Hello!!! So, I'm Brooklyn. I'm coming back to Melbourne to start my Bachelor of Arts at Melbourne University and I need a place to stay! At the moment I'm happy to accept a 'short term stay' if anyone has any rooms they're renting out for a few months. Into, photography, hiking, all things nature, British comedy, op-shopping, watching game walk-through on youtube, drinking coffee, and laughing at inappropriate jokes. What I’m looking for: A place that's close to public transport, a clean house (a must!) and respectful room mates with solid communication. Other than that it's the usual, I like houses that know the importance of personal space but are up for the occasional gathering accompanied by a few beverages. Just looking for a relaxed house. Why me: I’ve been living in shared houses since I was 20 so I know how to live with people, how to pay bills on time ( I know everyone says that but I’m an adult and know how to budget my money haha), I work part time/casually in hospitality. I'm quiet, I'll either be working, studying, or catching up with friends so I'll always be in and out. Happy living with animals too! If you want someone who’s cruisey, a person you don’t have to chase for bill money and someone who won't steal your food, then I'm your girl!
Hi, I am currently looking to move closer to the city where I work. I am 25 years old and work for a professional services firm. I am flexible with pets and others, tidy up after myself. I do own and use a car so a parking space would be ideal or at least on street parking. Move date can be flexible.
Hello folks! I am a 23 year old Indian girl, very chill, open minded, clean and respectful of others privacy. I finished my masters at La Trobe and soon gonna be on TR as I love this country and dont wanna leave that soon. I work as a casual at an IT relocation firm for three days in a week and may come home late. I have lived in share houses since a year and a half and lived with Aussies, Indians, asians. Hi there, I’m a full-time professional working in public relations. I’m from Brisbane but moving to Melbourne in July for work. I’m a positive, outgoing person who likes to keep active and explore new places. During the week I generally keep pretty quiet - go to work, gym, dinner and bed - and on weekends I like to head out and about and check out bars and restaurants etc. I’m a very tidy, respectful and organised person. Would love to find a flat mate similar to myself.
Hi! I’m Grace, 25 and recently moved to Melbourne in February. I’m a childcare worker so I’m pretty quiet around the house during the week but I think I’m a good mix between private and social, as I am very outgoing and friendly but I’m still an introvert. On the weekends I like to sew at home, go out for food, cook and sometimes go out for some drinks or events. I have 2 guinea pigs which live in a cage that I’ll put on a desk so they wouldn’t cause any damage at all and always live in my room, if that’s something you’d consider. I have a very consistent/good income and I’m very tidy. I’m fairly career focused at this point in my life so I’m not looking to move around a lot, and am looking to make good relationships in a friendly house I enjoy coming home to.
Hi! My name is Nina and I am 18 years old. I am currently living with my father in South Yarra but would like to move out to start working on my life individually. I work part time at a restaurant as a waitress and do full time studying doing Psychology at Swinburne University. I am open to having a pet if allowed but this is not a requirement. I am a very quiet person and am usually out most of the day. I feel as though I get a long with people and am very friendly. I like to watch movies, listen to music, go out with friends occasionally, study and play guitar. Message me if you have any other questions. Thank you! :)
From UK originally. Currently living in balaclava and I work full time in recruitment in the city. I am laid back, clean and social, looking for a house with simmilar people. In the week I tend to work and gym and am always up for a beer at the weekend.
Hello all, My current lease is coming to an end so I’m in the need for a new place to live. Looking to branch out and do something a bit different - that means getting out of the east and looking North & west for my new home. Move date would be August 2019. I am easy going, enjoy a wine or two, don't mind a netflix marathon every now and then. I am after a drama free house where everyone gets along with the occasion drink or just hanging on the couch. I have a car so some kind of parking is needed. I work full time in the CBD so close to public transport is priority. Would prefer a pet free house. If i sound like your ideal housemate please let me know. Cheers Katie
Hi, I'm Jesse. I'm a 25 year old kiwi guy and Jango is a 4 year old kiwi cat. I'm a full-time construction worker, Jango is a part-time exterminator. We're nice guys looking for our next house/cool place, preferably with some like-minded folk somewhere in Melbournes central suburbs. preferably northern central. Our current lease ends on the 7th of July so we're looking to move between now and then. I've house shared for nearly 10 years now and id say that I'm good at creating and maintaining a household and generally not being a dick. Jango, although now adult in cat years, does little to nothing to contribute to the household and can actually be a dick sometimes. But he's usually really nice, so he gets a pass most of the time. I drink and I smoke socially, I'm not a party animal but I'm not shy. I love herbs We come with heaps of perks, some optional. eg potentially accurate facts, household whiteware, at least 3 jokes, general furniture, free pest control, beer, house maintenance skills, heaps of arguably great stories, kiwi jargon and much more.. Our prerequisites are that place must have a decent outdoor space to hang out in, be cost effective and comfortable for everyone. Besides that we're pretty flexible. If your racist, homophobic, sleazy, really smelly or just a dick please just sort your shit out. an don't contact me. Hola If you think your cool
