Uni student looking to rent a room or 1bedroom property for 6 months or less. Preferred to live with easy going, respectful and well maintained people to keep home clean and tidy.
My name's James, I'm a pretty relaxed bloke, I work full-time as an apprentice chef at the Breakfast Creek Hotel. I'm tidy and orderly as well as very active in my sports. I don't smoke or drink a whole lot though I'm not fussed if others do.
I’m a psychology student studying at Griffith and looking to find a friendly, social share-house. I am moving back home to Brisbane this semester from NSW and would love to find a room that’s close to uni. I am a statistics tutor to psych students, I do a little web development too, and in a past life I am a Latin Dance teacher. I am easy-going and fun to talk to, open to all people and their life stories. I spend lots of time on my own working but also love to socialise whenever I can. I am neat and tidy and happy to help out wherever needed. Hit me up if you have a place that I might be interested in. I’ll be back in Bris in the next couple weeks, early July :)
I study media and communications full-time at QUT Kelvin Grove and work as a casual AV technician setting up corporate events for Staging Connections. I've currently been living in the same share house for the last 3 years and two months. I know how to tidy up after myself, the importance of a friendly chat and when to give others some space. I like to cook at home as often as possible, ideally in a vegetarian household, but this isn't always possible. I would like to play more music at home and be able to set up a guitar / bass guitar in a corner of the house somewhere. I like watching the news, current affairs, documentaries and on-line TV series (I'm currently into The Handmaid's Tale). In the past I've organised a small Game Of Thrones night so we could watch the latest episode but also to bring people together. I like to do yoga in the park, meditate at home on a regular basis and usually attend a meditation centre on the weekends for group meditation.
Need a place with a place to park my car, and near Bowen hills for my work. Would like someone I can have a few drinks on the weekend with, probably on the more social side. Honestly I'm not great at writing these things.
Hey! I'm Heidi I'm looking for a place in Brisbane to live. I'm super outdoories, loving animals, I keep tidy and pay my rent on time. I respect people privacy, but also love having a good chat over some cheese and wine, or netflix and pizza!!
I'm an organised, understanding, and free-spirited young female - looking to move out with like-minded people. I work full time, and enjoy outdoor adventures on my weekend/s, along with the occasional beverage. Wanting to move out of my parent's home in the next month or so... not in any sort of rush to organise a place at this stage.
Hello. My name is Honey and I am a full time student here.I like interacting with people, I am easy going. I love cooking and cleanliness. I am mostly busy with my studies but like to party and hang around with friends. Don't mind making new ones:) I don't like much noise - so house partying every time is not my choice. I am more like a person between introvert and extrovert.
Hi, my name is Lina, I work full time in marketing, I'm mostly quiet and I always clean after myself. I look for a homey shared house or a granny flat. Potential issue 1: I have a well-trained puppy who is super lovely and friendly, she needs a fenced yard to hang around. Potential issue 2: I also have a lot of clothes, a big build-in robe or walk-in robe would be handy. Potential issue 3: I have a Golf, and it'd be great if I can park in garage or carport rather than on the street.
G'day I'm pretty new to Brisbane and loving it. I am hoping to find a room to move into asap! I need to move by the 28th. I'm a pretty chilled out bloke, clean and respectful. I do like to throw around some banter and have a bit a laugh also. I'm looking for the same kind of people, easy to get along with and good vibes. I'm working full time in Kedron, usually playing sport 4 nights a week and starting uni soon.
My Name is Matthew and my Daughter is 16 and hilarious. We are looking for a safe fun place to live while i am organising a new private home for us. We are respectful, clean and tidy, we cook a good feed and are very shareing and kind. We love a good laugh and enjoy the little things in life.
Me and my current housemate are looking for another housemate or 2 to join us as we'd like to start a new lease for a 3 or 4 bedroom place. We have our own furniture including a fridge, couches and a washing machine. We're looking for someone who is clean and respectful. We are really friendly and also like to have a drink and go out once in a while. Feel free to message me if your location preferences (we're flexible) and budget is similar to ours and would like to discuss it some more :)
I am respectful of privacy and pride myself on regularly maintaining a clean household. I’m an ambitious and caring person and am respectful of any terms that may be outlined by other tenants.
