Very easy going. Happy to talk if you are up for a chat and also know when people need space. Every 3rd or 4th weekend I will be travelling back to Adelaide to see my kids. Other than that, enjoy a beer or two at the local to wind down. Any questions, please ask
I am currently finishing up in the ski season down in Victoria. I am moving up to the Newcastle area for a new job and I currently don't have anywhere to stay. Ideally I would like to start with a month and see how it goes after that. I would prefer Port Stephens/ Nelson bay area, however anywhere in Newcastle will also be ok. I will start driving up on Sunday and get there on Tuesday. Ideally no more than $220 a week for rent. I will be working full time in a Reservations role. I'm not too sure about the hours yet but I think it will be day time work. I am quiet and friendly, always up for a chat. Ideally a place where there aren't too many late night parties would be great.
I am currently studying full time and working part time seeking share accomodation in the Port Stephens area. I am clean, tidy and easy to live with. I am good with finances and generally keep to myself but enjoy good company, music and the beach.
Im a 26 year old male personal trainer I keep to myself and keep thing clean Im moving to newcastle to start a new job so looking in and around that area I dont mind have a quiet drink or to just chill I love going to the gym so the 3 places you would find me would be work gym or bedroom im easy to get along with and just a happy go lucky guy
My name is Tinkerbelle (yes really!) but my friends call me Tink for short, i grew up in belmont and have always been around the newcastle area. I am a very easy going person, always open to making new friends! i find it easy to get along with people as i have many interests that range from sporting and outdoor activities to beauty and makeup and always find someone who likes something similar. In my spare time i like to read and listen to music then on my days that i'm really feeling alive i'll go on random trips with friends down to Sydney/Nelsons Bay and go shopping, visit attractions, go hiking etc. As well as being fun and out going i am also respectful and polite, i can cook and find myself to be quite tidy. I am currently studying Outdoor Recreational Activities at tafe so i'll be out 4/7 days a week and with the other 3 days i'll most likely be studying. I also understand completely that i'm very young and most of you want to share accommodation with someone older and more 'mature' but i can assure you just from meeting me once that you'll see i have my head screwed on more then most teenagers these days, i'm over the 'partying and drugs' stage, i want to do and be better. I've seen friends go down paths i'd rather not follow hence why i'm trying so hard in life now. My aim is to succeed but in order to do so i need to get out of this refuge and be in a better environment. Sorry about the documentary but a little honesty goes a long way.
I work full time at Newcastle University in International Admissions. Plus I'm doing a PhD in creative writing part-time. Looking to move preferably in the Wickham or Maryville area. I love going out for drinks on the weekend and making new friends :)
Hi I'm a 40 year old nurse and part time university lecturer. I've lived in a lot of share houses with plenty of diverse people and enjoy the social aspect of seeing housemates at the end of the day and occasionally having a meal together. I'm tidy and relaxed and have never found it too challenging to accommodate other people's needs in a share house. I don't spend much time in the kitchen and while I'm a social guy, I'm pretty quiet. I don't tend to watch much tv or listen to loud music. I am definitely into the craft beer scene and enjoy going out with friends regularly. I don't work any night shifts or weekends so keep pretty normal hours. The most important thing for me in a share house is the people. I'm looking for a house where there's a good, happy vibe, age and gender not important. I've worked everywhere from trades, to hospitality, healthcare and academia and get along with all types of people. I'd be psyched to come and meet your household and see if I'm a good fit.
I'm a 23 year old beauty therapist who is currently working full time in town and wanting to move around town area. I'm a clean and tidy person. I'm bubbly, fun and a positive person. Looking for a place that's got a good vibe. Also like to socialise with friends but not wanting a party house.
I'm easy going and enjoy meeting awesome people! I keep my space clean and tidy, and do my part around the house! Hoping to move in with people who are positive and energetic as i am pretty outgoing!

I'm a Dutch student landscape architecture and come to Australia for three months to work at Moir Landscape Architecture in Islington. Beyond the fact that I am really looking forward to work in Australia, I hope that I'm going to have a great time next to my working hours and that includes my future accommodation and flatmates. I'm a pleasant and tidy flatmate, a company man, and I am always up for a party, but I am also someone that respects my own and other's privacy. I am very creative and also love sports very much, like fitness, running, swimming, soccer, you name it. Furthermore, I will probably be traveling up the East Coast with a good friend of mine during the Christmas break. I am nice, kind, clean & tidy, independent, down to earth, active & creative.
Hey! How you going? I'm a bubbly, chilled out person who loves music, photography and the arts. Nerdy games like Pathfinder, Skyrim, Portal and of course, old retro games are my thing too! I'm currently studying Sound Production at Tafe, and will have completed my Cert 3 by the end of December with my goal being that I attain an advanced Diploma. I get along with everyone super easily and am more than happy to be outgoing with friends, or be home having a quiet night in, binge watching my favourite TV shows/movies.
I am looking for somewhere social! Not a crazy party house but I couldn't say no to a party every blue moon. Hopefully I can find a place with roomies 18 - late 20's (or older if you're young at heart) . I have been living independently and in share houses for the last 3 years so I understand what it's like to live with people from all different walks of life. I love going to the beach, being outside, exercising and just hanging out with friends to good tunes. I am a tidy person who appreciates a clean environment and people who pick up after themselves as I do for myself.
I'm from Indiana & am looking for a new place to live out the rest of my visa. I'm easy going and just interested in enjoying the remainder of my stay here. Looking for a laid back, yet social atmosphere. Also I mayyy expect you to be my friend as well as housemate xx ((not a ciggy smoker))
Both very neat, friendly and easygoing! I'm a 3rd year physio student, my partner Ben is visiting on a working holiday visa. we are looking for somewhere to stay for October and November. We are originally from Whistler, Canada, I enjoy surfing, we both like to cook, be active, but also chill out and have a drink :)

He is inside/outside dog. Outside when the sun is out I side when its crappy weather

You'll be living with a bubbly, tidy woman who likes to socialize with housemates but is respectful of everyone's personal space and schedules. By day, i'm a full-time applied social science undergrad, mental health worker, and freelance writer; by night, i'm an amateur cook, music junkie, and undefeated Cards Against Humanity champion. I also love riding my bike and playing with my wee pup (though he's pretty old so he's tuckered out before too long). I'm financially responsible and generally quiet (i'm over huge wall-rattling parties). I have plenty of furnishings to set up a place if needed, but can put things in storage if we're doubling up so it's all fair and equal. At this point in life, i'm looking for a place that's friendly, safe, peaceful, and happy! (Note: Not on the market for a single room in student accommodation)
