I am a professional in my late 20s working full-time in the policy field. I enjoy being outdoors and practise yoga on the weekends when I get a chance. I also volunteer for community projects and do some professional development studies so I am barely home. I am very tidy and considerate of other people and would like to find a place which would be my sanctuary. I am working Mon-Fri but sometimes I also need to work from home in the evenings and on the weekends. I am looking for a room with ensuite bathroom (ideally in a new residential building) which is located close to a bus stop. I am open-minded & friendly and would like to get to know the person I am living with so I would be open to doing brunches or coffee together occasionally. I am looking for a fully furnished room. Just to save both of our time: 1. Please do not contact me if you are a smoker or like having parties or coming home late and making a noise (unreasonable) or listening to loud music or watching movies on max volume 2. I am looking for just one flatmate, as I lived with a few and it did not quite work for me. Please feel free to get in touch with me. P.S. I have a few residential properties in mind which would work well for me (however please feel free to suggest other options which match my criteria): 1. North Ryde, Centrale Apartments, Deli Road 2. Arise by Meriton, Epping Rd Thank you!
I am transferring from Newcastle University to Macquarie and need to relocate early in the new year. Flexible with dates and house locations. Would rather a house, but happy to look at large apartments also. I have been in my current place for 3 years, and 1 year in previous property, and have a perfect rental history from both. I am very clean, love to cook, and easy going. I do come with a gorgeous 4 year old daughter. So I am looking for someone trustworthy above all, that is clean and considerate and pays bills on time! Lol. Happy for a flatmate that is fine to do their own thing, but I am also happy to cook and share a wine with you when time allows! Willing to consider single person or a couple and will take the smaller two rooms so you have your own bathroom if you would prefer that.
I am an African Australian and have lived in Melbourne for eons and seeking a fresh city to diagnose its traffic and transportation challenges. I am Active Transport enthusiast who walks, runs (Kenyan genes) or cycles to practice what I preach to address traffic congestion and promote healthy living. Quiet, clean and easygoing eager to integrate into the communities I live in accurately describe Dom. I am returning to Australia now after a 2.5 yr stint in Africa reacquanting with my roots and building an arsenal of solutions to not only the traffic and transportation challenges faced by the continent but also solutions to social and political issues. Looking forward to a mutually beneficial time with Sydneysiders.

Hello, I'm David I'm a legal clerk and doctoral student in penal law from Bonn/GERMANY. I'd describe myself as friendly, outgoing and open-minded. I'm really into sports (football, cycling, climbing, jogging, swimming and more) and concerning music, I listen pretty much to everything with a preference for rock, alternative, indie, punk, but also electro, house or even classical music now and then. I play trumpet myself. I will be in Sydney for a 3-month internship starting in December. Hopefully I'll see you soon! :)
Im friendly and easy to get along with. I like to keep to myself at times but also enjoy hanging out with friends on my days off. I like music and animals and other stuff, I'm an ex zookeeper so if you love animals that's a big plus! Im very clean and productive so any jobs that need to be done around the house Im happy to help out with haha I can pay up to like $200 with all utilities included. I work 4-5 days a week landscaping and will be needing a new room with cool housemates ✌ Also 420 friendly! Please read my profile thoroughly. I do have a pet snake but he is a beautiful and not scary!! Haha
Hey I’m Josh, 27 and work in North Sydney 4 days a week. I normally work late hours so not home at night. Love getting out and about on my days. I’m a clean person and very respectful.
Very clean and tidy person, I don't go out much or like to party and usually at my computer all day. You might not even realise I'm there! But I do like to have a chat and am very open to having friendly conversation.
Hi, my name is Ryan. I’m a nursing student. I’m studying at WSU. I’m easygoing, clean and tidy. I have good references from my current landlord who is moving in with his boyfriend so I’m looking for a new place. I’m quiet and generally study in the evenings or watch Netflix. I enjoy catching up with friends on the weekends.
