listening to what others have to say develops my minds abilities and helps me to discover new directions in myself. I'm an open book but by nature I am a private person and I do like my own space at times. I guard myself accordingly and I can be selfish and unforgiving but if I don't look out for myself who will. I enjoy movies, reading, dining out, nature, animals or just catching up on sleep. I try to live a simple life free of complications and attachments. I need very little in life to function and survive and this works for me so you can be whoever you wish to be and I wont blink. I would like to find someone wanting to team up and rent a property of any type that we can both agree on and to share the expenses of rent and bills. Ideally 50/50 split of all the expenses but Im flexible and for the right person we can discuss further. If we found a property with additional rooms we could add other people to lower the expenses but one step at a time. I work in Laverton North and would like to live close but willing to go that little bit further on the location if its means a nicer property and also finding someone who will pay there expenses on time. If your interested contact me.
I'm a friendly, funny, quiet pal. I'm studying most days, but really I just want to watch movies and pet dogs.

My name is Brittany, I’m 20years old and I have a partner Bodie who is 18years. We both are currently working at the moment, Bodie is finishing his apprenticeship in Spray painting cars in North Melbourne 5 days a week. Brittany is currently working in a pizza shop in Tarneit 4-5 days a week night shifts and during the day I will be studying a diploma in Early childhood education and Care (online) course and completing my work placement one of those days during the week at a Child Care Centre. We are clean and positive people with a good attitude who like to work and save money. What I think would make us good people to live with is that, we know how to clean, cook, and we would do anything you’d ask us to do, we will respect you and your house + partner and pay rent money on time. We both like to go for adventuress and explore the nature in our spare time for fun.
Hi, My names Paul, I'm 29 and originally from Melbourne. I have been working full time in admin, however, I'm going back to school part time next semester and will be working for myself part time. I wont have any issues paying rent and bills on time. I lead a fairly quite lifestyle, I'm into gardening, reading, music, going to markets, visiting botanical parks and gardens and things like that. I'm easy going, respectful and can get along with pretty much anyone so not too concerned about age and gender of flatmates. I'm somewhat flexible on the location and am looking for a lease of 3/6-12 months to start with but would be happy with an indefinite arrangement should I find the right place (currently looking for something with its own bathroom, doesn't have to be ensuite). I'm more than happy to keep my area/s clean and tidy as well as contribute to the communal chores of the house (although not a clean freak or anything). If this sounds like what your looking for or would like to know more about me you can send me a message anytime. Thanks. Paul
HI, I'm Paul Nathanael, a full-time IT professional working in the CBD. My weekends include catching up with friends and playing cricket. So i'm not home for most parts. I'm very laid back and wouldn't mind an occassional drink or two. I smoke occassionally and i don't mind dogs (not a cat person). Would like to have friends over for a BBQ or dinner occassionally. I'm not fussed about anything although i'd like to have the house fairly neat and tidy. I love to cook and don't mind being the house cook (if you're into indian food). I've lived here for nearly 8 years now and would like to call Melbourne home. Looking for a friendly person to rent a property with the intention of staying long term (atleast a year). I love cooking, photography, sports and movies. I'm looking to move to Melbourne's west only cause i have more friends around this part of the city. Also i think i'm done living closer to the city. Deerpark, Caroline Springs, Derrimut, Laverton are some of the places i have in mind with access to trains (i train my way to work). Feel free to contact me, if interested and we could start house hunting. Happy House hunting :)
