I am currently living and working full time in Moss Vale as an Animal Technician. I also volunteer as an animal carer in Bargo and spend most weekends around Sydney. I currently live on my own but am finding that the rent is too much on my own, and I don't like being this far from Sydney. So when my lease ends I want to try to move into shared housing, preferably in the Wollondilly area, with highest preferences being around Wilton or Picton. I am relatively quiet, clean, a non-smoker, and I have my own transport. I can be relied on to pitch in fairly with housekeeping. I tend to keep to myself but I do need to get along well with housemates. In my spare time I love traditional arts and paper crafts, listening to music, reading, and playing games. I have a border collie that I would love to have with me, but I know this is unlikely in renting and he can stay with my parents if he still can't come with me. I am open to two or three housemates to start or join a sharehouse to help reduce living costs. Length of stay is entirely flexible, although rent limit is not very flexible.
I am a nurse who is easy to get along with, reliable, honest, clean and friendly. Looking at prospects in preparation for my new full time job that I start in March '17. I also own a small Shih-Tzu who is completely house trained and washed every week.
Reasonably easy going. I start work at 7 am and finish at 5 pm so will be gone most of the day work the odd weekend but normally just Monday to Friday. Not a party kind of person, don't do drugs, don"t smoke. Don't mind going out to the pub and having a good time but just not at home. I like to read and play games. Have my own transport. Like all people I like to have time to myself but also happy to have a chat. Happy to help out with housework/yard work. I can cook but am not the greatest. Your sexuality does not bother me.
I am looking for a room that I will move into before my partner gets back from overseas. I'm in fulltime work and just finished a 2 year stay in Odyssey House and don't drink. My partner is an American registered nurse. We are tidy, quiet people.
I am 27 and looking for a low key and friendly place to live. I am moving to from Victoria to NSW to start my career as a paramedic. Hoping to find one or two people to live with. I am friendly and easy to get along with. I love sports, movies, stand up comedy and I adore food. I like to get out and about to see new things but can also be a bit of a home body. I do have a partner who will make occasional visits to NSW, so a room that can fit a double or queen bed is preferred. Prefer to live with someone who does not have kids.

Hi, my 16 year old dog and myself are looking for a lovely quiet home. I do many different hours due to a few different jobs, day and some evening shifts and needing a quiet and relaxing environment to spend my time off in. I'm not a party person, but enjoy socializing when i get the time. I'm into holistic lifestyle and Very open minded, respectful of others. I am an Art Therapist and also work in Disabilities. I'd love a big enough space to be creative in. A garage would also be handy, and a fenced yard for my doggie whilst I'm at work. Looking for modern, or old with character " clean" home preferably with built in wardrobes, or at least storage space with wifi included.
We are a young professional couple who have just migrated back to Sydney after living and working in London for 4 years. Crystal is currently employed as a senior recruitment consultant and Glendon is currently interviewing for senior management roles in the Operational and Call Centre Management space. We have a significant amount of savings so can easily prove that we are financially stable. Crystal and I love to enjoy an outdoor lifestyle hence the desire to live by the beach, we love a coffee in the morning and a red wine/vodka in the evening on weekends. We are keen on our health and fitness but also love to socialise on weekends.
I work full time as a Marketing Assistant for a medical technology company, on the weekends I enjoy quality time with my PS4 and watching Netflix. I am great to live with because I don't snore, have been told that I am an exceptional cook, considerate of those around me, clean and sociable. For fun I enjoy having a few beverages with my flatmates and playing tennis! I will be bringing along my 55inch Ultra 4k TV, however there is a catch, ideally my new home will allow my boyfriend to crash once a week (I can promise you he is not obnoxious!)
I am an honest, humble guy, looking for a room close to work and my kids. I was born in New Zealand and moved to Aussie at 7 years old in 1990, so I grew up here. Did my primary schooling at Sans Souci primary school and high school at Leumeah. I love to hang out with my kids, I am passionate about texas holdem poker (live play), and I love to have mee time as well. I don't go out much because I'm either working, spending time with my kids, or playing poker. I am a very approachable person and a good listener. I work the graveyard shift as a Warehouse team leader in Smeaton Grange for Oneharvest making pre-packed salads for coles , woollies, IGA n Aldi, starting anywhere from midnight to 8am. 10-14 hour shifts, 4-6 days a week. I have been with this business since they received the keys to this newly purpose-built fridge warehouse in September 2015..sometimes after work, I like to wynd down by listening to music on my beats by dre head phones and falling sleep or hang out with my kids, depending on how tired I am. I have an 8 year old boy ( Jaryas ) and a 5 year old girl ( Havana ) that live with their mother in Amabrvale. There is nothing I cherish more in this world than my kids. I would like to have my kids stay with me overnight for 1 or 2 days a week. They are very playful and to be honest, we would be out n about most of the time. I am a very considerate and clean person, working with fresh produce, hygiene is just as important as safety, and growing up with my mum, my main teachings were respect, work ethic and cleanliness. Working nightshift means i get home anywhere from 10am-6pm depending on start times. Thank you for your consideration. Regards, Johnston Taikato
I'm clean, curtious and friendly. I'm not into partying at all. I enjoy working part-time, visiting family, travelling, politics, casinos, print media, computer games and the Internet of things. I can remain calm in any situation and people see me as a leader, but I prefer a very chilled and relaxed home setting. I enjoy my solitude but please don't be afraid to come and talk to me. I can keep a secret. I love cats but I'm not a big fan of dogs. I'm looking for an ensuite bedroom with a parking space to call my own.