Hi! I am Leo, an Engineer from Brazil, and am currently working full-time as a Senior Retail Strategy Analyst - staying in the office for around 11 hours a day, so you will barely see me at home during the week. I am a permanent resident and have been living in Australia for 2yr and 7mos. Love to play soccer and practice sports on my free time - usually will have time only on the weekends, as on weekdays my calendar is veeery busy due to my working hours. I am very respectful, clean and organised - love to keep everything tidy. What makes me a good flatmate? Well, I am always up for a beer and good chat. Sometimes a good conversation about business and entrepreneurship will make me very happy as well!
Hi I'm Ash. I am down to earth, friendly, easy to get along with. I am neat and tidy. I respect everyones space, i like socialising, like my own time too. I am keen to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom place with other individuals. I pretty much work full time during the week, and like to get out be active, go out, on the weekends, but nothing too extreme. Always up for making friends. Feel free to message me! Cheers
Hi, I'm Lidia, I work full time in North Sydney and I'm looking for a room in 2 bedroom bright apartment in Wollstonecraft. I'm an easy going, relaxed and financially stable. I like roller skating, going to the beach, doing a day trips on weekends, going out for brekkie/ dinner/ drinks. I like to clean regularly and keep the place looking nice. I am not annoying about it as I know not everyone is the same! I enjoy a good chat and meal from time to time but also respect each other's privacy.
Hi I’m Hayley :) I’m currently in the hills area but I work in the CBD so I'd like to live somewhere a bit closer to shorten the commute. I’m easy to live with and am looking for some similar housemates. I’m very clean, easy going, and pretty low key. I do need somewhere to park but I'm not fussed if it's secure or street parking. Feel free to contact me if you have a room coming up which might suit.
I'm easy going, love new experiences and exploring, and meeting people. I'm flexible with entertaining or having a Netflix and chill type of day. I'm from south Africa, with a an engineering profession background. Currently work for KPMG on Barangaroo Avenue. I do enjoy and advocate cleanliness ( hence the preferable bathroom request). I don't mind cooking up a meal for more than just me
I'm a hardworking, trustworthy and tidy (but not extremely obsessive) roommate who is looking to team up with a new flatmate in or near Melbourne CBD. I have just been offered a contract to work full time (with potential for permanency) in Melbourne CBD, so prefer to move in as close as possible to the CBD. Proven history in paying rent and bills on time, excellent at staying on top of all my finances. I have two University Degrees under my belt and progressing to finish my Third so you will not be living with someone who dropped out of high school! When I'm not working, I enjoy cooking delicious dishes, studying career related materials, reading books of other interests for personal growth and development, cleaning the apartment (of course), playing/coaching/watching basketball, working out in the gym, going to the sauna, swimming, longboarding/skateboarding/skimboarding at the beach (I would like to try snowboarding one day), I can play the Acoustic Guitar like a semi-pro muso, travelling interstate/overseas, and going to concerts occasionally. I'm outgoing but know when to just chill in my own bedroom and listen to my headphones without disturbing my flatmate. I listen to real hiphop, rap and R&B - so if you like those genres too, we are one step closer to being good friends. I'm just an all-round nice guy who is super easy to live with, good listener, with absolute zero interest in drama or interpersonal conflicts (that you hear and see everyday in typical corporate offices) - you'll see when you meet me. It takes a lot to make me angry so any rude, racist (I'm an Australian Citizen for goodness sake!!), insecure, short-tempered or angry people with small/narrow ideas will have zero chance of getting into a long term "mateship" with me. I am not your typical temperamental that gets angry at anything and everything, I'm too smooth for that. To give you an idea, I prefer mango smoothies over (yukks) ginger Kombuchas. I have a global, international, multicultural way of thinking and prefer watching American and Olympics sports - I definitely DO NOT have a narrow minded, one-nation (do this my way or else) mindset so if you're the latter, don't bother. Having said all that, still interested in teaming up? Happy to meet up for coffee or lunch sometime to see if the match/chemistry is right. My current flatmate is seriously absolute hell to live with, especially during my non work hours! :`( Please save me! Call or text me for more info thanks.
I'm currently a university student at Macquarie and working part-time in a pub! I'm always pretty busy but I love to wind down at the end of a long day with a good chat, good food and maybe some trashy tv. I'm pretty easy going and clean, I come from a big family so I definitely understand the idea of personal space especially when I'm dying from exams. Looking for some other vibrant people who are to new to Sydney as well
