G'day I'm 24 years old, work full time as an electrician around Brisbane, I also train most week nights and saturdays so I'm not home much at all. I try to live an active and healthy lifestyle, while also sneaking in some beers or a glass of red on occasion. I clean up after myself and pull my weight around the house and have been flat sharing for quite a while now. would ideally like to live with similar minded, motivated and friendly housemates who like to keep a fairly clean house. People who are up for a chat or a beer or the odd beach trip. Unfortunately I will be in Bali from July 14th till August 6th. and need to be out of my place by the following weekend. I'm hoping that i could line something up and move the week i get back so im not having to pay two lots of rent while away, but may consider for the right place. cheers!
Hi I am a clean easy-going house mate, non-smoker. I am studying full-time and working part time. Looking to live with friendly housemates easy to chat with have a drink with on the weekend. However have their own life at the same time Not looking to live in a party house or with people with alcohol or drug problems. Looking for a home not just a place to sleep. Prefer to live with people who have busy active lifestyles. Not couch potato's or people who sit at home 24/7. Looking for a furnished place.
Hiya, my name's Helen I'm an Aussie woman looking for a peaceful place to call home with hopefully like-minded people. I'm considerate, friendly, respectful and chill. I enjoy good conversation but totally respect personal space (I'm a friendly introvert, so I get it ^_^ ) I have my own bedroom furniture, don't smoke, don't own any pets and don't eat meat, but have no problems at all if my housemates do :) I like to chill watching movies, listen to music, go to markets or nature walks and sometimes draw. I'm working casual hours and looking to study, on Centrelink but affording rent is a non-issue and I'm mature and reliable. Hope to find a humble home soon, please don't hesitate to contact me if you think I'd be suitable for your household, thanks! Helen
Work Monday to Friday in Logistics Easy going, quiet guy, enjoys cooking and a good red Most weekends out on the water or on the coast. My current place the owner is moving back from overseas so looking for new place. Prefer own bathroom and share with one other person

Hey there! I recently moved to Brisbane at the beginning of the year and have secured a role as a Taskforce manager for Bettys Burgers Australia. My role requires me to travel extensively, meaning I will often be away for long periods - I am currently in Noosa for 2 months. This being said, I still require somewhere to come home to and base myself. I am currently based in Teneriffe and chose that area for lifestyle reasons, however given I am now barely at home due to my working conditions, I am seeking somewhere a little more affordable where I am able to come home to and relax from being on the road. I love to travel and often plan to go on adventures on my days off, love to meet new people and try new things. As a housemate, I am extremely respectful of personal space, being neat, tidy and reliable. I have a few friends in Brisbane, but am excited to make more and hoping to find either one or two awesome housemates who share the same interests as me! I am certainly not a party animal, but do love a social drink and love to cook! Whilst I will be travelling extensively for work, I would like to get to know my housemate/s and feel comfortable in coming home to people I can trust and have respect with. I am required to give at least one months notice to move, but am flexible with a move in date. Thanks for taking the time to read and I look forward to hopefully hearing from you soon! Thom

Hi people! I'm a 28 year-old uni student at UQ majoring in journalism who is looking for socially like-minded, drama-free housemates around my age. You'll find me to be someone who has their life together where I have clear goals and aspirations while working to achieve them. I'm also a producer and reporter, I do CrossFit and morning runs in my downtime, very passionate, ambitious, hardworking and a total professional but most of all fun to be around over a beer, some buffalo wild wings and a karaoke machine! I'm also well travelled having lived in New York for just over a year. If you think we'd get along nicely, not just as housemates but also potential friends, then swing me a message. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Chris
I am a full time working professional. I like to keep fit and be active, most of the time i am out of the house doing something, whether it be drinks with friends, exercise or going on a random adventure somewhere. I am friendly and more than happy to have a chat and drink with my house mate.. My dog is relativley compact, she is less than knee height and despite being a staffy cross, quiet as a mouse and house trained! She is wonderfully mannered, great with kids and a non digger!
I work full-time and also study at university (6 months left until I graduate). I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. Feel free to chill in your room or join me in watching a TV show, I don't mind! If any of us want to have friends over for a drink etc. every now and then, the only rule is you must save your housemate(s) a drink! I'm a pretty clean/tidy individual, and I won't chuck a tantrum if you forget to do the dishes one night. I don't smoke or have a pet either. If we can keep everything reasonably clean and pay the rent on time, we will get along fine! Update: Check out my listing, I have found a place and am looking for a room mate: https://flatmates.com.au/P539404
Hi everyone, I have just landed a graduate job in Brisbane CBD and am making the move from Adelaide to Brisbane. Interested in accommodation that is close to public transport into the city. Also looking at maximum 200 pw including utilities/internet.
