Hello there! I’m a hard working kiwi who is clean respectful and working full time. I’m working long hours doing ropes access on the great ocean road and away some weekends. Checking out the bush or ocean in between. Moved here recently for work, still making new friends and easy to get along but also like and respect privacy. Cheers! 😎
My name is Catey (25yo) and my partners name is Stephen (30yo) We will arrive in Australia on the 14th of November. I'm Australian and orginally from Ballarat but I have been currently living in the Highlands in Scotland. Stephen is from the Scottish Highlands. We are both very active people so would not always be home in the evenings after work if we had sports or training. I currently play Shinty and hike Munros in Scotland. However, in Australia I want to get back into competitive cheerleading, running and maybe a bit more surfing or cycling. Stephen is a mountain biker but wants to get into surfing more. I will be working as a disability support worker when I get to Australia and have already secured employment. Stephen currently works in screen printing and manufacturing. When we get to Geelong, he has a job lined up in Landscaping. We really hope you'll consider a couple as we feel we are respectable and fun housemates. Thanks for reading, hope to chat soon! Catey & Stephen
Hey! I'm Corey, I'm a 21 year old bartender, surfer and student looking for an awesome place to live on the coast with a good group of people. I have 2 other close friends who want to come down as well so we're looking for maybe 1-2 others who are up for a really fun share house in an awesome spot on the coast. We are all going to be working and most likely studying next year. All up for a laugh and good time, but also appreciate a bit of quiet time and respect that. Feel free to message and hope to chat soon :)
Lived in multiple share houses. Very easy going and clean. Have fully furnished bedroom and lots to contribute to house (eg. couches/kitchen appliances&utensils etc.)
Hi, my name is Jo and I'm a 23 year old surfer form the UK on a working holiday visa. I'm friendly, clean, sensible and very easy to get on with. I'm looking to live in Torquay over the summer season (perhaps a bit longer) so I can work as surf instructor. Ideally would like to be close to the beach as I'll probably be walking to work.
Hey all! So this is Leah and Kieran here, looking for some new housemates in the Torquay area. We are neat, friendly, fairly funny and clean. Happy to live with males or females, dogs or cats or birds but not spiders! I love cooking and feeding people so thats one thing, and Kieran is fairly handy, loves mowing and dishes. I work at Frontbeach in Torquay and Kieran works plumbing in Indented Head during the week and at Ole restaurant on the weekends. Love to have a place to come home to where everyone's keen for a chat and a glass of wine/beer but also happy doing our own thing; pretty cruisey humans basically. We have a very well behaved puppy named maverick, who is an outdoor dog and loves new friends! We're both big travellers, love snowboarding, the beach or the occasional dart competition. Looking for likeminded housemates.
I’m mellow yet active and i love hanging out with the people i live with!! Always keen for a drink and boogie but you can also catch me on the couch binging some netflix! I love cooking and like to keep a clean house but i’m also not OCD about it!
Hi there! My name’s Brydie and I’m a medical student heading into my last pre-clinical year. I’m originally from Melbourne, and I am currently in a share house in Waurn Ponds but looking for a sea change - I love the beach! I am very clean and like living in a clean house (stress that). I am quite laid-back social - I love a chat and some wine, or watching the footy (or The Bachelor?) - but very respectful that everyone needs their private time too. I am at uni 4-5 days a week and work 1 day a week in Melbourne for the whole day (I usually spend weekends in Melbourne). I’m a non-smoker, not a big drinker and I never forget to put the bins out! :) I’m into cycling and being generally fit and active. I also enjoy food, cooking and coffee. And studying... a lot. I also have a 1.5 year old mixed breed dog called Gomez who’s medium sized and pretty chilled out (he mostly just sleeps when I’m not home) who I love taking on daily walks and runs. He is people-friendly, dog-friendly, cat-friendly, housetrained and not destructive at all. Anything else you’d like to know? Please don’t hesitate to get in touch :)
I’m a Primary School teacher who works hard during the week. I’m easy going and own a beautiful 1 year old cocker spaniel named Rafa. I’m looking to move in the near future with the right people/ person. Please get in touch!
.... Originally from Torquay and looking to move back asap! I work in real estate, have a love of the outdoors, cooking, health, surfing, too much netflix will respect my housemates and love to socialise but am not the party type! Feel free to contact me if you'd like to know more :)
Mimi and I are an easy going couple (24 & 26), who are migrating from falls creek to Torquay for the summer. We will be working locally, and also look forward to catching up with friends and spending time in the water.
23 year old female currently living in Armstrong creek, looking to move into Torquay, jac juc area! Currently a full time massage/skin therapist, very active and enjoy a laugh and company of others although also enjoy my own space sometimes, very easy going and would love to live with like minded people! Also happy to team with someone if they’re interested! We’re actually a couple so that would help with expenses!
Looking for someone to team up with joining a mate and myself in finding a place. We’re pretty easy going about location as long as everyone’s happy. Will be living with a 24 year old Massage Therpaist who will be going back to study Occupational Therapy and a 27 year old Electrician. Will be a chilled out household.
30 year old guy from Melbourne looking for a room on the coast for the summer. I work full time and will be commuting back to Melbourne and occasionally Geelong for work so I am likely to be there about 3 or 4 nights a week. Have lived in sharehouses for most of my 20's. Tidy, respectful and responsible. Enjoy a drink at the end of a long day and hoping to find some chilled housemates who I can get along with but also respect each other's space. Looking forward to plenty of beach time and exploring all that the surf coast has to offer this summer. If you think I might be a good fit for your place get in touch 😀
Hey guys! We're local, pretty cruisey humans who are looking for a new place for the summer. We have a very well behaved puppy named maverick, who is an outdoor dog and loves new friends! I work in hospitality in torquay and Kieran is plumbing in indented head. I'll be back studying next year so will be up in Melbourne a few days a week so looking forward to that as well. We've been living in Torquay/ Juc for the past 3 years, love being down near the beach and on the coast. Both done a lot of ski seasons but settling down now, still enjoy a beer or wine at the end of the day, summer bbqs a must and anyone that's keen for a friendly chat. I love cooking and eating, both of us love movies and board games, dabble in a bit of gardening and outdoor activities! Can't wait to meet you!
Working full time 6 days a week. Hate mess so things are always tidy. Social person but also loves my alone time. Quiet since all I do is work, eat and sleep
Hi my partner and I have a rag doll cat who is 1 year old, his name is Archie and he loves to sleep all day, is very clean and house trained. Jordan and I are very clean and quite but like to chit chat :)
Hi there, My name is Ellie, I'm 20 years old and have just returned from some overseas travel. I'm working part-time at Woolworths and will be returning to study at Deakin in March 2019. I'm currently living on my parents farm near Winchelsea and am looking to move into town to be closer to work, uni and friends. I'm organised, clean and friendly and in my spare time I like read, cook and hang out with my friends.
Hey I'm new to this whole share-housing gig, I haven't moved out of home fully before. However, I would consider myself easy to live with. I always keep my things tidy and am no stranger to cleaning. At the moment I currently work two jobs and I have saved enough to rent a place until i find work in Geelong. I enjoy the occasional night out but I usually spend my time quietly indoors. The reason why I want to move is to be closer to Deakin university and start a new chapter in my life. I'm more than happy to commute via public transport or by car, as far as parking and storage permits. Really looking forward to meeting new people and finding a new home for, at least, the next year.
I am a tidy and easy going 25 year old working close to full time and planning to study throughout the year. I'm pretty social and like chilling out with my housemates
