I am a mature professional, happily married with an adult daughter who lives in Melbourne . I am temporarily relocating to Melbourne from Canberra for work. My ideal flat mate is another mature woman. I work long hours and also enjoy the company of others. I am very responsible and tidy and prepared to help out to keep the household running smoothly including caring for pets. I am looking for somewhere stable and quiet.
LARGE TRANQUIL SPACE SOUGHT. Hello! I'm a conscientious, gentle, haven-seeking teacher working full-time in the same job 17years. Impeccable rental and sharing history. Into arts and culture, gardens and natural history. Very easygoing, friendly, warmhearted and well-balanced. Ideally looking to take over a lease/someone's lease break or move into own flat, studio, villa, unit or reside with one other if gorgeous and spacious enough for my books/bookshelves and some bedroom furniture such as drawers/small wardrobe. If you have such an UNFURNISHED property available let me know. Preferably with aircon and some storage space as l come with considerable tasteful stuff. Not interested in tiny or ultramodern apartments or places far from transport as l don't drive and like to get out and about and back. I don't have a set move-out date from present dwelling as happy here sharing, would simply like to source a cooler place for warmer weather as presently upstairs in a beautiful home but without cooling. Internet required/would organise if necessary. Would also consider residing alone. Periodic lease here so would give due notice. Close to city, leafy areas ideally :) trust me, l'm a goodun!
Hey guys, my name is Klara, I'm from Germany, studying psychology and I'm looking for a lovely place to stay during my two-months-internship in Melbourne. My hobbies include music and sports - I play the piano, a bit of guitar, like to sing, go running, do yoga or simply do fitness exercises. I love having a good time with my friends and I hope to meet nice people on the other side of the world with whom I can laugh and have fun, go out, go to the beach, surf and swim, relax and drink wine. On August 31st my internship will end, so in September I plan to travel for three weeks and would be very happy about company!
I'm open minded and I like meeting new people. I'm a french studend and I have to an international internship from june to august to improve my english skills. I enjoy doing parties and practising sport. So, I'm looking for a flat-share or youth hostel to speak englsih and obviously discover Melbourne and surrounding !
I'm 35, single, work full-time in sales with Sun/Mon off. I like to keep fit, play tennis, road cycling, camping and motorcycle riding. I'm easy going, respectful and considerate. Looking for a quiet and clean place to live, and hoping for respectful friendly housemates who don't cause drama.
Hey y’all. I’m from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. I will be coming to Australia for a year on a Work and Holiday VISA. I am looking for a roommate or roommates to share an apartment with for at least 6 months, possibly longer if I decide to stay in Melbourne. I am looking for a roommate that I could be friends with and hang out with, not just someone to share a place with and ignore otherwise, because I’ve only been to Australia once before and have no friends there yet. I’m pretty chill and relaxed but I will always keep my spaces clean and organized. I think I can cook pretty well, especially Southern food, and I like to cook and share food with others. Im down for pretty much anything from getting some coffee, hiking, playing football, partying, going to art galleries, or pretty much anything else.
Hello I'm Roger I come from South America but been here 8 years already, have an engineering degree and currently working full time. I've been over a year in Perth for work but moving back here so need a new place to call home so looking for a long term stay.
I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm a student that also works at uni which means I spend a lot of my time there so I want my house to be the place where I go to relax and unplug from the world. I consider myself the type of person that gets along well with people, understands that respect is a two-way street and cherishes the value that a good beer/wine has on wellbeing :) If you think you have a room for me in your house, I promise there won't be a day you won't hear me laugh and hopefully you'll be doing it too. Cheers!
Hello there! I am an easy going, reliable, house trained Architecture student at Melbourne Uni in my final semester of study. I'd say that I am open minded, responsible, accepting and friendly. I am social but also value alone space and I am considerate. I do not drive so parking will not be a problem. I rely on public transport. I am a relatively clean person, although I don't like things to be uncomfortably sparkly. I only drink on rare occasions and don't use drugs. I can be social and enjoy a chat but I also understand the need for space and quiet. I'd be pretty easy to live with and I have no problems with communal meals and chores etc. if need be. I have shared individual leases in three houses where I have paid rent and bills separately and I have always paid all on time. I can provide references. I am really looking for someone/thing long term with a decent rental history. I have lived with people that identify as vegetarian and LGBTQIA in the past with no problems. I am also respectful of the culture and opinions of others. To me, It does not matter what you identify as but as long as you are nice, responsible and respectful. Happy to share my time with all walks of life that fit into these categories. I am interested in applying for a 12 month lease/ or longer or to start a new lease with people of similar rental history who are reliable. Ideally, I am looking for a 'home' rather than just a house to crash. I am happy to start/join a new lease with anyone. I would prefer someone who can commit to atleast a 12/24m lease and independently domestic that would help me build a safe, peaceful and happy home. No asswipes or dramas magnets please :) I've tried to be as open as I can to answer any questions you might have so please don't be creeped out at how extensive this. Saying that, please message me if there are any other questions you may have. Let me know if you are interested in having me as your housemate :) Please be honest with me, I will not take anything personally if I am not what you are looking for. Chloe PS: Photo is not current, not that it should matter.