I’ve been living with my current housemate for 4 years, now she is moving in with her partner so I’m taking the opportunity to find a fresh new space. I work full time in the CBD and am undertaking Masters in IT part time. I have industrial sewing machines so I’d love to team up with someone who might like a shared creative space in the house. I’d also like to get a cleaner in on a semi-regular basis. I tend to work a lot, relax at home. Once a year I throw a big dinner party for Chinese New Year but other than that I don’t entertain much. I’m pretty laid back and always open to constructive communication if any issues arise. I have been the head tenant in my current place so I have dining furniture, couch, some bookshelves/cabinets, TV, fridge, washing machine and my own bedroom furniture. Happy to share Netflix/Stan subscriptions etc.
About me: 30 years old, non smoker, non drinker, Australian male, no drama, always pays rent on time, clean and tidy. Very friendly, easy to live with :) I'm looking for a place that: - is not on a busy road or train line - does not have any smokers or past smokers (I mean no offence, I'm allergic to it so can't take the risk sorry) - has a ceiling fan in the room - is $200 per week or less (including all bills). Location: Gold Coast or Brisbane (Flatmates won't allow me to select any more suburbs on my profile). For example: - springfield area - graceville - paradise point, hollywell, main beach, broadbeach, bundall, southport, ashmore, robina, varsity lakes, etc. - currumbin, tallebudgera, bilambil, etc. - banora point, tweed heads, casuarina - jindalee, westlake, middelpark, etc. - goodna, camira, etc. - greenslopes, springwood, woodridge, etc. - kingston, tanah merah, loganlea, loganholme, etc. - cleveland, wynnum, manly, lota, etc. - nundah, chermside, etc. Please contact me if you think you have a room that suits! Thank you :)
25 y.o male. Lived in Brisbane my whole life. IT technician for schools around Brisbane. Love me some Jazz/Funk/Soul/Hip-Hop/R&B etc. Non-smoker, social drinker. Like to keep things clean and tidy. Dog lover but wish I had one :( Cats are okay too I guess :P Always open for a chat, and respect privacy when needed. If you're interested in a simple 6-month lease for somewhere in a 5km radius around Annerley, send me a message :)
Hi everyone! I am looking for a place to call home around Wooloongabba. I work part time as an assistant nurse and enjoy a quiet evening at home now and then. Sometimes I do night shifts so it's nice to live with someone respectful as I may need to sleep in the mornings. Even though I like my space I do enjoy a friendly conversation. Things you must know about me: I don't smoke or drink alcohol so I would like to find someone that shares similar values. I could move in first weekend of July. I would prefer not signing a long lease (3 months would be ok). Thank you.
Hey I'm Nicole! I'm 22 years old and looking for a place to live at the start of August with 1 to 2 people. I work full-time so during the week I'm usually at work. I sometimes enjoy a drink on the weekend and socialising! I do like my down time sometimes as working can get very tiring at times. I would like to live with people who also like to hang out, not just 'housemates'. I am also very clean, tidy and very reliable. :)
I’m currently studying Criminology full time while also working part time which means I’m out of the house a lot but I also enjoy my down time to hang out with my friends and chill at home! I’m very neat and will happily contribute to general household cleaning. I’m very sociable and love to have a chat however I also love to have time to my self and respect your personal space.
I am nice and respectful, I like a clean and tidy place to live, I like to hang out with the flatmates but also like my privacy, Generally, I'm easygoing
I'm a PhD student who is currently working at Griffith University (Mount Gravatt). I'm looking for an en suite private room or any flat (private bathroom is a must) from 3 September 2018 to 18 January 2019. I will be in Brisbane from 1 to 7 July 2018. Would be enormously grateful if my potential landlord lets me inspect the place prior to my stay. I love socialising, but as a PhD student, I also want more quiet time for my own study. So, I'd rather party outside. I cook very simple things like salad, sandwich, pasta, steak, etc. only, but won't make complicated, greasy Chinese food (as I don't even know how to use a wok). To me, quietness, cleanliness and privacy are extremely important. Thank you.
I'm clean, quiet, easygoing...I pay my bills on time and tidy up after myself...Looking to pay no more than $200 a week and all inclusive...I keep fit...love animals so not a problem if you have them...I have just moved from Victoria to Brisbane area...Im looking for a place close to Toowong not in the city due to too much traffic...I have been in share accommodation before plus had my own place...I have a job and will be working full time...I am in the Hospitality business.