My name is Brittany and I have a kitten named Snow (female, 3 months old, indoor and sometimes outside). I'm looking for a place temporarily for us until ready to move into my own house. I am clean, bubbly personality, relaxed, can cook, will help around the house, love to communicate but sometimes prefer to be on my own, very reliable. I can babysit and/or pet sit if wanted, I love doing both so it's really no bother to me. In relation to study and work: I am an early school leaver due to moving around so much. Waiting for the end of this month to hear back if I got an interview for 2 Childcare Traineeships, if not, I will be doing a hospitality course. I have been offered work at my mother's friend's cafe hopefully starting this week. Hope to hear back from you :)

G'day people I don't like to talk about myself but I would say I am clean, handy, reliable. I love a good yarn and a feed. I work at a council as a bush regenerator so I am a bit of a greenie but not too full on .I love getting down to the beach for fishing and swimming, also I don't mind kicking back for a couple of vinos and cheese. To be honest I much rather live with a chick because dudes can be pigs .
I'm a 21 year old criminology student working full time in silver water. I have a 1 year old male American staffy who is a big baby and loves to cuddle. His very sweet natured and is an outside dog. I'm a 21 year old female, working full time as a manager at Max Brenner. I also DJ on the side and am passionate about music. I also enjoy attending live DJ performances and festivals. I am clean, tidy and mature. I keep to myself but am sociable with others and have no issues communicating with anyone. I'm looking to rent out a room within a house with friendly people who are also of the same respectful nature.
Hi, I am looking for accommodation in the Sydney area. I would prefer a long term arrangement if possible, but it must be a private, not shared room. Must be close to public transport. I am a community services welfare worker/teacher, a non smoker, and love kids and animals. Working full time, plus weekends so need a quiet space with parking and room for my pup, a cavalier/cocker spaniel cross. He is house trained and loves cats/other friendly dogs. Must have respectful housemates who know how to knock on closed bathroom/bedroom doors. Thanks for reading. Pamela
24 yr old working photographer & designer, I'm easy going & clean up after myself. Vegetarian, but not bothered by anyone elses diet. I have a Japanese spitz and a cat. We'd like to find a new home that will accept my pets. Somewhere near the ocean would be ideal. I'd like to live with someone with same interests. Interests: swimming, skating, Xbox, anything 70s, drawing, painting, cars, partying, drinking, being a sloth.
Hey I'm Tyler, I'm a full time Glazier (glass industry) lol I'm 22 and I live with my family, they say you don't know freedom untill you move out of home and I think that time is a little over due 😂 I tend to get along with everyone, always keeping everything clean, tidy and treating everyone with full respect. I love a good chat but also love my own space so you don't have to worry about me being a pest. 😂 Ideally im just looking for a house with a few blokes with the same goals as myself and become mates in the mean time👍🏼 A female house mate would be fine also, it would be cool having chick as a friend lol 😂 Love going off road 4 wheel driving and motorcycles pretty much anything with an engine. 👌🏼 Good with money so there's no worry about not making payments ✔️ Not in the biggest rush to get a house but the sooner the better I'd say. Let me know if I'm someone you could see as a house mate ✌🏼️
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need a quiet home as I do some work from home. I love peace and quiet so I'm after a quiet location - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by, and no neighbours dogs driving me crazy with constant barking. If you have a dog it must be very quiet. The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also have a lot of belongings so need some storage - shed/cupboard/spare room For housemates, 20s and 30s is good. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures My budget of $250/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider more areas than I have listed (there is a limit) Cat-friendly would be a huge bonus. I would like to have my own cat but will consider sharing yours. My own bathroom would be perfect but maybe I'm asking for too much now. I have to give 3 weeks notice.