Hi I'm Renae :), I've recently moved up to Brisbane, from Melbourne, and am currently living with my sister in Woolloongabba. The lease, however, is up mid-end of July. I currently work in Allied Health at the Mater Hospital in South Brisbane, and have a casual job in Carindale. I have recently completed five years of university and can appreciate the workload that comes along with being a student. I have previously lived in share houses, both living with friends and living with people I hadn't known prior. I am a reliable, considerate, clean, easygoing housemate, who appreciates my own space, but also enjoys socialising. In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis, running, mountain/bush hiking and visiting my little niece and nephew. I am liking the idea of staying on the South side of Brisbane, however am open to the North side, also. I am interested in rooms available within established share houses, or to start a new share house with someone/ multiple people. My preferred lease duration is 6 months. I think I've covered everything, but don't hesitate to ask if there is anything else you'd like to know about me. :).
Hey! My name is Sara, I am studying at uni with 2 jobs. I am fun, outgoing, a little too clean and up for anything. I like company but also my own time. Looking for someone who can be a friend as well as a housemate. I am respectful to others space and privacy. Hope to hear from you! xxxxx
I'm pretty easy going and most of the time just enjoy doing my own thing, respect for others privacy, but also enjoy socialising with others and the occasional night out. I'm currently working full-time in travel and like spending the weekends relaxing and winding down. Enjoy anything adventure related and spontaneous. I'm looking to move out around 15th July so need to find a place asap
I'm a reasonable chef, that is happy to cook at home. I have lots of board games and a PS4, as well as a couple of guitars electric and acoustic, I'm good at sharing my life... and I come conflict free. I have an (inside) Border-collie-X, 8yo, very well trained, however if he keeps barking at you, it means you haven't given him enough pats. I cook, I clean, I can fix stuff, love gardening (first sign of getting old) listening to Music, Movies or Binge watching the new generation of TV shows (post GoT.) I have a large digital collection of all. I have no time for Racism, Homophobia, or Junkies (not even part-timers). I don't smoke, rarely drink (give me a good reason ;-), I just like to keep life simple and enjoy my time here. I am doing my Masters of Philosophy at QUT-KG @ IHBI (Q-block), working on osteoimmunology and Osteoarthritis/porosis. I plan to go on to my PhD. I would be happy to help someone pay off their mortgage long term, I don't enjoy moving as much as I once did. I have a full household of stuff, but I will store or sell whatever I cant bring with me. I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers Chris Scotland
Work 6 days a week usually as an electrician, generally out of the house during the weekend as well. Respect down time but also don't mind being social. Very clean and tidy.
My best friend and I are looking for a team up with an awesome person or persons who we can all get a long with. We are looking at a beautiful three bedroom three bathroom for 480 per week. We have been left in a pretty sticky situation and need to move out by the 6th. We have everything you will need except for your own bedroom and bathroom if you had your own things the only things we ask to keep is our huge 12 seater couch and a washing machine other than that everything else we are happy to store. I'm a personal trainer who doesn't do much other than study and train. I do the whole meal prep thing as well so I pretty much only make mess when I cook my prep! While tandi is studying interior design she's pretty quiet as well because she always has her head in her books. Wedon't party much but love being social if we do go out it's usually to a mates place as we like to keep our place quiet and clean.
Hi All, My name is Reece, I'm 27 and looking for a new place in Brisbane. I just finished living in London for 2 years and moving back to Brisbane. At the moment I'm most likely looking for shorter term accommodation as I'm also still looking for work. However for the moment just being close to some kind of public transport will be fine. I've also got enough savings to pay rent until starting work. I like going to see concerts, hanging with friends and hiking in the outside world and generally playing games/binge watching shows when I'm home. I've been living in shared accom for the last 2.5 years so I'm used to keeping tiding and living with a group of people. Preferably looking for something furnished or just with a bed at minimum and internet connection would be great too! Move in date also flexible Cheers!
Boring Disclaimer: 150 per week is my absolute maximum, and it must include bills and internet. I am on Youth Allowance. If you can see this listing, I still need a home :) Basic Requirements: I am looking for a place with easy access to public transport, particularly between QUT Kelvin Grove and the Gabba/Annerley. No pets that shed, it seems to make my allergies worse. No smokers, no 420. Room needs to be mostly unfurnished, and be able to comfortably fit a double bed, desk, and room for clothes storage containers. Better things: I am studying a Master's Degree in Public Health. In my spare time, I go to a weekly D&D session, and also like to hang out with friends and play board games (cooler than Monopoly) . I also love watching stuff on Netflix, or streaming things like Archer, Rick and Morty, American Gods, Brooklyn 99 etc. I can knit and crochet, and sometimes I like to invite friends over to watch things while crafting. Looking for a house where I can hang out with my housemates and have fun, but also have my own space when I need to study. I keep late hours, but try to make sure that I keep the noise down.
