Hi guys, I am seeking a causal friendly house that is filled with natural light, close to the water or nature (the Tan or the beach) and ideally close to a great Yoga studio. I’m social, love wine, great food and interesting conversations. I'm in my early 30s (sigh), a professional 9-5er and love the weekends! I’m easy going relaxed, fun, I love yoga, the gym (in theory) and being outside. Having lived by the beach for the last 8 years I find myself in dire need to live closer! My Background: I moved down from Sydney a year ago, (wow, its gone fast) and I have been based in Brunswick since, but I find it too far from work (Docklands) and the house doesn't have enough natural light. I need the light! I would like to be close to the train or the light rail so work is easy to get to. Please let me know if you would like any more information! Thanks Kate
I'm Deanne a 22-year-old student. Currently I live between the city (to go to school) and the country, however, my crazy lifestyle makes it hard to find a job and so I'm having to relocate. I'm a tidy and easy going person. I go to school three days a week, the other days I plan on working and catching up with friends.
Two English girls looking to enjoy Melbourne work life along with social antics. Always up for a pub quiz! Enjoy yoga and gym in our spare time. Looking for a fun, chilled and friendly place to live.😀
I love to meet new people and I am looking forward to see how it is to live in Melbourne as I am coming overseas from Germany. I am working full-time for a company located in Bayswater and in addition I have to finish by bachelor thesis. Therefore I like to go out and see and explore the city and Australia but also like to be sometimes on my own to read a good book, watch Netflix or just do some cooking or exercise.
G’day! Currently moving to Melburne to to take my master degree course in monash uni. I respect others privaсy; simple and relaxed) don’t mind parties or bars with good music from time to time. Doing sports, watching movies (GoT and StarWars). Love reading books in parks when its a good weather. Hope to hear from you!)
Hey! I’m Hannah, 28 from the UK. Been here since September and love Melbourne! I’m a children’s social worker and relocating for a better commute. I love to cook, brunch and spend time with friends. I’m also into being kind to myself and keeping healthy :) I work full time so I’m out quite a lot, but when at home I’m sociable but also like my own space. I like a clean and tidy environment and like to pitch in, I'm conscientious to other’s feelings and routines. I’m open minded and relaxed about most things. I hope to find like-minded people and somewhere homely. I’m free to move from the 23rd April :) Look forward to hearing from you!
Ello! I'm a 21 year old Arts/Law student, originally from Queensland, currently studying at Monash Clayton, and I'm looking for a (preferably all female) sharehouse to move into sometime soon. Would be great if the place was close to public transport as I have been super lazy about getting my licence so PTV is my bestie. I've lived in plenty of sharehouses before so I'm very well house trained, I'm clean, respectful, communicative and I pay bills on time. I do most of my socialising out of the house so you don't need to worry about me having friends round all the time. Looking for friendly people who are up for a good chat and wine hangs every so often but can still respect others' space. I'm not a heavy partier by any means but I am 420 friendly so would need to live with people who would be okay with that. I'm pretty flexible with my listed moving date as I still need to list my current place and I only want to move somewhere I'm really in love with. I have proof of income and references if needed. If you reckon we'd be a good housemate match shoot me a message!
To keep myself busy, I manage two businesses and a charity event. I fill my downtime with meaningful conversations, working out, yoga, reading, and podcasts. As a roommate, I've managed sharehouses and live in them for the past 5 years. I'm easy going, about an 8/10 on the tidiness scale, and understand people well. For all the chefs and fitness nuts out there, I've also got a bunch of cool gadgets that I'm happy to share. I'm looking for a place with easy access to the city and public transport. Bonus points for being close to the beach or park. If you'd like to know more, or team up to get a place together, shoot me a message and we'll arrange a time to talk.
It’s very hard to define myself as I am this and that for I could be I am not that and this at times as well. The best term I could come up with is I enjoy myself and enjoy others regardless. There is nothing I do or don’t, very open minded, love to listen others experiences or story, won’t judge or at least I try not to as much as possible, if myself coughts I or me doing that which once in awhile it’s likely happens, I laugh on me then drop it . Mostly I am within myself, don’t bother or safocate no one. My behaviour towards anyone is depending on their attitude towards me. In general, I do my best not to offend anyone, prefer to be remembered by the positive mark I leave behind, always forgive and love all the time. Gee, this question is so hard to answer with the most sincerity and complete openness.