Im a quiet yet polite guy who is respectful and considerate of others. I'm an open minded individual who enjoys cooking, writing, and nature/life, in general. Im a clean, considerate guy who likes his privacy and respect.
Hi. I am a quiet living professional person. I enjoy socialising and also quiet times. I have a lovely, well behaved cat though she can live with a friend if accommodation does not allow it. Steve
Hey Guys! We are a group of 3 ladies looking for some other fine folk to join our house hunting team as we scan the coal coast for a charming new home. After spending the most part of last year living in Austinmer, we unfortunately had to leave due to the landlords selling the property. But after a few months of floating around, following our feet and enjoying the sum mer, we are now keen to find a new place with some groovy new people! A bit about us: -We are a pretty social group of people, who love a communal dinner and glass of bin ends in the evening. -We also enjoy going out together for beers, gigs, dinners or simply sitting in the living room laughing at whoever is the funniest that day. In saying that, we are also pretty good at gauging when someone needs their space so will grant them that, just as we would expect to be granted it if we need ours. -We are wanting the space to be hub of all things wonderful, eg. yoga, art, gardening, workshops etc. So if you are that way inclined, then you get extra points! -We also don't discriminate against 'non-professionals' so long as you can pay the rent, then you are welcome! Anna, 25: A full time self-employed jeweller who you will usually find nestled in her studio with a cup of tea or glass of wine (depending on the time), tinkering away at whatever project she has for that day. If you can't find her in there, she'll probably be outside searching for an adventure, dancing in the lounge room or maybe just in the bathroom. Annie, 25: Currently making a full time occupation out of practicing yoga, Annie is due to start attending acting school in Feb of this year so will spend most weekdays in the big city but will be sure to return home in the evenings so we can all recite lines around the dinner table together. Amy, 26: A lady of many occupations, Amy currently works in a world music bar in the city, the record store in Thirroul and at various markets stalls, but is also due to start her honors this year. In her spare time you will find her (but sometimes you won't find her) somewhere beautiful, writing, working on her research projects or practicing yoga.
I am a relaxed and friendly kind of person looking for some like minded house mates. I am a social worker currently working in research and commute to the city 4 days a week. When I'm not working I love to spend time in nature, doing yoga and playing ukulele or guitar and writing mediocre songs.
Hey, I spend most of my time between working, studying and playing in a band up in Sydney. I'm a pretty quiet, relaxed and tidy person who enjoys heading to gigs, drawing and occasionally going to the gym. Don't having a chat and a bit of a laugh either. Looking for an easy going place to hopefully save some money for travelling!
I would be a good room mate im not a party animal but i like to go out sometimes. I have a boyfriend that i would like to stay sometimes and i also have a large family that may visit sometimes but not often.
Hey guys! I'm Roly, a 32 year old guy. I'm starting work as a junior doctor at Bulli hospital and I'm looking for digs! I've traveled pretty well, love creating things, get along well with just about anyone and am housetrained -including cooking and cleaning!. I've been moved about on rotations for the last few years so really looking for a solid place to call home. I'm all about shared meals, weekend drinks and good house vibes. I have some good mates in the area so I (hopefully) won't be a complete housecat. ha Currently single. I'd like to think it's the abovementioned nomadic living situation, but who really has perspective enough to make accurate excuses? I'll be working 8-5 i think, maybe some weekend and nights stuff. Or maybe i'll get smashed with work. I'll know more in a few weeks. I start Jan 23 with the first 2 weeks in Wollongong hospital. So looking for something pretty soon. I did have something lined up but it fell through. Anyway, it'd be great to meet some new people in the Northern Gong beaches area! Cheers, Roly
I am a fun and easygoing traveler looking to make money and explore at the same time. I usually work in bars/restaurants. When I'm not working I like to be outside, go to the gym, have drinks with people and just enjoy life!
I've previously studied at UOW and graduated with a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Visual Arts). I've worked full-time the past 3 years in Sydney and will be returning to UOW full-time in Feb 2017 to complete a Masters of Secondary Education (Visual Arts). I'm a bubbly, happy person who enjoys painting, dyeing textiles, reading, music, cooking and the gym. I enjoy socialising but also enjoy solo downtime to relax and recharge. It would be great to find a flatmate/or flatmates who also enjoy socialising but can appreciate time alone. I am naturally a bit of a home-body but also love nature and the ocean - hitting the beach will be a frequent. I've never lived in a share house before so am unfamiliar with what I should expect. I am a clean and tidy person so am naturally happy to clean up after myself and keep living spaces tidy. I generally do my own cooking for the week while living at home but would be happy to make anything work with my household. I will be giving up full-time work in order to study at UOW, but will be looking for casual/part-time work during my days off. If I sound like someone you could live with, feel free to message me! :)
