Hi my name’s Rithvik! I’m a young professional making the trek up from Melbourne to join the APS, and I’m looking for a share-house to move into by early/mid-February. I’d say I’m easy-going, sociable and always up for a chat/laugh. I believe I’m someone who is considerate of others, neat and more than willing to pull my weight around the house. In my spare time I enjoy seeing live music, watching a bit of Netflix, hanging out with friends, listening to podcasts and keeping active. Looking for a friendly and sociable house.
Hello, I've returned to Canberra to finish my research degree. I also teach part-time. My favourite show is The Walking Dead. I haven't missed an episode since 2012. I'm yet to catch on to Game of Thrones. I consider myself a very organised person. During my stay in Australia and overseas, rent was always paid on time and I've always kept the house clean. I'm planning to move out early January. So if you have a room available then, that'd be great. I'm quite flexible with the location. Please don't hesitate to send me a message or text me if you have a shared accommodation available. Look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Terryel
Clean up after myself and come with references if needed. Have done a lot of travel domestically in the last couple of years, and am keen to hear about others' stories on the road. I am into long treks with a backpack. If I say I'll do something, I do it. I have a regular pattern of PT work. Am financially independent, and work in the Volunteer sector because I choose to, not because I have to. I am also an Army Reservist.

I work full time for Federal Government and I've been in Canberra since Feb this year. I am single, I stick to my room and am a considerate, and clean housemate. I'm a musician and a gamer, however I won't play music loudly unless you're not home. I don't eat meat. I have the most beautiful, gentle and sweet adult cat, who is impeccably trained and thus is easy to live with. I also have a 9 month old kitten, who is a total sweetheart. I keep a tidy home. I love coffee and do enjoy a drink, but I don't host any parties. I'm serious about having a place with good internet, air conditioning and heating. Importantly, I'm willing to do all the ground work to find a pet friendly house that isn't too far from Civic. Ideally I am looking for a housemate that is around my own age or older. If you feel like we'd work as housemates, please do not hesitate to contact me.
I’m friendly, clean, considerate and respectful of privacy. I spend the weekdays working hard and the evenings out with friends or relaxing at home with my dog. I’m a courier driver originally from Manchester, England but have been here for nine years now and call it home. I love spending time with decent people, listening to music, playing the drums, guitar or ukulele and having a drink and a laugh.
I'm moving from Adelaide for work. I'm non-smoker looking to live in a smoke-free environment I love dogs but unfortunately don't have one I enjoy baking but need people to help me eat the cakes I make! I love going on weekend trips and can't wait to explore the East Coast in Summer and the snow fields in winter Looking for chilled housemates who are happy to hang out every now and then
We are both ANU medical students with busy lives, who have been housemates for two years. We are respectful, quiet, communicative and great at sharing duties around the house. We'll stay out of your hair, but love the occasional housemate dinner. We have lots of experience living with people from all walks of life, and get along well with just about anyone. When we're not studying, Will likes acting and Phoebe enjoys a round of golf.
Hi! I'm a 25yr old female moving down from QLD to Canberra to start work at the Canberra hospital in early January, and my boyfriend is late 20's working in the design field. We are quiet, respectful and tidy and have lived together for 3 years, and always had at least one roommate and gotten along well. We are down to earth and respectful of personal space, but also more than happy to hang out for a drink or check out events on the weekends. We are very independent and don't live in each other's pockets! Please let me know if you think you have something that could suit, time is of the essence!
Hi! I am looking for a temporary pace to stay whilst I’m property hunting. I am clean, tidy and a lot of fun, have currently been rooming with males so I would prefer female roommates, around my age, likes to have conversations. I work full time and like to go out and socialise with work friends and friends
I’m Tom I’m from adelaide recently moved to Canberra I’m a plumber I’m looking to move into a share house or team up with others and get our own place I’m clean I like to cook and have a dog that would move up in late March
I am a clean, neat and tidy nurse working at a hospital. I am easy going, enjoy the balance I have between work and down time. I enjoy going to the gym, watching Netflix and hanging out with friends and family. Looking for a room to rent with like minded people.
Hi! I'm an out-going, bubbly person with a good sense of humour ( so I think anyway ;) haha ) I am currently living on the gold coast, originally from Canberra and wanting to come back home! I'll be working full time with a possible chance of working weekends, and studying 4 nights a week. I love being social and getting out and about but don't mind the occasional chilled Sunday on the couch. I love sports, good food and company, music, all genres of movies and cooking. I like to maintain a busy life style so you could say i'll be out and about most of the time with work, social activities sports and commitments. I'm clean, tidy, and can keep to myself when needed but I'm a social butterfly so to live with someone that would like to become friends or at least social with each other rather than awkward house mates then that would be preferred ! :) WILL HAPPILY HAVE TACO TUESDAYS OR A HOUSEMATE DINNER NIGHT Thanks ! Sarah
Hey I'm Steph and i'm from Melb but moving to Canberra to start a my job as a speech pathologist at Canberra Hospital in early Jan. I'm easy going, tidy, fun, polite, lover of dogs! don't mind a glass of wine with friends on the weekend or during the week, enjoy my own space yet happy to chat and watch tv or cook with other housemates!
I'm a friendly person who likes hanging out with others but also enjoys being a bit of a homebody. I'm generally pretty organized and neat. I love playing video games, reading and doing some crafting. I also love pets though I have none myself so I would welcome the opportunity to be a part of a household with animals. I'll be moving up to Canberra in January 2018 from Melbourne to join an APS graduate program so I'll be working full time. I'm looking forward to exploring Canberra but also to catching up on my Netflix queue, I've been so busy this year I have lots to catch up on! I would bring my own bedroom furniture e.g. bed, side table etc. Move in date is flexible, anytime mid-late January or early February. I would also be willing to consider leases between 6 months and a year.