Hello. Looking for a room for $150-$170/week with bills included. Hoping to move in with healthy & positive individuals who respect a tidy clean home. Move in date is flexible & doesn't have to be in May. I work as a nurse Mon-Thur in Clayton, Kew, St Kilda & Bentleigh. I also teach yoga Fridays some weekends. I enjoy keeping fit & doing activities such as mountain biking, camping, hiking, snorkeling & yoga. I have two mountain bikes & a bike rack and will need a secure garage to keep them in.
Hello! I’m Anne, I work full time as a application administrator. I’m looking to move closer to the city on a short term bases for 2 - 3 months but possibly longer. I enjoy Pilates, yoga and love going out for coffee! I am happy to have a chat or meal with roomies but also enjoy having time to myself.
Hello All :) I've been living in Melbourne just over a month, and will be starting studying in the CBD in a few weeks. I'm looking to find a room in a place that's closer to the CBD (currently living in Clayton). I'm looking to move in with friendly people who don't mind a chat and a laugh. I'm very chilled and easy-going, and will be quite busy with my upcoming study. I also enjoy cooking, so that's something I'm willing to do in a shared environment. I can move in as early as mid January, but it can be as late mid February. I have a car, so I'll need a place to park (on the street is fine).
Hey! I'm Ella, 24 y/o Kiwi who has moved back to Melbs and looking for a place to live. I lived in Melbs for two years before moving back to NZ for work in May. I have just recently returned to Melbourne and am looking for a new place to live. I work Mon-Fri Full time in the city. Looking for a room in an easy-going share house. Social, easygoing and clean. Like to travel go on adventures, netflix and hang out with friends.
Hi there I'm here to find a nice place to live, somewhere that I can call home. I’m an optimistic, chilled out and clean person with a full time job working nights in South Melbourne. I am going to be studying fitness for the next year so I need to find somewhere either close to my work or closer to college. I am looking for a like minded housemate to stay with for at least 6 months ideally in South Melbourne but don’t mind cbd area also just depends on the place. My budget is high but I don’t mind spending a little bit more for something that is perfect. I enjoy socialising when I’m not working My idea of fun is going on nights out, beach days and eating out.
Hey everyone! My name is Kayla and my boyfriend Luca and I are looking for a new place to call home! I’m new to Australia - I’m here from Canada on my first WHV and Luca is from Italy and in his second year here. We both love to cook, watch movies and go out every once in a while! Luca is a full-time steel fixer and I’m currently bartending full-time. We’re both easy going social individuals and can get along with anyone!
Helloooooo!! First up, the boring stuff: I'm a uni student studying languages and development studies, and I work in hospo so rent and bills etc are not a problem. I clean up after myself, do my fair share of housework, I've got my own furniture, and also some kitchen appliances to contribute to the household. I'm kinda sporty (I play hockey for Melbourne Uni, and I enjoy a bit of orienteering too), but I don't go for freakishly long runs every other day. On the fun side, I quite enjoy a beer or glass of wine over dinner, whether its at home or at the pub (love a good pub and beer garden), and I go to gigs and festivals whenever I can afford it. I enjoy the outdoors (although being in Melbourne without a car, that generally just means sitting in the back yard or walking along the Merri Creek Trail). I will happily re-watch GoT or HIMYM at any time and have a long list of tv shows I need to watch. Not the best dinner chef, but will happily supply homemade cakes, cookies and pickled veg! Also more than happy to live with any furry friends that you may have, especially if they're cuddly. Preferably 9 months to a year and happy to go on the lease if need be (would actually prefer it). I'm also flexible with move in date, doesn't have to be the end of March.
Hi! I'm 23 yo man now studying energy science in kyoto university! My dream never changed: realizing this world through science! I lived in University's Dormitory 4 years and managed its self-government. And here I met a lot of foreigner students. They made me to get out of japan. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done is,,, Best experience was trip in South America. I've been to more than 15 countries, but the sunrise in Quito was most unfogettable.
I'm a relaxed guy who grew up in a country town, but has lived in Melbourne for a number of years as well as living and working overseas, so I am very open and enjoy the company of lots of different people. I am social but also respectful of people's privacy and space. I love the guitar, soccer and writing in my spare time when I am not working. I just moved back to Melbourne to continue my research project at the university and start my full time job in the city, so I probably wont be spending too much time at home apart from cooking and recharging my batteries. Hope to hear from you soon, Michael.
